Abstract
Philosophy seeks to make sense of the world by interpreting it from a very broad perspective, encompassing everything the human mind is capable of. It is different from studying law, which has a narrow scope because it only focuses on standards and regulations. The goal of philosophy is something that can be achieved by human reason. This research was conducted using the normative juridical method, namely by examining literature materials related to the influence of the school of legal philosophy in the development of legal science. This research is conducted by examining secondary legal materials in the form of journals and scientific articles related to the schools of legal philosophy and how they influence the development of legal science and the role of law in society. There are several schools that develop and influence the formation of law including: Natural Law (Justice), Positivism (Certainty), Utilitarianism (Benefit). The role of law in carrying out this concept is very important, because law is the main tool for regulating and enforcing the principles of social justice in modern society. In the development of legal awareness, the next factor affecting legal awareness is about public obedience to the law. Thus, all the interests of society will be protected and people's lives will become more peaceful. The development of legal science can be facilitated by the schools of positivism, natural law, and utilitarianism, each of which has its own characteristics. Because human behavior is unpredictable, there must be protection of individual rights and guarantees of life in society are needed to create security and safety of justice. What influences the development of legal awareness is the community's obedience to the law, and all community interests will be carried out.

Digital marketing has had a long-term impact and made a game changer in the business world. The use of social media has been growing since 2020—the phenomenon of decreasing the number of followers harms sales. Seller is conscious about improving and maintaining their followers on social media to keep running the business well. Purpose to find out the extent of the participation of Instagram social media as a promotional medium to increase the marketing of culinary business products on @siomayjodoh's Instagram accounts. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview, and documentation. Data triangulation methods were used to analyze in this study through data reduction, data presentation, drawing, and conclusion. The results showed the use of Instagram social media as an attractive promotional medium with various features that can be used to support the increase in culinary business products in online marketing. This research only collected data on MSME's “Siomay Jodoh" Instagram from 2022 until 2024 as data collection. MSMEs “Siomay Jodoh” is a local business in Cirebon, and there's no previous research about the MSMEs “Siomay Jodoh”.

Background: In an increasingly competitive digital era, digital marketing strategies are the key to increasing a company's competitiveness. Companies must be able to utilize digital platforms and media effectively to reach a wider audience and build closer relationships with consumers. This research aims to identify effective digital marketing strategies in increasing company competitiveness in the digital era. By understanding the latest trends and technology in digital marketing, companies can develop strategies that are more targeted and responsive to the rapidly changing business environment. Method: This research uses a literature review method to collect and analyze various literature related to effective digital marketing strategies. Results: Digital marketing has become a key element in modern marketing strategies, leveraging digital platforms and media to reach audiences effectively. This paradigm shift is triggered by consumer behavior patterns that are more digitally connected, using the internet and social media to search for information, interact with brands and make purchases. Digital marketing strategies have many benefits, including increasing brand visibility, expanding market reach, increasing consumer engagement, and optimizing user experience. Digital marketing trends continue to evolve, with the use of social media, video-based content, AI, and machine learning as key factors influencing how companies market their products or services.

This research aims to determine the implementation of the principles of justice and supervision of consumer protection in protecting consumers who use whitening cream cosmetic products (from the perspective of legal justice theory). The urgency of this research was initiated because many whitening cream products are circulating that contain dangerous ingredients and are sold at low prices. The research involved takes a juridical-normative approach. Techniques for data collection include literature studies and observations at BPOM Pekanbaru City. The principle of justice in consumer legal protection has not been effectively implemented by Article 2 paragraph (2) of the UUPK. One of the factors is a lack of effective compensation. The government merely issues administrative and criminal sanctions without being obliged to compensate for damages or restore the health of the skin affected by products. Then, according to UUPK rules, the BPOM does not have the authority to supervise the execution of consumer protection (Article 30 (1) UUPK). As a result, the Pekanbaru City BPOM's supervisory function on this research issue is ineffective, leaving consumers with insufficient facilities and infrastructure, free legal aid, and quick access to settle consumer disputes with business actors.

