The main objective of this kkn activity is to increase the visibility, competitiveness, and revenue of MSMEs through product promotion on social media platforms. The main problem faced by MSMEs is limited knowledge in developing innovative products, which hinders the ability to compete with foreign products. Therefore, the urgency of this project lies in the importance of supporting MSMEs in utilizing digital media to improve their competitiveness. The results of this video creation show significant positive impacts, including increased product visibility, increased sales, and improvements in the packaging process. Not only did the video capture the attention of consumers, but it also helped build closer relationships between producers and consumers through social media. These results confirm the importance of visual content in digital marketing strategies for MSMEs, as well as the need to innovate and develop the brand on an ongoing basis.

This article aims to  explain the hadith about how an educator develops the soul of student Ini the view of the hadith of the propeth muhammad SAW. Every student has the right to obtain knowledge in order to develop the potential  that each student has, so that this potential can be developed in character formation and instilling the spirit that student should have. The research we use is a qualitative research method in the nature of library research, where the main object we use are primary and secondary book which produce descriptive data so as to produce the data contained in the int research text. The result of this research are several ways  to build student's souls from a hadith perspective. In the hadith that we researched, there is several education that need's to be given to student. Apart from that, manners must also be taught to student. Because this is important in building the soul of student.

Bullying is a phenomenon that has become a global concern in recent decades. This problem is not limited to one country or culture, but is widespread throughout the world, reaching various levels of society, including in educational environments. The purpose of this implementation is to improve the ability and awareness of bullying and also children's literacy interests at SDN 2 Banyuurip. There are 3 methods used in this implementation, namely: preparation stage, assessment stage, program implementation stage. With this anti-bullying socialization at SDN 02 Banyuurip Village which can help reduce bullying behavior in the educational environment, teaching about empathy and respect for differences can help children understand and respect each other. Social relationships between are often closer because they grow up in small communities. Peer pressure can affect children's behavior, both in terms of bullying and positive attitudes. building supportive and inclusive social groups can help minimize bullying.

Environmental education has become increasingly important in addressing global ecological challenges. This community service project aimed to cultivate environmental consciousness among elementary school students through the creative technique of ecoprinting. By using natural materials like leaves and flowers to create unique patterns on fabric, students were not only introduced to an artistic process but also gained a deeper appreciation for the natural world. A workshop was conducted at SDN Kedungpeluk 1 Candi Sidoarjo to teach students the basics of ecoprinting. Participants collected natural materials from their surroundings and experimented with various techniques to create personalized tote bags. The results were impressive, showcasing the students' creativity and their ability to transform natural elements into beautiful and functional objects. Beyond the artistic aspect, the project successfully fostered a sense of environmental stewardship among the students.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Al-Qur'an learning program implemented in Dusun 1, Riak Siabun I Village. The focus of this research is to assess how the program can improve children's understanding of makhrojul letters and tajwid, as well as identifying factors factors that influence the success or obstacles in its implementation. This method of service is a persuasive method for study participants. The use of this method is considered suitable for subtly inviting or encouraging the general public to take part in an activity. The results of this research show that there are several children who have not mastered the pronunciation of the letters of the Koran and recitation of the Koran well. Apart from that, in this village there is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure as well as teaching staff for Al-Qur'an learning. Based on these findings, we then held a learning program to recite the Koran to improve the understanding of makhrojul letters and tajwid among children in hamlet 1, Riak Sibun 1 village, Sukaraja sub-district, Seluma district.

Paru-paru merupakan organ vital dalam tubuh manusia. Paru-paru mengangkut oksigen ke dalam tubuh dan mengeluarkan karbondioksida keluar dari tubuh. Proses pertukaran oksigen dan karbon dioksida ini membuat paru-paru rentan terjangkit oleh virus, bakteri dan jamur. Paru-paru dapat terjangkit berbagai jenis penyakit seperti pneumonia, tuberkulosis, kanker, ataupun covid-19. Dalam proses diagnosa penyakit tersebut, seringkali terjadi perbedaan diagnosa antar dokter. Melalui tantangan tersebut, diperlukan sistem pembelajaran mesin yang dapat menjadi pihak ketiga untuk melakukan klasifikasi kondisi. Salah satu metode modern yang dapat digunakan yaitu Metode deep learning. Convolutional Neural Network adalah salah satu dari banyaknya metode deep learning dan CNN telah terbukti menghasilkan akurasi yang tinggi dalam memproses gambar. Banyaknya penelitian yang telah menggunakan metode CNN dalam mengolah citra sinar-X paru menjadi dorongan untuk mencari gap dengan menggunakan metode SLR (Systematic Literature Review). Diagram PRISMA juga digunakan dalam memilih dan mendokumentasikan 93 paper yang relevan hingga menghasilkan 22 paper yang sesuai dengan lingkup penelitian yang menggunakan subjek sinar-X paru dan menggunakan metode deep learning CNN. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah informasi terkait dataset yang digunakan, hanya 1 dari 22 paper yang menggunakan data primer, sisanya adalah data sekunder. Selain itu, transfer learning menjadi pilihan terpopuler dalam mengembangkan sistem klasifikasi paru.

