Background: Knowledge is one of the factors that can affect a person's behavior or diet. Therefore, efforts in communication, information, and education (KIE) regarding sports nutrition are needed to support athletes' eating behavior. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Sports Nutrition Quartet Card media in increasing the knowledge of football school athletes. Methods: This type of research is the ADDIE model's research and development (R&D). The implementation of the developed product uses an Experimental Quasy research design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sample amounted to 44 people, with details of 22 people in the experimental group and 22 in the control group determined by simple random sampling. The data analysis technique uses the t-test followed by the N-Gain test. Results: The study results showed that the assessment of media and material experts was obtained with an average percentage of 79.5% or very feasible. From the field trial results, a percentage score of 81% was obtained or very practical. The t-test results showed a difference in the knowledge of athletes (p<0.05), followed by the N-gain score of 0.44 in the medium category. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the Sports Nutrition Quartet Card medium is quite effective in increasing the knowledge of football school athletes.

The children of the Riyaadlul Jannah Orphanage are assets that need to be directed to be able to adapt to living conditions in order to become independent and responsible individuals. One solution to increase independence that can be done for children in orphanages is to become an entrepreneur, this is because business activities are flexible and are an alternative source of sustenance provided by Allah SWT. Limited ideas, mental readiness and capital are obstacles for children in orphanages to start their businesses, so that they are less able to achieve economic independence. E-commerce is an alternative solution for starting an entrepreneur while utilizing technology to achieve economic independence more effectively and efficiently. Ease of access, use and relatively affordable costs mean that children in orphanages can start businesses more quickly, thus making it easier for orphanages to ensure their livelihoods. This service program aims to develop community groups at the Riyaadlul Jannah Orphanage to become economically independent, help create peace, comfort in social life, and improve skills in digital entrepreneurship. The approach method used includes the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) approach including sharing sessions. The activity stages consist of preparation, investigation, implementation and evaluation stages. The results of this activity, among other things, show that the orphanage children have an understanding of e-commerce, have business ideas, marketplaces as stalls, and are interested in starting a business immediately.

Ecoprint is a textile printing technique that uses natural materials, such as leaves, flowers, and plant stems, to create patterns on fabric. This method is environmentally friendly, reduces the use of hazardous chemicals, and produces unique motifs that cannot be repeated. The process involves direct contact between organic materials and fabric, similar to batik techniques but without special tools. Ecoprint is increasingly popular in the world of art and fashion as a sustainable alternative. The target of this PKM is children in Marga Bhakti Village, so that they can learn about the dangers of synthetic dyes and natural dyes and foster environmental literacy. The method applied in this PKM activity is to directly train children in Marga Bhakti Village to carry out eco-print activities directly. This activity can improve the knowledge and skills of children in Marga Bhakti Village. By introducing and also practicing eco-printing through eco-print making training attended by children, it will be able to improve creativity, skills and foster environmental literacy.

This research aims to describe the forms and meanings of synonymy and antonymy found in the lyrics of the album Bernadya by Bernadya Ribka Jayakusuma using a semantic approach. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method. The data analyzed include words, phrases, and sentences in the song lyrics that contain synonymy and antonymy relations within the album. The data source consists of the lyrics from Bernadya's album. Data collection techniques involve reading, observing, and note-taking methods. Meanwhile, data processing is conducted qualitatively using a hermeneutic approach, which includes the stages of reading, note-taking, and drawing conclusions. Based on the analysis, it was found that the lyrics of Bernadya's album contain two types of semantic relations: synonymy and antonymy.

Papaya is a fruit that is very popular with people because it contains many benefits. In Marga Bhakti Village there are quite a lot of papaya fruit trees, one of which is in the yard, but the residents of Marga Bhakti Village use papaya fruit only for consumption in the form of fresh fruit or cooked as a vegetable. The aim of this creative economic activity is to utilize papaya into high quality products. For this reason, candy is chosen which is very popular with the public. It is hoped that it can improve the economy in Marga Bhakti Village, Sinar Peninjauan District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.

This study aims to describe and analyze: Tourism development policies in improving community welfare are reviewed from the approach of sustainable tourism development in Mahakam Regency. Factors that support and hinder tourism policies in improving people's welfare. Tourism development policy model as a recommendation to support sustainable tourism development. This research is a qualitative research, with data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques Interactive data analysis. The results of the study show that sustainable tourism development in Mahakam Regency is a policy in development with economic, socio-cultural, and environmental dimensions based on justice not only for the current generation but also for future generations. The policy must have two objectives, namely to maximize the contribution of tourism resources that have been proven to be able to provide added value economically. The policy requires tourism business actors to prioritize and preserve cultural uniqueness as well as optimize the role of local communities. Policies on the environmental aspect can be preventive and repressive by involving all stakeholders from tourism Supporting factors for sustainable tourism development in Mahakam Regency include natural conditions that are still maintained as tourist attractions and support for the community around tourist destinations. Factors inhibiting sustainable tourism development in Mahakam Regency are limited infrastructure, lack of promotion, and unsupportive environmental conditions. 

