This study aims to examine the Implementation of Punishment related to Contempt and Defamation in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE (Electronic Information and Transactions). The presence of this law was initially expected to be able to answer the challenges of the times by containing a criminal formulation of individual legal relations through social networks. However, Article 27 Paragraph (3) on Contempt and Defamation is actually a rubber article that is multi-interpreted and negatively affects free speech. It is studied using normative methods and focuses on the applicable law and connects it through legal concepts to analyze legal issues. From the results of the research that has been studied, it shows that the use of absolute offenses can make ITE cases increase and there must also be revisions in some articles of defamation tend to be used multi-interpretation with the subjective authority of law enforcement officials to promote freedom of expression in public.

The purpose of this research is to analyse the factors causing and overcoming violations of route permits in Manggarai Regency. This research is an empirical juridical research, which uses primary data sources, namely field research with interview methods to sources with an interest in this paper and secondary. Based on the results of the research, the factors causing violations of route permits by the Department of Transportation of Manggarai Regency are divided into three, namely government factors, namely the lack of honorary staff in the terminal; vehicle business factors (owners and drivers) caused by economic factors, administrative factors, intense competition between transport drivers; community factors that do not obey government regulations. Countermeasures are supervision and inspection by means of routine supervision and inspection, sudden and quarterly inspections; granting permits with special conditions, monitoring and evaluation; permit scoping. Law enforcement is preventive and repressive.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the efforts of prosecutors as executors in recovering state financial losses resulting from corruption crimes. This research is an empirical legal research conducted at the Kupang City State Attorney's Office. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and literature/document study techniques. The data used are primary and secondary data. This research was conducted in Kupang City. The results of data processing were analyzed descriptively qualitatively using the inductive method. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be seen: (1) The efforts of the prosecutor as the executor at the Kupang City District Attorney's Office in recovering state financial losses due to corruption are four, namely, tracking, blocking, confiscation, seizure. (2) obstacles faced by prosecutors as executors in recovering state financial losses.

Dimsum 1000 franchise practices viewed from Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's perspective are not in accordance with the fulfillment of the concept of rights applied in Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's own view. This can be seen from not providing guidance in the form of training, operational management guidance, marketing, research and development to franchisees on an ongoing basis, which violates the rights of the franchisees themselves.

The school environment is the second major educational environment after family. Students, administrator teachers, counselors live together and carry out the educational process in an organized and planned manner. The problem examined in this study is how the influence of the environment situation of Pasundan 3 Cimahi Middle School on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The location in this study is Pasundan 3 Cimahi Middle School. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the school environment has on learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The sample in this study were 33 students from all students with details of 11 students from class VII, 11 students from class VIII and 11 students from class IX. To obtain valid data, researchers used data collection tools such as questionnaires, documentation and observation. As for data analysis, researchers used quantitative methods using statistical formulas namely Mean (average), Standard Deviation (SD), TSR, then product moment correlation and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that the school environment can influence student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the value of "r" of 0.539 with a significance level of 0.355 (5%) and 0.456 (1%). Thus the "r" count 0.539 is greater than the "r" table both at the significance of 5% and 1%. Then the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained R2 0.290. Meaning 29% student learning outcomes are influenced by the school environment. So the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence between the school environment on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Pasundan 3 Cimahi.

Along with the current developments, electricity has become a basic need that must be required. The expected purpose of this study is to examine the efficiency of energy use as office lighting for one of the fertilizer industries before and after using LED lights, as well as analyze the costs incurred and the economic value obtained from the use of LED lamps. In this study, several data are needed, such as building plan data, inventory of the types of lamps used, electrical energy consumption, and the price of electricity consumption per kWh through the calculation method. The difference in costs incurred for the use of non-LED lamps into LED lamps is IDR 580,931.14 in the 1st-floor office building in one of the fertilizer industries and IDR 319,747.56 in the 2nd-floor office building in one of the fertilizer industries. Based on this, the difference in costs incurred is very large, so the use of LED lamps is the main alternative in saving energy and costs. Therefore, it is important to conduct studies and research on the impact that can be caused by the use of LED lights on energy consumption and electricity cost efficiency in the company.

