Desa merupakan salah satu bentuk pemukiman manusia yang telah ada sejak zaman prasejarah. Desa biasanya sangat tergantung pada sumber daya alam lokal untuk kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti air, tanah, dan hutan. Meskipun demikian, perkembangan zaman telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam kehidupan desa. Globalisasi, urbanisasi, dan teknologi telah mengubah pola hidup dan struktur sosial di banyak desa di seluruh dunia, salah satunya ialah Desa Sumberrejo. Artikel ini menyelididki asal usul Desa Sumberrejo, sebuah desa yang kaya akan sejarah dan warisan budaya. Dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber sejarah, peniliti mengungkap jejak perjalanan sejarah Desa Sumberrejo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan library research dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjelaskan secara rinci bagaimana terbentuknya nama desa Sumberrejo. 

Metode pendekatan DMAIC dapat membantu pengelola lembaga pendidikan terkhususnya kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin untuk mengembangkan sekolah lebih lanjut. Metode DMAIC adalah sebuah pendekatan melalui pengendalian dan perbaikan pada kualitas dengan beberapa tahapan yang dimulai dari pengidentifikasian masalah sampai dengan tahap akhirnya yaitu melakukan pengendalian dan pemberian usulan untuk melakukan perbaikan. Peneliti melakukan observasi menggunakan metode penelitian kualititatif untuk menjawab masalah penelitian data. Metode ini biasanya terdiri dari narasi yang diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan penelitian literatur. Tujuan adanya penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) dengan metodologi DMAIC pada perbaikan secara berkelanjutan di SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. Continuous improvment dalam TQM melalui pendeketan DMAIC pada lembaga pendidikan di SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, dengan berdasar pada ISO dan selalu memprioritaskan permsalahan yang berhubungan siswa. Dalam mengidentifikasi masalah yang terjadi, sekolah telah menggunakan data yang akurat dengan survey dari pihak pihak yang dilibatkan baik eksternal maupun internal. Pengontrolan implementasi dari solusi permasalahan juga dilakukan secara baik yaitu secara berjalan tidak menunggu evaluasi pada akhir pelaksanaan.

Due to the busy activities outside the home, some people do not have time or forget to water their plants, so when they return home they find that the plants have died from drought. Therefore, to overcome this problem by conducting research using Internet of Things technology. The aim of this research is to design an automatic watering tool to overcome manual watering and support learning. This prototype uses a NodeMCU ESP8266 as the main controller, a soil moisture sensor is used to read soil moisture.  Soil moisture sensors are used to detect soil moisture. If the soil humidity is below the minimum limit, the watering process will be active and the watering process will be active if the NodeMCU ESP8266 receives commands from the smartphone.

Tahapan seleksi anggota Panitia Pengawas Pemilu Kecamatan (Panwascam) memiliki peran penting dalam menjamin kualitas pengawasan pemilu di tingkat lokal. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk menyusun proses seleksi yang objektif dan bebas dari konflik kepentingan. AHP digunakan karena kemampuannya dalam merancang hierarki keputusan, menentukan bobot kriteria dan subkriteria, serta memastikan konsistensi hasil. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan Bawaslu Kabupaten Brebes yang mengidentifikasi lima kriteria utama: integritas, kompetensi, pengalaman, kesehatan, dan netralitas politik, masing-masing terdiri dari tiga subkriteria. Penilaian terhadap kandidat menghasilkan calon A1 sebagai pilihan utama dengan bobot 0,41, disusul A2 dan A3. Analisis konsistensi menunjukkan nilai CR < 0,1, yang menandakan hasilnya valid dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP dapat diandalkan dalam mendukung seleksi Panwascam secara transparan dan sistematis

Kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kabupaten Brebes merupakan masalah kritis karena tingginya frekuensi insiden yang terjadi di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan area yang rentan terhadap kecelakaan dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Means Clustering , yang mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Isu utama yang dieksplorasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana algoritma K-Means dapat diimplementasikan untuk mengelompokkan zona rawan kecelakaan dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap keselamatan jalan. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data melalui tinjauan pustaka, observasi langsung, dan wawancara, yang dilanjutkan dengan penggunaan algoritma K-Means untuk mengklasifikasikan data kecelakaan berdasarkan jumlah kejadian, korban jiwa, dan cedera. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa algoritma K-Means secara efektif mengelompokkan lokasi rawan kecelakaan ke dalam tiga tingkat risiko yang berbeda: tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Dengan demikian, informasi yang terklasifikasi ini dapat membantu otoritas terkait dalam meningkatkan langkah-langkah keselamatan lalu lintas dan mengedukasi masyarakat tentang area berisiko tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan kebijakan keselamatan lalu lintas yang lebih terinformasi dan strategis di Kabupaten Brebes.

