Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan bertujuan untuk: (1) Menguji kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (2) Menguji sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (3) Menguji pelayanan fiskus terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (4) Menguji religiusitas dapat memoderasi pengaruh antara kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (5) Menguji religiusitas dapat memoderasi pengaruh antara sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (6) Menguji religiusitas dapat memoderasi pengaruh antara pelayanan fiskus terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) Kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (2) Sanksi pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (3) Pelayanan fiskus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (4) Religiusitas memperkuat pengaruh kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (5) Religiusitas memperkuat pengaruh sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (6) Religiusitas memperkuat pengaruh pelayanan fiskus terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang berorientasi kepada kebutuhan belajar peserta didik. Arti dari diferensiasi adalah proses belajar mengajar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar peserta didik dalam memahami materi pembelajaran berdasarkan karakteristik, kemampuan, minat, gaya belajar, dan kekuatan mereka sehingga sukses dalam proses pembelajarannya. Guru diharapkan mampu menanggapi atau merespon kebutuhan belajar tiap peserta didik, menciptakan lingkungan belajar, manajemen kelas yang efektif, dan penilaian berkelanjutan sesuai dengan profil belajar mereka. Dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terdapat empat aspek yang dapat dikendalikan oleh guru yaitu konten, proses, produk, dan lingkungan atau iklim pembelajaran di kelas. Guru dapat mengkategorikan kebutuhan belajar peserta didik berdasarkan tiga aspek yaitu kesiapan belajar, minat, dan profil belajar peserta didik. Peserta didik akan menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih baik apabila penugasan yang diberikan guru sesuai dengan keterampilan dan pemahaman yang mereka miliki sebelumnya dan memicu keingintahuan atau hasrat dalam diri mereka serta memberikan kesempatan bagi mereka untuk bekerja dengan cara yang mereka sukai.

This study aims to determine how influential the store atmosphere variables and service quality are on customer satisfaction in silkygirl beauty products at Matahari Department Store Thamrin Medan. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and questionnaires. The population used is employees who are consumers of slkyygirl beauty products, with the number of samples taken using the slovin formula, the sample obtained is 94 respondents with α = 0.5 . Data processing using SPSS Version 25 software, with descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of partial testing, the product has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Then based on the partial results it can be concluded that H2 is rejected which means that partially service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In testing the F test that has been carried out by the author, it is known that the store atmosphere variable (X1) and service quality (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Silkygirl store in Matahari Department Store, Medan.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan yang ditemukan di Ponpes Darussalam Pinagar. Berdasarkan observasi yang telah penulis lakukan bahwa guru Al-Qur’an Hadits sebelum menerapkan metode Wahdah dan Kitabah siswa banyak kesulitan dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an dengan alasan tidak ada waktu untuk menghafal bahkan ada siswa yang memang belum bisa membaca Al-Qur’an, sehingga saat pembelajaran ada beberapa siswa yang memang tidak masuk karna takut pada hafalan, sedangkan pada saat guru menyampaikan materi mereka sibuk dengan pekerjaan mereka masing-masing seperti, tidur dikelas, meribut serta ada yang membaca novel dikelas sehingga tidak tercapailah hasil dari pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini agar penulis dapat mengetahui bagaimana penerapan metode Wahdah dan Kitabah dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits  di Ponpes Darussalam Pinagar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (file research) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu metode yang menggambarkan keadaan yang terjadi di lapangan secara sistematis. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana penerapan metode Wahdah dan Kitabah dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits  di Ponpes Darussalam Pinagar. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Yang menjadi informan pada penelitian ini adalah guru Al-Qur’an Hadits sebagai informan kunci, siswa dan waka kurikulum sebagai informan pendukung. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan, penulis dapat menggambarkan bahwa guru Al-Qur’an Hadits telah menerapkan metode Wahdah dan Kitabah sesuai dengan langkah-langkahnya. Guru Al-Qur’an Hadits mengacu pada langkah-langkah yang ditemukan oleh Wiwi Alawiyah Wahid dan Muhammad Fadhly Ilyas. Metode Wahdah dimulai dari menghafal satu persatu terhadap ayat-ayat yang hendak dihafalnya dan di ulang-ulang sebanyak 3-5 kali ketika siswa merasa sudah hafal ayat maka dilanjutkan dengan metode Kitabah yaitu menulis ayat yang dihafal ke dalam buku catatan tanpa melihat teks. Pada proses pembelajaran anak-anak sudah menampakkan hasil dalam proses pembelajaran dan tercapailah tujuan pembelajaran tersebut.

This research is a research using qualitative methods. This qualitative research method was chosen because the researcher intends to describe and analyze certain phenomena in depth and detail. Data collection methods used by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research on the strategy carried out by MI Mathlaul Anwar Ciampea Bogor by applying two strategies. First, the intern strategy with two steps, 1) Improving the quality of students, 2) Improving infrastructure. Second, the external strategy is, 1) Brochure distribution, 2 Openings for Marawis and Tahfiz extracurricular activities. The obstacles faced by madrasah are; 1) the location of the madrasa is far from the city center 2) There is intense competition between educational institutions, 3) The Covid-19 pandemic situation forces online learning.

