Komunikasi dalam kegiatan penyuluhan agama sangat diperlukan dikarenakan penyuluhan membutuhkan orang-orang dengan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik. Dalam hal ini, ketika penyuluhan agama di lakukan oleh penyuluh yang mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik maka tujuan dari penyuluhan tersebut akan tersalurkan ke masyarakat dengan baik. Komunikasi adalah suatu proses ketika seseorang atau beberapa orang, kelompok, organisasi, dan masyarakat menciptakan, dan menggunakan informasi agar terhubung dengan lingkungan dan orang lain. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemaparan materi kepada para penyuluh agama Kristen di Kabupaten Toba. Kegiatan dilakukan oleh Prodi Pendidikan Penyuluh Agama (PPA) IAKN Tarutung guna meningkatkan kompetensi komunikasi Penyuluh Agama Kristen di Kabupaten Toba. Diharapkan hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan penyuluh dalam setiap kegiatan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat binaan mereka masing-masing.
 
Communication in religious counseling activities is very necessary because counseling requires people with good communication skills. In this case, when religious counseling is carried out by extension workers who are able to communicate well, the purpose of the counseling will be transfered to the community well. Communication is a process when a person or people, groups, organizations, and society create and use information to connect with environment and other people. The method which is used in this activity was to explain material exposure to Christian religious educators in Toba Regency. The activity was carried out by Pendidikan Penyuluh Agama (PPA) of IAKN Tarutung in order to improve the communication competence of Christian Religion Counselors in Toba Regency. It is hoped that the results of this activity can increase the knowledge of religion counselors in their activity to educate the society.

This study aims to evaluate the cash receipts and disbursement accounting information system as a means of internal control in the study of the Kasih Sejahtera Abadi Cooperative, Kedungrejo Village, Rowokangkung District, Lumajang Regency. The type of research used is a case study. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation.
The problem with cooperatives is that there is a dual function of the administrator treasurer with the finance section and the accounting section and also the chairman with the cooperative manager, the documents used by the cooperative are incomplete, the accounting records used by the cooperative are incomplete, and the application of the cash receipts and disbursement accounting information system is still incomplete. manuals.
Evaluation results by separating the functions of the management treasurer, finance section, accounting section, chairman and cooperative manager, adding the documents used in the form of proof of member deposit transactions, repayment of member loans, and member loans. In addition to adding accounting records used in the form of member loan recapitulation, member loan repayment, cash receipts journal and daily cash journal, and improving cash receipts and disbursement accounting information system procedures so that the cooperative's internal control system will be effective and efficient.

Poor waste management can result in chemical exposure and health issues. With a %age of 42.63 %, Kerinci district is the district in Jambi province with the largest number of river trash disposals, while Penawar Village is the village with the highest number of river waste disposals. This study aims to investigate waste management training effectiveness on community behaviour in household waste to reduce the waste number into the river in Penawar village, Kerinci Regency. This research is a quasi-experimental study employing a pretest-posttest design group with a research sample of 46 houses and simple random sampling. The results showed that before the intervention, the majority of housewives' knowledge was lacking (34.8%), the majority attitude was negative (69.6%) and the majority action was poor (71.7%). After the implementation of the Household Waste Management Training, the majority of housewives' knowledge was good (89.1%), positive attitude (100%) and majority action was good (73.9%). Compared before intervention. The application of the training proved to be effective in increasing household waste management behavior with (p) < 0.05. Waste management training effectively enhances the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of housewives in managing home trash to lower the rate of garbage disposal into the river in Penawar Village, Kerinci Regency.

Employees are not satisfied with what they receive from their co-workers who cannot work together and the lack of opportunities for employees to get promotion opportunities and the amount of bonuses received is not yet in line with expectations because the bonuses made by the company are not maximized with employees who have worked optimally. The population is 129 employees and the sample in this study was 98 employees. The sampling technique used is sample random sampling. The technique of collecting data is by pembainigain kueisoner, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing.Conclusions in the study that simultaneous Compensation and Job Satisfaction influence the Work Productivity of PT. A finance company is a company that provides loans to prospective borrowers with certain guarantees such as PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Medan Branch. In this business, company funds are often embedded because of debtors who are in arrears. Therefore, the company has a field officer who functions to collect debtor's house and make a withdrawal of the financing unit that has exceeded the reasonable limit of the time of payment. The implementation of billing activities carried out is definitely related to the work safety of each field officer. Work safety issues such as beatings experienced by field officers have an impact on the implementation of billing. This resulted in the billing process becoming less than optimal because the officers were worried about their safety. In addition, the work environment also impacts on employee performance, such as lack of work space that makes employees not free to work, relationships that are not good affect the communication process in decision making and document filing that is not neat will affect the document search process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work safety and work environment on the performance of employees. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis method. The population in this study were 51 people who were employees of PT. ITC Multi Finance Medan Branch and also as a respondent. The method of data collection is done by interviewing, distributing questionnaires, documentation and literature. Variables taken with a Likert scale. The data analysis model used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that simultaneously the work safety and work environment did not significantly influence the performance of PT. Medan Branch Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance, and partially has no effect on performance.