State Senior High School 7 Surakarta is one of the public schools located in Surakarta City. The library activities, including member data management, book processing, and book borrowing and returning, are still conducted manually using physical logbooks. This manual process is considered inefficient and prone to errors. The purpose of this study is to develop a book borrowing system at State Senior High School 7 Surakarta that serves as a tool to assist officers in recording, loans, and returning books. This system is designed using the CodeIgniter framework to support WEB displays, programming in PHP, and using MySQL for database management. This system is created using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a waterfall model that includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System testing was conducted using Black-Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The Black-Box Testing results showed that all features and functions operated correctly. The SUS evaluation produced a score of 75.68%, indicating that users generally agreed with the implementation of the system, which falls under the "acceptable" classification.

This community engagement initiative aimed to enhance students’ awareness of the strategic role of madrasahs in developing spiritually grounded, intellectually capable, and socially responsible individuals. Conducted at MA Darut Taqwa Semarang on July 17, 2024, the program employed a motivational and participatory approach, integrating lectures, reflective discussions, and storytelling centered on Islamic values and success narratives of madrasah alumni. Participants included 86 Grade X students. Post-session evaluations revealed significant positive shifts in student perceptions. Among Grade X students, 82% expressed increased pride in their madrasah identity, and 76% developed greater optimism about their future success through madrasah education. Motivational gains were also observed as students redefined academic effort as part of spiritual devotion. These results suggest that when learning is contextualized within a value-based framework, it fosters intrinsic motivation and future-oriented thinking. Theoretically, the program supports expectancy-value and purpose-based education models by demonstrating how spiritual framing can shape motivation and aspiration. Practically, it offers a replicable model for enhancing student engagement in faith-based schools. On a broader level, the program contributes to the reframing of madrasahs as centers of leadership development and ethical formation in a morally uncertain world. This activity affirms that madrasahs, when supported by strategic communication and reflective pedagogy, can serve as transformative educational spaces for youth, particularly those from underserved backgrounds

This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of administrators and financial staff of Al-Musyaffa' Kendal Islamic Boarding School in preparing financial reports in accordance with basic accounting principles. Many Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia do not have a standardized financial recording and reporting system, even though financial transparency and accountability are very important in the governance of religious-based educational institutions. Activities are carried out through intensive mentoring, theoretical and practical training, and simulation of financial report preparation. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding and technical ability in recording, categorizing, and compiling systematic financial reports. This activity is expected to be the first step towards more professional and accountable financial management.

This community service activity aims to provide assistance to the Employees’ Cooperative (Kopkar) Poliplas Makmur Santosa in systematically preparing a cooperative performance report in accordance with the principles of good cooperative governance. The challenges faced by the partner include the absence of measurable performance indicators, the lack of a sustainable performance evaluation system, and limited understanding among the management regarding the preparation of a comprehensive performance report. The implementation methods of this activity include identifying the partner's needs, conducting training on the development of performance indicators, and providing technical assistance in preparing the cooperative’s performance report. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in the management’s understanding of the importance of performance measurement and their ability to compile a more structured annual performance report. It is expected that this assistance will enhance the accountability and transparency of the cooperative’s management and support its long-term sustainability.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a critical role in Indonesia’s economy, yet their level of tax compliance remains relatively low due to limited knowledge and administrative capacity. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the CORTEX (Corporate Tax Extension) training program in improving tax compliance among MSMEs in collaboration with the Regional Directorate General of Taxes, Central Java I. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method, using interviews and observations from a series of CORTEX training sessions conducted in Semarang. The findings reveal that participants showed increased awareness, understanding, and willingness to comply with tax obligations after attending the training. Improved interaction between MSME actors and tax authorities also contributed to more transparent reporting and better administrative practices. This study highlights the importance of targeted education and capacity-building initiatives in bridging the compliance gap. The implications suggest that similar training programs, when conducted systematically and supported by local tax offices, can significantly boost voluntary compliance rates and contribute to broader fiscal sustainability.

