The aim of this research is to determine the influence of payment administration service efficiency factors on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. To find out which payment administration service efficiency variables have a more dominant influence on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Research results on the influence of Payment Administration service efficiency on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. In this research, results have been obtained that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, because the results show that the efficiency of payment administration services has an effect on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. The research results also explain that the most dominant variable influencing customer satisfaction is the efficiency of payment administration service funds, where the results show that in general customers experience satisfaction because their expectations are the same as the implementation results (reality).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah (BPKAD) Kab. Pemalang. Populasi pada penelitian adalalah 52 pegawai dan dengan sampel 34 Pegawai Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah (BPKAD) Kab. Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini digolongkan dalam jenis explanatory research yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Metodologi data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan alat bantu yaitu program SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solutions) for windows versi 25.0 melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas), uji T, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan

Cyclical unemployment is unemployment caused by a large-scale economic crisis (inflation), so many companies lay off their workers to reduce the risk of loss in a company. the. The method used in this research is literature study. The literature study method is a method that is carried out by collecting data and documents from references that are in accordance with the author's research. In this study, the authors analyze monetary policy as a government policy that can be used in overcoming the threat of post-inflation unemployment. Monetary policy is one way to reduce unemployment by increasing the money supply and reducing interest rates which will increase investment. The increasing amount of investment will increase job opportunities which in turn will reduce unemployment

School facilities are a very important tool in supporting learning in schools. Facilities will be needed by teachers and students in teaching and learning because the facilities will increase students' learning motivation, with complete facilities will also support the performance of teachers in delivering material to students. The purpose of this study is to observe school facilities, especially MTS Ali Imron and see the effect of students' learning if the school facilities are inadequate, especially in English subjects. The case study in this study was conducted at MTS Ali Imron Medan. The method in this study uses a qualitative method by observing schools and conducting interviews with English teachers at MTS Ali Imron Medan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the company's strategy dominates the international market.  PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is one of the companies that is able to enter the international market.  The products of PT Indofood in this study sell their products in several countries.  This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely scientific investigation that aims to understand a phenomenon in its natural social context through a process of in-depth communicative interaction between the researcher and the phenomenon being studied.  From the results of this research, Indomie is the instant noodle brand of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in Indonesia and is the largest instant noodle producer in the world with 16 factories that produce 15 billion packs of Indomie each year.  Indomia is also exported to more than 60 countries around the world.  The application of continuous innovation, namely the construction of factories abroad, product strategy, quality maintenance, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, promotion strategy, customer relationship (consumer relationship building strategy).

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi apakah penjualan konsinyasi yang dilakukan oleh usaha sudah sesuai dengan kajian teori. Penelitian dilakukan pada usaha ibu sugianti kecamatan raman utara kabupaten lampung timur selama beberapa minggu.

In the Civil Code, there are 3 principles that describe heirs who are entitled to and can obtain inheritance distribution according to the Civil Code inheritance system. The legacy of the heir can not only be in the form of valuable assets, but can also be tangible objects, intangible objects or just a testamentary message conveyed. In life in society, the division of inheritance creates conflict between families which causes the division of one family. In dealing with inheritance problems that will cause conflict between families, the government allows lawsuits related to this inheritance. The Civil Code regulates the principles governing heirs, namely the personal principle, the bilateral principle and the principle of equalization. In addition to regulating these 3 principles, the Civil Code also regulates the elements included in the law of inheritance, namely there are heirs, heirs and also inherited assets as assets that will be delegated by the heir to the heirs. Heirs are also classified into 4 groups, namely Group I, Group II, Group III, and group 4. In addition, the Civil Code also regulates the absolute share of assets in inheritance. Profitabilitas adalah kemampuan suatu perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba dalam periode tertentu. Laba biasanya merupakan salah satu penilaian terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dimana jika laba yang dihasilkan tinggi maka kinerja perusahaan baik dan sebaliknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran modal kerja dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur subsektor plastik dan kemasan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2021. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 13 perusahaan dari sub sektor plastik dan kemasan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan selama 4 tahun. Dari hasil uji determinasi atau R square R2 yang penulis lakukan, diketahui nilai R2 sebesar 0,078 atau 7,8%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel working capital turnover dan inventory turnover adalah sebesar 7,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 92,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
