This research aims to determine the legal protection efforts that consumers can take and the responsibility that companies must take for losses suffered by consumers due to consuming syrup drugs that damage health. This research explores cases of GGAPA in children that occurred in mid-2022, where consumers suffered losses due to the company's negligence in producing safe medicines for consumers. This case is why it is essential to conduct further research regarding consumer legal protection. This research uses a normative juridical research method, with a statutory approach and a case approach. The data in this research is supported by primary data in the form of interviews with one of the mothers of the victim's family who consumed drugs that damaged their health. The novelty of this research is that it discusses the issue of legal protection for consumers and the company's responsibility. The results of this research show that several legal protection efforts can be taken for losses suffered, namely preventive and repressive legal protection efforts, where in this GGAPA case, the victim's family took repressive protection efforts in the form of making efforts to resolve disputes through litigation, namely through class action lawsuit. Consumers also have the right to obtain responsibility from business actors for the losses they suffer, where in this GGAPA case, the victim's family asked for responsibility in the form of compensation through a class action lawsuit. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui upaya perlindungan hukum yang dapat dilakukan konsumen dan tanggung jawab yang harus dilakukan perusahaan atas adanya kerugian yang diderita konsumen akibat mengonsumsi obat sirup yang merusak kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan eksplorasi dari kasus gangguan ginjal akut pada anak (GGAPA) pada anak yang terjadi pada pertengahan tahun 2022, dimana para konsumen terpaksa harus merasakan kerugian dikarenakan kelalaian perusahaan dalam menghasilkan obat yang aman bagi konsumen. Kasus tersebut menjadi alasan mengapa penting adanya penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Data dalam penelitian ini didukung dengan data primer berupa hasil wawancara terhadap salah satu ibu keluarga korban yang mengkonsumsi obat merusak kesehatan. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini ialah bukan hanya membahas persoalan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen saja tetapi juga mengenai tanggung jawab dari pihak perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa upaya perlindungan hukum yang dapat dilakukan atas adanya kerugian yang diderita, yaitu upaya perlindungan hukum secara preventif dan represif, dimana dalam kasus GGAPA ini, keluarga korban melakukan upaya perlindungan represif berupa melakukan upaya penyelesaian sengketa secara litigasi, yaitu melalui gugatan class action. Konsumen juga memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan pertanggungjawaban dari pelaku usaha atas adanya kerugian yang dideritanya, dimana dalam kasus GGAPA ini, keluarga korban meminta pertanggungjawaban berupa ganti rugi melalui gugatan class action.    

Manajemen risiko merupakan suatu proses penting dalam setiap proyek konstruksi untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengurangi potensi kerugian terkait biaya, mutu, dan jadwal proyek. Metode yang umum digunakan dalam manajemen risiko pada proyek konstruksi yaitu Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) dan Identifikasi Bahaya, Penilaian Risiko, Pengendalian Risiko, Dan Peluang (IBPRP). Metode manajemen risiko yang digunakan pada PT. Waskita Karya Proyek Jalan Tol Jakarta-Cikampek II Selatan yakni JSA dan HIRADC. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membandingkan metode tersebut dalam mengelola risiko pada pekerjaan erection steel box girder di PT. Waskita Karya Proyek Jalan Tol Jakarta-Cikampek II Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini terdiri dari informan utama, pendukung dan kunci.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan triagulasi data yakni observasi, wawancara dengan informan dan literasi dokumen terkait pengelolaan risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode IBPRP terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan menggunakan metode HIRADC dikarenakan dalam mengidentifikasi maupun menilai risiko metode IBPRP lebih mendetail dan menggunakan matriks kemungkinan dan keparahan 5x5 dengan temuan 45 risiko bahaya dari 6 aktivitas dipekerjaan erection steel box girder Secara keseluruhan penggunaan metode yang lebih efektif dan terperinci seperti IBPRP dapat membantu perusahaan mencapai tujuan zero accident dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman bagi para pekerja.

This research aims to: (1) determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of competency and career development on employee performance at PT. , (3) To find out and analyze which variables have a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. In this research, the type of research uses a quantitative approach, the sample is 31 people, data collection uses questionnaires and data documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis to determine the high or low levels of the observed variables with the help of data processing using the SPSS program and inferential analysis using multiple linearity regression statistics. The research results show that: (1) Competency and career development variables simultaneously influence employee performance, because the Fcount = 24.089 > Ftable = 3.34; (2) Competency variable value tcount= 2.683 > ttable = 2.048 in sig. =0.12. there is a significant influence between competency on employee performance, (3) Career development variable value t = 2.578 > ttable = 2.048 on sig. = 0.15, there is a significant influence between career development on employee performance, (4) the competency variable has a dominant influence on employee performance, because the standard value of the competency beta coefficient = 0.440 > the standard beta coefficient of career development = 0.422.