This service activity aims to increase the capacity of leadership and organizational management for student council (OSIS) on Madrasah Aliyah Semarang City, Indonesia. Through training focused on the basic concepts of organizational management, this activity seeks to close the gap between the needs of effective student organization management and the low managerial capacity possessed by the student council administrators. The implementation method uses a participatory and experiential learning approach. The results of the activity showed an increase in the conceptual understanding and practical ability of participants in the aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating organizational activities. Contributions to professionals in the field of upper secondary education that non-formal educational interventions like this are very relevant in building resilient student leadership.

Promiscuity is a common issue among adolescents, as a transitional phase that is highly susceptible to environmental influences, directly impacting physical, mental, and social health. Lack of understanding of the impacts of promiscuity can increase health risks for adolescents, including increased risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), unplanned pregnancy, organ damage due to addictive substances (narcotics), mental health disorders, and decreased social and academic functioning. This health promotion activity was conducted at Free Methodist 1 Junior High School in Medan as a form of early education and prevention. The goal was to increase students' knowledge and awareness of the dangers of promiscuity and encourage healthier and more responsible behavior. The method used was preventive education through lectures, discussions, and interactive Q&A sessions. The results of this activity showed an increase in student understanding of the material, for example, understanding of promiscuity increased from 70% to 85% and understanding of drug abuse from 62% to 67.5%, as well as the importance of developing a healthy lifestyle, avoiding harmful substances, and maintaining overall physical, mental, and social health

K- means termasuk kedalam algoritma partisi yang memiliki tujuan untuk membagi data kedalam jumlah  klaster yang ditentukan, hasil dari algoritma K means tergantung pada pemilihan pusat klater awal  namun permasalahan yang sering terjadi jika pada pemilihan centroid awal yang masih dilakukan secara acak jauh dari solusi maka kemungkinan hasil dari pengelompokan tersebut kurang tepat. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut akan menggunakan tahapan preprocessing berupa normalisasi minmax untuk mengatasi skala pengukuran berbeda pada dataset, setelah itu menggunakan algoritma PSO dalam pemilihan centroid awal untuk algoritma K- means, dalam penelitian ini juga dibandingkan pemilihan centroid dengan 3 cara yang pertama sesuai dengan acak, kedua sesuai standar pemerintah untuk nilai kualitas air minum yang tingi, menengah dan rendah kemudian yang ketiga dengan metode yang diusulkan algortima PSO dan kemudian akan diuji dengan Index Davies Bouldin. Hasil pengujian berupa tersebut metode K-means dengan pemilihan centroid awal acak dengan nilai 0,208856082, metode K-means dengan pemilihan centroid sesuai dengan standar pemerintah tentang kondisi SAM  sebesar 0,280077, dan terakhir metode pemilihan yang terbaik adalah dengan menggunakan normalisasi minmax K-means PSO dengan nilai 0,177796. Sehingga pengujian data PAMSIMAS menggunakan normalisasi minmax k-means PSO yang didapat bahwa metode tersebut lebih optimal

This community service activity focuses on improving financial recording practices at Maya Fruit Shop, an MSME in Palangka Raya City, which previously relied on manual bookkeeping. The main objective of this activity is to help business owners switch to a more efficient and accurate digital financial recording system using the cashier application and Manager.io. The method used is Participatory Action Research, which is carried out based on transactions for three months through the stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the mentoring showed a significant improvement in business owners' understanding and ability to manage financial records, reducing administrative errors, and enabling the preparation of more accurate financial reports. These improvements increased the owner's confidence in making business decisions and strengthened the financial resilience of the business.

