The formation of the Saber Pungli Task Force was carried out as a firm and real step by the government to restore public trust, so that through Presidential Regulation Number 87 of 2016 concerning the Clean Sweep Task Force for Illegal Levies, all city areas in Indonesia formed the task force to eradicate and enforce the law. This type of research is empirical. After the data is obtained, the researcher will group the data based on the data source and analyze it to get answers to the formulation of the problem in this study. The results of the study show that the Clean Sweep Task Force for Illegal Levies (Satgas Saber Pungli) was formed with the aim of eradicating the practice of illegal levies that occur in various public service sectors in Indonesia, and the Clean Sweep Task Force for Illegal Levies at Tenau Port involves various activities aimed at overcoming and preventing the practice of illegal levies in various public service sectors to create a public service system that is free from extortion and increase public trust in public services. In its implementation, various inhibiting factors are still encountered, namely the weak performance of the task force in the field, aspects of facilities and infrastructure such as the low reporting channels that are friendly and easily accessible to the public, and the budget which is still a real challenge in implementing the Saber Pungli Task Force function, especially in areas such as East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT) which has geographical characteristics as an archipelago.

The livestock industry plays a strategic role in providing animal-based food, yet it continues to face challenges related to efficiency and sustainability. Issues such as land limitations, animal diseases, and feed price fluctuations demand innovative production systems. One emerging solution is digital livestock farming, which integrates information and communication technologies into livestock management. This study aims to examine the role of digital livestock farming in improving production efficiency through a literature review of scientific sources published between 2017 and 2024. Literature was gathered from electronic databases and analyzed using a descriptive-qualitative approach with thematic analysis. The findings reveal that technologies such as the Internet of Things, biometric sensors, big data, and artificial intelligence enhance feed efficiency, animal health, reproduction, and labor management. Moreover, these technologies improve animal welfare and reduce environmental impact. However, challenges such as low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and insufficient policy support hinder implementation, especially in developing countries. This review highlights the need for cross-sector collaboration to support sustainable digital livestock adoption.

This article discusses the transformation of the meaning of the altar from Hebrew tradition to modern spiritual life, highlighting the important role of the altar as a symbol of the relationship between humans and God. In Hebrew tradition, the altar serves as a physical altar for offering sacrifices, reflecting the sacrifice, purification, and spiritual commitment of the people of Israel. However, as time has progressed, the meaning of the altar has evolved into a deeper symbol that encompasses spiritual and emotional aspects. In a modern context, the altar is interpreted as a symbol of the human heart, a place where worship and devotion to God are performed wholeheartedly. This article also explores the application of altar values, such as devotion, humility, and service, in everyday life. Additionally, the concept of the altar is connected to universal interpretations that are relevant to various spiritual traditions. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach, involving the collection and analysis of literature and biblical verses related to the altar. Thus, this article aims to provide a deep understanding of the essence of the altar as a spiritual element that remains relevant, universal, and applicable in daily life, while inviting readers to reflect on the application of the altar concept in their lives.

This paper examines the story of King Saul seeking help from a medium in Endor as a tragic illustration of the spiritual downfall of a leader who was once chosen and anointed by God. In his distress and desperation, Saul chose a path that violated the law, marking his disconnection from God. This action not only shows a serious spiritual deviation, but also reveals the irony that a female medium becomes a means for God to deliver His judgment. It also explores Christian theological views on the practice of séances, including the moral and spiritual implications they bring. By comparing the historical and cultural background of Israel, and reviewing it from a biblical perspective, this paper emphasizes the importance of obedience to God's word and the dangers of involvement in the occult. The relevance of this story to the Christian life today serves as a reminder to remain steadfast in God's revelation and to distance ourselves from deviant spiritual practices. It also invites readers to reflect on the importance of maintaining spiritual integrity in facing the challenges of life.

Manipulation of public data in criminal policy is a strategic practice that selects and frames information to cover up institutional violations, and legitimizes repressive policies that ignore the principle of justice. Unfortunately, the development of communication technology has accelerated the circulation of information, leading to the birth of repressive policies based on popularity and distorted narratives. This study uses a qualitative research method with a conceptual approach. The data collection method was collected using library research, then analyzed using qualitative methods and presented descriptively. The results of the study indicate that manipulation of public data in criminal policy shifts the orientation of policy from fact-based rationality to biased emotional responses, so that it not only widens inequality and creates selective law enforcement, but also damages institutional legitimacy and erodes public trust in the criminal justice system. A transformative mitigation strategy is needed institutionally and culturally, through the implementation of comprehensive transparency in the entire data management cycle, strict and enforceable regulations, increasing public data literacy as a bulwark against misleading narratives, and the ethical use of digital technology, in order to return policy to a basis of evidence that is fair, accountable, and relevant to the social complexity faced.

Corporate crime in the environmental sector is one of the biggest challenges in law enforcement in Indonesia. Companies that pollute or destroy the environment are often difficult to hold criminally liable due to the impersonal nature of their legal entities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of law enforcement against corporations that commit environmental crimes and the obstacles faced by law enforcement officials in proving and imposing crimes against corporations. The method used is normative juridical with a legislative approach and case studies. This research found that although there is already a fairly strong legal framework, such as in Law No. 32 of 2009 and the new Criminal Code, implementation in the field is still weak. Some of the inhibiting factors include the difficulty of proving the responsibility structure in the corporation, the lack of investigator capacity, and the influence of economic power from corporations. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, apparatus capacity, and corporate criminal accountability mechanisms that are more adaptive and firm.

Marriage in Indonesia is not only regulated by positive law, but also influenced by customary values, such as the tradition of uang panai in the Bugis community in Limpomajang which functions as a form of respect and responsibility for the prospective groom. This research uses a normative juridical method with an analytical descriptive approach to examine the existence of uang panai in the national legal system. The results show that uang panai is part of customary law that remains recognized as long as it does not conflict with laws and regulations and the principle of public order. This study examines the practice of marital property division at the Sibolga Religious Court due to divorce caused by the husband's religious conversion. The phenomenon of divorce due to religious differences, especially religious conversion from Islam, creates legal complexities, particularly in determining rights and obligations related to marital property. This study employs a qualitative approach with an empirical legal research type, located at the Sibolga Religious Court. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with judges, court clerks, and parties involved in the cases, as well as document studies of court decisions. The results indicate that the Sibolga Religious Court has absolute authority in handling divorce cases due to the husband's religious conversion and the division of marital property within them. Despite the religious conversion, the principles of Islamic marital property law (syirkah) remain the primary basis, considering the contribution of each party. Challenges include the complexity of proving contributions, often emotional negotiations between parties, and judges' efforts to achieve substantive justice. The implications of the decisions not only involve legal aspects but also social and psychological ones for the families. This study recommends the need for broader legal socialization regarding rights and obligations in interfaith marriages and increased public understanding of marital property dispute resolution procedures.