In order to investigate the effects of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on employee performance in Auto 2000 By Pass Padang, job satisfaction will be used as an intermediary variable. Di suatu instansi pelayanan yang menerima pengajuan konformasi akan mengecek data kepemilikan tanah yang di arsipkan pada bagian pengarsipan Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Madiun, belum memiliki sistem informasi yang dapat di akses dengan cepat dan tepat dan masih berjalan secara manual. Penulis berharap dengan adanya sistem informasi pengarsipan surat buku tanah berbasis website dapat dimanfaatkan oleh instansi untuk pelayanan yang lebih efektif dan efisien dengan pemodelan perancangan sistem waterfall. Penulis menyimpulkan dihasil perancangan dan telah mengevaluasi hasil dan dinyatakan sistem yang dibuat memiliki fungsi untuk mendata arsip surat buku tanah serta memiliki fitur penyimpanan data scan buku tanah pada kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Madiun sudah memenuhi kebutuhan sistem yang diinginkan oleh bagian pengarsipan serta di bagian pelayanan instansi.   

Aplikasi media pembelajaran huruf dan angka untuk anak usia dini dengan konsep gamifikasi berbasis android ini dilatar belakangi kurangnya pemahaman siswa-siswa PAUD Desa Karanggintung, pada materi huruf dan angka. Di PAUD Desa Karanggintung, para siswa belum memahami materi huruf dan angka tersebut dengan baik. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang konvensional, belum adanya pengembangan media yang lain, anak menjadi mudah bosan dan kurang berkonsentrasi pada pelajaran menjadi alasan kurangnya pemahaman pada materi huruf dan angka. Perlu diciptakan inovasi baru yang searah dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu terbangunnya media pembelajaran huruf dan angka dengan konsep gamifikasi berbasis android, guna meningkatkan motivasi belajar serta pemahaman pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).   Hasil evaluasi skala benchmark User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), Aspek Daya Tarik (attractiveness) dengan nilai 2,43, Aspek Efisiensi (efficiency) dengan nilai 2,22, Aspek Kejelasan (perspicuity) dengan nilai 2,08, Aspek Ketepatan (dependability) dengan nilai 2,11, Aspek Stimulasi (stimulation) dengan nilai 2,45 dan Aspek Kebaruan (novelty) memperoleh nilai 2,23. Dengan demikian, maka keenam aspek UEQ memperoleh hasil  Excellent (baik sekali) di atas rata-rata. Aplikasi media pembelajaran ini dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi para siswa, pada pembelajaran materi huruf dan angka.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Kualasimpang. Metedologi dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan berdasarkan wawancara dari karyawan PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Kualasimpang yang dibantu dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan menggunkaan uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linearitas, uji t, uji f dan uji koefesien determinasi melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Secara parsial latar belakang pendidikan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Kualasimpang nilai t hitung sebesar 2,463 dengan t tabel sebesar 2,036 pada taraf signifikasi 5% (0,05), dapat diartikan bahwa t hitung > t tabel, dan nilai signifikansi perhitungan > 0,05 (0,20 < 0,05) sedangkan motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hasil ditunjukkan dari nilai nilai t hitung sebesar 3,883 dengan t tabel sebesar 2,036 pada taraf signifikasi 5%, dapat diartikan bahwa nilai t hitung > t tabel, dan nilai signifikansi perhitungan < 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05) sama dengan variabel motivasi, secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan hasil ini ditunjukkan dari nilai t hitung sebesar 4,332 dengan t tabel sebesar 2,036 pada taraf signifikasi 5%, dapat diartikan bahwa t hitung > t tabel, dan nilai signifikansi perhitungan < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Sementara untuk pengujian hipotesis secara simultan latar belakang pendidikan, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hasil ini ditunjukkan dari nilai F hitung sebesar 10,116 dengan F tabel sebesar 2,92 yang memiliki signifikansi 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa nilai F hitung > nilai F tabel dan nilai signifikansi perhitungan < (0,000 < 0,05) dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,753 sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel sebesar 75,3% oleh variabel latar belakang pendidikan, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan sedangkan sisanya (100%-75,3% = 22,7%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.      

  Abstract: Christian religious education has the goal of teaching students the principles of Christian life, including moral values such as love, forgiveness, justice, and brotherhood. Christian religious education can help students understand and appreciate other religions with an inclusive attitude, tolerance, and respect for religious differences. However, there are several challenges that need to be overcome in implementing Christian religious education as an educational restoration agent to create a harmonious religious life in schools. One of the main challenges is the lack of understanding of religious moderation. In this research, the writer took the step of doing a literature study. Christian religious education plays a vital role as an educational restoration agent in creating a harmonious religious life in schools. Through teaching moral values, respect for religious diversity, character building, and interreligious dialogue, Christian religious education contributes to shaping students who live according to religious values and in harmony with fellow human beings.