Abstract. Cervical cancer is a disease caused by malignant tumors in the uterine area (cervical) as a result of uncontrolled growth of tissue and damage to the surrounding normal tissue. Family as a source of support plays an important role in providing support to improve the quality of life of cancer patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between family support and the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling method is by accidental sampling. The sample of this study were cancer patients undergoing treatment with a total of 32 samples. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed that more than half (56.25%) of the respondents were aged 46-65 years, more than half (53%) of the respondents did not work, and some (50%) of the respondents were in stage 3, and most (91%) family support in improving the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. The results of this study can be used as health promotion educational material about risk factors for cervical cancer and to re-effectively provide health counseling services for sufferers and their families who are diagnosed by doctors as having difficult cases to recover, so that patients can express their feelings about the illness they are suffering from so that it has an impact on their quality of life. better.
Abstrak. Kanker serviks merupakan penyakit akibat tumor ganas pada daerah rahim (leher rahim) sebagai akibat dari adanya pertumbuhan jaringan yang tidak terkontrol dan merusak jaringan normal disekitarnya. Keluarga sebagai sumber dukungan berperan penting dalam memberikan dukungan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pasien kanker servik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deksripti kuantitatif. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan cara accidental sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien kanker yang menjalani pengobatan dengan jumlah 32 sampel. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lebih dari sebagian (56,25%) responden berusia 46-65 tahun, lebih dari sebagian (53%) responden tidak bekerja, dan sebagian (50%) responden berada pada stadium 3, dan sebagian besar (91%) keluarga mendukung dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker serviks. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan edukasi promosi kesehatan tentang faktor risiko kanker serviks dan mengefektifkan kembali layanan konsling kesehatan untuk penderita dan keluarga yang didiagnosa oleh dokter mengidap kasus sulit untuk sembuh, sehinga pasien dapat mengkungkapkan perasaan  mengenai penyakit yang dideritanya sehingga berdampak pada kualitas hidup yang lebih baik.
 

Parents have an obligation to guide, protect and raise their children. So that the role of parents is the main basis in improving social functioning, especially for children with visual disabilities. Children with visual disabilities have unique challenges in improving their social functioning. This research explains three types of parenting, namely, authoritarian, democratic and permissive. So if parents choose the wrong parenting style, it will have an impact on the development process, from this parenting style that helps children with visual disabilities can overcome obstacles and improve strong skills because the role of parents is key in helping their children overcome life's challenges so that they can develop optimally. This study aims to determine the parenting patterns applied by parents to children with visual disabilities, to determine the parenting patterns applied to improve the social functioning of children with visual disabilities, and to determine and improve the social functioning of children with visual disabilities.

This research was conducted to determine the coordination of making E-KTPs provided by the government. Apart from that, this research was also carried out to find out the factors that constrain the E-KTP making service system which can be seen from the lack of availability of blanks and the public's lack of understanding regarding technology. In service procedures, the research using a qualitative case study approach by collecting data obtained from observations and interviews. The results of this research show that the service system for making E-KTP is still not optimal, which can be seen starting from the uncertain service certainty, as well as there are still delays in printing, where there is a lack of blank availability and there are still people who do not understand the technology.

This research aims to comprehensively examine students’ mathematical proof abilities, including the factors that influence them and the efforts that can be made to improve these abilities. The method used in this study is a systematic literature review by analyzing various related research articles published in reputable scientific journals such as Springer Link and Semanthic Scholar. The results of the study show that students’ mathematical proof abilities are still relatively low, influenced by various factors such as conceptual understanding, reasoning ability, and experience in constructing proof. Several ways that can be done to improve students’ mathematical proof skills include developing teaching materials, implementing learning models that encourage proof activities, and providing systematic training and feedback. This study provides important implications for the development of mathematics learning in higher education, especially in efforts to improve students’ mathematical proof skills.

This study investigates the impact of parental leave policies on family well-being and work-life balance. By comparing parental leave durations, compensation rates, and eligibility criteria across various countries, the research explores how different policies affect parental mental health, family bonding, and gender equality in the workplace. Findings suggest that comprehensive parental leave policies contribute to stronger family bonds and reduced stress, benefiting both parents and children.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Rasio Keuangan terhadap Harga Saham Perbankan Komersial pada indeks IDX-PEFINDO yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Purposive sampling menjadi teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah 9 perbankan komersial pada indeks IDX-PEFINDO yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Indeks IDX-PEFINDO dipilih menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini untuk menganalisis sektor perbankan yang memiliki peringkat tertinggi berdasarkan investment rating factor, kapitalisasi pasar, likuiditas, valuasi dan legal, serta total aset. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu harga saham pada indeks IDX-PEFINDO yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2016-2022. Regresi data panel menjadi metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Analisa data menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dan Eviews versi 9. Hasil regresi data panel menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham, Earning per Share (EPS) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, Return on Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Implikasi bagi perbankan komersial yaitu diharapkan dapat meningkatkan rasio keuangan dengan melakukan manajemen utang, peningkatan laba per saham dan dividen untuk menarik investor.
