The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of self-efficacy, career development and self-esteem on the performance of Yamaha Panorama in Bengkulu City. The method used in this research is distributing questionnaires. This research is a quantitative approach research. The research population was Yamaha Panorama employees in Bengkulu City, 35 samples were selected to represent Yamaha Panorama in Bengkulu City. The analytical tool used in this study uses SPSS 23. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) Self Efficacy has a significant effect on Yamaha Panorama Employee Performance, (2) Career Development has no significant effect on Yamaha Panorama Employee Performance, (3) Self Esteem has a significant effect on Yamaha Panorama Employee Performance, (4) Self Efficacy, Career Development and Self Esteem have a simultaneous effect on Yamaha Panorama Employee Performance.

The study intends evaluate impact PT BankRakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) TBK's Bengkulu City Branch Office's QuickResponse Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) Non-Cash PaymentSystem on financial inclusion (Y). by employing quantitative techniques. The primary data utilized this study were obtained by handing out questionnaires to Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk clients at the Bengkulu City Branch Office. Test multiple linear regression analysis from the constant value coefficients table 36.448 it can be explained a positive correlation between Effectiveness (X1) and the coefficient, indicating Effectiveness on Financial Inclusion. The effectiveness variable is 0.811, meaning that if the other independent variables are constant, then there is an increase of 1 unit, so financial inclusion will increase by 0.811, the coefficient is positive. Test multiple linear regression analysis from the coefficients table with a constant value of 36.448, may be said that a positive coefficient indicates positive association between efficiency and financial inclusion the efficiency (X2) to financial inclusion has change value zero. The efficiency variable's value for  regression coefficient 0.542, meaning that if the other independent variables remain the same, Financial Inclusion will increase by 1 unit, so Financial Inclusion will increase. The findings of the analysis's multiple correlation coefficient test X1, X2 affect Financial Inclusion (Y) of 0.936, which means that it has a very strong correlation coefficient relationship because value is in range between 0.80-1,000.

XYZ is a company engaged in the metal casting and machining industry, playing a role as a company that produces products and markets its products in various regions. The formulation of marketing strategy analysis needs to be carried out in this research so that it can compete more with other competitors. While SWOT is an analytical method that is widely used to determine strategic factors, which are based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, owned by a company. But in fact the SWOT method raises many alternative strategies, making it less efficient in determining the marketing strategy decisions to be used. Therefore, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is needed, with this method you can choose the best alternative based on information on the most preferred alternative. Because this method can focus on a problem to be solved and can be framed in a more organized frame of mind, so that decision making can be more effective on existing problems, namely Strength Opportunity (SO), Weakness Opportunity (WO), Strength Threats (ST), Weakness Threats (WT). The determination of the AHP method produces Weakness Threats (WT) with the highest weight of 5.61 as the strategy chosen to be applied to PT. XYZ, namely, always continue to innovate in utilizing technology properly, especially in marketing management so that the product promotion process can be maximized, then by continuing to be active in promoting so as not to lose competitiveness with the popularity of other competitors.

Skin is the outermost part of the body's organs which is very susceptible to being influenced by the environment. Besides environmental factors, behavior and lifestyle could also be the cause of skin diseases. An expert system for diagnosing skin diseases can help patients determine the diagnosis of the disease they are suffering from based on the symptoms they feel more efficiently. This system can also provide early detection to patients so that the disease suffered by them can be treated quickly. This research develops a website-based expert system for diagnosing skin diseases in humans using the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method. The expert system in this research was developed using Shiny Package in R Programming with 10 types of disease and 26 symptoms data. The results of this research show that the expert system has been successful in diagnosing human skin diseases.

The background of this study was to examine how big the role of Bloom's taxonomy is in the curriculum approach as a work tool that functions to clarify learning objectives, to develop an education system in a more efficient direction. This research uses the Library Research method, this method was chosen because with the Library Research method researchers can clearly analyze various conceptual information as well as qualitative and quantitative data from previous research. The conclusion obtained is that with the progress of the times, education must also develop and one of the education systems used in learning is the curriculum. With an efficient curriculum and in accordance with the needs of students in his day, the curriculum can be said to have succeeded in achieving its goals. Bloom's Taxonomy is present as a framework to help and also as evaluation material to revise or update the existing curriculum.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Intellectual Capital Disclosure, and Business Risk on Firm Value variable in mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research time period used is 5 years, namely 2017-2021. The population in this study includes mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021 with a sampling technique that uses purposive sampling. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the IDX and the company. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression. The results of the study stated that Corporate Social Responsibility and Intellectual Capital Disclosure had an effect on firm value.
 
