Purple sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L) is one of the tubers that contain anthocyanin compounds because it has natural dyes. Anthocyanins derived from purple sweet potatoes have properties sensitive to changes in pH, so purple sweet potatoes are the right choice to be used as an alternative to natural dyes. Changes in pH that occur in food spoilage are the reason for making and developing smart packaging films based on pectin and anthocyanins derived from purple sweet potato extract by adding lemongrass essential oil. This research aims to determine the effect of purple sweet potato extract anthocyanin levels and kitchen lemongrass essential oil levels on the physical and pH-sensitive properties of the resulting film and determine the performance of the film produced from pectin with the addition of purple sweet potato extract anthocyanins and kitchen lemongrass essential oil as packaging. smart to monitor the freshness of chicken fillet meat. There are three methods used in this research, namely purple sweet potato extraction, film making from pectin-anthocyanin-essential, and film application from pectin-anthocyanin-essential. The research phase was purple sweet potato extract with a concentration of 0%, 10%, 20%, and essential oil 0 mL, 0.5 mL. It added 1 mL of these to the pectin film solution. Abstrak:
The lack of formal job access and limited employment sectors in rural areas have increased unemployment and poverty rates. Expanding rural entrepreneurship is a potential solution to create job opportunities and increase rural communities' income. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy needs to be developed to strengthen social capital and support the sustainability of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). This research examines efforts to build entrepreneurship in the village environment through innovations implemented in BUMDes. It explores innovative strategies used by BUMDes to enhance the village's economic potential, focusing on developing local businesses, empowering the community, and improving access to resources. The research methods used include surveys, interviews, and quantitative data analysis. The results show that BUMDes and their partners have a good relationship, and BUMDes managers regularly communicate with their partners. However, BUMDes managers must also establish good communication with community members and local leaders. If BUMDes managers can build strong relationships with village residents, they will find it easier to obtain support, information, and helpful advice for managing BUMDes. BUMDes managers are categorized as having a high level of support for those in the community who have difficulty accessing business capital loans. Furthermore, the results of the path analysis reveal that there is no statistically significant relationship between the variables of experience (X1), motivation (X1), ICT media role (X3), and social capital capacity (Y1). This means that in the context of this study, these three independent variables do not significantly impact social capital capacity (Y1). These findings can guide the government, community, and relevant stakeholders in supporting efforts to build rural entrepreneurship through BUMDes innovations.

Pancasila education shapes students’ character and national identity. Integrating local wisdom in co-curricular activities strengthens Pancasila values in modern learning. Despite the flexibility of co-curricular activities in reinforcing physics concepts and the Pancasila Student Profile (P3), educators rarely utilize or neglect them entirely. This study aims to improve P3 and learning satisfaction through physics co-curricular activities based on Makassarese local wisdom. This study used a mixed-methods sequential explanatory design. The quantitative method used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest type to measure changes in P3, and the qualitative method used an open questionnaire to measure students’ learning satisfaction. This activity integrates the 21st-century learning approach with the practice of a’bulo sibatang through physics measurements by 31 high school students. The study showed a significant improvement in students’ P3 (p < 0.05), with an N-Gain of 48.39% in the low category and 51.61% in the medium category. All students expressed positive learning satisfaction towards the Makassarese local wisdom-based physics co-curricular activities, although some experienced difficulties in certain aspects. This study concludes that co-curricular physics activities based on Makassarese local wisdom effectively improve students’ P3 and positive learning satisfaction. The lack of knowledge regarding organic waste management poses a significant challenge in various regions, including Pekon Panutan and Pagelaran District. Improper waste management can lead to negative impacts such as environmental pollution and health issues. One viable solution is to utilize organic waste as a valuable product through maggot cultivation. Maggots are the larvae of the Black Soldier Fly (BSF), which can decompose organic waste into high-quality compost (kasgot) used as animal feed. BUMDes Arthomoro in Pekon Panutan has the potential to enhance the economic value of waste through maggot utilization, which is supported by abundant organic waste, sufficient human resources, and community support. This community service aims to raise awareness and encourage community participation in maggot utilization. The results indicate increased residents' understanding
of managing organic waste and active participation in the maggot cultivation program. The methods used include socialization and practical maggot farming training. The program received positive feedback and appreciation from community members, successfully improving participants' understanding of maggot farming as a solution for organic waste management and an opportunity to enhance economic income. Writing skills are essential in education and need to be developed from an early age to ensure academic success. However, many children face challenges in writing, whether it’s related to structure, vocabulary, or creativity. These difficulties can hinder their ability to effectively communicate their thoughts and ideas. To address this, the Reading to Learn (R2L) method presents a solution that can significantly enhance children’s writing skills. The R2L method is a comprehensive approach that combines both reading and writing activities in a systematic way, allowing children to understand various text structures and patterns that they can apply in their own writing. This article discusses how the R2L method is not only effective but also enjoyable for children. Unlike traditional teaching methods that are either teacher-centered or student-centered, the R2L approach emphasizes the importance of collaboration and interaction between the teacher and the students to build knowledge. The method encourages children to think critically and creatively, helping them transform their ideas into coherent written form.By using the R2L method, students not only improve their writing abilities but also gain confidence in expressing their thoughts and ideas clearly. This boost in confidence is essential for their overall development as learners. The application of the R2L method in classrooms provides an innovative and engaging way to teach writing, fostering both creativity and critical thinking skills. As such, the R2L method offers a valuable approach to developing writing skills in children, making learning both effective and fun.
