This research aims to determine and analysis the influence of the Electronic Word of Mouth and Online Consumer Review on purchasing decisions through Shopee. This type of research is a quatitative descriptive research. The population in this study is students of University Semarang, internet users via marketplace Shopee, with a sample of 96 respondents. The study was done through a survey of Semarang University Student who made transactions through a Shopee and were analyzed with analysis regression. The results of the analysis show that Electronic Word of Mouth and Online Consumer Review has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions through Shopee.  

<p><strong>Abstract. </strong>The condition of the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on daily life, such as changes in routine, activities outside the home, decreased productivity, and a reduction in the labour. This impacts psychological aspects such as feelings of anxiety, especially for final year students who are planning their future careers. This study aimed to determine the relationship between fear of COVID-19 and future career anxiety. The population in this study were final year students, which consisted of 10 male participants and 78 female participants. The research instrument used is The Fear of COVID-19 Scale (FC-19S) and the Future Career Anxiety Scale. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used was Spearman Rank correlation analysis. The analysis results stated that there was no significant relationship between the two variables, and it was very weak, with a significance value of 0.54<br /><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Fear of COVID-19, Future career anxiety, Final year students</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak. </strong>Kondisi pandemi COVID-19 memiliki dampak pada kehidupan sehari-hari seperti perubahan rutinitas, kegiatan di luar rumah, produktifitas menurun dan pengurangan tenaga kerja. Hal ini memberikan dampak pada aspek psikologis seperti perasaan cemas, terutama pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang merencakan karier di masa depan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan ketakutan terhadap COVID-19 dengan kecemasan karier di masa depan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa tingkat akhir, yang terdiri dari 10 partisipan laki-laki dan 78 partisipan perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu skala <em>The Fear of COVID-19 Scale</em> (FC-19S) dan skala <em>Future Career Anxiety Scale</em> . Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>Purposive Sampling</em>. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis korelasi <em>Spearman Rank</em>. Hasil analisis menyatakan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel dan sangat lemah, dengan angka signifikansi 0.54<br /><strong><em>Kata kunci:</em></strong><em> Ketakutan terhadap COVID-19, Kecemasan karier di masa depan, Mahasiswa tingkat akhir.</em></p>

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana guru pendidikan agama Islam memanfaatkan media teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang berbentuk computer multimedia dalam pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah berupa kualitatif deskriptif, sumber penelitian terdiri dari peristiwa, guru dan beberapa peserta didik yang dipilih secara purposive, data didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara serta studi dokumentasi, data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan interaktif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kepala sekolah menetapkan pembelajaran berbasis ICT dengan menggunakan komputer multimedia pada setiap pembelajaran, guru  PAI melakukan perencanaan pembelajaran PAI berbasis ICT dengan menggunakan komputer multimedia, evaluasi penggunaan komputer multimedia dalam pembelajaran PAI dilakukan sendiri oleh guru PAI untuk menemukan kekurangan-kekurangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan komputer multimedia.

The flow of containers through Tanjung Emas Port is increasing, this can be seen from the growth of loading and unloading containers from year to year. The condition of the flow of containers is inseparable from the improvement of services at the Container Terminal of Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang through the provision of supporting facilities and infrastructure. With the growth of the container flow which is quite high, the condition of existing facilities, infrastructure and operating systems needs to be reviewed whether the operation is optimal or its performance is still possible to improve, or it is time to add infrastructure and facilities to anticipate future transportation demand. will come.
Smooth loading and unloading aims to improve good service in the activities and services of the loading and unloading process of containers according to operational standards. There are several factors that cause the smooth loading and unloading of containers, such as those related to the condition of loading and unloading equipment, the performance of human resources, operations and the environment. In this study, four research variables will be analyzed, namely loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and anticipation of natural factors as independent variables and loading and unloading smoothness as the dependent variable.
The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the positive influence both individually between the independent variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations, anticipation of natural factors on the dependent variable, namely the smoothness of loading and unloading. In this study, the object taken is the user of loading and unloading services at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. Sources of data include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated:

From the results of the multiple regression study, it shows that the most dominant variable affecting the smooth loading and unloading is the operational variable with a regression coefficient of 0.323. . With the Adjusted R 2 test, a result of 0.644 or 64.4% was obtained. Simultaneously, the variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and natural conditions factors had an effect of 64.4% on the smooth loading and unloading and 35.6% were influenced by research variables that were not detected in this study.

