COVID-19 is a viral respiratory disease that has caused a global health emergency and was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization. The lack of certain drug molecules or treatment strategies for this disease is making it worse. Therefore, effective drug molecules are urgently needed to fight COVID-19. Specific therapies for the SARS-COV2 virus are still being developed in several countries around the world. One of the molecular targets that is thought to be specific to SARS-COV 2 is 3CLpro or the main protease of the COVID-19 virus which is an important enzyme to be able to replicate related viruses. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of medicinal chemistry in the development of anti-sars-cov 2 drugs through the exploration of bioactive compounds from natural sources, namely green tea. Green tea (Camellia sinensis) also contains eight native monomeric catechins or polyphenolic compounds. The method used was literature review with analysis of 3 selected articles from international databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Springer, as well as SINTA accredited national journals. The results showed that all test compounds except caffein had stronger binding energy than lopinavir. Epicatecin and catechin have the same binding energy value as lopinavir, which is -7.1 kcal/mol. Catechin gallate and epicatechin gallate have the strongest bond among all test compounds because they have the most negative AG, namely -9.0 and 8.2 kcal/mol.
 
 

This study aims to analyze the regulation and application of Copyright as an object of fiduciary guarantee, especially in Malang City so that this research can provide benefits to the community, especially the public and bank employees in Malang City to know the rules and forms of implementation of the object of fiduciary guarantee, namely Copyright. In Malang City, no people use the object of fiduciary security in the form of Copyright because the provisions of the legislation have not been firmly and established, and there are several other factors. This study uses empirical juridical research methods, interview and observation approach techniques, and two legal data sets, primary and secondary data. The study results found that the statutory arrangements in Indonesia regulate Copyright as an object of fiduciary guarantee as stipulated in Article 16, Paragraph (3) of Law Number 28 of 2018 concerning Copyright. Still, in practice, it has not been implemented optimally and well because in Malang City, no institution oversees, and the nominal amount is not specified in the laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Abstract: This research explores the concepts of Total Diplomacy and Total History, focusing on the role of military historians in the Indonesian peacekeeping force. The Indonesian government employs military diplomacy by deploying Garuda Contingent troops on global peace missions, aligning with the constitutional mandate of the Republic of Indonesia. As part of Indonesia’s total diplomacy strategy, military diplomacy is analyzed by deploying peacekeeping troops, engaging with other diplomatic instruments, and involving military historians to document missions comprehensively. The discussion encompasses the definition of military diplomacy, its international role, and its impact on Indonesia's global image. Military historians face challenges, including disrupted historical record-keeping and changes in the composition of historical officer positions. To overcome the obstacles in writing military history, the concept of Total History becomes relevant, integrating various scientific disciplines to support the historiographic process. In peacekeeping operations, military historians must grasp the totality of this scientific approach and present it more engagingly, meaningfully, and solution-oriented, relevant to the conflict areas they oversee.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep Total Diplomacy dan Total History dengan menyoroti peran sejarawan militer dalam misi pasukan perdamaian Indonesia. Pemerintah Indonesia menjalankan diplomasi militer melalui pengiriman pasukan Kontingen Garuda dalam misi perdamaian dunia, sebagai bentuk pelaksanaan amanat konstitusi Republik Indonesia. Dalam kerangka strategi total diplomacy, diplomasi militer dianalisis melalui perannya dalam mengerahkan pasukan perdamaian, berinteraksi dengan instrumen diplomatik lainnya, serta melibatkan sejarawan militer untuk mendokumentasikan misi secara menyeluruh. Pembahasan mencakup definisi diplomasi militer, perannya di kancah internasional, dan dampaknya terhadap citra global Indonesia. Sejarawan militer menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti terputusnya pencatatan sejarah dan berubahnya struktur penempatan personel sejarah. Untuk mengatasi kendala dalam penulisan sejarah militer, konsep Total History menjadi penting, karena mengintegrasikan berbagai disiplin ilmu guna mendukung proses historiografi. Dalam operasi perdamaian, sejarawan militer dituntut untuk memahami pendekatan ilmiah secara menyeluruh dan menyajikannya secara lebih menarik, bermakna, serta berorientasi pada solusi, terutama dalam konteks wilayah konflik yang mereka pantau.

The results of the research on the Evaluation of the Coaching of the Futsal Club Mitra Fc U-20 Sumenep Regency, received a score of 3.35 which is categorized as very good. 3) Process The results of the research on the Evaluation of the Futsal Club Mitra Fc U-20 Sumenep Regency, received a score of 3.35 which is in the very good category. 4) Product The results of the research on the Evaluation of the Futsal Club Mitra Fc U-20 Sumenep Regency, received a score of 3.31 which is in the very good category. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, there are the following conclusions: 1. Aspects of context, input, process, product. With good performance indicators, excellent efforts, and good results.
 

