Abstrak:
This research discusses the implementation of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) application at the Disdukcapil of Tanjungpinang City in the context of E-Government. The implementation of digital identity technology as an effort to improve the efficiency of public services faces a number of challenges, including communication, resource availability, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. In terms of communication, Disdukcapil Kota Tanjungpinang uses social media and goes directly to the field to socialize and activate the IKD application. Challenges arise from people who are still unfamiliar with technology, requiring further efforts in assisting the use of the application. Resources, such as a lack of budget and dedicated teams can hinder effective implementation. Although existing teams have been empowered in the past, further attention needs to be paid to the balance of quality and quantity of human resources. The disposition of Disdukcapil officers in helping people activate IKD is positive. Within the bureaucratic structure, despite the shortage of personnel, coordination and division of labor are quite good. This research uses qualitative research methods by obtaining primary data in the form of interviews at the Tanjungpinang City Population and Civil Registration Office directly and documentation, as well as secondary data obtained from media information, the internet and other documents. In conclusion, the implementation of IKD faces several obstacles, but good communication and disposition efforts show seriousness in realizing the success of the program. Suggestions that the author can give are for the Disdukcapil of Tanjungpinang City to increase the effectiveness of implementation through strengthening communication, increasing human resources, and evaluating the bureaucratic structure on going basis.

This research examines the validity of agreements regarding the inclusion of exoneration clauses in e-commerce transactions. Agreements between marketplace companies and their users are packaged in the form of standard agreements. This allows for the inclusion of eksonerasi clauses containing exoneration elements that may harm users. The research method used by the Author is normative legal research with a prescriptive nature. The types and sources of research data include primary data consisting of legislation, basic principles, jurisprudence, and other fundamental regulations, as well as secondary data obtained through literature review. Based on the research findings, the use of standard agreements is generally allowed as long as it does not violate Article 18 paragraph (1) of the Consumer Protection Law. Such violation constitutes a breach of the conditions for the validity of the agreement in terms of a lawful cause, thus rendering the use of exoneration clauses legally void.

Intrapersonal conflict is a condition where an individual has two desires that cannot be fulfilled simultaneously. This research aims to identify the description of intrapersonal conflict among nurses. The study design uses a scoping review method. Articles were identified using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) method. Inclusion criteria for this review article include articles in English or Indonesian, original articles, and articles that use quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methods published within the last 5 years. A search of articles in this review yielded 819 articles, and the review identified 4 articles that met the inclusion criteria and were subsequently analyzed. The results of the analysis indicate the description of intrapersonal conflict among nurses, namely: (1) Career-related conflicts, hindered by further study; (2) Family-related conflicts. Nurses want to contribute to the family's economy but their partner asks them to take care of the children and the house; (3) Work-family life conflicts or sleep duration; (4) Religion-related conflicts, with an example of a Muslim nurse newly employed at a hospital but facing a mandatory rule to remove the hijab. This research discusses the defamation that has been committed by Haris Azhar (HA) and Fatiah Maulidyianti (FM) who in one of their YouTube video uploads entitled 'There is a Lord Luhut Behind the Economic-OPS Military Relations of Intan Jaya!!! General BIN Also There!! NgeHAMtam' has defamed and caused false suspicion against Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan. It is known that HA and FM called Luhut 'lord'. Luhut also said that material losses do not need to be calculated, but morally, accusing me of being a criminal and being called a 'lord' is very detrimental to him and his family. This research will also discuss the defamation by Haris and Fatiah when viewed from the Criminal Code (KUHP), and Law Number 11 of 2008 which has been amended by Law Number 19 of 2016. This research uses normative / dogmatic juridical research methods. This research uses primary legal materials and secondary legal materials as the legal basis for completing this research. This research also uses the Statue Approach (approach through legislation), Conceptual Approach (conceptual approach), and Case Approach (case approach). In the results of this study, it can be concluded that the actions of HA and FM can be categorized as defamation because they have fulfilled the elements of Article 311 of the Criminal Code on slander and Article 318 of the Criminal Code on false suspicion. The advice in the form of legal opinion is that the prosecutor should be able to provide charges to HA and FM related to Article 311 of the Criminal Code on slander and Article 318 on false pretenses because this can later become the basis for the Judge's decision following the prosecutor's indictment.

Violence behaviour poses a potential risk of physical harm to oneself or others. Violence behaviour must be promptly addressed by providing intervention to avoid detrimental impacts on the patient, others, or the surrounding environment. This research aims to identify the types of interventions for patients with violent behaviour in psychiatric hospitals. This review adopts a scoping review approach, following the analysis procedure by Arksey and O'Malley. Articles were identified using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) method. Inclusion criteria for this review article include English or Indonesian language articles, original articles, articles using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methods published within the last 5 years. From the review results of 1.128 articles, 8 articles met the inclusion criteria. The analysis results indicate various types of interventions proven to be effective in reducing violent behaviour in patients in psychiatric hospitals. Treatments involving physical, psychological, and belief-based activities are suitable for reducing violent behaviour in patients in psychiatric hospitals. Furthermore, to determine the real impact of reducing violent behaviour, supplemental research is needed to develop interventions in patients in psychiatric hospitals.