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of authentic leadership and servant leadership partially and simultaneously on performance of health workers in Batam City. The method used in this research uses a method, namely the type of research used in this research is a quantitative research method. This research uses an analytical tool is SPSS Version 23. The population in this study is all health workers spread across Batam City whose numbers cannot be known and recorded with certainty. The sampling method in this study used accidental sampling technique. By using the Zikmund formula, the final sample size used was 100 people. The results of this research are (1) Authentic leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on performance of health workers, (2) Servant leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on performance of health workers (3) Authentic leadership and servant leadership together or simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to the performance of health workers. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) is 0.669 or equal to 66.9%. This figure means that the independent variables consisting of authentic leadership and servant leadership affect performance of health workers variable while the remaining 29.1% of the performance of health workers variable is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Tuberculosis (TBC) is a contagious disease caused by the Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria, primarily affecting the lungs but can also spread to other organs. Despite the availability of effective treatment, TBC remains a major global health issue, with Indonesia being one of the countries with the highest TBC burden. Adherence to treatment is a key factor in the success of TBC therapy, yet patient adherence remains low. Family support plays a critical role in improving treatment adherence, as families can provide emotional, practical, and motivational support. This study aims to analyze the role of family support in enhancing TBC patients' treatment adherence in Seumirah Village, a rural area facing social-economic challenges and stigma surrounding the disease. The research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and focus group discussions, along with quantitative data collection regarding treatment adherence levels. The findings indicate that limited family knowledge of TBC, strong social stigma, and socio-economic factors are significant barriers to supporting adherence. However, families with better understanding of TBC and its treatment provide higher levels of support, which contributes to improved patient adherence. The study suggests the need for better education about TBC, reducing social stigma, and improving healthcare accessibility to support patient recovery. With stronger support from families, healthcare providers, and the government, it is hoped that treatment adherence will improve and TBC-related mortality will decrease).

Advances in science and learning technology that support spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional, and kinesthetic aspects can develop the potential of students. With the development in the world of education, technological media is needed as an alternative to today's teaching to improve the achievement of learning objectives.  The focus of this study aims to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning in MIN 1 and MIN 2 Nganjuk. This type of research is qualitative. As directed by the type of qualitative research, the collected data are analyzed with the theory as presented in chapter II to obtain various interpretative descriptions according to logical and rational scientific research rules. The results of this study are the use of audiovisual media in learning in Indonesian language subjects at MIN 1 and MIN 2 Nganjuk as follows: a. Learning planning using audiovisual media in Indonesian language learning at MIN 1 and MIN 2 Nganjuk is planned coherently from learning objectives, materials, and media used. b. Implementation of the use of audiovisual media in Indonesian language learning at MIN 1 and MIN 2 Nganjuk shows that the use of audiovisual media can help teachers in delivering learning materials. c. Evaluation of teaching using audiovisual media in Indonesian language learning for teachers is done through peers as a reflection for teachers.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Betang Mobile application as an innovation in welfare services for MSME partners at PT. Bank Pembangunan Kalimantan Tengah. The study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and document analysis to explore the experiences and perspectives of various stakeholders involved, including MSME customers, customer service, and bank management. The research method applied is a case study with an innovation diffusion theory approach as proposed by Everett M. Rogers (1995). In this study, five key characteristics of innovation diffusion relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability are used to evaluate the impact and acceptance of the Betang Mobile application among MSME partners. Data collected from interviews with informants, including MSME customers and customer service, indicate that 75% of MSME players feel the application enhances service access, while 85% of users find the application compatible with their needs. The findings show that the Betang Mobile application has provided benefits in terms of efficiency and ease of access for MSME partners. About 40% of users report increased satisfaction, and 82% consider the application more efficient compared to traditional methods. Challenges include the adoption of technology by older MSME players and those in remote areas. Based on these findings, the study recommends that Bank Pembangunan Kalimantan Tengah focus on digital education for MSME partners, strengthen data security systems, and consistently update features to maintain the application's relevance. In conclusion, the Betang Mobile application has proven to make a positive contribution to the welfare services of MSME partners, with visible impacts on the accessibility and efficiency of banking services. To enhance the effectiveness of this application, it is recommended that Bank Pembangunan Kalimantan Tengah address challenges related to technology adoption and data security, as well as conduct regular evaluations of the application's features to keep them aligned with evolving user needs.