Abstract: This study aims to develop students’ 6Cs skills—critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, character/compassion, and citizenship/culture—through the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in a program titled Masyarakat Belajar Sejarah (History Learning Society). The research responds to the relatively low competitiveness of students in East Kalimantan amid the challenges of the 21st-century VUCA world, Indonesia’s demographic bonus, and the development of the new national capital (IKN) in East Kalimantan. Using Kemmis & McTaggart’s action research model, the study involved students from the History Education Program, FKIP, Mulawarman University, across three cohorts (2020–2022). Data was collected through observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews in March and June 2023. Students collaborated with schools, non-formal institutions, professionals, and local communities in Samarinda to design creative, contextual historical learning products. The findings show significant improvements across all 6Cs indicators. The project enhanced students’ academic and social competencies and bridged the gap between classroom learning and real-life community engagement. The results highlight the potential of PjBL as a transformative learning strategy for equipping future educators with essential 21st-century skills. This research contributes to history education innovation by positioning students as agents of change within their communities.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan 6Cs mahasiswa—berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, kolaborasi, karakter/kepedulian, dan kewargaan/budaya—melalui penerapan model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) dalam program Masyarakat Belajar Sejarah. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya daya saing mahasiswa di Kalimantan Timur di tengah tantangan dunia abad ke-21 yang ditandai dengan kondisi VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity), bonus demografi Indonesia, serta pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) baru di Kalimantan Timur. Menggunakan model penelitian tindakan Kemmis & McTaggart, subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah FKIP Universitas Mulawarman dari angkatan 2020–2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, angket, dan wawancara pada Maret dan Juni 2023. Mahasiswa bekerja sama dengan sekolah, lembaga nonformal, profesional, dan masyarakat Kota Samarinda untuk merancang produk pembelajaran sejarah yang kreatif dan kontekstual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh indikator 6Cs. Proyek ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi akademik dan sosial mahasiswa, tetapi juga menjembatani pembelajaran di kelas dengan keterlibatan nyata di masyarakat. Penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi PjBL sebagai strategi pembelajaran transformatif yang relevan untuk membekali calon pendidik dengan keterampilan abad ke-21.

This research aims to analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure on stock returns on mining sector companies, especially coal mines listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023. Research uses a quantitative approach to the type of documentation research. Research uses secondary data collected from annual financial statements, corporate sustainability reports, and websites that present published CSR disclosures. The sample in the study consisted of 10 coal sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which were selected based on certain criteria using purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The independent variable on research is CSR disclosure calculated using CSR index based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) assessment standards found in the Company's financial statements. The dependent variable in the study was stock return. This study found that CSR disclosures had no significant effect on stock returns. This can be affected by several factors and certain conditions that cause no effect on CSR disclosure on stock returns.

Sentiment analysis is a technology that extracts or manages text to be expressed using text that can also be classified into positive and negative polarity. Consumer reviews are a form of communication that occurs in the sales process, the stage where potential buyers receive an explanation of the product posted and buyers receive reviews that explain the advantages or disadvantages of purchasing the product. In this study, sentiment analysis was conducted based on consumer opinions regarding social media accounts. The study aimed to use social media data to assess the service, cleanliness and quality of products offered by categorizing companies as having positive and negative reviews. To classify sentiment, the Naive Bayes method is used, which combines survey data collection methods, questionnaires, and observation data.

Indonesia’s coastline, particularly Kendal Regency in Central Java, faces critical mangrove degradation due to land-use changes and rising sea levels. This study aims to asses the condition and erosion impacting Kendal's mangrove ecosystems to inform future conservation strategies. Using remote sensing technology, multi-spatial and multi-temporal imagery from 2005–2023 was analyzed and validated with field observations to evaluate mangrove species composition, structure, and land changes. The mangrove area increased by 52% in three locations, with the Bodri River delta (Pidodo Kulon and Pidodo Wetan villages) showing the most significant growth at 76.69 hectares. Ngebum Beach (Mororejo) had the largest proportional increase, reaching 185%. The ecosystems are moderately diverse, containing at least 11 mangrove species, though Rhizophora dominates due to extensive planting efforts. Despite stable conditions, these ecosystems face threats from deforestation for aquaculture, the primary driver of land erosion, compounded by rising sea levels. Although mangrove areas have expanded significantly, ongoing challenges include erosion, anthropogenic pressures, and limited species diversity. Future strategies must involve multi-stakeholder collaboration to implement sustainable practices, promote species diversity, develop erosion mitigation models, and conduct awareness campaigns to ensure the resilience of Kendal’s mangrove ecosystems.

This study underscores the importance of customer experience and perceived quality in determining the level of customer satisfaction in the highly competitive restaurant sector. The purpose of this study is to explore the significant differences and relationships between customer experience and perceived quality at Solo Steak and Steak Moen Moen Mojosongo. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach, where data were collected through questionnaires. The information collected was then analyzed using validity, reliability, and independent sample t-tests. The results of this study indicate significant differences in customer experience and perceived quality between the two restaurants, while also indicating a positive relationship between the two variables. These findings can be a guideline for restaurant management in improving service strategies and customer experience and can also be a reference for future research in the field of restaurant marketing

Rosella is known to have many health benefits, such as boosting the immune system and regulating blood pressure. Based on a situation analysis, the lack of knowledge among students regarding the rosella plant is due to the absence of rosella plants in the school area. Additionally, there has never been a workshop at SDN Tlogosari Wetan 02 Semarang related to educating students about the use of rosella flower petals as a health tea by any party. The community service activity began with an introduction to the rosella plant to the students, followed by education on the use of herbal plants that contain antioxidants, in this case, the rosella flower. After that, the activity continued with training that involved the students in the process of making rosella tea. The results of this activity showed an increase in the students' knowledge about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the students' skills in utilizing natural materials (rosella flower petals) to make health tea.
