Employees are the main factor that is very important in an organization to achieve organizational goals. Satisfactory performance of employees does not appear instantly but requires continuous evaluation. The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to find out and analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee performance, (2) To find out and analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee career development, (3) To find out and analyze the effect of career development on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative research method using a descriptive approach. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to collect primary data. The population in this study are employees of PT. Surya Artha Sentosa Mojokerto. The number of employees of PT. Surya Artha Sentosa is 125 people with a research sample of 55 respondents. Based on the research results, the Job Assessment variable has an effect on Career, then Job Appraisal has an effect on Employee Performance, and Career Development has an effect on Employee Performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menegetahui pengaruh dari variabel Brand Awareness (X1), Brand Image (X2) Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y), Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan menyebar ikuesioner sebagaina data respondenn. Alat analisiss yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresis linier berganda, uji t dan uji F, pengolahann data menggunakan program statistic SPSS 25. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan adanya pengaruhi yang posistif dan signifikan antara Brand Awareness dan Brand Image terhadap keputusan pemebelian masker Mouson secara parsial dan simultan,serta variable yang palig dominan adalah Brand Image.

Manajemen laba yaitu kebijakan yang di pilih oleh pihak manajemen untuk mempengaruhi laba dengan memperhatikan standar akuntansi untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan pajak, ukuran perusahaan, beban pajak tangguhan, profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap manajemen laba. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan tahunan, jurnal, dan buku terkait.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2020 dengan populasi sebanyak 56 perusahaan dan sampel 23 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Sedangkan, perencanaan pajak, ukuran perusahaan, beban pajak tangguhan dan leverage secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Secara simultan perencanaan pajak, ukuran perusahaan, beban pajak tangguhan, profitabilitas dan leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap maanjemen laba.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UD Medali Mas Bandar Kidul Kediri, (2) Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UD Medali Mas Bandar Kidul Kediri, (3) Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UD Medali Mas Bandar Kidul Kediri. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di UD Medali Mas Bandar Kidul Kediri sebanyak 50 orang yang dijadikan sampel. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan statistik inferensial melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, ujit dan uji f. hasil penelitian ini memperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 17.901 + 0.171X1 + 0.668X2. variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial dan signifikan berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan UD Medali Mas Bandar Kidul Kediri dengan nilai thitung sebesar 1.557>t tabel sebesar 2.010 dengan nilai signifikan 0.026<0,05. Variabel kemampuan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 4.269<22.010 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05. Secara simultan motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan UD Medali Mas Bandar Kidul Kediri. Hasil iini dibuktikan dengan nilai f hitung sebesar 22.756 dan nilai signifikan F adalah 0,000 berada < 0,05. Diharapkan perusahaan perlu memperhatikan lagi mengenai motivasi kerja agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karawan.

In the digital era, some MSMEs have not been able to compete in facing the challenges of increasing visibility and turnover through digital promotion. One of the main obstacles is the limited understanding and strategies in using social media, especially Instagram, which has the potential to support market expansion and brand recognition. This Community Service activity (PKM) is designed to provide assistance to Kamala Coffee in utilizing Instagram Insight and implementing effective logo branding. The activity stages include needs analysis, preparation of training materials, hands-on training, as well as implementation and evaluation of results. Based on the results of the activities, there was a significant increase in engagement and reach of content on social media, especially through the Instagram Insight feature. The use of a new and attractive logo also helped increase brand awareness. Through this approach, Kamala Coffee is expected to maximize their digital potential to achieve their target turnover and strengthen their position in the local market.

This article discusses the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) competencies in Jayapura City with a technopreneurship approach, which aims to open new market segments through digital marketing. By utilizing digital technology, MSMEs are expected to increase their competitiveness and enter the global market. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the potential and challenges faced by MSMEs in Jayapura. The results of the study indicate that the development of technopreneurship competencies can encourage innovation and expand the marketing network of MSMEs, as well as increase access to international markets.

Dental and oral health is very important for school-age children because good habits will be carried into adulthood. This counseling program aims to improve knowledge and behavior of proper tooth brushing in children at SD Pertiwi Makassar. The methods used include counseling, direct demonstrations, and monitoring of students' daily behavior. The results of the activities showed a significant increase in knowledge and practice of tooth brushing among students. The education provided succeeded in changing students' behavior to be better in maintaining their dental and oral hygiene.

There are so many attractiveness of advertising messages on why an advertisement is made. Generally, an advertisement was made to persuade the public or consumers candidates for buying and consuming a certain product. If previously, several advertisements for products mostly use the beautiful women with certain indicators such as white skin, long black hair, thin and sexy body; recently seems to show a trend by using the veiled woman (woman who wears hijab) as its models. There must be many interpretations regarding this symbol. For example about the dakwah messages on Muslim women's identity that are performed through their way of dressing up, religious commodification because the appearance of a Muslim woman will attract the attention of Muslim consumers, the deconstruction of the meaning of beauty, or a combination of several attractions of the advertising message that was represented by woman with the hijab. This article will analyze about those various symbol interpretations.