Digitalization has brought many changes to human life. One of the actual examples is the emergence of communities in the field of literacy that move online, such as the Storial community. Komunitas Storial is a community engaged in literacy, especially writing and reading digital novels on the Storial.co application. In this journal, we will analyze the community using the Participatory Action Research method. The author will focus on analyzing several aspects of the community to find the core problems, as well as finding the right solution to solve the existing problems. The results of the analysis shows that the main problem of the community is the lack of reader members and structural conditions that are still unclear. As a solution, the community can improve the structural conditions of the community and balance the position between members with reading and writing roles.

Employee performance appraisal is one part of human resource activity, to maintain the quality and performance of its employees. Satya Wacana Christian University (SWCU) has also implemented the system, especially for its non-academic employees. The Employee Assessment Process in SWCU has been done by filling out a DP3 form manually, based on the evaluation from the supervisor. The manual assessment process takes a lot of time, because of how many employees need to be evaluated and the lack of objectivity in the assessment. Hence, this research is being done with a purpose to map out and implement a web-based performance assessment information system for the employees, which can then be used to assess those employees’ performance using a computerized system. This research is done to design an information system of performance assessment by applying Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method so that the assessment process can be done more objectively, quickly, and more importantly easily especially for the multi-criteria assessment process.

<p>The government, specifically the Directorate General of Taxes, applies technology in the administration of taxation to facilitate the public in reporting taxes. E-registration, e-billing, and e-filling have become a form of application of tax administration technology. The application of this technology is expected to help while improving taxpayer compliance in reporting taxes owed.</p><p>This research is quantitative research using primary data. Respondents are private taxpayers who have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and are registered with KPP Pratama Semarang Selatam and KPP Semarang Tengah Satu. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression methods with the statistic tool of the SPSS program version 23.</p><p>Statistical test results show there are no constraints in the classical assumption test. The results of hypothesis testing show that all hypotheses are accepted, namely that E-registration, e-billing, and e-filling have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.</p>

The purpose of this study was to observe family problems, failures, and selfishness in the film “Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini” by Marchella FP. This film is an adaptation of the novel of the same name and is released in theaters on January 9, 2020. This research was conducted using a qualitative method and contains several values, especially moral values. This study resulted in three findings. First, family is the most important supporter in life. Second, failure is something that cannot be separated from the journey of life that we go through, even failure can be a life lesson so that we can be better in the future. Third, selfishness is a trait that we should not have because this trait can cause negative impacts on ourselves and those around us. This film tells about a family who seems happy but has many secrets. The main character in this film is named " Awan ". After experiencing her first failure, Awan gets acquainted with a man named "Kale". A man who gives new life experiences, about breaking, getting up, falling, growing, missing, and all the fears of humans in general that leads her to know the secrets that occur in her family.

Pengajaran bahasa Arab, seringkali efektif jika dilaksanakan di luar kelas. Hal inilah yang menjadikan pondok pesantren memiliki nilai tersendiri dalam membuat lingkungannya aktual untuk pembelajaran bahasa. Karena, pondok dapat mendisiplinkan santri dalam membiasakan diri berbahasa. Satu sisi yang perlu dikuatkan, adalah unsur literasi dan pendampingan bagi pengurusnya. Khususnya dalam menyusun bahan ajar, yang akan berkaitan dengan bahasa yang diajarkannya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melihat sisi potensial dari ponpes al-Ishlah Paciran Lamongan Jawa Timur yang telah memiliki program bahasa, dengan berbagai kelebihan yang bisa ditingkatkan kembali. Hal inilah yang mendorong pengadaan program pengabdian, yang bekerjasama dengan sekolah tinggi sekitar pondok. Pembelajaran di pondok pesantren al-Ishlah menggunakan metode langsung. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan, yakni: 1) pembelajaran bahasa Arab di luar kelas harus didesain materinya semudah mungkin, khususnya mengenalkan terlebih dahulu hal-hal empiris di sekitar santri. 2) dalam menyusun bahan ajar, sangat perlu pendampingan hingga sesi penyampaian kosakata.

This research is motivated by the problems that occur in banks, namely bad loans, this is due to the lack of cooperative debtors in completing their installment obligations and mistakes made by the bank in conducting debtor surveys and credit analysis. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, through interviews with employees of Bank X. The conclusion of the resolution of the problem of bad loans in this study is by intensive collection when the debtor is in arrears in installments. Bank X will also restructure or reschedule the debtor's credit (there is a change in the term and the amount of installments) this is intended so that debtors can have the ability to pay installments smoothly. When the debtor is really unable to make repayments or installment payments, the bank will sell the assets and collateral/collateral from the debtor.