Penyebab kematian bayi baru lahir menunjukkan bahwa proporsi penyebab kematian neonatal kelompok umur 0-7 hari tertinggi adalah premature dan berat badan lahir rendah / LBW (35%), kemungkinan asfiksia lahir (33%). Penyakit penyebab kematian neonatal kelompok umur 8-28 hari tertinggi adalah infeksi sebesar (57,1%), (termasuk sepsis, pneumoni, diare), kemudian feeding problem (24,3%). Tujuan: untuk melaksanakan Asuhan Kebidanan Berat Badan Lahir Rendah pada By,Ny.M Di Klinik Bersalin Roslena Medan Tahun 2019 dengan menggunakan metode SOAP. Metode studi kasus: studi kasus ini menggunakan metode deskrtiptif. Kesimpulan: Asuhan kebidanan  dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan dengan pendokumentasian SOAP (Subjektif, Objektif, Assasment, Planning). Tidak ditemukan kesenjangan pada  hasil data Subjektif dan Objektif. Sehingga setelah semua data terkumpul dapat disimpulkan Analisa dan melakukan Penatalaksanaan sesuai dengan teori.
 

Salah satu masalah kesehatan global dan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan program kesehatan ibu adalah Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI).  Di Indonesia rasio  AKI  sebesar  177  per  100.000 kelahiran hidup pada 2017. Studi kasus ini menggunakan desain observasional deskriptif yang menilai derajat atau tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil primigravida trimester ketiga pada ibu Ny. S dengan hamil primigravida trimester ketiga di Klinik Bidan Sartikam Manurung pada 23 Februari sampai Maret 2020. Dimana subjek penelitian merupakan ibu hamil primigravida trimester ketiga. Masalah yang dialami Ny. S, ibu cemas terhadap kehamilannya dikarenakan menghadapi persalinannya. Asuhan kebidanan ibu hamil trimester tiga dengan kecemasan menghadapi persalinan, disarankan kepada Ny. S untuk tetap menjaga pola nurtisinya dengan mengkonsumsi makan makanan bergizi, minum banyak baik berupa susu maupun air putih (8-10 gelas/hari) atau 1 liter susu perhari untuk meningkatkan kekuatan ibu. Setelah melakukan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil Ny. S Usia 33 tahun, G1P0A0  tidak didapatkan kesenjangan antara teori dan praktek secara langsung dilapangan.
 
 

The existence of waste at this time was still a problem that hit almost all regions in Indonesia. Keliling Danau Districts in 2019 has produces 33,311 m3 of waste per year with a population of 22,207 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants behavior of waste management in elementary school students at Kerinci Regency, 2021. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and Availability of Facilities with Waste Management in State Elementary School 52 of Koto Dian students, Kerinci Regency. This research is quantitative with a cross sectional research design. Sampling using random sampling technique with a total sample of 44 students consisted of class III, IV, V to class VI. Data was collected by distributed of questionnaires. Analysis used chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that 18 of 44 (40.9%) respondents with poor behavior of waste management and 26 (59.1%) respondents with good behavior waste management. From the results of the bivariate test, it was found that Knowledge has a PR value = 3.33 CI = 1.73-6.39 and a p-value of 0.001 indicates that there is a relationship between knowledge and behavior of waste management. Attitude has a value of PR = 3.75 CI = 1.62-8.68 and a p-value of 0.001 indicates that there was a relationship between attitude and behavior of waste management and there was not relationship between availability of facilities and behavior of waste management with a p-value of 0.222. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with behavior waste management. And the availability of facilities has no relationship between behavior of waste management in elementary school students.

Peningkatan pertumbuhan penduduk di Semarang berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan kebutuhan sampah dan listrik. Persoalannya, sampah hanya berpindah dari tempat pembuangan sampah ke tempat pembuangan akhir. Hal ini menyebabkan munculnya dampak buruk terhadap lingkungan kota yang kotor. Di sisi lain, permintaan kebutuhan listrik yang tinggi setiap tahunnya meningkat. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah pemborosan telah dimanfaatkan bahan pembangkit listrik. Dua parameter telah diusulkan untuk memprediksi potensi pembangkit listrik tenaga sampah di kota Semarang seperti populasi dan sampah. Algoritma backpropagation dari JST telah digunakan untuk memprediksi pembangkit listrik tenaga sampah untuk tahun 2020 hingga 2022. Variabel yang digunakan dalam peramalan meliputi ukuran populasi dan volume sampah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi listrik WPP adalah 8,8 MWH untuk peramalan 3 tahun. sedangkan pertumbuhan orang ditunjukkan sebagai 1,7 juta selama 3 tahun. Potensi pembangkit listrik sampah PLN telah diberikan 0,29% dari total kebutuhan listrik di Jawa Tengah.

The implementation of online learning is not without problems, even in several countries, especially Indonesia, it is reported that countries that adopt online learning on average are actually much smaller than expected. The implementation of online learning makes students less understanding of the learning materials provided and students' low interest in learning during the pandemic. This study aims to create a learning application for grade VI elementary school students that contains learning materials, practice questions that are randomized using LCM and facilitate the results of the assessment of the questions. From the results of LCM randomization, each student did not get the same or twin questions. From the test of 3 students, it was found that the questions that appeared in the same order were question number 6, while the questions that appeared in a different order were questions number 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10