This research aims to describe how the moral attitudes taught in the science of Sufism can serve as a foundation for multicultural education. The research method used is qualitative phenomenology, with an approach that includes in-depth interviews, direct field observations, and general observation. The result of this research is a design for multicultural education based on Sufi ethics. This study explores the collaboration between the concept of multicultural education and Sufi behavior in Sufism teachings. Both elements have developed significantly and have influenced various aspects of life. However, this research offers an integration of these two elements into a Sufi-oriented multicultural education system. This new model is expected to create serenity and peace for the Indonesian nation.    

This study aims to determine the effect of customer value and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. The sample of this research is 99 people. The data technique used is multiple linear regression using SPPS 24. Based on the results, customer value has a positive effect on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. And customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. There is a significant influence between customer value and customer satisfaction simultaneously or jointly on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. R Square of 0.631 or 63.1%, this means that 63.1% of the customer loyalty variable can be explained or influenced by customer value and customer satisfaction at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa masalah yang penulis temukan di kelas VII Mts Muhammadiyah Tamiang Ujung Gading khususnya pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur‘an Hadis. Dimana dalam pembelajaran masih terdapat beberapa nilai siswa yang berada di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasi. Penelitian ini berlokasi di MTs Muhammadiyah Tamiang Ujung Gading. Adapun populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 60 orang. Penelitian ini melakukan penarikan sampel dengan random sampling sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Kelas VII A 10 orang,VII B 10 orang dan VII C 10 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa, tes objektif, tes lisan Angket. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Al-Qur‘an Hadis yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler termasuk dalam kategori baik, hal ini berdasarkan pengujian Hipotesis diperoleh nilai sig 0.00< 0.05 artinya Kegiatan Exrakulikuler Tahfiz berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar Al-Qur‘an Hadis Siswa dan Siswi Mts muhammadiyah Tamiang Ujung Gading Pasaman Barat. dan berdasarkan uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.688 menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang tinggi antara variabel Kegiatan Exrakulikuler Tahfiz dengan Hasil Belajar Al-Qur‘an Hadis hal ini terlihat dari hasil 0.688 terletak antara 0.600-0.800. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Exrakulikuler Tahfiz yang baik akan memberikan dambak yang tinggi untuk Hasil Belajar Al-Qur‘an Hadis. dan Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien diterminasi diperoleh R Square (????2) sebesar 0.677 sehingga diperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 67.7 % (0.677 × 100%). Hasil ini artinya variabel Hasil Belajar Al-Qur‘an Hadis dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kegiatan Exrakulikuler Tahfiz Al-Qur‘an sebesar 67,7% sedangkan sisanya 32,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Students' lack of a disaster response mindset is both a problem and a challenge that must be addressed in science education. Based on the MIKiR approach, which is linked with natural disaster prevention, the goal of this study is to define the features of science Subject-Specific Pedagogy. This study involves both research and development (R&D). The research procedure follows the Borg & Gall development model, which involves five main steps: (1) analyzing the product to be developed; (2) developing the initial product; (3) expert validation and revision; (4) small-scale field testing and revisions; and (5) large-scale field testing and final products. A validation sheet with a Likert scale in the form of a checklist serves as the research instrument. According to the study's findings, the quality of the developed Subject-Specific Pedagogy is listed in the good category, with an optimum proportion of 84.33 percent. The findings of the study on product quality could be used as one of the science learning aids in SMP/MTs class IX semester 2.

This study aims to determine whether the research subjects have practiced metacognitive strategies. The method used is qualitative. Eighteen (18) questions are provided, answers to individual questions are written on the guided question sheet in 2 hours - thirty minutes to get the required response. The data proves that planning, monitoring and evaluation is practiced i.e. totaling 100% checks the next day's schedule; (95%) checking what courses to attend; hence they review the previous and upcoming meeting materials. For the next meeting they write notes for questions or to confirm what they don't really understand to the teacher. Likewise, they used process and productive monitoring for 92.5% of what they did before class. Also, the data shows that they evaluate; 95% evaluated after class.

PT Pelindo Multi Terminal / SPMT as the leading provider of non-container terminal services in Indonesia provides various services to service users. The services provided by SPMT include Stevedoring, Haulage, Receiving/Delivery, Stacking, Dock Services and Other Services. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal has a high commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) consistently and continuously. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal is responsible for loading and unloading activities at the port. Stevedoring Workers (TKBM) have an important role in achieving the performance of loading and unloading activities from the port to the ship and from the ship to the port. Loading and unloading workers are one part of the workforce that needs attention because the work process they carry out carries the risk of work accidents. Work safety issues are factors that must be taken into account when carrying out loading and unloading work at the port. To obtain data the author used the Field Research method together with employees of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan using interviews. The library research method is also used by reading books and research results related to the paper writer's object obtained from libraries and other trusted sources.

