This research is a case study with the object of research at UMKM Liwut Sari The purpose of this study is to determine and explain the production planning of herbal drinks at UMKM Liwut Sari. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation while data analysis techniques use forecasting and Break Even Point (BEP).  The results of the sales forecasting analysis of red ginger herbal drink and temulawak herbal drink at Liwut Sari UMKM in January are predicted to sell 263 packs of red ginger herbal drinks and 262 packs of temulawak herbal drinks, in February red ginger herbal drinks is 271 packs and temulawak herbal drinks is 270 packs, in March red ginger herbal drinks is 279 packs and temulawak herbal drinks is 278 packs. The results of the Break Even Point (BEP) analysis show that if UMKM Liwut Sari produces 86 packs of red ginger herbal drinks or Rp 4,289,855 and 81 packs of temulawak herbal drinks or Rp 4,054,794, then UMKM Liwut Sari does not make a profit or suffers a loss because at that point the company is in a state of principal return.

Gojek, as one of the largest online transportation service providers in Indonesia, has significantly transformed patterns of mobility and created employment opportunities for many individuals. Founded by Nadiem Makarim in 2010, Gojek is the first online-based transportation company originating from Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effects of working hours, number of orders, age, and gender on the income of Gojek drivers in Badung Regency. The research was conducted in Badung Regency, a major tourism hub in Bali Province, which generates high demand for online transportation services. Data were collected using a quantitative approach and an associative design through surveys administered to Gojek drivers in the region. The results of the analysis indicate that these variables collectively influence driver income. Specifically, working hours, number of orders, and gender have a positive and significant effect, while age has a negative and significant effect on income.

The rapid development of information technology demands that the younger generation, including junior high school students, have a good understanding of how to use digital media safely and responsibly. This seminar aims to provide education on the effective use of email and raise students' awareness about the importance of cybersecurity. The activity was held at SMPN 1 Nonggunong, involving seventh-grade students. The topics covered included the basics of using email, digital communication etiquette, and potential cybersecurity threats such as phishing, malware, and personal data breaches. The implementation methods included material presentations, interactive discussions, and case simulations. The evaluation results showed an 85% improvement in students' understanding of digital security practices, based on pre-test and post-test assessments. This aligns with the findings of Andria et al. (2024), which state that cybersecurity training effectively enhances students' digital literacy. This seminar also supports the research of Giap et al. (2024), which emphasizes the importance of interactive education in increasing digital awareness among teenagers. It is hoped that similar activities can be conducted on a sustainable basis as part of the school's digital literacy curriculum, given the importance of instilling online security practices from an early age.

This study aims to analyze the importance of building trust and mutual understanding among organizational members to enhance team performance and work effectiveness at Greet Bear Bowl Restaurant. Trust is developed through open communication, organizational justice, and recognition of individual contributions. Meanwhile, mutual understanding is supported by active participation, aligned goals, and a positive organizational culture. The study adopts a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with four permanent employees. The results indicate that trust and understanding play a crucial role in strengthening work relationships, improving coordination, and supporting the effective and sustainable achievement of organizational goals.

Traditional medicine has been believed for generations to be effective in treating various diseases and is recognized for its safety. One reason people opt for herbal medicine is its affordability compared to chemical drugs. Additionally, herbal medicine is required to be free of medicinal chemicals (BKO). However, a public warning issued between 2020 and 2025 indicated that some herbal preparations still contained substances like sildenafil citrate and caffeine. The aim of this research is to establish a validated analytical method to detect the presence of sildenafil citrate and caffeine in stamina-enhancing herbal medicines using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) with densitometry. This method was selected due to its cost-effectiveness and its ability to separate two compounds. In this study, category II validation was conducted to identify impurities in the preparations, focusing on test parameters such as selectivity and Limit of Detection (LOD). The selected mobile phase for this study was a mixture of chloroform and ethanol (9.5:0.5 v/v). The TLC plate was analyzed with a densitometer at a wavelength of 254 nm. The Rf value for sildenafil citrate was found to be 0.32, while the Rf value for caffeine was 0.52, resulting in a separation (Rs) value of 2. The LOD for sildenafil citrate was determined to be 8.5418 ?l/ml (equivalent to 0.0854 mg in a 600 mg sample), whereas the LOD for caffeine was 4.7987 ?l/ml (or 0.0959 mg in a 600 mg sample).

