<p><em>Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) is a therapeutic tool to assist patients in moving their joints after the patient has experienced trauma or underwent joint surgery. The CPM machine is used to avoid joint stiffness in the patient. Joint stiffness can be caused because patients who have undergone joint surgery are reluctant to move their joints due to pain. The design of the CPM machine that will be carried out has motion in flexion and horizontal abduction. The choice of the type of DC motor as the driving force for the CPM machine will determine the ability (performance) of the CPM in carrying out the rehabilitation process for postoperative knee fractures. Movements in restoring and improving the range of motion of the elbow are flexion movements, extension movements, pronation movements and supination movements. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is one motor that meets the standards that can be used as a driving motor for Portable Continuous Passive Motion (CPM), namely the HY-2705B type motor. The HY-2705B motor meets minimum standards in terms of motor torque, motor rotation angle, working voltage, motor working temperature, and motor weight. For the other three motors Motor MG995, Motor 24H2A4428, and Motor DS3225MG there is one standard that is not met.</em>    </p><p> </p><p class="IndexTerms"><strong>Keywords</strong>: Continuous Passive Motion, CPM, Fracture, HY-2705B, MG995, 24H2A4428, DS3225MG</p><p> </p><p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK  </strong></p><p><em>Continuous Passive Motion</em><em> (CPM) </em>merupakan alat terapi untuk membantu pasien dalam menggerakkan sendi setelah pasien mengalami trauma atau menjalani operasi sendi. Mesin CPM digunakan untuk menghindari terjadinya kekakuan sendi pada pasien. Kekakuan sendi dapat disebabkan karena pasien yang telah menjalani operasi sendi enggan menggerakan sendinya akibat rasa nyeri. Perancangan mesin CPM yang akan dilakukan memiliki gerak secara fleksi dan horisontal abduksi. Pemilihan jenis motor DC sebagai penggerak mesin CPM sangat menentukan kemampuan (performa) CPM dalam melakukan proses rehabilitasi fraktur lutut pasca operasi. Gerakan-gerakan dalam mengembalikan dan memperbaiki lingkup gerak siku tangan adalah gerakan <em>flexion</em>, gerakan <em>extention</em> gerakan <em>pronation</em> dan gerakan supination. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat satu motor yang memenuhi standar yang dapat digunakan sebagai motor penggerak untuk <em>Portable Continuous Passive Motion</em> (CPM) yaitu motor jenis HY-2705B. Motor HY-2705B memenuhi standar minimal baik dari torsi motor, sudut putar motor, tegangan kerja, suhu kerja motor, maupun berat motor. Untuk tiga motor yang lain Motor MG995, Motor 24H2A4428, dan Motor DS3225MG ada salah satu standar yang tidak terpenuhi.</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengembangan Kecerdasan Kinestetik Anak Usia Dini Kelompok B Melalui Kegiatan Tari Kreasi. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang Pengembangan Kecerdasan Kinestetik Anak Usia Dini Kelompok B Melalui Kegiatan Tari Kreasi di TK PGRI 04 Kartini Semarang yaitu bagaimana kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini sebelum diterapkan kegiatan menari, bagaimana pelaksanaan kegiatan menari dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestetik anak, dan apakah kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini kelompok B dapat dikembangkan melalui kegiatan tari kreasi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan oleh peneliti di TK PGRI 04 Kartini Semarang, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebelum diterapkan kegiatan menari  anak cenderung menyukai kebudayaan negara lain seperti tarian orang dewasa di YouTube atau di aplikasi Tik-Tok. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menari dipandu oleh guru tari dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestetik anak dan mengenalkan budaya tanah air. Kecerdasan kinestetik anak kelompok B di TK PGRI 04 Kartini Semarang dapat berkembang dengan baik melalui kegiatan tari kreasi.

Online games are an entertainment medium that cannot be separated from some groups of people, especially during the co-19 pandemic. The existence of a policy of violence reduces the interaction of people in the world, including in Indonesia, resulting in an increase in online activity, especially playing games. Game is an interesting online gaming platform, where players can still interact socially boldly. Genshin Impact is a mobile game that provides other platforms such as PC, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. Although some people like this game, others are not satisfied with the game play. Sentiment analysis is also very useful when game developers want to know what users think about the game experience. This research aims to build a model of the classification of reviews on the Genshin Impact game available on the Google Play platform, so that the resulting model can provide recommendations for developers for improvement. The results obtained are reviews on the Google Play Store tend to be positive with an accuracy score of 87%, precision of 67%, memory of 98%, and f1 score of 67%. Evaluation is done by comparing the model that has been obtained in this study with the previous model with the same algorithm.

Indonesia ranks seventh in the world for cases of early marriage and the second highest after Cambodia in Southeast Asia. Early marriage occurs in women less than 21 years and men less than 25 years, which poses a health risk for women because it can experience complications of pregnancy and childbirth and even cause maternal and infant death. The purpose of this study was to determine the culture of the developing community as a factor in the occurrence of early marriage. This research design is quantitative using cross-sectional, with a sample of 72 people in Karangrejo District in June 2022. The sample recruited randomly using simple random sampling. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents and data analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant relationship between community culture and the occurrence of early marriage (p-value = 0.028). Community culture is related to early marriage, so the community and parents pay more attention to the impact of early marriage on their children. Therefore, it is necessary to educate parents and society about the risks of early marriage.

