The capital market is crucial for fostering a nation's economic growth, serving as both a financing source for enterprises and an investment avenue for the public. Stock prices serve as a vital sign of investors' thoughts about a company's future potential. Stock price volatility is significantly affected by several variables, including Good Corporate Governance (GCG), capital structure, and financial performance. This research seeks to examine the impact of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), capital structure, and financial performance on the stock prices of financial sector firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2024. The used research methodology is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis tools.    The study's findings indicate that the three independent factors significantly influence stock prices, both individually and together. The Adjusted R² value of 0.256 indicates that the three variables account for 25.6% of the variations in stock prices, whereas the remaining variance is affected by external factors not examined in this research. These results provide theoretical and practical advantages, particularly for investors in decision-making, for enterprises in financial management and governance, and for future researchers as a foundation for further research endeavours.

Erythema nodosum leprosum (ENL) is a type 2 leprosy reaction caused by the humoral immune response of Mycobacterium leprae, which results in inflammatory nodules on the skin that can lead to nerve and organ damage. One of the immune-mediated complications of leprosy and severe multisystem lepromatous leprosy is known as type 2 leprosy reaction or erythema nodusum leprosum (ENL). Risk factors for ENL can be influenced by age, educational attainment, socioeconomic status, and gender. ENL causes high morbidity and mortality and usually requires immediate medical attention. We report a case of ENL with grade 2 disability in a clinically diagnosed Multibacillary (MB) leprosy patient who had had leprosy for 20 years.

Hydrocephalus increases cerebrospinal fluid due to either excessive production or impaired absorption, often accompanied by increased intracranial pressure. In Indonesia, hydrocephalus affects 10 out of every 1,000 newborns annually. In adolescents and adults, toxoplasmosis is the most common cause. Among infant cases, 46% result from brain development abnormalities, 50% from subarachnoid hemorrhage and meningitis, and less than 4% from posterior fossa tumors. Central Java reports the highest rate of toxoplasmosis at 10%. Common signs and symptoms of hydrocephalus include increased cerebrospinal fluid, seizures, irritability, headaches, vision problems, and head enlargement. To improve reduced intracranial adaptive capacity caused by cerebrospinal fluid obstruction, nurses can apply a 30° head-up therapy. This intervention helps lower intracranial pressure and improve brain oxygenation. the effectiveness of 30° head-up positioning in addressing decreased intracranial adaptive capacity in post-VP shunting hydrocephalus patients. The nursing intervention was implemented on Mrs. S using the 30° head-up position. As a result, the patient reported reduced headache, and her blood pressure decreased to 135/90 mmHg.

This study aims to analyze the implications of the Imago Dei doctrine in Indonesian local wisdom for enriching Christian Religious Education (PAK) materials from Jürgen Moltmann's perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with library research design and Miles-Huberman interactive analysis model. The findings reveal that Indonesian local wisdom such as pela gandong, dalihan na tolu, huma betang, and menyama braya have deep resonance with the Imago Dei doctrine, particularly in Moltmann's relational theological perspective. The integration of local wisdom with the Imago Dei doctrine brings profound theological implications including expanding understanding of fellowship (koinonia), holistic salvation, transformative leadership, and contextual spirituality. This study recommends that PAK educators develop curricula that systematically integrate local wisdom with theological foundations, use participatory pedagogical approaches, build sensitivity to cultural contexts, and create collaborative networks with traditional leaders. The integration of local wisdom with the Imago Dei doctrine is not merely a pedagogical strategy but a theological calling to realize God's Kingdom in the Indonesian context.

In the manufacturing industry, surface roughness is one of the important quality parameters in machining results, especially in the vertical milling process. This study aims to optimize the concentration of soluble oil coolant and feed rate on the surface roughness of ST 37 steel using the Taguchi method. The material used is ST 37 steel with dimensions of 10 mm × 17 mm × 50 mm, processed using a Dixon XZ7550CW vertical milling machine with a 10 mm diameter HSS endmill. Variations in the concentration of Randocut 500 coolant (3%, 5%, 10%) and feed rate (24, 40, 65 mm/min) were tested with fixed parameters such as a depth of cut of 0.5 mm and a spindle speed of 580 rpm. Surface roughness values (Ra) were measured using a surface roughness tester and analyzed using the Taguchi method and ANOVA. The results showed that a coolant concentration of 5% and a feedrate of 24 mm/min produced the lowest surface roughness (2.24 µm) with the highest S/N ratio (-7.01 dB). ANOVA analysis revealed that feed rate had the most dominant influence (62.4%) on surface roughness, followed by coolant concentration (36.8%). The optimal combination to minimize surface roughness is a concentration of 5% and a feed rate of 24 mm/min..

This study aims to identify Lactobacillus sp. bacteria obtained from the fermentation of Channa striata fish (snakehead fish) originating from Bathin VIII, Sarolangun, Jambi. Snakehead fish is known to have high protein content and bioactive compounds that support the growth of probiotic microorganisms, especially lactic acid bacteria (LAB). Fermentation was carried out naturally for several days under controlled conditions, then isolation and characterization of bacteria were carried out through culture techniques on de Man Rogosa Sharpe Agar (MRSA) media. Initial identification was carried out using colony morphology tests, Gram staining, and basic biochemical tests. The isolation results showed the presence of round, convex, and milky white colonies, and showed Gram-positive and rod-shaped properties, which are typical characteristics of Lactobacillus sp. This study indicates that fermented snakehead fish can be a natural source of Lactobacillus sp. isolates that have the potential to be developed as probiotics in functional foods or local fermented products. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of local microorganism-based food technology and increase the economic value of snakehead fish in the Jambi region. Further research is needed to test the functional potential and safety of the isolated strains.