This article is based on the lack of growing a sense of awareness and care for children's PAK ministries in the church. So that the growth and development of children's ministry is less than optimal in the church. The challenges in implementing PAK for children and how the ministry strategy will be implemented is a problem point for church leaders. The purpose of this research is to explore the challenges that will be faced by a church leader and to find a variety of strategies that can be used in implementing children's PAK in the church. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing, comparing and concluding various opinions from source books/journals from various experts regarding the challenges and strategies for implementing PAK for children in the church. Reviving a sense of awareness and concern for church leaders regarding the growth and development of children's PAK will help people from an early age to think for themselves in learning the process of finding God's guidance in life. And this is a very important thing to emphasize for the contemporary church in Indonesia.    

Breastfeeding is the process of giving milk to babies or small children with breast milk (ASI) from the mother's breasts. Every effort is made to help mothers achieve success in breastfeeding their babies, which is called lactation management (Sutanto, 2018). Giving formula milk is not recommended for babies aged 0-6 months, because it can increase the risk of illness and even death in babies. UNCIEF states that giving formula milk can increase by 25 times the incidence of death in babies early in life compared to babies who are given exclusive breast milk.               This study used an analytical research design with a cross-sectional study approach, the population in the study was 50 people using Consecutive Sampling sampling, all subjects who came and met the selection criteria, and were included in the study until the required number of subjects was met. The data analysis used is chi square. The results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test obtained a result of 0.004. These results are smaller than the P value (0.05) or 0.004<0.05, meaning that there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and formula milk feeding, so the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. It is hoped that this research can be used to provide appropriate steps or strategies to encourage the public and health workers to provide exclusive breastfeeding, by minimizing the factors that influence early provision of formula milk.  

Kemampuan seseorang dalam manajemen dikatakan sebagai manajerial dan orangnya dapat dikatakan sebagai manajer. Dengan manajemen, kinerja sebuah organisasidapatberjalandengan maksimal, demikian juga  dengan  lembaga pendidikan.. Mutu pendidikan dapat dikatakan sebagai gambaran mengenai baik-buruknya hasil yang dicapai oleh peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif pendekatan studi lapangan (field research). Teknik metode pengumpulan data berupa metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan proses pengumpulan data, mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penyajian kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kompetensi pada dasarnya merupakan gambaran tentang apa yang seharusnya dapat dilakukan seseorang dalam pekerjaan berupa kegiatan, perilaku, dan hasil yang seharusnya dapat ditampilkan atau ditunjukkan. Agar dapat melakukan sesuatu dalam pekerjaannya tentu saja seseorang memiliki kemampuan dalam bentuk pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan bidang pekerjaannya. Mutu pendidikan sebagai sistem selanjutnya tergantung pada mutu komponen yang membentuk sistem, serta proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung hingga membuahkan hasil di Pesantren Al Habib.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Rekrutmen, Seleksi dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bagaskara Konstruksi Putra di Kecamatan Batu Sopang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi karyawan pada PT. Bagaskara Konstruksi Putra di Kecamatan Batu Sopang. Kemudian alat pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif persentase dan regresi linier berganda. Analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu Y=0,850+1,319(X1) – 0,618(X2)+ 0,210(X3). Selanjutnya hasil uji R (Koefisien Korelasi) sebesar 0,894a yang berarti berada pada tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi Adjusted   sebesar 0,795 yang berarti 79,5% menunjukkan bahwa nilai variabel variabel rekrutmen, seleksi dan pelatihan dapat menjelaskan variabel kinerja karyawan sedangkan sisanya 20,5% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil analisis uji F hitung untuk variabel rekrutmen, seleksi dan pelatihan sebesar 205,174 dan F tabel sebesar 2,67 yang berarti F hitung > F tabel sehingga  Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, hal ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel independen secara simultan atau bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil uji t dari variabel rekrutmen (X1) sebesar 20,624 dan variabel seleksi (X2) sebesar 4,803 serta pelatihan (X3)  sebesar 2,150 sehingga hipotesis kedua yang menyatakan bahwa variabel rekrutmen (X1) yang paling dominan terbukti dan dinyatakan bahwa variabel rekrutmen (X1) berpengaruh dominan atau memiliki nilai uji t tertinggi yaitu dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 20,624 > t tabel sebesar 1,97539 sehingga dinyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Reporting from the website www.lapor.go.id that there are unqualified services at the Bima City One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office related to managing trade business licenses, namely the length of the process of completing a Trade Business License (SIUP) for more than 2 months, even though the completion time is only 14 working days. In addition, it was reported from the website http://dpmptsp.pemkomedan.go.id that there are still those who take care of their trade business licenses through brokers or service bureaus, which means that it is difficult to take care of trade business licenses at the DPMPTSP of Bima City
