SMEs are the backbone of the local economy and require contextualized and adaptive leadership and human capital management strategies. This article aims to describe the indigenous values-based leadership model implemented in Aglaia Shoes Cleaning-a shoe-care SME in Malang City-and how it contributes to strengthening human capital. The service activities were carried out through a participatory and educative approach, including soft skills training, structuring work structures, and preparing simple SOPs based on local cultural values such as mutual cooperation, responsibility, and perseverance. The results of the activities show that a leadership approach that integrates indigenous values can create a more collaborative work environment, increase productivity, and foster loyalty and a sense of ownership in the work team. Strengthening human capital does not only occur through increasing technical capacity, but also through instilling local values and work ethics. This model has the potential to be replicated in other MSMEs with similar characteristics to encourage local culture-based business sustainability.

This article explores the significance of gaining a clear understanding of the topic concept addition as the main foundation in mathematical literacy. This study examines various pedagogical approaches in introducing the concept of addition to students, emphasizing the importance of conceptual understanding compared to procedural learning. Analysis of several learning methods shows that the use of manipulative objects, visual representations, and the application of real contexts significantly improve students' understanding of the idea behind addition. The results of the research also indicate that difficulties in understanding the concept of addition at the early stage of Learning may affect the progress of advanced mathematical abilities. This article concludes that a learning approach that emphasizes conceptual understanding of addition as a quantity combination operation will establish a strong basis for the advancement of students' mathematical abilities in the future.

Abstrak:
The use of pesticides in the agricultural sector results in contamination of foodstuffs by pesticide residues, thus becoming a source of exposure to the body and resulting in health problems. The purpose of this study was to analyse the health risks due to the consumption of foodstuffs containing organophosphate residues in farmers. The design of this study was cross-sectional, employing the Environmental Health Risk Assessment (EHRA). The study population was farmers in the North Dempo District of Pagar Alam. A total of 117 farmers were sampled randomly. Environmental samples consisted of five red chilies and five tomatoes, which were selected purposively. Organophosphate residues were quantified using liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry. Body weight was measured using calibrated body scales. Activity pattern data were collected through interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using the EHRA formulas. The results demonstrated the presence of Chlorpyriphos in red chillies at a concentration of 3,05 mg/kg, while Profenofos was found at 0.0731 mg/kg and 0.0118 mg/kg. The presence of Chlorpyriphos in tomatoes samples at a concentration of 0.4439 mg/kg, while Profenofos was found at 0.0112 mg/kg and 0.2043 mg/kg. The risk quotient for consumption of red chillies containing Chlorpyriphos was found to be 0.0447, while that for Profenofos was 0.2476. The risk quotient for consumption of tomatoes containing Chlorpyriphos was found to be 0.0302, while that for Profenofos was 2.92. It can be concluded that respondents were at non-carcinogenic health risk due to consumption of tomatoes containing Profenofos.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to measure the total phenolic content in papaya (Carica papaya L.) leaf and seed extracts and to evaluate their potential as anticancer agents based on their antioxidant activity. Methodology/approach: Location & Materials: Papaya leaves and seeds were sourced from Manoko, Bandung. Extraction: The samples were washed, dried at 45°C, powdered, and extracted with 70% ethanol using the reflux method. Analysis: Total phenolic content was measured using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer at 761 nm after reacting extracts with Folin-Ciocalteu reagent and sodium carbonate. Results were compared to a gallic acid standard curve. Supporting Methods: Literature review on medicinal chemistry and anticancer drug development, as well as qualitative analysis using thin-layer chromatography (TLC) for main phenolic compounds. Results/findings: Papaya leaf and seed extracts contain significant phenolic compounds, including flavonoids and phenolic acids. These phenolics contribute to antioxidant activity, which helps protect cells from oxidative damage linked to cancer. Previous studies show papaya leaf extract can act as an immunomodulator and anticancer agent, while papaya seed contains benzyl isothiocyanate, which inhibits cancer cell growth. Limitations: The study only measures total phenolic content and does not isolate or identify individual active compounds. Anticancer activity is inferred from phenolic content and literature, not directly tested in vivo or in clinical trials. Contribution: This research provides scientific evidence that papaya leaves and seeds are promising natural sources of phenolic compounds with antioxidant and potential anticancer properties. The findings support further research in pharmacy, medicinal chemistry, and oncology, especially for developing plant-based anticancer agents.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, but in digital business practices, they often face legal challenges in business contracts, whether with suppliers, distributors, or marketplace platforms. This article examines aspects of legal protection for MSMEs in digital business contracts and identifies inequalities that occur in business relationships with large companies. This study uses a normative-juridical research method by analyzing business contract regulations in Indonesia as well as comparative studies with legal systems in other countries. This study concludes that MSMEs need more proactive regulations in ensuring fairness in digital business contracts so as not to experience exploitation from more dominant parties.

Financial statements serve as a crucial communication tool to convey a company's financial performance to investors and other stakeholders. One of the primary analytical tools used in evaluating financial performance is the profitability ratio. This ratio reflects a company’s ability to generate profit from its operational activities, indicating the efficiency of asset and capital management. The types of profitability ratios include Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE), Operating Profit Margin, and Operating Ratio. Each ratio offers unique insights into a company's financial strength. This research uses a library research method and identifies various factors influencing profitability levels, such as capital structure, sales growth, company size, working capital, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The study concludes that profitability ratios are key indicators in assessing financial performance and play a vital role in investment decision-making.
