Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh belanja modal belanja bantuan sosial dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Langkat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) periode 2012-2021. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel belanja bantuan sosial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kemiskinan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Kemudian secara simultan pengaruh belanja bantuan sosial dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Kabupaten Langkat.

Along with the development of the health service system, the government realizes the importance of data and information in the health sector to organize effective and efficient health efforts. Health information with precise, accurate and accountable data is needed because it is the main source for making health decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of website-based health information systems in supporting the implementation of health development in Indonesia. This study uses the method of library studies (systematic review) with search engines used in the search for literature such as Google Scholar and Garuda with keywords Health Information Systems, websites and Health Development. The resulting articles were selected based on publications published between 2018 to 2022. The results showed the role of website-based health information systems in supporting the implementation of health development in Indonesia by paying attention to human resources, infrastructure and cost allocation. The conclusion of this study shows that SIK is part of the subsystem of Health Management and regulation that is able to produce adequate health policy, administration and information functions and is able to support the implementation of health development efforts in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya peningkatan keselamatan jalan raya sejak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman  etika berlalu lintas khususnya dalam konteks marka jalan pada siswa kelas 6  SD Negeri Tegalsari 5 Kabupaten Batang.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan atau dikenal dengan Research and Development (R&D) yang menerapkan model pengembangan ADDIE. Media puzzle digunakan sebagai alat sosialisasi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 50 siswa kelas 6 SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan  metode Single-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics, meliputi pengujian normalitas dan validasi. Hasil uji T berpasangan menunjukkan  output sig = 0,000 < 0,005 sehingga hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan  pemahaman dan  nilai tambah sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan jejaring sosial. Sebelum sosialisasi dengan materi kuis penandaan, tingkat pengetahuan siswa SD Negeri Tegalsari 5 Batang terhadap marka jalan adalah 41,2 dan setelah sosialisasi meningkat menjadi 80,8. Efektivitas media ini juga diukur dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 67% yang merupakan media sosial yang cukup efektif.

Layanan akademik di dunia pendidikan mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan dengan ditandai oleh semakin beragamnya layanan yang diberikan. Salah satunya adalah layanan sistem informasi akademik. Sebuah universitas sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang menghasilkan lulusan, harus mampu mengelola layanan sistem informasi akademik dengan baik. Tujuannya adalah agar layanan tersebut dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada mahasiswa. Untuk memahami kualitas layanan sistem informasi akademik, universitas dapat mengukur layanan yang diberikan dengan memanfaatkan metode uji layanan yang sudah ada. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diuji dengan uji reliabilitas, validitas, dan regresi linier menggunakan bahasa R. Hasil yang didapat dari proses pengujian adalah seluruh variabel dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji regresi linier memberikan hasil bahwa variabel kualitas layanan dan harapan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel kepuasan, sedangkan hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel kualitas layanan yang berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan.

This study aims to determine the security of cryptocurrency trading and the legal protection of cryptocurrencies in Indonesia. Provide education and information in an effort to minimize losses when making cryptocurrency investment transactions. This study uses a normative juridical research method and a statutory regulation approach by reviewing news and literature related to the problems of this research. The results of the research can be said that the legality of crypto assets has been regulated in Law No. 10 of 2011 concerning Law No. 32 of 1997 concerning Commodity Futures Trading directly by the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (Bappebti) so that its legality can be accounted for.  However, security in cryptocurrency transactions is still minimal because cyber crimes such as hacking, scamming and phishing are still common. Therefore, the novelty of this research is an explanation that cryptocurrency investor customers must choose crypto assets that have been registered by Bappebti and crypto investor customers are required to use a cryptocurrency exchange platform that has an operational permit from Bappebti in order to reduce the risk of crypto investor customers experiencing losses caused by the platform cryptocurrency exchanges and crypto assets that are not licensed by Bappebti.Penelitian ini berutujuan untuk mengetahui keamanan trading cryptocurrency dan perlindungan hukum cryptocurrency di Indonesia. Memberikan edukasi dan informasi guna upaya meminimalisir kerugian saat melakukan transaksi investasi cryptocurrency. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dan pendekatan perundang-undangan dengan mengkaji berita dan literatur yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aset crypto telah diatur legalitasnya dalam Undang-Undang   No 10 Tahun 2011 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang No 32 Tahun 1997 tentang Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi yang secara langsung diawasi oleh Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (Bappebti) sehingga legalitasnya dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Namun keamanan dalam bertransaksi cryptocurrency masih minim karena kejahatan cyber seperti hacking, scamming dan, phising masih sering terjadi. Oleh karena itu kebaharuan dari peneliitan ini berupa penjelasan bahwa nasabah investor cryptocurrency harus memilih aset crypto yang telah terdaftar oleh Bappebti dan nasabah investor crypto diwajibkan untuk menggunakan platform cryptocurrency exchange yang telah mendapat izin operasional dari Bappebti guna mengurangi resiko nasabah investor crypto mengalami kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh platform cryptocurrency exchange dan aset crypto yang tidak memiliki izin Bappebti.    