The aim of this research is to analyze the comparison of financial performance and stock returns before and after mergers and acquisitions which are moderated by good corporate governance. This research applies comparative quantitative methods, using secondary data. A population of 21 companies that have carried out merger and acquisition activities were registered with the KPPU in 2021 and listed on the IDX during the 2019-2023 period. A sample of 11 companies was obtained with a 4 year observation span using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis used was IBM SPSS version 27 software with hypothesis testing, namely paired sample t-test, t test, R2 test, and MRA test. The research results show that the ROA, CR, DER, TATO, EPS and Stock Return variables do not show differences before and after carrying out mergers and acquisitions. The proportion of independent board of commissioners cannot moderate the influence of ROA, CR and EPS on merger and acquisition performance. The proportion of independent board of commissioners can moderate the influence of DER, TATO, and Share Return on merger and acquisition performance.

With the development of this era online arisan activities are now also not only supported by adults but also by young people, for young people online Arisan becomes an investment choice because of the mechanisms that are quite easy, efficient, and encouraging, but not a little maintenance of this online aryan runs smoothly one of the cases of disadvantage against online arsan. The aim of this study is to find out the conclusion of a misconduct in an online arisan agreement between Umi Barokah (claimant I), Susanti (claimed II), Fransisca Irene Miranda Putty (claimer III), Erfira Meyer (claimsant IV) and the accused namely Anggie Nadia under Judgment No. 32./Pdt.G/2020/PN. Tpg. Based on the research used, the specifications of the research are descriptive. Juridical-normative, legislative, informal, and case approaches. Data collection techniques used are document studies and literature studies, with methods of data analysis normative-qualitative. Based on the results of the analysis of the settlement of non- performance in the online derivative agreement in the judgment No. 12/Pdt.G/2020/PN. Tpg, the judge's assembly rejected the petitioners' claims in its entirety because they did not meet the subjective conditions of the agreement, and the objective valid condition of an agreement is that there is no particular thing, and cause is not legal that is contrary to the law.
 

Rice imports have been demonstrated to influence the Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) significantly. A reduction in rice imports by 356,286.2 tons in 2020 corresponded with a decline in NTP to 101.65. In contrast, per capita, weekly rice consumption did not exhibit a statistically significant impact on NTP, as evidenced by the lowest consumption in 2019 (1.504 kg), while the NTP remained at 104.46. On the other hand, rice productivity was found to have a notable influence on NTP, with trends in productivity closely mirroring those of the NTP. The harvest area, however, did not present a significant correlation with NTP, as demonstrated in 2019 when an increase in harvest area did not prevent the NTP from remaining at a lower level of 104.46. Lastly, rice production had a significant effect on NTP, with increases in production during 2021 and 2022 leading to subsequent increases in the NTP.
 
               

Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang bagaimana strategi bank muamalat dalam mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi dengan Studi yang dilakukan oleh MRI (Market Research Indonesia) pada akhir tahun 2021 yang diumumkan dalam ajang 5th Infobank Satisfaction, Loyalty & Engagment (SLE) Award 2022, bank muamalat berada diposisi pertama pada Loyalty Index, Engagement Index, dan Marketing Engagment. Dalam perolehan ini tak terlepas dari usaha bank muamalat KC Banjarmasin yang menjadi salah satu pionir yang bergerak di dalam pencapaian tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Branch Manager dan Realitionship Manager di Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Banjarmasin. Dengan objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi yang digunakan Bank Muamalat Kantor Cabang Banjarmasin. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian Teknik analisis datanya dengan Induksi dan Grounded. Hasil dalam penelitian pada analisis strategi bank dalam mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah yaitu sebelumnya pihak bank akan melakukan pemilihan beberapa segmen pasar yang berpotensi menjadi nasabah loyal seperti nasabah muslim, tingkat religiusitas yang tinggi serta tingkat Pendidikan yang baik. Selanjutnya pihak bank akan selalu menjaga kepercayaan nasabah, memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik serta komunikasi yang intens.  Serta dilakukannya evaluasi monitoring sebagai penunjangnya dalam menjaga tingkat loyalitas nasabah dengan melihat seberapa banyak produk yang digunakan nasabah, survey kepuasan nasabah dan survey yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga independen.