Background: Postoperative ileus is a major and transient problem in patients undergoing abdominal operative. Postoperative ileus commonly occurs at 25% of patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Signs symptoms of postoperative ileus include abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting, inability to the oral diet both eating and drinking, absence of flatus, and changes in defecation (gastrointestinal motility). Due to the presence of ileus patients are at high risk of developing complications, expensive treatment costs, lengthy stay, and late oral administration to the diet According to guidelines for post-surgery in digestion as well as gynecology in guidline enhanced recovery after surgery community recommends the use of chewing gum (shame feeding) to prevented post-operative ileus or ileus post-surgery.
So there are several types of interventions to reduce postoperative ileus, namely implementing chewing gum as an evidence-based practice aimed at improving intestinal motility and minimizing side effects of postoperative ileus. Chewing gum is inexpensive, easily available, and a non-pharmacological intervention capable of producing changes in gastrointestinal motility and rapidly reducing the ileus post-operative. Furthermore, chewing gum interventions are relatively easy for nurses to implement. Research purpose: Effect of chewing gum on postoperative ileus prevention in postoperative abdominal patients. Research Methods: This type of research is quantitative research with a pre- and post-control quasi-experimental approach with a total  of 30 respondent. Sampling using the accidental sampling method because respondent in hospital Jayapura city for abdominal surgery are still limited. The examinations used were the Wilcoxon and Man Whitney tests. Results: For the univariate analysis, it was found that male respondents were 20 respondents (66.7%) and women were 10 respondents (33.3). The age of the most respondents was  16 - 35 years old as many as 19 respondents (63.3%) and the least between 56 - 75 years old as many as 2 respondents (6.7%). Wilcoxon test results obtained p-value of 0.001 < 0.005 its mean that there is The chewing gum on improved intestinal motility of patients after abdominal operative. summary: chewing gum on the decline of ileus postoperative.
 

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya City. This research is a quantitative research through causality method with survey approach. The research sample taken was 60 employees of Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that work motivation had a very good assessment classification, organizational culture had a very good assessment classification, while job satisfaction had a good classification for employees of Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya City. Together, work motivation and organizational culture have a significant influence on job satisfaction for employees at Hotel Santika, Tasikmalaya City. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees of Hotel Santika, Tasikmalaya City. Partially, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction on Employees of Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya City

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the influence of Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty on PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Gunungpati Semarang.         The analytical method used in this research is the method kuantitaitif with multiple regression testing by performing classical assumption test before getting the best research model . The variable in this study is the Customer Value , Trust, Financial Bonds as independent variables and Customer Loyalty as the dependent variable . Total population of this study was 290 respondents using simple random sampling technique was obtained 74 respondents.          The results of this research are Customer Value , Trust , Financial Bonds significant effect on Customer Loyalty

Latar Belakang Masalah: Brand harus memberikan manfaat khusus untuk membedakan dirinya dari pesaing. Hal ini dapat dicapai dengan menciptakan Brand Identity unik dan mengomunikasikannya secara eksternal untuk menciptakan Brand Image. Namun, kesenjangan dapat terjadi antara Brand Identity internal dan Brand Image eksternal, yang perlu dievaluasi secara teratur untuk mengembangkan brand yang kuat dan relevan. Tujuan Utama: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan berbagai kesenjangan terkait Brand Image dan Brand Identity sekaligus menemukan solusi untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini juga mengusulkan model konseptual yang dikembangkan untuk membentuk Brand identity dan brand image berdasarkan teori yang relevan. Kebaruan: penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kesenjangan yang terjadi antara brang identity dan brand image, serta penemuan strategi untuk diintegrasikan. Model konseptual yanag diusulkan meringkas proses pembentukan brand. Metode Penelitian: pendekatan penelitian ini adalah study kasus dengan kualitatif dan kuantitatif sebaga metodologi penelitiannya, dan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya. Temuan/Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 kesenjangan yang harus diatasi demi meningkatkan hubungan dengan pengguna, yaitu atribut pembeda utama, brand sebagai organisasi dan perluasan brand. Model konseptual yang diusulkan mampu membentuk sebuah brand yang baik terkait identitas dan juga citranya. Kesimpulann: Untuk menciptakan hubungan yang lebih kuat antara perusahaan dan pengguna, perusahaan harus menetapkan strategi dan visi yang jelas serta realistis, sehingga semua elemen dalam perusahaan akan mampu menghidupkan brand perusahaan.

PT. XYZ, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur, memproduksi berbagai produk, termasuk Bok Travo. Perusahaan bertujuan untuk mengurangi limbah dalam proses produksinya untuk meningkatkan keuntungan dan tetap kompetitif di industri. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, sebuah penelitian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengurangi, dan mengusulkan perbaikan limbah dalam proses produksi Bok Travo. Studi ini menggunakan konsep lean manufacturing dengan menggunakan alat pemetaan aliran nilai dan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil pemetaan aliran nilai menunjukkan bahwa waktu produksi Bok Travo dapat dikurangi dari 2559 menjadi 2159 menit. Dengan menggunakan metode FMEA, akar penyebab pemborosan tertinggi diidentifikasi sebagai cacat seperti permukaan material yang tidak rata, kebocoran, kerataan, dan goresan pada produk. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang diusulkan antara lain penambahan waktu pengelasan dan pemberian support selama pengelasan, serta pengecekan silang dimensi sebelum proses perakitan.
