Abstrak:
Students who excel must receive guidance on the development of each student's individual potential in order to produce superior and quality students. To complete this task, student achievement is taken into account. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach is one method that can be utilized in decision support systems. can do weighting to determine selection criteria and alternatives, starting from the definition of the problem. The purpose of evaluation or weighting in a decision support system, such as that carried out using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach, is to assess and compare the value or characteristics of each alternative based on predetermined criteria. This process allows us to understand how important each criterion is in achieving the main goal, so that the decisions taken are more structured and objective. Abstrak:
The transport industry is growing rapidly, creating intense competition and driving the adoption of eco-friendly electric vehicles to reduce pollution. In Indonesia, despite the large market, electric vehicle adoption is still limited. This study in Semarang City evaluated the factors influencing the decision to purchase an electric vehicle, focusing on perceived price, government incentives, and SPKLU availability using a quantitative survey and multiple regression analysis distributed via Googleform then the data was processed using SPSS 25 and the results showed that perceived price and SPKLU availability had a positive and significant effect, while government incentives had no significant effect. This research recommends increasing the effectiveness of incentive programs and developing charging infrastructure to support the adoption of electric vehicles.

In Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, there is an article that prohibits obscene acts, which is regulated in Article 76E which reads: "Everyone is prohibited from committing violence or threats of violence, coercing, committing tricks, committing a series of lies, or persuading children to commit or allow obscene acts to be committed." Furthermore, Article 76D which reads: "Everyone is prohibited from committing violence or threats of violence to force a child to have intercourse with him or with another person This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how to protect the law for children who are victims of criminal acts of obscenity and how to prove and apply the law to criminal acts of obscenity committed by children. . The research method conducted in this study is a normative juridical research method so that it can be concluded as follows: 1. Child protection is regulated in Law Number 23 of 2002. In addition to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection in protecting victims of child molestation, Law No. 13 of 2006 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims can also protect victims of child abuse and victims of other criminal acts.2. Evidence in the crime of obscenity uses evidence in accordance with the Criminal Code. The valid evidence according to Law No. 8 of 1981 is regulated in Article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code which consists of witness statements, expert statements, letter of recommendation, and information of the defendant. In the application of the law against child molesters, Article 82 of Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection can be applied by using the mechanism and system of child justice, namely Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Child Criminal Justice System.

Abstrak:
PP PAUD and Central Java Dikmas are tasked with overseeing all early childhood education institutions and community education throughout the Central Java region. This study aims to analyze the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the massive open online course (MOOC) that took place at PP PAUD and Dikmas Central Java during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were PAUD teachers throughout Central Java and MOOC Education and Training supervisors at PP PAUD and Dikmas Central Java. Sample selection was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling method. The research instruments used were questionnaires, documentation, and interviews that experts have validated. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis and percentages for questionnaire results and verbal analysis for interviews and documents. Based on the results and analysis of the discussion, we observe that MOOC in PP PAUD and Central Java Dikmas is going well. However, the content developed must still be adapted to the scope of PP PAUD. The materials in MOOCs need to be entirely focused on the essential competencies and core competencies of PP PAUD. Therefore, it is necessary to manage and develop video-based training through MOOCs.

Abstrak:
This research aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as mediation (study at CV. Harmoni Bali Zoo). This research used a sample of 75 employees. The method used in this research is a non probability sampling method with questionnaire and interview techniques with PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) inferential statistical analysis tools. The research results show that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment. The implication of this research is to prove three component theory and its relationship to the research variables. This research also offers the benefits of perceived organizational support, managing job satisfaction on organizational commitment.

Abstrak:
Folklore as a literary work reflects the lives of people, including the origins of a particular place. This research aims to: (1) describe the folklore of the origin of Dukuh Tambak in Sragen, (2) describe the folklore of the origin of Pasar Tambak in Sragen, and (3) identify the value of local wisdom in the two stories. The method used is qualitative with a literary anthropology approach, using purposive sampling technique to select two interrelated stories. Data validity was tested by source triangulation and data analysis using a flow model analysis. The results show that the origin stories of Dukuh Tambak and Pasar Tambak describe the historical journey of the spread of Islam around the Bengawan Solo River, with Joko Tingkir and Kanjeng Raden Tumenggung Tambak Yudho as the main characters in Dukuh Tambak. Meanwhile, Pasar Tambak, spearheaded by Prince Giri Noto, continues the tradition of generosity and honesty in social interaction. From both stories, local wisdom values were found: (1) religiosity value, (2) social value, (3) leadership and responsibility value, (4) hard work value, (5) honesty value, and (6) cultural value.