The election of the OSIS chairman at SMK Al-Ikhlas Losari often influences subjectivity, so a goal-oriented system is needed to select the best candidate. This study applies the WASPAS method in a Decision Support System to broadcast OSIS chairman candidates based on criteria such as attendance, integrity, academic achievement, and health. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies, then processed using Microsoft Excel. The results of the WASPAS calculation yield a Qi preference value, which determines the ranking of candidates transparently. This system reduces subjectivity, increases efficiency, and ensures the selection of competent leaders, supporting the OSIS vision.

Penentuan siswa terbaik di lingkungan sekolah seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam hal objektivitas dan konsistensi. SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung mengalami kesulitan dalam memilih siswa terbaik secara sistematis karena belum adanya sistem penilaian terstruktur yang mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria secara kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam pemilihan siswa terbaik. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menguraikan permasalahan kompleks menjadi hierarki dan melakukan perbandingan antar kriteria serta alternatif secara berpasangan. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi nilai akademik, sikap dan kedisiplinan, keikutsertaan dalam organisasi sekolah, serta prestasi dalam kejuaraan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai akademik memiliki bobot tertinggi yaitu 0.5345, diikuti oleh nilai sikap dan kedisiplinan sebesar 0.2775, keikutsertaan organisasi sebesar 0.1236, dan kejuaraan lomba sebesar 0.0642. Dengan hasil perhitungan akhir menggunakan metode AHP, siswa bernama Ajeng Malica Aura Madura mendapat nilai tertinggi sebesar 0.1539 dan ditetapkan sebagai siswa terbaik peringkat pertama. Sistem ini terbukti memberikan hasil penilaian yang lebih transparan, terstruktur, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan oleh pihak sekolah.

Indoor positioning technology based on smartphones plays an important role in the current technological development context. Especially in applications such as warehouses, supermarkets, hospitals, or buildings. While the global positioning system (GNSS) is popular and effective outdoors, it has several limitations when operating in enclosed spaces, such as indoors, due to the complexity of these environments. Smartphones have many built-in sensors (such as light sensors, sound sensors, gyroscopes, accelerometers, and magnetic sensors) and support the connection of various types of wireless communication technologies such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. However, such sensors were not initially developed for positioning applications. This study addresses the positioning problem using the MUSIC technique in conjunction with the Time of Arrival (ToA) method. The effectiveness of the positioning solution is evaluated through the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) index. The absolute error and squared error indices are evaluated through the cumulative distribution function (CDF) to indicate the effectiveness of the proposed solution. Additionally, we propose a Pedestrian Dead Reckoning method to determine a person's position in indoor environments continuously. Based on the segmentation of the moving process by turns, the direction measurements in each segment are processed using a Kalman filter, which is designed to enhance the results achieved by the system. We also discuss the challenges and some future research directions in the field of smartphone-based indoor positioning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pembelajaran terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui inovasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pelaku industri kecil makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Kendal, dengan ukuran jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan jika orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, orientasi pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, dan inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Hasil penelitian juga menjelaskan jika orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi, dan orientasi pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi. Hasil uji mediasi diperoleh bahwa inovasi dapat memediasi pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, dan inovasi dapat memediasi pengaruh orientasi pembelajaran terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

This study aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and transformational leadership on organizational commitment. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the influence of the mediating variable of organizational commitment on the relationship between intrinsic motivation and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. The population used was all Assistant Managers of Goods at the Education and Culture Office of Demak Regency, Jl. Sultan Trenggono No. 89, Demak, totaling 478 employees. The sample taken was 118 employees. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analysis technique used was Path Analysis. The results of the study showed that: 1). Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 2). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 3). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 4). Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 5). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. 6). Intrinsic motivation has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. 7). Transformational leadership influences organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as an intervening variable.

Penelitian ini merupakan studi pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pada karyawan koperasi simpan pinjam masa pandemi Covid–19 di Brebes. Populasi penelitian ini adalah beberapa pegawai Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Arta Graha Mandiri, Buana Arta Prima dan Anugrah Tani Makmur Kantor Cabang Utama Brebes yang berjumlah  250 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Uji instrument penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil uji analisis berganda adalah motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi  kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi atau memperkuat pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi atau memperkuat pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada koperasi simpan pinjam di Brebes.