Berdasarkan latar belakang belum diketahuinya pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X MIPA 1 dan X MIPA 6penjas di SMAN 1 PAGADEN. Tujuan dari penelitian ingin mengetahui perbandingan motivasi belajar antara kelas X Mipa 1  dan kelas X Mipa 6  dalam pembelajaran daring pendidiikan jasmani. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode ex-post facto, populasi enam kelas dan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Temuan penelitian tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari motivasi belajar pembelajaran daring pendidikan jasmani siswa siswi kelas X MIPA 1 (Unggulan) dan X MIPA 6 (Reguler) SMAN 1 Pagaden dan impikasinya sekolah bisa mengevaluasi sistem pembelajaran daring guna meningkatkan motivasi belajar terutama pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan jasmani.
 

The purpose of this study is to look at the planning, application, and evaluation in Scientific Learning. The method used in the implementation of learning carried out by teachers of Islamic education with a scientific approach in elementary school Curahdukuh II includes three main stages, namely preliminary activities, core activities (observe, ask, reason, try, and communicate), and closing activities. Financial literacy is given to the student to comprehend priority of necessity, avoiding consumptive and hedonist lifestyle, and for them to prepare the future saving. The aim of this activity is to increase the understanding of how to manage financial. This method of activity is started by planning, implementation, and ended by evaluation. This activity result in the increased understanding of financial literacy.

Background: Spinal anesthesia is a type of extensive nerve block by inserting a local anesthetic drug into the subarachnoid space at the lumbar level (Rehatta, 2019). This method produces anesthesia by blocking transmission, deactivating motor and sensory abilities, thus creating loss of pain sensation in the perineum. lower abdomen to lower extremities. Among the effects of spinal anesthesia that often occur, post-spinal anesthesia headache is a complication that often does not receive special attention. Due to the minor effects of spinal anesthesia. Management of headaches after spinal anesthesia, one of which is using non-pharmacological techniques with Head Up therapy, namely providing a 30 degree head elevation position with the aim of increasing blood flow to the brain in an effort to maximize oxygen flow to the brain which is believed to reduce the sensation of headaches. Objective: To analyze the effect of giving Head up therapy on headaches in post-operative patients with spinal anesthesia. Method: This research is a quantitative research using a type of experiment with a pre-experimental design, post-test control group design. Sampling technique: accidental sampling Population: The population of this study was 300 people. Sample: This study involved 76 respondents with a division of 38 respondents who were given Head Up therapy and 38 respondents who were not given Head Up therapy. Data analysis: Data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney test. The research instruments were Head Up SOP and Posttest Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) questionnaire. This research was carried out in February-April 2024 at Dr Hardjono Ponorogo Regional Hospital. Results: Based on research and after data analysis, the significance value (P value) in the Mann Whitney test was 0.001 (p>0.05). Conclusion: It was found that there was an effect of giving Head up therapy to post-operative patients with spinal anesthesia
