This study aims to determine the effect of adding EM4 probiotics in various doses to commercial feed on the growth of jatimbulan tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus L). Probiotics are known to play a role in increasing digestive efficiency, nutrient absorption, and maintaining the health of the fish's digestive tract, so they are expected to support optimal growth. The research method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments, namely: P0 (control/without probiotics), P1 (5 ml EM4/kg feed), P2 (7 ml EM4/kg feed), and P3 (11 ml EM4/kg feed), each with four replications. The parameters observed were the growth in length and weight of jatimbulan tilapia during the maintenance period. The results showed that the administration of EM4 probiotics at certain doses was able to provide a significant effect on the growth of tilapia compared to the control treatment. Treatment P2 (7 ml/kg feed) provided the best growth results compared to other doses, both in terms of increasing length and body weight. Meanwhile, administering probiotic doses that are too low (P1) or too high (P3) tends to be less effective in supporting optimal growth. This is thought to be due to the disruption of the microbial balance in the digestive tract when the probiotic dosage is incorrect. This research provides useful information for Jatimbulan tilapia cultivation practices, particularly regarding the use of probiotics to increase growth efficiency. Using the correct probiotic dosage can be a strategy to increase the productivity and sustainability of freshwater fish farming.

This study aims to explore the influence of destination image on visitors' intention to revisit Purwodadi Botanical Gardens in Pasuruan Regency, and examine the role of visitor experience as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who were visitors to Purwodadi Botanical Gardens. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results showed that destination image did not have a significant direct influence on the intention to revisit. However, destination image was proven to have a significant influence on visitor experience. Furthermore, visitor experience had a significant positive influence on the intention to revisit. These findings indicate that visitor experience significantly mediates the relationship between destination image and revisit intention. These findings strengthen the relevance of the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) Model and the Theory of Planned Behavior, which states that initial perceptions of a destination (stimulus) do not automatically influence behavior (response), but need to be internalized through meaningful experiences (organism). Therefore, managing positive and memorable experiences is key to building visitor loyalty. The practical implication of this research is the importance for managers of Purwodadi Botanical Gardens and other educational tourism destinations to prioritize developing the visitor experience. Strategies such as improving services, providing interactive educational facilities, and creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere can contribute to creating memorable experiences that encourage visitors to return in the future.

Abstrak:
The Abbasid dynasty was one of the most influential Islamic caliphates and left a long legacy in the development of world civilization. Established in 750 AD and ending in 1258 AD, the Abbasid period is known as the Golden Age of Islam due to its extraordinary progress in various fields, including politics, economics, and science. This study aims to examine how the Abbasid political and economic policies and the development of science that took place during that period were able to contribute significantly to the progress of global civilization. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-historical approach through the study of relevant literature in the last five years. The results of the study indicate that political stability and a structured bureaucratic system provided a strong foundation for economic growth and intellectual progress. The Abbasid government established a center of knowledge in Baghdad known as Baitul Hikmah (House of Wisdom). Here, scientists from various religious and cultural backgrounds gathered to translate, develop, and disseminate knowledge from Greek, Persian, Indian, and other scientific traditions into the Islamic world. Some of the great figures who emerged during this period included Al-Khwarizmi (mathematics), Ibn Sina (medicine and philosophy), and Jabir Ibn Hayyan (chemistry). Their discoveries and work became the foundation for modern science. However, the glory of the Abbasids slowly declined due to internal conflicts, power struggles, and the weakening of the caliph's authority. The peak of the fall occurred when Baghdad was attacked and destroyed by the Mongols in 1258 AD. However, the intellectual and cultural heritage of the Abbasid dynasty continues to have an important influence on the development of world science and civilization to this day.

This research explores the influence of customer satisfaction on the financial performance of Perumda Tirtanadi, with a particular focus on the digital service system as a moderating factor. The study is driven by the growing urgency for digital innovation in public service sectors, particularly in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, which significantly altered customer engagement patterns. A quantitative method is adopted, employing Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS 4 software to process the collected data. The analysis demonstrates that both customer satisfaction and digital services have independent and significant positive effects on financial outcomes. However, the interaction between these two variables does not show a statistically significant moderating effect. These findings underline the value of digital infrastructure as a strategic internal resource that supports financial growth. Nevertheless, the minimal moderating impact suggests that a portion of customers either lack access or sufficient skills to effectively utilize the available digital platforms. This study adds to the current body of knowledge by examining the interplay between digital transformation and customer satisfaction in shaping financial performance, framed through the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory. The research suggests that improving digital literacy and promoting better adoption of digital tools among customers is essential to fully capitalize on the benefits of technological advancement. Furthermore, it highlights the need for continuous training and support to ensure that all customers can engage with digital services effectively, thereby enhancing overall satisfaction and financial performance. By addressing these gaps, organizations can foster a more inclusive digital environment that benefits both the customers and the service providers.