To analyze the data in this study, we utilized the SPSS 23 software application. The study employed the variables of content marketing (X) and customer engagement (Y). Street Vendors is one of the informal sector jobs that many people enjoy. However, there are many urban problems caused by the proliferation of street vendors like this. The increasing number of traders has made city planning increasingly chaotic and out of control. Apart from that, conflicts between traders cannot be avoided. This research aims to describe how the chaos that occurs due to the large number of street vendors selling can be overcome by the presence of an association that regulates and manages their activities. Paguyuban exists as a local manager who can create order. Researchers try to analyze this phenomenon by using the conflict theory developed by Ralf Dahrendof.This research uses a qualitative approach which is deemed suitable to describe and explore the above phenomena. Data collection techniques in this research used interview techniques accompanied by field observations.

The aim of this research is to explore students' problem solving abilities in understanding trigonometry concepts. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. This research was conducted on class XI students at one of the private vocational schools in Tangerang City, Banten, totaling 35 students. Data obtained from the results of written tests and interviews conducted by researchers. In this study, researchers analyzed students' abilities in answering Trigonometry questions using constant comparative analysis techniques which consisted of four stages, namely data reduction, data categorization, data synthesis, and working hypothesis.

Abstract.Network anomaly detection is a situation that occurs in network traffic that causes conditions to become abnormal. This research aims to analyze the performance of various machine learning algorithms in network anomaly detection and compare the performance of single classifier algorithms with ensemble learning. This ensemble learning technique has advantages such as increased accuracy and performance, can reduce the risk of overfitting and underfitting by using different subsets and features of data, and can turn weak learning into strong learning. However, on the other hand, this ensemble learning technique also has disadvantages in its use, namely that this ensemble method may not work well with high variance models, as the ensemble method may not be optimized for anomaly detection and that this method can be computationally expensive and time consuming due to the need to train and store multiple models. Some of the techniques used are deep learning, eager learning, lazy learning, bagging, feature selection, boosting, and stacking. In addition to this, this machine learning algorithm has weaknesses, including if any of the data used is incomplete, it will result in inaccurate completion data, making the programming process quite time-consuming. This research can help develop a more effective and efficient network anomaly detection system. The results of this research show that using ensemble learning and feature selection techniques can improve anomaly detection performance by reducing the processing time of redundant data and classification, as well as increasing precision values.    

Education plays a central role in community development and the enhancement of human resources. In the rapidly evolving digital era, information and communication technology has significantly transformed the education landscape. Technology has become an integral part of the teaching and learning process in schools, bringing both challenges and significant opportunities. Particularly at the Junior High School (SMP) level, subjects like Mathematics, Natural Sciences (IPA), Physics, and Chemistry play a central role in shaping students' foundational knowledge. However, students often have varying levels of understanding and different learning styles. This poses a challenge for teachers trying to meet the diverse learning needs of their students. The use of the same linear teaching methods for all students is often ineffective in such a context. In this research, we employed a literature review methodology. This approach helps summarize and synthesize existing knowledge on the role of technology in enhancing student motivation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. By analyzing trends, findings, and patterns emerging from related literature, we can establish a strong knowledge base for this research. The adaptive learning approach, leveraging technology, has emerged as an intriguing solution. This approach allows for real-time analysis of student learning data and the adjustment of content, material, or teaching methods to suit individual needs. The research highlights the primary benefits of adaptive learning, such as personalized content adjustment, enhanced student motivation, more efficient monitoring and evaluation, and time savings in achieving better understanding. However, the research also acknowledges several challenges, including uneven technology infrastructure, the need for teacher training, and student data protection. Nevertheless, this research emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning in the context of STEM education at the SMP level in the digital era, while recognizing the need for further research to explore the potential of technology in enhancing the quality of education at this level.  

