 The implementation of a traditional party once a year makes the people of Kondowa Dongkala Village very attentive and collaborate in preparing everything related to the village party, where in the annual party there are things called pikolambu and kabaria. The implementation of this annual traditional party has the meaning of expressing gratitude for the blessings, gifts and long life given to the people of Kondowa Dongkala village, which means giving thanks to Allah SWT because one year the people of Kondowa Dongkala always stand together, sit together for the good fortune the bring. God has given it to the people of Kondowa Dongkala Village.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil prasurvei di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Sikka bahwa kinerja pegawai belum cukup maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran motivasi intrinsik, ekstrinsik dan kinerja pegawai; (2) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Sikka berjumlah 35 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan uji t. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukan variabel motivasi intrinsik dan kinerja pegawai dikategorikan baik sedangkan variabel motivasi ekstrinsik dikategorikan cukup baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukan bahwa secara parsial motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh secara tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukan secara silmultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menunjukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 44,8%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui gambaran likuiditas, struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas di (PERUMDA) Air Minum Wair Pu’an Maumere (2) mengetahui bagaimana likuiditas secara parsial  berpengaruh terhadap  profitabilitasdi (PERUMDA) Air Minum Wair Pu’an Maumere(3) mengetahui bagaimana struktur modal secara parsial berpengaruh pada profitabiliatas di (PERUMDA) Air Minum Wair Pu’an Maumere (4) mengetahui struktur likuiditas dan modal secara simultan  berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas di (PERUMDA) Air Minum Wair Pu’an Maumere. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan pada (PERUMDA) Air MinumWair Pu’an Maumere. Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif berupa laporan keuangan dan tahunan (PERUMDA) Air Minum Wair Pu’an Maumere, periode 2016-2021. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa Variabel Current Ratio (X1): Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,111. Nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari tingkat alpha yang digunakan 5% (0,05), Variabel debt to equity ratio (X2)Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,922. Nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari tingkat alpha yang digunakan 5% (0,05),

Masalah penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan laba yang berfluktuatif pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI sub sektor makanan dan minuman periode 2017-2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh NPM, CR,TAT terhadap pertumbuhan laba baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan pada perusahaan manufaktur tersebut. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 4 perusahaan dengan metode purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji t dan uji f. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel NPM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, CR berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, selanjutnya variabel TAT berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Hasil analisis determinasi (R2) menunjukan ketiga variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya pertumbuhan laba perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman sebesar 41.5%.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Maumere. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran Kinerja Pegawai, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional  dan Komunikasi; (2) menganalisis pengaruh Kemampuan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional  dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Maumere berjumlah 40 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji Fdan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel Kinerja Pegawai berada dikategorikan cukup baik, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dikategori baik dan Komunikasi berkategori cukup baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil statistic uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Maumere sebesar 33,7%.

      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui kemampuan kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik (2) Untuk mengetahui kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai (3) Untuk mengetahui Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai (4) Untuk mengetahui kemampuan kerja dan lingkungan kerja Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh.Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji  t dan Uji F. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan variabel kinerja pegawai, kemampuan kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan secara parsial variabel kemampuan kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistic uji F menunjukkan secara simultan variabel kemampuan kerja dan variabel lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan variabel kemampuan kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai sebesar 47,3%