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant effect of the Group Investigation type cooperative learning model on students' mathematical reasoning and communication skills in the Pythagorean Theorem sub-subject in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Munte in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The population in this study were all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1Munte for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. While the sample in this study consisted of 2 classes of 38 students each in class VIII-1 as the experimental class and class VIII-3 as the control class. The experimental class uses the Group Investigation cooperative learning model consisting of 5 students per group, and the control class uses the Group Investigation type cooperative learning model consisting of 2 students per group. This type of research is an experiment. Prior to testing the hypothesis, the normality and homogeneity tests are tested first. Normality was tested using the Lilliefors technique and homogeneity using the F test. From the tests performed, it was found that both samples were normally distributed and homogeneous. There is a positive and significant influence of the Group Investigation cooperative learning model on the mathematical reasoning abilities of junior high school students. There is a positive and significant influence of the Group Investigation type of cooperative learning model on the mathematical communication skills of junior high school students because the average communication ability of students who are taught with the Group Investigation type cooperative learning model consisting of 5 people per group is higher than the average communication ability of students who are taught with the Group Investigation type cooperative learning model consisting of 2 people per group

The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the analysis of improving students' mathematical communication skills with Realistic Mathematics Education approach. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research using the library research method. The subject of this research is the most published articles in published journals about mathematical communication skills through Realistic Mathematics Education approach to junior high school students. Based on the findings from 5 journals, it was found that students' mathematical communication improved better in students who studied with Realistic Mathematics Education approach compared to students who studied with conventional learning. Realistic Mathematics Education approach can improve students' ability to describe, understand, and represent mathematical ideas contained in pictures, tables or diagrams. So, Realistic Mathematics Education approach is one approach that can improve students' mathematical communication skills at the junior high school level with effect size score of 1,158 in the large effect category.

This community service activity aims to empower the youth of Karang Taruna in Rukun Warga 06, Cipedak area, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, through training in basic home electrical installation. The empowerment initiative is expected to enhance the participants’ technical skills and economic independence in facing the challenges of the job market, particularly in the electrical sector, which offers broad prospects. The implementation methods include material delivery/counseling sessions, hands-on practical training, and participant skill evaluation. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of basic electrical installation and adequate practical skills applicable at the household level. Participant success was assessed based on their ability to assemble electrical circuits and conduct electricity through prepared media, as indicated by the illumination of light bulbs in each installed circuit. This activity has had a positive impact in shaping more productive youth who are ready to compete in the workforce, while also contributing to community-based local development. The results of the counseling and training on electrical installation for simple houses showed that 80% of the participants were able to carry out residential electrical installations properly and in accordance with the PUIL 2000 standards.

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out how the work safety procedures are in loading/unloading activities at PT. Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk, Batam Branch. The author obtained data using field research methods and library research methods. The company PT. Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk, Batam Branch is a freight forwarding service company engaged in loading/unloading activities. In loading/unloading work, it is closely related to work that can cause work accidents, whatever the work that moves, is stored and transported, has many risks. Work safety procedures in loading/unloading activities at PT. Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk, Batam Branch have been running well. This is done for the good of the company and loading/unloading workers. To ensure the safety and health of workers in carrying out loading/unloading work, work safety procedures are implemented so that all workers feel safe and comfortable in carrying out their work, although there are still workers who do not use personal protective equipment in the loading/unloading process.

Anemia dalam kehamilan adalah kondisi ibu dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) < 11 gr% pada trimester I dan III sedangkan pada trimester II kadar hemoglobin < 10,5 gr%. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi terjadinya anemia pada ibu hamil. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah mix methode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini 35 orang, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 35 orang. Analisis kuantitatif secara univariat, bivariat menggunakan chi-square dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistic berganda pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (0,05). Analisis kualitatif dianalisis secara reduksi, tampilan data dan verifikasi. Hasil: Variabel yang memengaruhi terjadinya anemia pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Luahagundre Maniamolo Tahun 2022 yaitu pengetahuan p=0,038, pendidikan p=0,012, status gizi p=0,003, kepatuhan p=0,003, usia kehamilan p=0,003, nutrisi p=0,001, perilaku p=0,001 dan lingkungan p= 0,022. Kesimpulan: Faktor terjadinya anemia pada ibu hamil di pengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, pendidikan, status gizi, kepatuhan, usia kehamilan, nutrisi, perilaku dan lingkungan. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan khususnya bidan untuk memberikan KIE (komunikasi, informasi dan edukasi) yang baik tentang anemia kepada setiap ibu hamil dan lebih sering melakukan kegiatan home visit.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Menguji aset pajak tangguhan terhadap manajemen laba akrual; (2) Menguji beban pajak tangguhan terhadap manajemen laba akrual; (3) Menguji financial distress memoderasi pengaruh aset pajak tangguhan terhadap manajemen laba akrual; (4) Menguji financial distress memoderasi pengaruh beban pajak tangguhan terhadap manajemen laba akrual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Aset pajak tangguhan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba akrual; (2) Beban pajak tangguhan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba akrual; (3) Financial distress memperkuat pengaruh aset pajak tangguhan terhadap manajemen laba akrual; (4) Financial distress memperkuat pengaruh beban pajak tangguhan terhadap manajemen laba akrual.