Abstrak:
Real Work Lectures (KKN) is a community service program that students must take part in as part of the higher education curriculum in Indonesia. The aim of this activity is to develop students' abilities to apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired during lectures in real contexts in society. KKN activities were carried out in Simpang Tiga Daratan village, Enok District, Indragiri Hilir Regency for 40 days, with a focus on the Literacy Work Program in the form of the Anti-Bully movement. The methods used include counseling and training. The results of this activity show an increase in public awareness about the importance of bullying prevention, as well as the existence of sustainable programs that can be implemented by the community independently. This activity also provides direct experience for students in interacting and contributing to society. In conclusion, KKN is an important means for students to apply academic knowledge in everyday life and have a positive impact on the local community.

In a change towards what is desired, change management is needed to provide stimulus and also a supervisory and control function in each change process. In this case study, KPP PMB succeeded in carrying out development and obtaining the ZIWBK predicate through three change management implementation processes. The first stage, namely Re-freezing, at this stage it is hoped that all stakeholders will be aware of the need for change, on the basis of which they are required to form an organizational structure to make changes along with the work program that will be delivered. The second stage is the change stage, this stage changes begin to be carried out by executing all the work programs that have been created, socialization from change agents is very necessary to communicate the goals and regulations changed by the organization as well as the commitment of all employees in making changes in behavior, mindset and culture . Changes that have been successfully implemented must be maintained according to documented standards and also carried out regular evaluations in accordance with the aim of the last stage, namely refreezing.

To achieve progress and development based on the standards that are used as references, the education process is carried out. Education can help people grow into people with character and are productive every day. But in the world of education, a problem arises such as bullying that can threaten students in education. This study aims to reveal the negative impacts of bullying and find a way out of the problem in order to prepare the golden Indonesian nation. The method of implementing anti-bullying socialization is carried out in three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. At the planning stage, several things have been determined, including the location and date of the activity, namely at SDN 1 Kumpulrejo, Kumpulrejo Village, Patebon District, Kendal Regency. In addition, a one-day schedule has been made for socialization, material on physical violence to the presentation of material on the language of the impact of bullying. At the implementation stage, socialization is carried out by showing anti-bullying animation videos, presenting material on bullying behavior, verbal violence, and physical. The results of this study indicate that bullying is an act of intimidating and forcing a weaker person or group to do something against their will with the intention of causing physical or mental harm through delivery and attack. Bullying itself has a negative impact on students because it can make victims lose their confidence and feel traumatized. So that with the existence of anti-bullying socialization, bullying behavior in the world of education can be overcome.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is one of the lecture programs that must be provided and implemented by every university in order to achieve one of the goals and tri dharma, namely Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Mata Lombu is one of the villages selected to carry out the KKN program, but as a village in Indonesia, it is generally not free from several problems. Based on observations and social analysis carried out, there are various problems that need to be addressed including: (1) lack of community understanding regarding local food processing, (2) lack of understanding of farmers regarding preventing pests in crops, (3) lack of literacy and numeracy among students. Elementary and junior high schools in the village, (5) limited access to clean water, and (6) limitations of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in creating jobs. Based on a number of problems found during observations and social analysis, and the description in the background, the main objective of all these programs is to fulfill community service and empowerment in Mata Lombu Village through a project action planning framework or Project Action Plan (PAP). The series of Unkriswina Sumba Regular KKN activity methods includes the stages of program planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of this activity show that this activity can increase insight, understanding and new knowledge regarding local food, making bokashi fertilizer, making natural pesticides, and tutoring, and can increase crop yields, food security, reduce the impact of environmental pollution, and increase value. increase the economy of village communities.
