This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and communication on the performance of educators in Public Elementary Schools in the Catur Tunggal Cluster. Educator performance is greatly influenced by various factors, including effective principal leadership and good communication. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 50 educators in elementary schools that are members of the cluster. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership and communication on educator performance. Principals who are able to demonstrate good leadership and establish effective communication with educators will improve their performance. This study is expected to contribute to the development of educational management at the elementary school level.

This research aims to analyze the business model of the Jamu Karya Subur Shop using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. Toko Jamu Karya Subur is a micro and small industry operating in the field of traditional herbal medicine, which has been operating since 2002. This research is motivated by the challenges faced by Toko Jamu Karya Subur, such as limited reach of information to customers and low competitiveness in the digital era. The research method used is qualitative phenomenological, which aims to understand the subjective experiences of owners and customers. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Research subjects consisted of shop owners, franchise partners and customers. The research results show that the Jamu Karya Subur Shop has great potential to develop, but there needs to be innovation in marketing strategy and product development. The analysis results show that key elements in BMC, such as key partners, channels and customer relationships, are the main focus in developing business models. Toko Jamu Karya Subur's key partners include suppliers of herbal raw materials and distribution partners who can help expand the marketing network. The channels currently used are still limited to word of mouth promotion, so it is necessary to develop digital marketing channels to reach wider customers. Apart from that, customer relationships need to be improved through better service and the use of social media as a means of communication with customers. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of the Jamu Karya Subur Shop business model and provides recommendations for other micro and small businesses to pay attention to innovation and marketing strategies in facing competition in the digital era. By implementing BMC, it is hoped that Jamu Karya Subur Shop can increase its competitiveness and expand the market, so that it can continue to contribute to the local economy.

Pemanfaatan Teknologi Digital untuk Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang Inovatif bagi Siswa Kelas XII di Madrasah Aliyah 1 Semarang bertujuan mengatasi beberapa masalah yang dihadapi siswa, seperti rendahnya motivasi belajar bahasa Inggris siswa, keterbatasan fasilitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, dan pendekatan pengajaran yang masih tradisional. Siswa kelas XII cenderung kesulitan mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara dan mendengar, karena pembelajaran lebih banyak berfokus pada tata bahasa dan penerjemahan. Oleh karena itu, program ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan bahasa Inggris siswa melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang interaktif. Program ini memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris seperti Duolingo, Quizlet, dan Kahoot!, untuk mendukung proses belajar secara lebih inovatif. Pelatihan siswa difokuskan pada cara mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pengajaran, sementara siswa akan didampingi dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa mereka. Selain itu, metode pengajaran diintegrasikan dengan aktivitas berbasis teknologi, seperti kuis interaktif dan latihan berbicara, yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan partisipasi siswa. Program ini juga melibatkan evaluasi berkala melalui tes keterampilan dan survei untuk memantau perkembangan siswa. Dalam konteks ini, Ubuntu, sebagai salah satu distribusi Linux terpopuler, menawarkan berbagai alat dan platform virtualisasi seperti KVM, OpenStack, dan LXD, yang mendukung pengembangan dan pengelolaan infrastruktur komputasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi aspek-aspek penting dari virtualisasi di Ubuntu, termasuk teknik implementasi, alat yang tersedia, serta manfaat dan tantangan dalam penerapannya. Waste management is a global issue and not a glamorous topic. On the global stage, climate and development discussions related to waste management have not yet become a top priority. Despite facing a global climate crisis, pollution, and biodiversity loss, the issue of waste management remains neglected, even at the household level. In Indonesia, the Integrated Waste Management Sites (TPST) are still predominantly managed through operational systems such as controlled landfills, open dumping, and sanitary landfills, which create mountains of toxic waste that pollute the air, contaminate water, harm public health, and accelerate environmental degradation. 54.43% of waste in Indonesia comes from households, with the total in 2024 reaching 19,502,650.23 tons, and 8,046,428.49 tons (41.26%) of household waste remains unmanageable. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to a decrease in household income, prompting community service activities aimed at solving two problems simultaneously: waste management and efforts to increase household income. As part of this initiative, the introduction of maggot farming technology (Hermetia illucens larvae) was implemented to improve household income. The community service was carried out at Posbindu Dahlia RW 001, Petukangan Selatan, as the area is a residential neighborhood with available vacant land not yet utilized by the operators of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road toll. This community service activity ran smoothly, achieving all its targets and bringing about changes in the knowledge and behavior of the participants, as well as enabling them to optimize small land areas for maggot cultivation, thereby increasing household income.

Index funds, as passive investors with substantial ownership stakes, have significant power in corporate governance, especially through their voting decisions. Although typically less involved in shareholder activism, their voting behavior can shape corporate outcomes, providing stability in governance. However, the review also highlights concerns about the lack of active scrutiny over management decisions, potentially leading to suboptimal outcomes in companies with weak governance structures. The review compares findings from various studies, emphasizing the evolving role of index funds in corporate governance and their impact on shareholder value. It also discusses the limitations of existing literature and calls for future research to explore the behavior of different types of index funds, as well as the potential influence of ESG factors on corporate decision-making.

This qualitative literature review explores the signaling mechanisms and communication strategies that influence crowdfunding success in entrepreneurial fundraising. By examining the role of social proof, narrative framing, visual signals, and communication strategies, the review identifies key factors that enhance the effectiveness of crowdfunding campaigns. The findings highlight the importance of creating trust, emotional connections, and sustained engagement with backers through transparent and consistent communication. While signaling mechanisms such as social proof and compelling narratives have been shown to increase credibility, the review also emphasizes potential limitations, including cultural biases and resource constraints. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of how entrepreneurs can leverage communication strategies to maximize crowdfunding success and offers directions for future research on platform-specific and culturally diverse contexts.

The current research aims to verify the relationship between talent management practices represented by (attracting talent, investing talent, localizing talent, retaining talent) and the creative work behavior of employees represented by (exploratory creative work behavior, investment creative work behavior), among a sample of teaching staff in private universities and colleges in the Middle Euphrates region, numbering (276) instructors. The researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach, taking the questionnaire as a basic mechanism for collecting the necessary data for the practical aspect of the study. The study concluded that there is a relationship between talent management practices and the creative work behavior of employees. As a result, the study reached a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is that private universities and colleges must create a flexible academic environment that encourages innovation, such as remote work options or flexible work schedules, which supports work-life balance and makes room for creative thinking, in addition to implementing a periodic evaluation system to measure the level of employee engagement and creative behavior, and using the evaluation results to improve programs and practices. Continuously.
