The Dayak Sanggau community practices a number of cultural traditions during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, reflecting a blend of spiritual beliefs and medical needs. This study employed a qualitative method with a literature review (library research) approach to explore pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum practices among the Dayak Sanggau people. The findings identified supportive practices such as spousal involvement and basic check-ups by traditional midwives, as well as potentially harmful practices including non-sterile vaginal examinations, childbirth in the kitchen area, and the use of alcoholic herbal concoctions for infants. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of understanding local culture and integrating medical education so that positive traditional practices can be preserved, while risky ones are minimized through culturally sensitive interventions.

The economic position of a city is crucial for the sustainability of regional economic development. To enhance competitiveness and achieve economic excellence, a combination of simultaneous drivers is necessary. As the core city of the Kedungsepur agglomeration, Semarang City plays a strategic role in regional development. This study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing the Location Quotient (LQ) technique with data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The findings indicate that Semarang City's economic transformation, characterized by competitiveness and specialization in the trade, real estate, and public service sectors, requires support from surrounding regions to maximize its role in driving sustainable economic growth. Additionally, the study identifies the city's prime sectors—trade, real estate, public services, and transportation and warehousing—highlighting their contribution to generating high-added value amid global economic dynamics. Despite its economic diversification, Semarang City remains heavily reliant on the manufacturing industry due to its substantial sectoral contribution. Therefore, while manufacturing remains a key pillar of the local economy, identifying new growth potentials and fostering collaborative strategies within the agglomeration area is essential for long-term economic resilience. Semarang City possesses significant potential for sustainable growth by distributing the benefits of development to its surrounding regions, reinforcing its role as a regional economic driver.

School-based management embodies a forward-thinking model in the development of educational systems, emphasizing institutional independence and creative approaches. This management framework can be viewed as a system that grants greater autonomy to educational institutions and fosters cooperative decision-making among all stakeholders (such as educators, students, administrators, support personnel, guardians, and the local community) to enhance the quality of education in line with national educational goals. This study is a qualitative field investigation, utilizing a methodology pertinent to the primary variables under examination, particularly a qualitative perspective. To gather information, researchers utilized techniques including observation, interviews, and document analysis. Results show that the application of school-based management in enhancing the quality of Islamic Religious Education in schools is generally effective, though not entirely optimal, particularly concerning the management of facilities and infrastructure. This indicates that the execution of school leadership is done effectively and efficiently. The effectiveness of school management rooted in administration relies on the presence of competent human resources, adequate financial backing, sufficient facilities and infrastructure, along with active involvement from the community (parents).

This study investigates how capital structure and profitability influence the value of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. It employs a quantitative approach using numerical data, specifically analyzing the company's financial reports from 2012 to 2021. The findings indicate that capital structure significantly affects the company's value, with a T-test result showing a calculated value of 5.686, which exceeds the t-table value of 1.89458, and a significance level of 0.031 (less than 0.05). Profitability also has a significant impact, with a calculated value of 5.686 surpassing the t-table value of 1.89458 and a significance level of 0.001 (less than 0.05). This suggests that both capital structure and profitability individually affect the company's value. Additionally, when considered together, capital structure and profitability have a combined significant impact on firm value, with a significance level of 0.002 (less than 0.05) and a calculated F-value of 17.413, which is greater than the F-table value of 4.74. This confirms that both factors together significantly influence the company's value

Medan Immigration Detention Center (Rudenim) is a technical implementing unit that carries out immigration functions as a temporary shelter for foreigners who are subject to administrative immigration actions in the Nangroh Aceh Darussalam and North Sumatra regions. There are several reasons why foreign nationals are placed in Rudenim, including being in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia without having a valid immigration permit, waiting for the repatriation or expulsion/deportation process, being subject to administrative immigration actions, having completed their sentence and not yet being able to be repatriated or deported. This study aims to determine the history, duties and functions of the Medan Immigration Detention Center and to determine the role of the Medan Immigration Detention Center in fulfilling the Human Rights (HAM) of detainees in the Medan Immigration Detention Center. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and uses a data collection method with a literature review through primary and secondary legal sources. Primary sources such as daily reports made by the Medan Immigration Detention Center, interviews with detainees and employees at the Medan Immigration Detention Center, and observations in the detention room building. As for the secondary sources in this journal, they include related laws and regulations. The results of the study indicate that Rudenim Medan has fulfilled human rights such as the right to worship, receive adequate health services and food, detainees are also given the opportunity to convey complaints, receive visits from family or sponsors, and communicate with representatives of their country. However, there are challenges in the implementation of human rights protection, including the lack of guards at Rudenim Medan and the lack of English language skills of Rudenim Medan officers and the presence of detainees who cannot speak English. Therefore, there needs to be continuous effort from officers at Rudenim Medan, the government and related institutions to strengthen the protection of human rights of detainees at Rudenim Medan.
