Leaf springs are one of the suspension systems that are still widely used in various modes of transport such as cars and trucks. The spring functions to support the load and reduce vibration from operational activities. This study aims to analyse the bending strength and hardness of steel leaf springs of trucks and cars resulting from tempering heat treatment. The three point bending method was used as the flexural strength testing method and the Rockwell C Hardness method testing was used for hardness testing with leaf springs in raw, tempered 460°C, and tempered 510°C conditions. From the results of the study, the highest average bending strength value of 3733,55 MPa was obtained and an average roughness value of 31,8 HR was obtained for the 510°C tempered truck leaf springs. This also applies to the 510°C tempered car leaf springs, where the average bending strength value obtained is 3392,65 MPa and the average hardness value obtained is 29,5 HR. Thus, it is recommended that tempering heat treatment that can be applied to truck and car leaf springs be carried out at 510°C to increase the bending strength and ductility of the leaf springs.

Indonesia's positive legal system is not in line with Jinayah's thoughts of accountability. Criminal responsibility according to Islamic criminal law is based on the awareness and intention of the perpetrator (mens rea) and proof of unlawful actions (actus reus), which is in line with sharia principles. The aim of this research is to study how the concept of Islamic criminal responsibility can be applied to Indonesian law by considering the principles of justice, humanity and uniformity in accordance with the country's constitution. The research method used is normative, by looking at various laws in Indonesia and reading literature about Islamic criminal law and its implementation in countries with Islamic law. The research results show that, although there are fundamental differences between Islamic law and Indonesian positive law, several elements of the concept of Islamic criminal responsibility can be exploited, especially in cases containing certain crimes such as qisas, diyat, and ta'zir. By considering Pancasila as the philosophical foundation of the state, these elements can be exploited. It is hoped that this implementation will help strengthen the national legal system by providing space for the religious values ??that live within it

Electronic cane: It is an electronic cane designed in the shape of a long white cane, but it provides the blind with ultrasonic frequencies that he can feel under his hand and through an audible alarm when it hits a certain obstacle in its path{1}. It can also detect obstacles in all directions at a distance of five meters. The ends of this cane are made of lead. The International Federation of the Blind, which is one of the organizations affiliated with the United Nations, has declared October 15 of each year as the International Day of the White Cane for the Blind, due to the utmost importance of the white cane for the blind, as it makes him depend on himself after God. This dependence is foldable and is stronger and lasts for a long time. It is important to note here that the white cane with a red stripe placed on the lower part of the cane symbolizes the person's suffering from loss of vision with deafness or hearing impairment. Regardless of the type and shape of the white cane, it has become a symbol of the blind person’s independence and his ability to move, work and integrate into society like other individuals. It guides him to directions, barriers and obstacles and spares him the need to touch things that may be difficult or dangerous to touch, thus protecting him from many harms, in addition to providing him with a lot of information that he lacks due to his lack of sight and the inability of the other senses to provide him with it.

Abstrak:
Indonesia and Thailand, both Southeast Asian countries with high levels of cigarette consumption, have implemented health warning images on cigarette packs as a strategy to reduce smoking prevalence. This study aims to analyze and compare the effectiveness of these warning images in creating a deterrent and fear effect on smokers in both countries. Using Roland Barthes' semiotic method, this study focuses on visual elements such as image, size, and text message. The findings show that in Indonesia, images of lung cancer victims with scary textual warnings are pasted on the packaging, whereas in Thailand, the images used are more varied and larger in size, creating a stronger visual impact. Data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health and Thailand's Global Action to End Smoking revealed that there will be 70 million smokers in Indonesia by 2024 and 11.5 million in Thailand by 2022. The comparative results suggest that the larger and more varied health warnings in Thailand may be more effective in attracting attention and triggering emotional responses compared to the more homogenous approach in Indonesia. In conclusion, the results of this study suggest that effective visual warnings can influence smokers' awareness and behavior, providing important insights for the development of more dynamic public health policies tailored to each country's cultural context in tobacco control efforts.

Effective drug inventory management is essential for hospital pharmacy management to prevent stock shortages and waste due to expiration. Bina Kasih Hospital faces obstacles such as manual recording and reporting difficulties. This study designs a web-based drug inventory information system with waterfall methodology, using PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap interface. This system allows real-time data access, stock tracking, automatic notification, and data integration.
Testing using black-box and user acceptance testing showed increased operational efficiency, with a reduction in recording errors of up to 80% and an acceleration of reporting of up to 50%. This system supports auditing, reporting, and data integration. This solution is expected to optimize Bina Kasih Hospital's pharmacy management, with the potential for further development for integration with electronic medical record modules and procurement systems.

Abstrak:
The continuous advancement of technology affects the education sector, especially through the emergence of new media that increasingly use digital technology, commonly called e-learning. One prominent example is the use of Android-based educational media via mobile phones, which are designed to operate under explicit guidelines that enhance students' learning experiences. The media used in educational activities function as a channel for transmitting information, thus facilitating the understanding of learning materials and increasing the success of achieving educational goals. After achieving learning objectives, a student is given a certification that lists their name, achievements, and behavioral modifications. The importance of media literacy is essential for students in obtaining instructions and knowledge from their educators, which ultimately results in a deeper understanding of the subject matter. This investigation aims to determine, based on the main findings, the suitability and benefits of this media for elementary school students. The research method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), with articles taken from several sources such as Google Scholar.
