The Kani Wujo Ikat Weaving Group in Tiwatobi Village, Ile Mandiri District is a representation of local wisdom that plays an important role in maintaining cultural identity and supporting the local community's economy. However, the group's development faces challenges in the form of limited product innovation, narrow market access, and lack of managerial training that meets local needs. This study aims to examine an empowerment model based on local wisdom and community participation to strengthen the sustainability of the Kani Wujo Ikat Weaving Group. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interview techniques, participatory observation, and documentation studies, involving weavers, traditional leaders, and village officials as the main informants. Data analysis is carried out interactively through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn, according to the Miles and Huberman analysis model. The results of the study show that group empowerment based on local wisdom and community participation encourages the maintenance of cultural values in weaving production, strengthens social solidarity, and increases adaptation to information technology in marketing. However, there is also a need to improve design innovation, expand market access, and strengthen the capacity of group financial literacy. In conclusion, approaches based on local wisdom and community participation are effective in maintaining the sustainability of traditional businesses and strengthening the economic resilience of communities. The suggestion for further research is to expand the focus on developing cultural-based business model adaptation strategies in the midst of global market dynamics and to quantitatively assess the economic impact of community empowerment based on local wisdom.

Abrasion is the beach erosion process due to destructive waves and currents, which are sometimes difficult to handle. The abrasion is caused by current, tidal, wind, and the earthquake and tsunami, 2010. Sipora Island is a world tourist destination for snorkeling, diving, and surfing. This research was conducted to mitigate abrasion at Sipora using a submerged permeable structure. The method is a quantitative analysis using permeable structure, WQC TOAA, current meter, and sediment trap. The field survey was conducted in August and October 2020 using purposive sampling at Kampung Dusun, Tua Pejat, The Sipora Island. The results show that the permeable structure can reduce the abrasion, current, and wave pressure and increase sedimentation at Kampung Dusun. The abrasion rate is 3.73 m/year or 268 m2/year, classified as very high (CVI). Sedimentation is created behind the permeable structure, whose rate is 9.389 cm3/day, sea current is 0.02-0.08 m/s (reduced till 50%), and wave pressure is 0.375 KN/m2 (decreased 62.5%). For seawater quality, the pH and turbidity are increased; TDS and salinity are relatively stable at some points, but the pH and temperature of the dissolved oxygen are decreased. The permeable structure can reduce abrasion and create sedimentation at Kampung Dusun, Sipora.

College students are in early adulthood, a critical developmental stage marked by physical, psychosocial, and cognitive changes that can significantly impact dietary behaviors, including fruit and vegetable consumption. Adequate intake of fruits and vegetables is essential for maintaining overall health and reducing the risk of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). However, evidence indicates that fruit and vegetable intake among college students often falls below the levels recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). This study aimed to validate a Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ) for assessing total fruit and vegetable intake among college students in Surabaya City, Indonesia. A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 30 active university students. The SQ-FFQ method produced higher intake estimates compared to the Estimated Food Record. A statistically significant and strong correlation was found between the two methods (p < 0.001, r > 0.7), indicating strong agreement. These findings support the SQ-FFQ as a valid tool for measuring total fruit and vegetable intake in this population.

This research discusses the Analysis of Seafarers Identity Document (SID) Issuance Services at the One-Stop Service Center at the Tanjung Perak Main Port Authority Office. SID is an official identity document for seafarers who work on foreign-flagged vessels and serves to ensure access and legal protection for them. SID issuance services are carried out online through the e-SID website which is designed to increase efficiency and ease of service for seafarers. To evaluate the quality of these services, this research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires involving service users and then analyzed based on five dimensions of service quality: Tangibles, Empathy, Assurance, Responsiveness, and Realibility. The results show that the SID issuance service at KSOP Utama Tanjung Perak with an average satisfaction score of 76.32% is classified as good. The Empathy dimension obtained the highest score (80%), followed by Assurance (76.83%), Responsiveness (75.75%), Reliability (75%), and Tangibles (73.12%). Some aspects that require improvement include information availability, friendly attitude of officers, time efficiency, and consistent application of SOPs. As an effort to improve service quality, researchers recommend developing a real-time application status tracking feature, socializing online procedures through educational media, periodic training for officers, and improving information technology infrastructure. With these steps, it is expected that SID issuance services will become more efficient, transparent, and responsive to seafarers' needs.