This study aims to find out about the quality of accounting information at BAZNAS Jambi City and what are the obstacles in implementing the quality of accounting information at BAZNAS Jambi City in managing BAZNAS financial reports in terms of PSAK 109. The type of this research is qualitative research, namely the field research method. documentation and interviews. In collecting the data, the researcher involved several staff of BAZNAS Jambi City. Based on the results of the study indicate that the general obstacle in the application of SIA at BAZNAS Jambi city is constrained in Human Resources because the number of employees is very limited, besides that the problem of educational background that is not in accordance with the field of work taken will affect the quality of accounting information in the presentation of the report. Teknologi IoT telah diterapkan dalam berbagai aspek pertanian hidroponik, termasuk pemantauan nutrisi tanaman, pengelolaan air, iklim, dan pengendalian hama. Sensor IoT memungkinkan petani untuk memantau tingkat nutrisi dalam larutan nutrisi secara real-time. Ini membantu dalam mengoptimalkan pemupukan tanaman, mengurangi limbah nutrisi, dan memastikan tanaman menerima nutrisi yang sesuai untuk pertumbuhan yang maksimal. Pengelolaan air adalah faktor kunci dalam hidroponik. Dalam pengendalian iklim, penggunaan IoT memungkinkan petani untuk mengawasi dan mengontrol suhu, kelembaban, dan cahaya di lingkungan pertanian secara otomatis. This research discusses the influence of fertilizer prices, CPO prices, FFB selling prices on the welfare of palm oil farmers from an Islamic economic perspective. This research data is primary data obtained directly from the first source, both from individuals and individuals, such as the results of filling out questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) 23 software. The results of the research conducted show that fertilizer prices have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of oil palm farmers in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. CPO prices have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of oil palm farmers in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. The selling price of FFB has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of oil palm farmers in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency.

 ABSTRACTIn general, many elderly people with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) do not know the signs and symptoms of the disease because of the lack of information received. The nursing problem of knowledge deficіt is the abѕence or lack of cognitive infοrmation related tο a particular tοpic. The aim of this study was to find out how nursinġ cаre is implemented for knowledge deficits in elderly patients with diabeteѕ mellitus type II (DMTII) at the Bаntur Health Centeг. The гesearch design used is a case study. The number of clients used is as much as 3 people with inclusion criterias they had never received health education and did not really understand the disease they were suffering from. The nursing problem raised is a knowledge deficit. The action given was an educational action on the correct 3J гules (amount, type and schedule) which was given in stages over 3 days using leaflets as media. After being given educаtion, there is an increase in the ability to explain topics regarding 3J, there is an improvement in behavior in implementing the 3J rules and the three patients can repeat some of the information that has been conveyed by the гesearcheг. Thuѕ it can be cοncluded that gradual health education affect knowledge level. It is recommended for family and nurses to support the patient in medication, diabeteѕ management education, and observation.

Tujuan dari penelitian agar Mahkamah Agung baik Hakim maupun Peradilan di bawahnya bisa menegakkan keadilan yang sebenar-benarnya tanpa ada intervensi dengan teori pendekatan islam. Kepercayaan publik atas penegakan hukum di Indonesia semakin menurun. Tidak sedikit jual beli perkara, persekongkolan antara sesama penegak hukum, pesanan untuk menetapkan siapa hakim yang mengadili perkara masih saja terjadi, baik di tingkat Mahkamah Agung maupun peradilan di bawahnya. Hal ini disebabkan lemahnya pengawasan kehakiman yang dilaksanakan oleh Komisi Yudisial, salah satunya dikarenakan tidak adanya kewenangan untuk melakukan penyadapan atas hakim-hakim di jajaran Mahkamah Agung maupun peradilan di bawahnya berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2004 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun  2011 Tentang Komisi Yudisial. Oleh karena itu dalam hal ini kewenangan Komisi Yudisial selaku badan yang mengawasi sikap hakim di Indonesia perlu diperbaiki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian library research (penelitian pustaka). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, harus ada regulasi tambahan terkait wewenang Komisi Yudisial. selain itu, Pemerintah Indonesia harus mengambil sikap dengan  mengeluarkan PERPU (Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang- Undang), penjatuhan sanksi hukuman atas tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh hakim sebagai penegak hukum harus lebih berat dari pada masyarakat biasa, serta diperlukannya regulasi tentang hukuman tambahan berupa sanksi sosial atas tindak pidana yang mencederai penegakan hukuman di Indonesia.

Manners are a form of morals that must be owned by Muslims and is a culture of Indonesian society that needs to be upheld when socializing with other people. This study aims to describe the stages of cultivating polite values ​​through the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at SMPN 3 Kinali. This research is a type of field research, namely research with a qualitative approach. Subjects or key informants in this study were Tahfidz teachers and supporting objects or informants were students. To obtain research data, researchers used a set of interview guidelines and observation guidelines as research instruments. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that there are three stages in inculcating the character values ​​of courtesy by the tahfidz teacher for students through the Al-Quran Tahfidz program at SMPN 3 Kinali, namely: First, the moral knowing/learning to know stage (introduction of good values ​​and bad values). At this stage the teacher conveys good and bad values ​​through lectures in the form of presenting cases and delivering advice. Second, the moral loving/moral feeling stage (feelings of love and need for values). At this stage the teacher uses exemplary methods, giving physical touches and conveying inspirational stories from the time of the Prophets and Apostles. Third, the stage of moral doing/learning to do (implementation of good and bad values). This stage is carried out using the habituation method and giving rewards and punishments.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, experiential marketing, and product quality on customer loyalty of the Tropicana Slim brand in the premium community. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative. The population in this study are members of the premium community. The number of samples in the research was 95 people using a purposive sampling technique with the following criteria: they are premium community members who have experienced brand activation by Tropicana Slim Medan City and have purchased Tropicana Slim products at least 1 (one) time. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that simultaneously brand image, experiential marketing and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of the Tropicana Slim brand in the premium community. Partially, brand image, experiential marketing and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of the Tropicana Slim brand in the premium community.
