Wine merupakan minuman hasil fermentasi yang dibuat dari sari buah anggur, tetapi  dapat dibuat dengan buah lainnya yang mengandung gula contohnya buah kelengkeng. Buah kelengkeng merupakan buah yang memiliki rasa yang manis, akan tetapi buah kelengkeng memiliki umur simpan yang pendek karena memiliki kadar air yang tinggi, sehingga buah kelengkeng diolah menjadi produk minuman seperti fruit wine. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui interaksi antara lama fermentasi dan kadar ekstrak buah pada proses pembuatan fruit wine agar menghasilkan fruit wine yang berkualitas baik dan disukai oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang disusun secara faktorial dengan 3 level pada setiap faktornya. Faktor pertama variasi ekstrak buah kelengkeng dengan level 50, 75, 100% dan faktor kedua lama fermentasi dengan level 8, 11, 14 hari. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Analisis kimia yang diujikan adalah total padatan terlarut, pH, total asam, gula reduksi dan kadar alkohol serta uji organoleptik yang meliputi warna, rasa dan aroma alkohol. Uji yang digunakan untuk menentukan perlakuan terbaik menggunakan uji efektifitas. Hasil uji ansira menunjukkan terdapat interaksi antar perlakuan pada kosentrasi ekstrak buah kelengkeng dengan lama fermentasi pada hasil uji kimia total padatan terlarut, total asam, gula reduksi dan kadar alkohol, sedangkan pada pH tidak terdapat interaksi. Perlakuan kosentrasi ekstrak buah kelengkeng 75% dan lama fermentasi 14 hari merupakan perlakuan terbaik dengan Nilai Hasil (NH) 0,846 dengan kriteria variabel penelitian total padatan terlarut 8°brix, pH 5,057, total asam 0,59 g/100ml, gula reduksi 1,89%, kadar alkohol 20.667%, warna 5 (agak suka), rasa 5 (agak suka), dan aroma 5 (agak suka).

This research aims to determine the influence of the Indonesian language contextual learning model in writing e-book based reviews in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis and to obtain an overview of the influence of the Indonesian language contextual learning model in writing e-book based reviews in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis This research was carried out on May 29 2024 at SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis. The approach taken in this research is quantitative. The sample technique is taken 20% of the total population. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results found in this research are that there is a significant influence between the Indonesian contextual learning model in writing e-book based reviews in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis. The results of the research show that if you look at the accumulated data in table 21, there are respondents in the strongly agree category with a score of 412, respondents in the agree category with a score of 579, respondents in the disagree category with a score of 196 and respondents in the disagree category with a score of 11 so that it can be drawn. The conclusion is that students generally admit that they have the ability to write e-book based reviews using the contextual learning model.

The research that has been carried out is entitled "Development of Anecdotal Text Teaching Materials Based on the TikTok  Application for Class This research aims to develop anecdotal text teaching materials based on the TikTok  application for class X2 students at Istiqlal Delitua Private High School. The methodology of this research is RND. The subjects in this research were class X2 students at Istiqlal Delitua Private High School. The data collection techniques are observation, documentation and tests. The assessment aspects used in this research are the appropriateness of the content of the anecdote text, the appropriateness of the structure of the anecdote text, the accuracy of words, the appropriateness of capital letter spelling and writing layout, criticism and humor. The research results show that the development of anecdotal text teaching materials based on the TikTok  application for class X2 students at Istiqlal Delitua Private High School, especially anecdotal text material. The average obtained in general is in the very good category with a score of 90% from the media expert validation results, while from the results of the material expert validation the score is in the very good category with a score of 98% and from the results of student responses the score is in the good category, with a score of 82. 7% Thus, it can be concluded that the development of anecdotal text teaching materials based on the TikTok  application for class

This Community Service aims to provide assistance to the people of Karangtawar Village, especially farmers, by providing training in digital marketing, packaging and branding of existing agricultural products. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) where in our actions we involve the community so that solutions to existing problems can be identified. The results of Community Service are Digital Marketing training in the form of: Creating Social Media Facebook, Instagram and e-Commerce Platforms such as Shopee, Lazada. Packaging takes the form of: product packaging that is more attractive than before in order to increase sales results and people's income. Branding takes the form of: creating a brand logo for agricultural products using the CANVA application to be implemented in Karangtawar Village, Laren District, Lamongan Regency.

Wakatobi is one of the tourist destinations renowned for its underwater beauty, holding great potential to be developed as a sustainable tourism destination. This research aims to determine the priorities for sustainable tourism development in Wakatobi using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is employed to identify and prioritize various criteria and sub-criteria contributing to sustainable tourism development. Based on the research findings, infrastructure and facilities were found to be the highest priorities, with a focus on improving transportation infrastructure and public facilities. These findings indicate that the development of transportation infrastructure and public facilities is crucial to support the sustainability of tourism in Wakatobi.

This study aims to determine the potential zooplankton abundance based on resting eggs in situ cijeuk Sukamekar Village Sukaraja sub-district, Sukabumi district. This research was conducted from October to November 2023. October - November 2023. The sampling location was determined by purposive sampling. The research area was divided into 5 sampling points. Data analysis using the abundance formula and the Microsoft Excel 2013 program and a microscope equipped with the scopeImage 9.0 application scopeImage 9.0 application. The results showed the abundance of Resting eggs at 5 observation points ranged from 92 ± 58 - 1009 ± 1206 grains/m², egg diameter ranged from 4.3 ± 0.57 - 7 ± 1 µm, indicating that the presence of resting egg zooplankton in the cijeruk site still has natural food potential and the results of water quality observations at each station with temperatures ranging between 24.33 ± 0.58 - 25.33 ± 0.58ºC, pH 5.08 ± 2.07 - 6.34 ± 0.31, dissolved oxygen1.83 ± 1.29 - 4.70 ± 1.95 mg/l, brightness 27.50 ± 17.26 - 114 ± 25.06 cm.