      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk:`(1) unttuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja karyawan, OCB dan komitmen organisasi; (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh OCB terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT PLN Maumere, yang berjumlah 50 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistic diverensial yaitu regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melaluiuji f dan uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja pegawai, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan komitmen organisasi dikategorikan cukup baik. Hasil statistik Uji T menunjukan bahwa variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik Uji F menunjukan bahwa secara simultan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis deterrminasi mnunjukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai PT PLN PLN (Persero) UP3 Flores Bagian Timur Maumere Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 34,1%.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerimaan realisasi pajak penerangan jalan dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah yang tidak mencapai target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran pajak penerangan jalan dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Sikka (2) mengetahui pajak penerangan jalan berpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Sikka. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah laporan keuangan Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Sikka tahun 2018-2022. Dalam penelitian ini, data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, regresi linier sederhana, dan koefisien determinasi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui Uji t. Hasil  analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa : (1) Realisasi pajak penerangan jalan memiliki nilai rata-rata selama lima tahun yaitu sebesar Rp. 790.998.591.660,00 dengan standar deviasi sebesar Rp. 99.481.376.992,11; (2) Realisasi Pendapatan Asli Daerah memiliki nilai rata-rata selama lima tahun yaitu sebesar Rp. 10.141.419.258.717,19 dengan standar deviasi sebesar Rp. 1.088.738.515.147,41. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel pajak penerangan jalan (X) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah (Y). Hasil analisis determinasi menunjukan bahwa variabel pajak penerangan jalan mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 8,3%. 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja pegawai, pengembangan karir, dan motivasi berprestasi; (2) menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja pegawai  baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Badan Perencanaan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Sikka, berjumlah 56 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F  dan Uji t. Hasil  analisis  deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerjapegawai, pengembangan karir, dan motivasi berprestasi dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel pengembangan karir, dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel pengembangan karir, dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai Kantor Badan Perencanaan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 24,2%.

This research aims to describe the social values ​​in the traditional marriage of the Dayak Ot Danum tribe in Seruyan Regency including: (1) material values, (2) vital values, (3) spiritual values.This research approach uses a qualitative research approach using descriptive methods. The data source used in this research is a trusted informant, namely Mr. Cilik. Data analysis This research was carried out by collecting data, identifying data, classifying data, and describing data. The results of research on social values ​​in the traditional marriage of the Dayak Ot Danum tribe in Seruyan Regency show (a) Social Value in the form of material values ​​in the traditional marriage of the Dayak Ot Danum tribe in the form of: (1) traditional traditions, (2) clothes for parents, (3) gray hair cover, (4) lapat henjan plate, (5) bahalai, (6) tantai sirau hanger, (7) sirau or lilis lamiyang, (8) engagement ring. (b) Social Values ​​in the form of vital values ​​in the traditional marriage of the Dayak Ot Danum tribe in the form of: (1) sanaman or knife, (2) dandu pangait workshop, (3) jukungsisih sahan, (4) jala penyeh balau. (c) Spiritual values ​​include truth values, beauty values, moral values ​​and religious values. The value of truth in the traditional marriage of the Dayak Ot Danum tribe is in the form of: (1) the word of God. The value of beauty in a traditional Dayak Ot Danum wedding is in the form of: (1) decoration, (2) pencak silat. The moral values ​​in the traditional Dayak Ot marriage are: (1) no trust. The religious values ​​in the traditional Ot Danum Dayak wedding are in the form of: (1) marriage blessing, (2) the Bible.

This study aims to determine the ekranization of the novel Kisah untuk Geri by Erisca Febriani into the film Kisah Untuk Geri directed by Monty Tiwa in the form of shrinkage, addition, and varied changes. This research is limited to the analysis of ekranization of intrinsic elements (plot, character, and setting). Therefore, this research describes: (1) the plot ecranization from the novel Kisah Untuk Geri by Erisca Febriani into the film Kisah Untuk Geri directed by Monty Tiwa. (2) the characterization of the novel Kisah Untuk Geri by Erisca Febriani into the film Kisah Untuk Geri directed by Monty Tiwa. (3) the ecranization of the setting from the novel Kisah Untuk Geri by Erisca Febriani into the film Kisah Untuk Geri directed by Monty Tiwa. (4) the implication of the ekranization of the novel Kisah Untuk Geri by Erisca Febriani into the film Kisah Untuk Geri directed by Monty Tiwa to the learning of literature in high school. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative descriptive research is one of the types of research included in the type of qualitative research. This research is to reveal events or facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables, or circumstances, which occur when the research takes place by presenting what actually happens. Data collection procedures in this study are using reading techniques, watching techniques and note-taking techniques. From the results of the ecranization of the novel Kisah untuk Geri by Erisca Febriani into the film Kisah untuk Geri directed by Monty Tiwa, it was found that the form of shrinkage, addition and change of variation in intrinsic elements in the form of plot, character, and setting, as follows. a) The plot ecranization is carried out because of the process that occurs in changing the tools used, namely changing the world of words into a visual world that moves continuously. b). Character ecranization in this study is carried out because during the casting process, the film will only show characters who are considered important, due to technical limitations so that only characters who have an influence on the course of the story are shown. c). Ecranization of the setting is done because during the casting process, the director will only show the setting that is considered important, so that only the setting that has an influence on the course of the story is shown. d). The study of ekranization in this study can be implied with KD 3.9 in analyzing the content and language of the novel. Ekranization helps students in analyzing novels that have been written.