This research aims to produce a mobile learning media product using an articulate storyline application on human circulatory system material that is feasible and can be used by students at SMA Negeri 1 Amurang. Mobile learning media using the articulate storyline application is needed by school teachers to help during the learning process. This type of research is Research and Development / R&D development research using the ADDIE model. This model, as the name suggests, is Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The test instrument in this research is the product validity results from material and media experts. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of this research: 1) Development of mobile learning media using the articulate storyline application on the circulatory system material. 2) The quality of mobile learning aids on human circulatory system material is excellent. The assessment results from learning material experts obtained a feasibility percentage score of 85% for the very valid category. The assessment results from learning media experts obtained a feasibility percentage score of 89.9% for the very valid category. The response of students in class XI MIPA was in the perfect/exciting criteria with a percentage of 87.5%. It was concluded that the mobile learning media using the articulate storyline application on the circulatory system material at SMA Negeri 1 Amurang is very suitable to be used as a source of teaching material in the learning process.

In the world of simple programming, the algorithm is the initial stage and is written before the program is written. This research aims to develop understanding of algorithms and develop programming skills, especially for beginners. The method used in this research is the literature study or literature review method, namely analyzing several studies related to the topic discussed, especially introducing the basic concepts of programming algorithms, characteristics of programming algorithms, grouping programming languages ​​based on level and algorithm notation, which are some of the basic things that are mandatory. known by everyone who wants to create a program. This understanding will be very helpful in the development of more complex programming projects. Therefore, learning basic programming algorithms is very crucial or important for anyone who wants to start in the world of programming.

This research aims to determine the role of civics teachers in improving the discipline of class X students at SMA St. Maria Rubit and to find out the teacher's efforts as well as the form or model of teacher example regarding student discipline. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The informants in this research were the Principal, Citizenship Education Teacher, and Class Teacher at St. Mary's High School. Maria Rubit. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the research show that: The role of civics teachers is very important in improving student discipline at St. Maria Rubit, In accordance with existing school regulations, the aim is to apply discipline so that students can be time disciplined, be on time for school, be disciplined in dressing, be disciplined in attitude and be disciplined in completing assignments. In improving student discipline at school, I give constructive sanctions to students, all school members must comply with school regulations and work together with all school members to improve student discipline. Student discipline at St. Maria Rubit still lacks discipline, because there are still students who do not follow the rules set by the school, for example; time discipline, discipline in dressing and discipline in speaking. Exemplary efforts/forms made by teachers in upholding student discipline are by providing guidance and socializing the importance of discipline. The efforts made by teachers are by providing good examples for students.

Information about intolerance, sexual violence and drugs is very important material for every good citizen, especially for teenagers. Mojopahit PKBM students are very diverse, but the majority in terms of age, there are still many students who are of productive age (teenagers). In accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 01 of 2003 concerning Guidelines for Education and Training of Civil Servants in the Environment, the Department of Religion also integrates human rights and gender values ​​in its curriculum. The implementation of this service activity uses discussion/question and answer/introduction and empowerment methods. In order to obtain information and get closer to the service participants, the service team conducted brain storming with the socialization participants. This community service activity targets tutors and residents studying PKBM Mojopahit, Mojokerto City. This service activity was attended by 20 participants from students from package levels A, B and C and several PKBM Mojopahit Tutors from Mojokerto City took part in accompanying the students who attended.

The Mawar Waste Bank, which was established in Marengan Daya Village, is a community that was established to convert waste into goods that have economic value so that through waste management it can become a new source of income for the people of Marengan Daya Village. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence the participation of the Muslim community in Marengan Daya Village in the Green Economy-based Mawar Waste Bank program. The type of research approach used is a quantitative approach with the research subjects being members of the Mawar Waste Bank. The results of this research are the discovery of new factors that influence the participation of the Muslim community in Marengan Daya Village in the Green Economy-based Mawar Waste Bank program.
