This study aims to find out how the application of Quantum Memory and Learning in Islamic Religious Education Learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi. So this research is a field research with a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis.The variables studied are divided into two, namely the independent variable is the application of Quantum Memory and Learning and the dependent variable is the learning of Islamic Religious Education.All primary data needed in this study were obtained through the main instrument in the form of questionnaires / questionnaires, while observations, interviews, were used to complete the required data. All collected data is then processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis.The results of this study prove that the concept of Quantum Memory And Learning applied by teachers is the AMBAK Technique (What are the Benefits for Me), structuring the learning environment, cultivating a champion attitude, freeing up learning styles, getting used to taking notes, getting used to reading, making children more creative, training children's memory strength. The application of Quantum Memory And Learning to Islamic education learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi is quite good. This can be seen by the indicator of 39 respondents from students with 74% saying that the application of Quantum Memory And Learning applied by teachers to Islamic education learning is quite good and the application of Quantum Memory And Learning is also able to improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from 59% of students who say student learning outcomes are very good through the application of Quantum Memory And Learning. However, based on all data, both questionnaires and interviews, it shows that the application of Quantum Memory And Learning still needs to be improved again because it sees that there are still teachers who have not been able to apply Quantum Memory And Learning to Islamic Religious Education learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi.

This study aims to analyze students' difficulties in writing short stories in the Indonesian language class IV at Ulumul Islam Bakri Wahid Elementary School. The type of research is descriptive qualitative and the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display and conlusion drawing. And the data source data in this study were all 4th graders of Ulumul Islam Bakri Wahid Elementary School, Makassar City. The data techniques in this study were the distribution of test sheets, student and teacher interviews and documentation in the research conducted at Ulumul Islam Bakri Wahid Elementary School.The results of this study indicate that the ability level of students in writing short stories is still low. Based on the results of writing short stories that have been made by students and the results of interviews conducted by teachers and students with researchers, it shows that the difficulties experienced by students are difficulties in expressing ideas, limited vocabulary and difficulty determining the structure of short stories so that students have difficulty in making a story. short.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki secara sistematis untuk setiap ketidakkonsistenan yang muncul sebagai hasil dari proses yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini serta untuk menilai berbagai implikasi keamanannya.  Penelitian ini menjalankan DroidDiff untuk melakukan analisis diferensial skala besar pada gambar yang di kumpulkan menggunakan metodologi analisis. DroidDiff menemukan banyak perbedaan terkait dengan fitur pilihan. Metode yang diguanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode lima algoritme analisis diferensial. Hasilnya, dengan membandingkan konfigurasi keamanan dari gambar serupa, perubahan keamanan penting yang bisa jadi secara tidak sengaja diperkenalkan selama penyesuaian dapat ditemukan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa, DroidDi? dapat diguanakan vendor guna memeriksa konfigurasi berbagai fitur keamanan pada image yang diberikan. DroidDiff akan mengekstrak fitur tersebut dari gambar, dan membandingkannya dengan kumpulan konfigurasi gambar lain, selanjutnya DroidDiff akan menandai yang tidak konsisten untuk diselidiki lebih lanjut oleh vendor yang memiliki kode sumber dan perangkat untuk memeriksa efeknya. Untuk pekerjaan dimasa depan, penyempurnaan DroidDi? dalam mendeteksi ketidakkonsistenan yang berisiko secara lebih akurat sangat disarankan. Dengan meningkatkan DroidDiff akan membantu mengurangi jumlah positif palsu dan menentukan konfigurasi berisiko secara lebih akurat.

In every human life that is constantly changing from time to time has made the existence of risk a determinant of how life in the future will occur. Ulrich Beck discovered the concept of a risk society that is closely related to industrial society. This concept discusses modernity which has consequences or risks related to technological advances and globalization. Modernity creates global risks where each of these risks was previously unknown to society. Developing countries are vulnerable countries in the dynamics of globalization compared to developed countries. This is because developing countries do not yet have sufficient capacity to regulate their own country. Therefore it is necessary to understand the risks of what is being done now by studying the past and analyzing the present life for a better life in the future. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive narrative study approach. The purpose of this research is to understand the importance of understanding the risks of every action, especially in the modernity of technological development and globalization so that future conditions can run in a sustainable manner.

<p><span>Penilaian saham merupakan suatu hal penting yang perlu dilakukan bagi investor dalam melakukan kegiatan investasinya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meminimalisir risiko dan memaksimalkan keuntungan yang merupakan syarat dan karakteristik saham <em>hight risk</em> – <em>hight return</em>. Investor dapat melakukan penilaian saham secara fundamental yaitu dengan memperhatikan kondisi kinerja keuangan sebagai dasar untuk pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui harga wajar suatu saham pada perusahaan subsektor perbankan pada periode 2021. Penilaian saham dilakukan berdasarkan dua pendekatan yaitu <em>Dividen Discount Model</em> dan <em>Price Earning Ratio</em>, dari 47 perusahaan subsekektor yang terdaftar sebanyak 12 perusahaan memenuhi kriteria dan dipilih sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 12 perusahaan terpilih, terdapat 10 perusahaan yang berada dalam kondisi undervalued dan 2 perusahaan yang berada dalam kondisi <em>overvalued</em>. Dalam kondis <em>undervalued</em> invetor dapat mengambil keputusan dengan membeli saham tersebut, sedangkan pada perusahaan yang berada pada <em>overvalued</em> invetor dapat menjual saham.</span></p><p><span><em>Stock valuation is an important thing that needs to be done for investors in carrying out their investment activities.</em><em>  This is with the aim of minimizing risk and maximizing profits which are the terms and characteristics of hight risk – hight return.  Investors can make stock valuation fundamentally by taking into account the condition of financial performance as a basis for decision making. This research was conducted to determine the fair price of shares in banking sub-sector companies in the 2021 period. Stock valuation was carried out based on two approaches, namely the dividend discounted model and the price earning ratio, of the 47 registered sub-sector companies, 12 companies met the criteria and were selected as samples. The results showed that of the 12 companies selected, there were 10 companies that were undervalued and 2 companies that were overvalued. In undervalued conditions, investors can make decisions by buying these shares, whereas in overvalued companies, investors can sell their shares.</em></span></p><p><span><br /></span></p>