Research on national banking using the Altman’s Z-Score analysis technique has been relatively extensive, but studies focusing specifically on banks indexed to SRI-KEHATI remain limited. The SRI-KEHATI Index is known as a benchmark for companies with strong sustainability, social responsibility, and good governance practices. This study aims to analyze the health trends of banks listed in the SRI-KEHATI Index during the 2015–2024 period by applying the second modified Altman’s Z-Score model (1993), which is widely recognized as a reliable indicator for assessing a company’s financial stability and risk of bankruptcy. The findings indicate that the overall Altman’s Z-Score trend of major banks within the SRI-KEHATI Index shows stability and a consistently healthy financial condition throughout 2015–2023. However, in 2024 there is a notable decline that requires further examination to determine whether it is caused by market fluctuations, structural challenges, or accounting adjustments. Despite this decrease, the overall financial health of the banks remains categorized as very good according to Altman’s model. The average Z-Score for all four banks analyzed is 6.457, which is well above the threshold of 2.6, indicating no significant bankruptcy risk. When evaluated individually, BMRI stands out as the healthiest with a Z-Score of 13.879, followed by BBNI with 5.971, BBRI with 3.175, and BBCA with 2.801. These results confirm that all four banks remain in a safe financial zone during the 2015–2024 period. Furthermore, the study’s four hypotheses are proven, reinforcing the argument that SRI-KEHATI indexed banks maintain strong financial resilience even amid post-Covid-19 challenges.

This study explores the key determinants of field engineer efficiency in the field service industry by analyzing the impact of self-efficacy, resource management, and time management on operational performance. Employing a quantitative research approach, data were collected using saturated sampling from 102 field engineers and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The measurement model showed robust psychometric properties, satisfying the thresholds for convergent validity, discriminant validity, and internal consistency reliability. The structural model results indicate that all three independent variables significantly influence field engineer efficiency. Self-efficacy was found to have the strongest effect (? = 0.421, p < 0.001), followed by resource management (? = 0.347, p < 0.001) and time management (? = 0.289, p < 0.001). The model accounts for 68.7% of the variance in field engineer efficiency, reflecting strong explanatory power and predictive accuracy. Among these variables, self-efficacy emerged as the most dominant factor, suggesting that field engineers' belief in their ability to perform tasks is a critical driver of operational success. High self-efficacy enhances motivation, resilience, and effective problem-solving under pressure, making it essential in dynamic and unpredictable field environments. Resource and time management also play crucial roles in supporting engineers' ability to complete tasks efficiently by ensuring optimal allocation of tools, equipment, and time. The findings provide practical implications for field service organizations aiming to improve workforce performance. Investing in training programs that strengthen self-efficacy, combined with systematic improvements in resource and time management practices, can significantly enhance operational outcomes. By prioritizing these factors, organizations can boost engineer efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve service delivery, ultimately gaining a stronger competitive advantage in the industry.

In this community service activity, the initiative was carried out with a group of residents who run home-based businesses and are part of the MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) group in RW 05 Pinang Griya. Several of these entrepreneurs—most of whom produce food and beverages—are still unfamiliar with the regulations regarding food distribution permits and halal certification for their products. This knowledge is essential to ensure that their products are recognized and guaranteed to be halal. Starting in 2026, Article 160 paragraph (2) stipulates that micro and small business actors (UMK) are subject to a phased obligation for halal certification for food products, beverages, slaughtered goods, and slaughter services. This regulation is expected to influence consumer awareness, particularly regarding the products they purchase. As Indonesia is a Muslim-majority country, such regulation will encourage UMK businesses to certify their products as halal. This, in turn, is expected to positively impact sales performance and contribute to improving the local economic conditions.