The rapid increase in population and land transportation in Kendari City has impacted the availability of green open spaces (GOS), which are crucial for maintaining air quality by absorbing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from motor vehicles. This study aims to assess the capacity of GOS in Kendari to absorb CO2 based on different vegetation types. The research employed a descriptive analysis method, with data collected through field observations and secondary sources, including information on GOS area, motor vehicle fuel consumption, and emission factors. The study found that Kendari City requires 17.73 hectares of GOS to absorb the CO2 emissions produced by motor vehicles, while the existing GOS covers 2,562.67 hectares. These indicate that the current GOS is sufficient to perform its environmental functions. Forests in the area absorb 10.292 tons of CO2, parks absorb 1.767 tons, green lanes absorb 27.682 tons, and other GOS areas, including the Kendari Botanical Gardens and sports fields, contribute more diminutive amounts. The results suggest that while Kendari's existing GOS can still manage CO2 emissions effectively, further expansion and optimization of green areas could enhance the City's environmental sustainability. This research provides valuable insights for urban planners and policymakers in Kendari, especially in planning for future GOS development to ensure continued air quality management.

Penelitian ini mengkaji pemikiran At-Tahir Ibn Ashur mengenai Maqashid Syariah, yang berfokus pada tujuan utama hukum Islam untuk mencapai kesejahteraan dan kebaikan universal dalam kehidupan manusia. Ibn Ashur, seorang ulama besar dari Tunisia, dikenal dengan pandangan progresif dan inovatifnya dalam hukum Islam. Beliau menekankan pentingnya memahami tujuan di balik setiap hukum syariah dan menerapkannya sesuai dengan kondisi zaman modern. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan studi literatur, penelitian ini menggali konsep maqashid al-syariah yang dikembangkan oleh Ibn Ashur, termasuk perlindungan agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta, serta penambahan elemen-elemen baru yang relevan dengan perkembangan sosial dan ekonomi masa kini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Ibn Ashur tentang maqashid syariah dapat diimplementasikan dalam berbagai bidang kontemporer, seperti kesehatan publik melalui program vaksinasi, pengelolaan lingkungan untuk menjaga kesehatan dan sumber daya alam, serta pemanfaatan teknologi untuk pendidikan dan pengetahuan. Karya-karya Ibn Ashur, termasuk "Maqashid al-Syariah al-Islamiyah" dan "Tafsir al-Tahrir wa al-Tanwir", memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam memperkaya pemahaman umat Islam tentang syariah dan menawarkan panduan praktis untuk menghadapi tantangan modern. Dengan demikian, pemikiran At-Tahir Ibn Ashur tentang maqashid syariah tetap relevan dan aplikatif dalam konteks kehidupan sehari-hari di era modern.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas metode Talqin dan Tasmi' dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menghafal Al-Qur'an dan Hadits. Al-Qur'an sebagai petunjuk utama dalam Islam, serta Hadits sebagai sumber hukum kedua, memerlukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mencapai pemahaman dan penghafalan yang baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk menginterpretasikan hasil wawancara dan observasi terkait penerapan metode Talqin dan Tasmi'. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Talqin dan Tasmi' dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan: perencanaan dengan penyusunan RPP, pelaksanaan yang melibatkan pembagian kelompok dan pengoreksian bacaan, serta evaluasi melalui tes lisan individu dan observasi. Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan menghafal, yang tercermin dari peningkatan rata-rata nilai kelas dari 70 menjadi 85. Selain itu, metode ini juga memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran dengan mendorong pemahaman materi, menciptakan suasana belajar interaktif, serta memperkuat hafalan dan kualitas bacaan Al-Qur'an. Faktor pendukung penerapan metode ini meliputi komitmen sekolah, kualifikasi guru, lingkungan belajar, dukungan orang tua, kedisiplinan guru, dan adanya budaya kompetisi. Sebaliknya, faktor penghambat termasuk perbedaan kemampuan siswa, keterbatasan waktu, kelelahan, gangguan eksternal, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan penggunaan gadget. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode Talqin dan Tasmi' efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menghafal Al-Qur'an dan Hadits, dengan implikasi penting untuk pembelajaran yang lebih baik dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam.

Halal certification plays a crucial role in ensuring that a product is safe for consumption and complies with Islamic principles. Additionally, halal certification can also enhance a product's competitiveness. This study aims to provide understanding and knowledge to the community, particularly to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), about the importance of halal certification for a product in supporting sales growth, especially for food products. Using a qualitative approach, interviews and observations were conducted with MSME operators. The research findings indicate that limited access to information and low public awareness about halal certification are major barriers to implementing halal certification in the village. In this context, the government has appointed the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) of the Republic of Indonesia to intensify halal certification for food industry producers. The requirements and procedures for obtaining halal certification need to be socialized to the broader community, particularly MSME operators. Thus, the KKN Team of UIN Walisongo, together with BPJPH, aims to assist the government program by providing information and understanding to the Rejosari village community about the importance of holding a halal certificate, which can help enhance the economic value of the village.