Lahirnya perpu cipta kerja didasari atas pertimbangan pemerintah terhadap kebutuhan yang sangat mendesak dalam mengantisipasi perubahan kondisi global baik terkait ekonomi dalam menghadapi resesi, inflasi dan ancaman stagflasi. Solusi dalam melahirkan peraturan baru ditujukan untuk mengatasi regulasi yang tumpang tindih dan mampu meningkatkan birokrasi. Perubahan substansi dalam perpu cipta kerja yang berkaitan dengan penegakan hukum persaingan usaha di indonesia ini terkait perubahan upaya keberatan atas putusan yang dikeluarkan oleh KPPU, fiat eksekusi putusan KPPU ke Pengadilan Niaga, Penghapusan denda maksimal sanksi, serta penghapusan pidana tambahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis atas kepastian hukum dan menganalisis problematika yang akan timbul dari berlakunya Perpu Cipta Kerja ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah penelitian normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan konseptual dan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan terbitnya Perpu No 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja diharapkan dapat memperbaiki kekurangan yang terdapat pada hukum persaingan usaha. Tidak hanya itu perpu ini diharapkan dapat menjadi payung hukum agar para investor dapat tertarik berinvestasi di Indonesia dan dapat memajukan perekonomian.

Daun cincau hijau yang telah dipanen mudah rusak. Bubuk daun cincau didapatkan dari hasil pengeringan dan pengecilan ukuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pada karakteristik fisik (rendemen, sineresis, tekstur, warna, kecepatan pembentukan gel), karakteristik kimia (pH, kadar air, kadar abu, dan serat kasar) dan sensoris gel dari daun cincau hijau segar dengan gel dari bubuk daun cincau hijau (Cyclea barbata Miers). Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Rekayasa Proses Pengolahan Pangan dan Laboratorium Kimia dan Biokimia Pangan Universitas Semarang pada bulan Juni 2022. Rancangan percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), 2 perlakuan, 10 ulangan dan dianalisis dengan independent sample T-Test. Kesimpulan menunjukkan nilai signifikansi kadar air, kadar abu, sineresis, pH, kecepatan pembentukan gel, springiness, sensoris warna maupun spektrofotometri, aroma, rasa dan kekokohan gel dari daun cincau hijau segar dengan gel dari bubuk daun cincau hijau (Cyclea barbata Miers) kurang dari 0,05 (Sig. 2-tailed) yang artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan. Sedangkan pada rendemen, serat kasar, hardness dan gumminess menunjukan nilai signifikansi lebih dari 0,05 (Sig. 2-tailed) yang artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan.

2022 will be the rise of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia by contributing 61% of the national GDP and absorbing 97% of the total workforce. Based on the city area, UMKM is one of the components that contributes 9.27
% of economic growth in Pangkal Pinang City. However, the application of Intellectual Property (IP) in MSME business behavior has not been handled optimally. The purpose of this study is to identify human resource management in MSME actors in building work teams that are aware of IP in business activities. This research using a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data were obtained by conducting observations and interviews with MSME business actors in Tasikmalaya City who had not registered or had registered their KI. The results of the study show that SMEs have an awareness of the importance of IP in entrepreneurship. KI is assessed by MSME actors as supporting business continuity through the maturation of the three entrepreneurial teams they have. MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City have at least a production team, operational team and marketing team. The three teams currently being developed are the marketing team, because they involve digital media capabilities. That is, the application of IP is a priority to avoid claims on the brand or type of business they own. In addition, MSME actors utilize family-based human resources. This character is in accordance with the application of the Pancasila economy.

This research is based on the Regulation of the Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2018 concerning Conformity Tests for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology One component that must be tested with a minimum passing standard of ? 100 lux at a distance of 100 cm. Data collection is obtained at the Calibration Agency to obtain accurate results. The purpose of this tool, the Lux Meter is equipped with a distance sensor to measure the light intensity of a collimator lamp with an intensity that must be ? 100 within a distance of 100 cm from the light source. So, making a tool that can be used to measure the amount of collimator illumination is accompanied by measuring the distance, so that it can ensure the results are in accordance with the limits that have been determined with a Lux Meter equipped with a distance sensor using the BH1750 module and the HC-SR04 module. For testing the tool made, it was compared with a Standard Lux Meter with the HIOKI brand, an average error value of 0.021 at a distance of 50cm, an error of 00.020 at a distance of 100cm, and an error of 0.022 was obtained, while for testing the distance sensor it was compared with a Standard Meter with the FLUKE brand. The average percentage error value is 0.002 at a distance of 50cm, an error of 0.011 at a distance of 100cm, and an error of 0.008 at a distance of 130cm.
