Abstrak:
This study investigates the relationship between management control systems and cooperation, which translates into the performance of intra-organizational relationships. This study aims to test a theoretical model using Partial Least Square (PLS) on survey data collected from the retail industry sector. This quantitative research uses a survey method by collecting data using random sampling techniques. The sample used in this study was taken from the respondents of managers and supervisors who have authority in purchasing or procuring goods in the store or warehouse. Next, the questionnaire is organized into two parts; the first contains demographic data, and the next is long-term work, which will be loaded into 20 questions. The results show a direct relationship between performance measurement systems and the three dimensions of cooperation (information sharing, problem-solving, and willingness to adapt to change. This study examines the influence of the performance measurement system and the socialization process on business units' performance, where cooperation plays a mediating variable. The results of this study make a significant contribution by explaining the role of this growing knowledge pool by empirically exploring how cooperation can be mobilized and enforced through SPM, performance measurement systems, and socialization processes

Abstrak:
Banyak masyarakat yang mempercayai bahwa Intellegence Quotient (IQ) dan Emotional Quotient (EQ) tinggi akan mendapatkan hasil yang bagus dalam belajar. Namun di lapangan banyak ditemukan siswa dengan kecerdasan tinggi tetapi tidak tertarik dalam olahraga. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara nilai IQ dan EQ terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani siswa kelas VII dan VIII MTs Minhajut Tholabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode korelasional menggunakan uji pearson correlation melalui software IBM SPSS 22. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 45 siswa kelas VII dan 45 siswa kelas VIII menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil observasi didapatkan bahwa Intellegence Quotient (IQ) siswa terbanyak kategori sedang dengan presentase 78,89% dan Emotional Quotient (EQ) terbanyak kategori sedang dengan presentase 75,56%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Intellegence Quotient (IQ) dan Emotional Quotient (EQ) terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani siswa tidak memiliki hubungan atau korelasi, dengan kata lain tinggi rendahnya nilai IQ dan EQ tidak berpengaruh pada hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani siswa.

Abstrak:
The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of macroeconomic factors such as interest rates, inflation and exchange rates on the movement of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI) share prices in the period 2020 to 2024. The analysis used is a quantitative method taking a multiple linear regression approach. The data used is secondary, obtained from other sources, namely the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using EViews 12 software. The findings from the analysis show that the three independent variables do not have a significant impact on BBRI share price fluctuations, both in simultaneous and partial analysis. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a relationship where interest rates and exchange rates have a significant positive influence on stock prices, while inflation shows a negative impact on share prices.

Abstrak:
This study aims to improve the early reading and writing skills of first-grade students at SDN 101280 Gunung Tua Tonga in the 2024/2025 academic year through the implementation of the Inkaber model (Inductive Picture-Word Model). The background of this research is based on the low early literacy skills of students, indicated by an average score of 1.39 on a 1–4 scale, as well as the minimal use of media and engaging learning approaches. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis & McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The objectives of this study are to describe the initial conditions of students' reading and writing skills, to portray the learning process using the Inkaber model, and to explain the improvement in literacy performance after the implementation. The results showed that the application of the Inkaber model significantly improved students’ reading and writing skills. In the initial condition, the average writing score was 58.5 and the reading score was 60.2, with most students not meeting the Minimum Competency Criteria (MCC). After two cycles of implementation, all students met the MCC with an average writing score of 85.24 and reading score of 84.70. The conclusion of this study is that the Inkaber model is effective for use in early literacy learning. The combination of visual media, interactive approaches, and contextual learning strategies made the lessons more engaging and meaningful for lower-grade students. This model is recommended as an alternative for improving early reading and writing skills in elementary schools.

Abstrak:
This paper explores the integration of digital media in enhancing students’ learning discipline within the context of Christian Religious Education (PAK), both at home and in school. In today’s digital era, digital media serves as a vital tool to support an interactive, flexible, and engaging learning process. Research indicates that digital media use can improve student motivation and engagement, which positively influences their study discipline. However, challenges such as limited technology access, low digital literacy, and potential distractions must also be addressed. The collaborative role of parents and educators is crucial in ensuring the effective use of digital media. Through this approach, digital media integration is expected to foster an adaptive, inclusive educational ecosystem that supports the development of student discipline and character.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to find out about the early observation of visual-spatial intelligence at RA Rahmatullah Tanjung Morawa. The results of the observation were seen during security activities, children were involved in drawing activities freely. From here, it can be observed that some children have shown good development in visual spatial intelligence. This can be seen from their ability to draw objects around them and combine colors to create images that match their vision. This study aims to explain the results of the study on the development of children's visual spatial intelligence. The type of research adopted in this study is qualitative research. The method chosen in this study is qualitative with a type of phenomenological research, which is intended to explore the phenomena that occur in the school environment to provide the information needed. From the results of the study obtained through observation and interviews with class teachers of group B at RA Rahmatullah Tanjung Morawa, it can be seen that the development of children's visual spatial intelligence in group B has developed well. The intelligence possessed by children is shown by their ability to perceive the visual world, namely the ability to capture and mix colors when coloring, their pleasure in drawing and doodling, imagining, making simple designs, and the ability to understand direction and shape, and also in creating various shapes.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the impact of higher education training on labor market demand in Africa, using a documentation study approach. In an ever-evolving global context, higher education plays an important role in preparing individuals to face the demands of a dynamic labor market. However, in many African countries, there is a gap between the skills provided by higher education institutions and the needs of the labor market. Through documentation studies, this study collects and analyzes secondary data originating from various government reports, international institutions, and previous studies regarding the relationship between higher education and labor demand in Africa. The findings show that although higher education in Africa can improve the quality of human capital, there is a mismatch between the skills taught and the skills required by the industrial sector. This study also identified key challenges, such as a lack of relevant curriculum and limited educational facilities, that impact the effectiveness of training in meeting labor market needs. Therefore, this study recommends curriculum reform that is more adaptive to industry needs and increased collaboration between educational institutions and the private sector to create more relevant and quality training programs

Abstrak:
Educational strategic management plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of educational program implementation. One of the key aspects of this management is program indicators, which serve as measurement tools to assess the achievement of educational objectives. Program indicators in education can be classified into four main types: input, process, output, and outcome. Each of these indicators plays a distinct role in evaluating the success of an educational program. Additionally, effective indicators must meet the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) criteria to be used effectively in planning and evaluation. This study aims to analyze the operational definition of program indicators in educational management, the types of indicators used, and the characteristics of effective indicators based on the SMART principle. A literature review method was employed by analyzing various relevant academic journals. The findings reveal that implementing clear and measurable program indicators enables educational institutions to continuously improve learning systems. Moreover, examples of program achievement indicators in education show that the success of a program can be systematically measured using a data-driven approach. With appropriate indicators, education management can more easily identify the strengths and weaknesses of a program and optimize strategies for implementing educational policies. The findings conclude that program indicators are a crucial component in enhancing education quality, particularly in resource management and assessing student learning outcomes.

Abstrak:
The key measure of employee performance productivity is determined by several factors, such as appropriate age, employee attendance rate (infrequent illness or leave), and the number of non-effective working days. To determine the extent to which these factors influence employee productivity, multiple linear regression analysis is used. The results of the analysis show that employee age has a significant influence on productivity, while non-effective working days and the frequency of employee illness or leave have little impact.