The Surya Makmur Farmers Group, formed in 2023 in Suryowijayan Village, Yogyakarta, consists of 20 housewives who were previously not economically productive. This urban farming program aims to increase household food security through training in modern agricultural technology such as vertical farming, tabulampot, organic fertilizers, and botanical pesticides. Demonstration plots (demplots) with smart plug-based drip irrigation were also developed to increase cultivation efficiency. This program has increased production by up to 50% in several commodities such as chilies, mustard greens, and corn. In addition, member empowerment has increased through institutional training and organic waste management. This program creates a sustainable impact on food security and community welfare.ABSTRAKKelompok Tani Surya Makmur, dibentuk pada tahun 2023 di Kampung Suryowijayan, Yogyakarta, beranggotakan 20 ibu rumah tangga yang sebelumnya tidak produktif secara ekonomi. Program urban farming ini bertujuan meningkatkan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga melalui pelatihan teknologi pertanian modern seperti vertikultur, tabulampot, pembuatan pupuk organik, dan pestisida nabati. Demonstration plot (demplot) dengan irigasi tetes berbasis smart plug juga dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi budidaya. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan produksi hingga 50% pada beberapa komoditas seperti cabai, sawi, dan jagung. Selain itu, keberdayaan anggota meningkat melalui pelatihan kelembagaan dan pengelolaan limbah organic. Program ini menciptakan dampak berkelanjutan terhadap ketahanan pangan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. 

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the economy, including in the growing culinary sector. Cimol Bojot Aa, a culinary business focusing on selling cimol snacks, operates in a highly competitive market. This study aims to analyze the internal and external environments influencing the business strategy of the SME Cimol Bojot Aa. The methodology used includes SWOT and TOWS analysis, combining internal and external factor analysis to formulate business development strategies. Data were collected through interviews with the business owner, direct observation, and related document studies. The results show that Cimol Bojot Aa has strengths in unique products and competitive pricing, but faces challenges in marketing and financial management. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the business focus on strengthening digital marketing strategies and improving financial management for sustainable growth. This study provides practical recommendations for SME owners in planning adaptive and competitive business strategies in the culinary market.

The transition from Society 5.0 to Society 6.0 presents significant challenges and opportunities in shaping early childhood character. This article aims to explore how technological evolution, particularly artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and robotics, influences the values education of young children. Using a qualitative literature review with an analytical-descriptive approach, this study analyzed open-access sources from 2019 to 2024, complemented by key foundational theories. The findings highlight the need for a holistic strategy involving schools, families, communities, government, and industry in shaping future-ready character. Key thematic areas include digital literacy, ethical technology use, emotional intelligence, and collaborative synergy across sectors. The study proposes a conceptual framework that integrates human values with digital advancements to support sustainable, inclusive character development in early childhood. These insights are expected to serve as a foundation for policy, curriculum, and innovation in early childhood education in the Society 6.0 era.

Employee creativity plays a vital role in en5suring organizational success, particularly in the face of growing industrial competition. PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Lampung, operating in the aquaculture sector, must cultivate a workforce that is both creative and adaptable to change. However, enhancing employee creativity remains a challenge. This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership and knowledge management on employee creativity at PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Lampung. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 210 permanent employees across various divisions through a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The findings reveal that both transformational leadership and knowledge management have a positive and significant impact on employee creativity, with knowledge management showing a more dominant effect. The study implies that to boost employee creativity, organizations must strengthen their knowledge management systems—particularly in terms of documentation, training, and knowledge sharing. Furthermore, leaders should adopt an open, inclusive leadership style that nurtures creativity and supports employees in developing their innovative potential.

The purpose of the study was to determine whether the implementation of public sector accounting based on the conceptual framework affects the quality of government financial reports. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which involves identification, evaluation, and interpretation of previous research results. The results showed that the conceptual framework is not only a reference in the preparation of accounting standards, but also directs the implementation of accounting standards that support the improvement of the quality of financial statements despite several obstacles such as human resource competencies and infrastructure..