This research approach is descriptive qualitative, which is in line with the research findings, namely in the form of a description of the Indirectness of Expression in the Song Lyrics of the Album Human Karya Tulus. This type of research is qualitative, because the data found were not obtained using statistical (quantitative) calculations but in the form of phrases, clauses or sentences contained in indirect expressions in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus. The results of this research show that the analysis of deviations in meaning and creation of meaning in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus obtained data that the indirectness of expression in the song lyrics in the form of replacement of meaning in the form of metaphor amounted to eight quotations, personification amounted to eleven quotations, deviations in meaning in the form of ambiguity amounted to six quotations , contradiction of three quotations, creation of meaning in the form of rhyme totaling six quotations and creation of meaning in the form of typography totaling three quotations. Thus, the indirect expression in the song lyrics that is most dominantly used in the Human Album by Tulus is the indirect expression in the song lyrics in the form of changing meaning in the form of personification totaling eleven quotes. The implications of the analysis of indirectness of expression in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus for literature learning in junior high schools are expected to provide an understanding of the types of indirectness of expression in a song lyric. These implications are also expected to become additional teaching material to improve students' abilities in understanding the building blocks in a song lyric as well as creating a work of song lyrics.

The purpose of this study is to describe the characters and characterizations, as well as to describe the representation of the existence of 21st century women in the main character in the novel Jalan Panjang Menuju Pulang by Pipiet Senja. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the documentation method. Data analysis techniques used reading techniques and note-taking techniques, then the results of data analysis were presented in descriptive form. The theory used in this study is Simone de Beauvoir's existentialist feminist theory. The source of the data in this study was a novel entitled The Long Way to Go Home by Pipiet Senja. The total data findings in this study found 95 data, namely 40 data from characters and characterizations and 55 data from the representation of 21st century women in the novel Jalan Panjang Menuju Pulang by Pipiet Senja. The results of the analysis of the novel Jalan Panjang Toward Home by Pipiet Senja can be concluded that the main female character, Fatin, can realize her existence from the oppression she has experienced. The results showed that the forms of oppression experienced by Fatin's character were verbal violence (5 data), non-verbal violence (18 data), and sexual harassment (7 data). Fatin's character experienced verbal and non-verbal violence due to the actions of Rimbong who was her husband and also her new boyfriend Frankie whom she met in the Netherlands, while Fatin experienced sexual harassment due to the actions of Hans, a white  man who stayed at the Tiara Hotel where Fatin worked, and was also carried out by Frankie . The representation which implies meaning and ideology as a symbol of the 21st century women's struggle against oppression as a form of existence, is carried out by the character Fatin. As for the form of the Fatin character's struggle against oppression as a form of her existence, namely by daring to fight (12 data), trying to rise from oppression (9 data), and working (4 data).

This article discusses the effectiveness of pastoral care at the Bethel Indonesia Artaloka Church which is located in Tanggerang, Banten. The dynamics of pastoral care cause a pastor to need various strategies and methods to increase the effectiveness of pastoral services to the congregation. By using a qualitative research approach and descriptive analysis methods, the data is then collected through observation and interviews and then the data is analyzed using descriptive analysis and presented comprehensively. The result obtained is that a pastor must be ready to give himself to the congregation, diligently working for the progress or improvement of the congregation, not for himself. To serve means to serve, to provide service in one's shepherding with a servant's heart. The effectiveness of the pastoral service at GBI Arthaloka is needed to continue to encourage or increase the congregation's motivation to attend existing services.

