The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image and product differentiation on sales at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch and the extent to which product differentiation influences customer satisfaction at that location. Quantitative methods are applied. The population of this research is all customers who have used products and services from PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch. 110 respondents were given a questionnaire to fill out in order to do this. The findings of this research show that at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, product differentiation has a good and significant influence on customer satisfaction. However, at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, brand image does not have a real impact on customer satisfaction, either positively or negatively. At PT Aerofood, customer satisfaction and sales are significantly influenced by product differentiation and brand image.

This research aims to analyze the influence of GDP per capita, poverty, Gini Index, and Economic Growth Rate on the Human Development Index (HDI) in East Java Province during the 2013-2022 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using secondary data. The results of the analysis show that partially, GDP per capita has a positive and significant effect on HDI, while the Growth Rate and Gini Index have a negative and insignificant effect on HDI in East Java Province. conclusion provides a comprehensive picture of the factors that influence HDI in the region, and the implications can be used to support development policy decision making in East Java Province.

This research aims to understand the impact of the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the workforce involved in the MSME sector on poverty levels in Central Kalimantan. Through this research, it is hoped that we can increase understanding and knowledge about the factors that contribute to efforts to reduce poverty. The data used in this research consists of secondary data covering a five year period, starting from 2018 to 2022. The research method applied is the quantitatively to analyze the relationship between the independent variables, namely the number of MSMEs (X1) and the MSME sector workforce (X2), with the dependent variable, namely the number of poverty (Y). The large number of poverty can be influenced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because MSMEs have an important role in creating jobs, supporting economic growth and reducing economic inequality. From this research, it is concluded that the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises ( MSMEs) in Central Kalimantan Province do not significantly influence factor Y, which shows that the number of MSMEs in the region does not play a role in reducing poverty levels. Meanwhile, the variable number of workers apparently has a significant impact on the poverty level in Central Kalimantan Province.

Aceh Province has 23 districts/cities with a Human Development Index level similar to the national Human Development Index. Several districts/cities in Aceh Province have a Human Development Index below the national Human Development Index. This research aims to analyze the Human Development Index and the factors that influence it in the western part of the Aceh coastal region for 2010-2022. This research is quantitative. The variables used in this research are the Human Development Index, Economic Growth, Poverty Level, and Gini Index. The panel data method is used for analysis through cross-data from 7 districts/cities in the western Aceh coastal region and time series data for 2010-2022. The results of this research show that Economic Growth has a negative and significant effect on the Human Development Index, Poverty Level has a positive and insignificant effect on the Human Development Index, and the Gini Index has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index in the western Aceh coastal region for the 2010-2022 period.

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the impact of audit opinion and audit delay partially on the quality of financial statements, with profitability variables as moderating. This research was conducted at Islamic commercial banks registered with the financial services authority during the period 2018-2022. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, the research population involves a total of 11 Islamic commercial banks. The sample in the study was selected using purposive sampling method, which resulted in 11 samples with observations for 5 years. Hypothesis testing in this study used a panel data regression model with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach and for testing the moderation variable using the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) model. The results of this study indicate that the partial results of audit opinion have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, while audit delay has a negative and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, while profitability is unable to moderate the effect of audit opinion on the quality of financial statements. Meanwhile, profitability is not able to moderate the effect of audit delay on the quality of financial statements.

This type of research is quantitative with the aim of tracking the impact between independent factors (autonomous variables) and reliant variables (subordinate variables). the research place is Es Teh Badag Pandeglang. the research time was conducted for approximately 3 months from November 2023 to January 2024.The results of this study indicate that the f test of brand image, lifestyle and location simultaneously and significantly affects the purchasing decision of badag ice tea in pandeglang. The t test results show that brand image, lifestyle and location have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for badag ice tea in pandeglang. The R2 value of 0.609 or 60.9% means that the brand image, lifestyle and area factors have an impact of 60.9% on purchasing decisions, the excess 39.1% is influenced by factors outside the focus such as value, progress and service quality.

Many people rely on work as online motorcycle taxi drivers to meet their family's economic needs. This research aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the role of online motorcycle taxis as a source of income, taking into account the diversity of drivers from various backgrounds, including those with families, those without families, and female drivers. This research uses a qualitative approach, a method suitable for exploring the condition of natural objects. The results of this research are based on interviews with 8 sources from online motorcycle taxi drivers around UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Pondok Labu Campus. Interviewees involved a variety of backgrounds, and the responses received varied, some were satisfied with their work, while others saw it as just a side job. Even though online motorcycle taxis offer accessibility and flexibility in working hours, research findings show that this profession has not become the main job for most drivers. Tight competition in the online motorcycle taxi industry is also a factor that contributes to the economic constraints felt by some drivers, especially those who have family responsibilities.

Aging of the skin that occurs in the elderly has an impact on skin moisture. There are various factors that can influence skin moisture, both unchangeable and changeable. Disturbed skin moisture can cause various skin problems and reduce the sufferer's quality of life. This makes it important to provide education and skin hydration screening to the public, especially the elderly. Education is carried out by conveying information about skin moisture, influencing factors, as well as ways to prevent and care for the skin. The increasing number of elderly people in Indonesia makes it important for us to pay attention to their health. Skin care that can be done to maintain skin hydration includes using moisturizers, humidifiers in rooms with low humidity, using soft soap without fragrance, avoiding long showers, using sunscreen, and clothing that is not too tight. It is hoped that education and screening can increase public awareness regarding the importance of maintaining skin hydration, especially for the elderly, with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of public health in Indonesia.

This research highlights the participation of the local Muncar community in showing the symbols of their traditions as outlined in carnival activities and how this carnival is used as a form of suroan tradition. In this research, qualitative research methods are used which will explain the phenomenon descriptively, data obtained through observation and supported by previous research literature study.    

