CRS occurs when there is irritation to the cervical nerve roots due to the vertebral disc bulging out. In diagnosing CRS, supporting tools such as MRI are needed. The purpose of this study was to determine how the cervical MRI examination procedure with a diagnosis of CRS at the Radiology Installation of Dr. Moewardi Hospital and why the cervical MRI examination with a diagnosis did not use the T2*GRE and Proton Density sequences. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach conducted from June-July 2023 with the object of research as many as five patients diagnosed with CRS. The respondents consisted of three radiographers, three radiology specialists, and one sending doctor. The cervical MRI examination procedure with a diagnosis of CRS at the Radiology Installation of Dr. Moewardi Hospital has no special preparation, the patient only releases metal objects in the patient's body before entering the examination room. The sequences used are Coronal T1 FSE, Coronal STIR, Sagittal T2 FRFSE, Sagittal T1 FSE, Sagittal STIR, Axial T2 FRFSE, Axial T1 FSE, and Myelography. Based on the results of the study, using T2*GRE in CRS diagnosis will produce a poor picture. While Proton Density is good for bone but because of the use of a long time and CRS diagnosis is more focused on nerve fibers and soft tissue, it does not need to be used.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the biggest supporter of the creative economy for the Indonesian economy. MSME players must be able to develop their business to be able to carry out this. The digital era has the potential to create opportunities and risks for business people and organizations. In every business, risks will always be faced by business actors because of uncertainty which results in losses. Internal and external events that have an impact on achieving the goals of MSMEs must be identified, and risks and opportunities must be differentiated. In the business world, knowledge about risk management is an important element in business management. With good management, a business organization will be able to avoid losses and even bankruptcy. Likewise, small, micro and medium enterprises that do not have sufficient capital and whose operations are not optimal are very vulnerable to changes in risk. Events that cause losses, which are usually called peril, can occur unexpectedly and can arise from various sources. The problem is how to overcome these risks so that business operations are not disrupted. Risks are analyzed by considering likelihood and impact as a basis for determining how they can be managed. Therefore, by providing an understanding of risk management, it is hoped that MSMEs will be able to know how to implement risk management in business to avoid losses. PM activities are held offline or face to face on holidays so as not to disturb the work time of the Teluk Pucung MSMEs, while the output of PM activities is in the form of press releases in online print media and also publications in community service journals

Protracted conflicts or damaging relationships between employees can hinder operational efficiency. There has been much study of the effects of conflict and stress, but not much has been studied about the effect of conflict and stress and organizational change on employee productivity. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of conflict, stress, and organizational change on employee productivity. This research is a survey research with data collection of 300 respondents through questionnaires and interviews. Questions in the survey include the level of conflict experienced, its impact on productivity, and the factors that influence it. There are 3 independent variables, namely conflict, stress, and organizational change.  Its dependent variable is productivity. Linear regression or multiple regression is used to identify the extent to which conflict, stress, and organizational change predict productivity. Also used analysis with SEM. The results showed that the level of conflict in the workplace had a significant negative impact on employee productivity. The research method was carried out using literature studies from secondary data, data is the result of searches through media such as the internet, books, and other articles that are appropriate to the case to be discussed. In this research, a case study of PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk was carried out. In the case of financial reports audited by KAP Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto, Mawar & Partners, the engagement period between the company and KAP has been in place for a long time. It is suspected that PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk (AISA) overstated the 2017 financial report. The main point of this problem was discovered after the new management at PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk asked for further investigation into the 2017 financial report. Based on the results of investigations carried out by CNCB journalists, it was found that the engagement period had been since 2004. Based on Government Regulation Number 20 of 2015 concerning Public Accounting Practices, it was clear that it had exceeded 5 years. Audit tenure is questioned in this case, how independent an auditor is in completing his duties to carry out an audit of financial statements if the engagement period exceeds the applicable provisions. The independence of an auditor must be emphasized further so that audit quality can be trusted more by stakeholders.