 

This study aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy, Education Level, and Gender on the Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative economy sector in North Lombok Regency. The population of this study used in this study is all MSME actors in the Creative Economy Sector in North Lombok Regency. The data collection method uses the survey sample method. The data collection technique uses an interview technique, which is where several questions are on the questionnaire. In addition, this study used a sample of 349 respondents with a sampling method, namely purposive sampling. This type of research is causal associative research with quantitative techniques. This research data processing uses smartPLS 3. The results of this study show that financial literacy (X1) has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y) in North Lombok Regency. The level of education (X2) has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y) in North Lombok Regency. Gender (X3) does not affect the performance of MSMEs (Y) in North Lombok Regency.

Tanah merupakan anugerah Tuhan Yang Maha Esa yang memiliki peran vital dalam kehidupan manusia sebagai tempat tinggal dan sumber rezeki. Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) menjadi upaya pemerintah untuk memberikan kepastian hukum terkait kepemilikan tanah bagi masyarakat. Namun, implementasi PTSL tidak berjalan lancar disebabkan oleh berbagai hambatan seperti biaya pajak yang belum terbayar, ketidakjelasan dalam pemakaian alas hak, dan masalah terkait data tanah. Badan Pertanahan Nasional bertanggung jawab dalam menjalankan program PTSL dan perlu memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya memiliki bukti hak serta proses pendaftaran tanah yang efektif. Permasalahan terkait pendaftaran tanah dapat merusak kepercayaan pada sertifikat hak atas tanah. Sosialisasi PTSL perlu dilakukan secara nasional untuk mengurangi beban kerja kantor pertanahan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan dan analisis kualitatif. Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap bertujuan meningkatkan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum terkait hak atas tanah masyarakat. Proses penerbitan sertifikat hak atas tanah memegang signifikansi besar dalam memberikan kepastian hukum bagi pemilik tanah, namun masih terdapat keluhan terkait lambatnya proses dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat. Sistem pendaftaran tanah dengan publikasi positif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keabsahan data tanah. Sertifikat tanah memiliki fungsi sebagai alat pembuktian yang kuat dan memberikan kepercayaan kepada pihak bank atau kreditor untuk memberikan pinjaman kepada pemilik tanah.  

Tidak terjangkaunya Alat Pemadam Api Ringan dan tidak terdapatnya fire system security membuat PT XYZ berupaya untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan menghindari risiko kebakaran dengan menganalisa potensi bahaya yang ada di tempat kerja sebagai sarana perencanaan kebutuhan Alat Pemadam Api Ringan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengumpulkan data dalam bentuk wawancara dan observasi langsung. Observasi dilakukan pada saat melihat kondisi dan tata letak ruang kantor. Wawancara dilakukan kepada salah satu karyawan divisi Health Safety Security and Environment. Kedua bentuk data ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi bahaya kebakaran di ruangan PT XYZ. Potensi bahaya kebakaran yang ada di dalam kantor tersebut disebabkan oleh ada peralatan yang mudah terbakar apabila tidak dirawat dengan baik. Dari observasi dapat dilihat terdapat 4 potensi bahaya yaitu kertas, bahan kimia, peralatan elektronik, dan instalasi listrik.Dari potensi bahaya ini disesuaikan dengan Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi No. 4 Tahun 1980 Tentang Syarat Pemasangan dan Pemeliharaan Alat Pemadam Api Ringan diperoleh APAR golongan C berjumlah satu dengan jenis Dry Chemical Powder.

Cupak Village, Jombang is a hilly area, surrounded by forest plantations owned by Perhutani with quite good agricultural contours. The majority of the population earn their living as farmers, especially producers of tubers and other plants. Community agricultural and agricultural products have quite promising potential with the diversification and diversity of products made from raw materials into various processed foods such as porang and pandan. Cupak is a religious tourism village supported by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education's Matching Fund funding activities in 2022 by the accounting study program at 17 August University, Surabaya. Our note is that it needs to be followed up with follow-up activities in 2023, considering that there are activities that must be carried out related to food innovation made from pandan raw materials to improve the economy of the Cupak community and even tourism potential, especially religious and cultural tourism, which is held especially in the field of Green Economy. The aim of this activity is to maximize the potential for diversification and diversity of pandanus in the village. The process includes training and assistance to the community. MBKM collaboration involves Dikti personnel, DUDI, village officials and community groups who must work together in order to resolve the above problems. Implementation of the hexagonal model of local economic development which focuses on target groups, building synergy in creating the MBKM ecosystem, MSME groups and village officials, leading to achieving sustainable development.