Exchange rate is the exchange rate of one country's currency with another country's currency which is carried out for international transaction purposes. The demand and supply of a currency are influenced by several factors which will cause fluctuating changes in the exchange rate of a currency to another country's currency or foreign currency. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence changes in the rupiah exchange rate against foreign currencies. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review which will dig deeper by observing, reviewing, presenting, and interpreting research, with data taken from Google Scholar and Sinta literature. The research results show that the factors that influence changes in the rupiah exchange rate against foreign currencies are inflation, money supply, and interest rates.

Documentary films can be an information medium that is able to provide more up-to-date information and present accurate data. By applying qualitative methods and linear strategies in the process of designing this documentary film, it is hoped that we will be able to produce and present a documentary film with a historical genre that is interesting and provides as accurate information as possible regarding the social and humanitarian activities of the Witte Kruis Kolomie, which has existed since 1901 in Salatiga, to the audience. or society.

Sufism morals are increasingly needed in the current era to minimize the evils and gaps in human attitudes towards themselves, fellow humans and also Allah SWT. The practice of Sufism exemplified by Sufis generally teaches religious values ​​that produce noble moral behavior. Noble morals provide hope for the formation of an advanced civilization and do not ignore the divine values ​​that are always present in human hearts and lives. The aim of this research is to form a scientific concept regarding Sufism morals that is sustainable in the Islamic education process. The method in this research uses library study methods, reading content analysis, and descriptive analysis from various related sources. The results of the research found a concept that Sufism's morals produce noble morals towards Allah SWT, oneself, fellow humans and other living creatures in the universe through a process of self-purification and also approaching oneself to Allah SWT.

This research analyzes the impact of incentive systems on managerial behavior in the realm of behavioral accounting. Using empirical methods, we collected data from a number of managers across various industrial sectors. Data analysis examined the significant relationship between incentive systems as independent variables and managerial behavior as dependent variables. The research results indicate that incentive systems have a significant influence on managerial behavior. These findings validate the hypothesis that the design of incentive systems can affect how managers act in the context of accounting. The practical implications of this research encourage a deeper understanding of incentive structures that can motivate desired managerial behavior. As a contribution to behavioral accounting theory, this research also provides valuable insights for practitioners in designing effective incentive systems that are contextually appropriate.

This research concerns the Institutional Management Policy of the Medan Area University Library Repository.The purpose of this research is to find out how the institutional management policy of the repository in the Medan Area University library. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach, datacollection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the background of the Institutional Repository in the Medan Area University Library is an effort to optimize library tasks in collecting, storing, managing, organizing, preserving, and distributing scientific work information, especially within the Medan Area University academic community. The institutional goal of the repository for the Medan Area University library is to collect (collect), manage, preserve, and open access (distribute) all intellectual works produced by the UMA academic community, both students, lecturers, and staff. This study aims to determine the background of the beggar clown charater’s rational choice in choosing the job and aims to determine the front stage dan back stage of beggar clown character’s life. The type of this research is field research and uses a qualitative approach with a purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study used rational choice theory by James Coleman and dramaturgical theory by Erving Goffman. The result of this study indicate that their rational choice become a beggar clown character because they get income every day, there are factors involved and their identities are covered. There are differences shown on the front stage and the back stage. Entertaining behavior, looking friendly and compassionate towards children and looking for compassion are the front appearance of the beggar clown character. The beggar clown character’s back stage, they are not looking for a sympathy and the necessities of their life are fulfilled.

In this study, the author employed a quantitative descriptive methodology, which means that they used numbers to describe the study's condition. Techniques for gathering data include observation, interviews, exchanging surveys with staff, and studying the literature. 25 respondents in the Office and Finance Section of the Mayor of Medan Properti region were given questionnaires by the author. This service management is a crucial process as it can prevent various service-related issues when serving customers. This study aims to understand how the Service Management of Islamic Banks in the New Normal era is perceived in terms of the dimensions of Empathy and Responsiveness. In this research, a qualitative method with a case study approach was employed. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that in terms of Service Management at the bank, there have been changes in the dimension of Empathy. For example, in welcoming customers, before the existence of the coronavirus, employees greeted customers without wearing masks, there were no barriers or partitions, and their facial expressions were visible. In the new normal, employees must wear masks, there are barriers between customers and employees, and customers cannot discern the facial expressions of employees, whether they are smiling or not. This can lead to customer uncertainty about whether the employee is serving sincerely or not. As for the dimension of Responsiveness, significant changes are evident in customer queues. Before the coronavirus, customer queues could be quite long, whereas during the pandemic, customer queues are limited, and the service takes longer than before. The speed of service is also constrained.

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) di Pemerintah Kota Pekalongan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIM yang terintegrasi dan up-to-date memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk perencanaan efisien dengan data yang akurat. Kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan SIM juga berkontribusi pada penganggaran yang lebih baik. SIM mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang efisien dan membantu pemantauan evaluasi teknis dan pengawasan proyek. Pengguna SIM, meskipun puas secara umum, membutuhkan pelatihan tambahan. SIM juga berperan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah dengan mengkoordinasikan proyek pembangunan dan menghubungkan bisnis lokal dengan peluang investasi. Penggunaan Key Performance Indicators (KPI) memastikan pemantauan dan peningkatan kualitas sistem. Saran penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan pelatihan pengguna SIM dan berkomitmen pada pengembangan dan integrasi teknologi baru. Dengan demikian, SIM memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pemerintah Kota Pekalongan. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pemangku kepentingan dan pemerintah daerah dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi secara efektif.