This research analyzes students’ pronunciation errors in English diphthongs in MA NW Teko. The objective was to identify commonly mispronounced errors. The research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects were twelfth grade students at MA NW Teko. Fifteen students were chosen as representatives for analysis. Data was collected from oral tests, interviews, and observations. The data source was a short story called "Sangkuriang". Based on the oral test, students fluently read the story with 14 students in paragraph 1 and 11 students in paragraph 2. In paragraphs 3 and 4, the students read the story with less fluency, with 9 and 12 students respectively. During the interview, students mentioned difficulty in identifying diphthong words due to insufficient vocabulary mastery. In paragraph 1, 8 words were pronounced incorrectly, 13 words in paragraph 2, 10 words in paragraph 3, and 12 words in paragraph 4. However, observation revealed that out of the 5 types of diphthongs given, 14 out of 15 students struggled with pronouncing the diphthong "oʊ", with only 1 student pronouncing it correctly. Therefore, the research results indicate that the errors faced by the students were not significantly different from those who could pronounce correctly.

Internship is one component of the learning process in the Bachelor of Public Administration (S1) Study Programme of FISIP UNTAG Surabaya. With the development of MBKM- Merdeka Learning Independent Campus, one of which is MSIB Internships and Certified Independent Study is one of the Independent Campus programmes designed to ensure students get the main, best, and most up-to-date skills and competencies to face the world of the future. The Population and Civil Registration Office of Surabaya City is the place for internship implementation. This programme covers many programmes in population administration and civil registration. Students have the opportunity to choose and seek experience that suits their major on their campus. The researcher will discuss the Kalimasada programme (Kawasan Lingkungan Masyarakat Sadar Administrasi Kependudukan) in this MBKM Dispendukcapil Surabaya internship programme. Kalimasada is one of the Surabaya City Dispendukcapil's programmes to pioneer the creation of an orderly environment/village for civil registration by increasing the number of people who are aware of civil registration. The Population Administration Aware Community Neighbourhood Area (Kalimasada) program is designed to help Surabaya residents get more organised and effective population administration services. Klampid New Generation (KNG) is a platform site where people can access services such as birth certificates, moving in, moving out, and death certificates.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of children's lack of ability to read the Qur'an in this age of technological development. Based on these problems, we were moved to conduct research at MI Al-Khoiriyah 2 Semarang where this Madrasah featured a program namely Tahsin al-Qur'an. The purpose of this research is first, to find out how the application of tahsin program to improve the ability to read the Qur'an class 1 MI Al-Khoiriyah 2 Semarang. Second, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of the tahsin al-Qur'an program at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Third, to find out how the influence of tahsin program to improve the ability to read al-Qur'an of grade 1 students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This type of research is qualitative research with observation and interview methods. The data source of this research is the interview result from the companion teacher of tahsin program of grade 1 of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Khoiriyyah 2 Semarang. The results of this study indicate that the application of the tahsin program at MI Al-Khoiriyah 2 Semarang has a significant influence on improving children's ability to read the Qur'an from an early age. In the learning process the teacher uses the reading and listening method. The teacher also models the correct reading and justifies the wrong reading to the students.

This research aims to determine the waste management process and the impact of managing the Berkah Waste Bank in the villages of Sucenjurutengah, Bayan, Purworejo. This research uses a descriptive research model through a qualitative approach. Data collection methods use interviews, observation, video and documentation. Data analysis using this method aims to determine the waste management process and the impact of waste bank management. The Berkah Waste Bank has been running well, namely by using sorting, weighing and depositing methods. As well as Waste Bank administrators who have worked in their respective fields. The impact caused by the management of the Berkah Waste Bank on the environmental aspect is very good because it makes the environment cleaner and waste does not accumulate, on the social aspect the existence of the Waste Bank increases community familiarity, on the economic aspect it is enough to provide additional income for its customers. So, the Waste Bank is the best way to manage waste.

The purpose of this research is to find out the process, obstacles, and solutions of career planning at PT XYZ. This research uses a qualitative method, namely by analyzing and interpreting the problems found in a narrative manner. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books and previous research journals related to the research. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that PT XYZ has implemented career planning for employees through assessment and career development once a year. In addition, there are also obstacles that occur in employee career planning, namely the lack of seriousness of employees in participating in career planning activities on the grounds that time clashes with deadlines for employee tasks. The solution carried out by PT XYZ is to continue to provide a mindset for them to be a good employee and organize a more effective employee career planning schedule.
