This article discusses the dispute resolution undertaken by Shandy Purnamasari and Putra Siregar related to their Brand disputes, namely MS GLOW and PSGlow which will be reviewed based on the principle of fisrt to File and Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications. This type of legal research is perscriptive normative legal research with secondary data types including primary and secondary legal materials. The technique of collecting legal materials is carried out with literature, then used The analysis technique used is the deductive method. This study produces the author's views on dispute resolution which is reviewed on the principle of First to File.

Teachers and principals must be competent at writing scientific articles. The ability to write scientific articles affects professional and career development. The community service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers and principals in writing classroom and school action research articles. The training participants were the teachers and principals. Training activities were conducted online. The training material focused on determining the topic, writing the introduction, methods, results, discussion, and conclusions. The results of community services through training in writing action research articles showed that aspects of material, facilities, methods, facilitators, and administrative services received appreciation from participants with a very good level of satisfaction. Participants experienced an increase in knowledge, with a pre-test score of 74 and a post-test score of 80.

Program Teknik Informatika merupakan salah satu jurusan pada Fakultas Teknik Universitas Nusa Nipa di Kota Maumere, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Penggunaan internet saat ini memiliki mobilitas yang sangat tinggi, baik untuk menelusuri informasi, mengunduh informasi, atau menggunakan fungsi internet lainnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan manajemen bandwidth untuk mengatur setiap bit data yang lewat agar bandwidth merata melalui metode PCQ (Peer Connection Queue) yang diterapkan di MikroTik. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis QoS (Quality Of Service) dari segi throughput, delay, jitter dan packet loss menggunakan metode Peer Connection Queue (PCQ) untuk mengoptimalkan bandwidth internet. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas jaringan dengan metode PCQ lebih optimal karena bandwidth yang didistribusikan sesuai aturan dalam manajemen bandwidth, dan tidak membuat pengguna bersaing untuk mendapatkan bandwidth.

The rice straw waste is a byproduct of rice processing and is a plentiful natural resource in Indonesia. It has been utilized as a renewable energy source to decrease reliance on fossil fuels and tackle worldwide energy concerns. Rice straw waste contains various organic compounds, such as 36.6% cellulose, 25.3% hemicellulose, and 14.3% lignin. These compounds can be converted into various types of bioenergy, such as bioethanol, biogas, biomass, and bioelectricity through fermentation and pyrolysis processes. Rice straw waste has significant potential as a raw material in bioethanol production, biogas and bio-oil. rice straw waste also has the potential to produce bio-oil through the pyrolysis process. Tiny organisms, like bacteria and fungi, have a crucial part in the creation of bioethanol, biogas, and bio-oil. These microscopic organisms will be used in the process of fermentation, decomposition, or other biochemical reactions to convert rice straw waste into the desired renewable energy source. In the production of bioethanol, the use of enzymes such as amylase or cellulase may be required to break down the raw materials into simpler components that can be converted through the fermentation process into bioethanol. The process of producing biogas involves utilizing an anaerobic digester, which is a controlled environment devoid of oxygen. In this environment, microorganisms decompose the organic material found in rice straw waste and generate biogas. The methods used in the production of bioenergy (bioethanol, biogas and bio-oil) from straw waste may vary depending on the context and available technology.

This research is based on the obstacles experienced by sanjai owners in Harau District are limited capital, marketing, suppliers who are often stuck or late in coming so that it disrupts the smoothness of the sales process. And also the sanjai problem faced by the sanjai owner himself is the increase in the price of raw materials which causes an increase in sanjai production costs so that it ultimately affects the income of a sanjai cracker entrepreneur.The method of this research is descriptive qualitative. This research is motivated by the decline in sanjai business income during the Covid-19 pandemic. Then also accompanied by an increase in the price of raw materials which resulted in increased production costs so that the selling price also increased. If the seller does not increase the selling price, the business will suffer losses. With the sanjai business, it can improve the community's economy and also open up jobs for people who are not yet working. The way sanjai owners survive in the era of many competitors is to offer lower prices, work with travel drivers and improve service to consumers. The obstacle that sanjai owners also experience is capital. For limited capital, sanjai owners can be assisted by family or seek loans from outside parties.

The history learning media used by history teachers is still in the form of presentation media that collaborates with static images or text, making it less interesting and monotonous. Public History-based Image Cloud Recognition learning media designed to be developed by applying android applications, cloud storage, and camera scans to scan content from images of historical objects. The results of the material expert validation test obtained an average score of 4.39 and the media expert validation test obtained an average value of 4.45 so that both values were included in the "Very Good" category. Meanwhile, based on trials to students in small groups, an average score of 4.61 was obtained; In the limited group, a value of 4.28 was obtained and in the broad group, an average value of 4.58 was obtained. All three grades are classified as "Very Good". The effectiveness of products designed according to the results of the t test (t count > t table) is known that Public History based Image Cloud Recognition learning media is effective in improving students' historical thinking skills and making learning more interesting, active, and dynamic.

Kemiskinan di Jawa Timur, termasuk di Kabupaten Jember, tetap menjadi tantangan besar yang kompleks dan multidimensional. Persentase penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Jember meningkat sebesar 0,12 persen poin dalam satu tahun, dari 9,39 persen pada Maret 2022 menjadi 9,51 persen pada Maret 2023. Dalam menanggulangi kemiskinan, data yang akurat sangatlah penting untuk merancang dan melaksanakan kebijakan yang efektif. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi peran BPS dalam menyediakan data yang tepat dan relevan tentang kemiskinan di tingkat lokal, menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dengan data sekunder dari publikasi BPS tahun 2023, seperti garis kemiskinan, presentase penduduk miskin, indeks kedalaman, dan keparahan kemiskinan. Analisis menunjukkan kenaikan garis kemiskinan dan penurunan persentase, indeks kedalaman, serta keparahan kemiskinan dari 2010 hingga 2023. Jurnal ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai dinamika kemiskinan di Jember pada tahun 2023, diharapkan memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemerintah dan pemangku kebijakan setempat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dalam pemantauan dan penanganan kemiskinan di daerah tersebut.

This study investigates the impact of digital tools on collaborative learning among secondary school students. By analyzing various online platforms and educational apps, we examine how these tools foster teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Data were collected from a sample of 300 students across five schools, using surveys and focus groups. Results show that students who used digital tools for collaboration demonstrated significant improvements in engagement, critical thinking, and peer interaction. The study concludes that integrating digital tools into classroom activities can enhance the effectiveness of collaborative learning.

A web-based sales information system is a key element in the success of modern business, especially in the rapidly growing e-commerce era. Developing information systems that are responsive and adaptive to change is a major challenge in meeting dynamic market demands. The problem that occurs is that the web application that is built is not in accordance with the wishes and needs of the user so that applications and transactions are difficult to carry out. This article describes the implementation of the prototype method in developing a web-based sales information system, with a focus on aspects of needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing and evaluation. By developing a web-based sales information system with a prototype method, consumers can easily operate the application and make transactions easier because this system can be used anywhere and anytime and its development involves consumers, so this system can really be used well and easily.
