Incestuous abuse is a very serious problem among society, especially among minors. In this research, the main aim was to prevent and understand the main causes of criminal acts of incestuous sexual harassment. So that we can examine in more depth the low level of public awareness and low level of education, the research was conducted using normative juridical methods. So, by socializing PPPA to the community, it can reduce the level of sexual harassment that occurs.

Fasting Monday and Thursday is a sunnah worship. Fasting can maintain a person's health. The research aims to provide an understanding of the impact of Monday and Thursday fasting on mental health. The research results show that fasting Monday and Thursday has an effect on mental health. This research was prepared using a qualitative method approach, namely document study research.

Maros is one of the districst that has interesting tourist attractions known as waterfalls, so that for the sake of sustainability the role of the local government of Maros regency is needed. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, with a sample of 15 people consisting of employees, officers, and the community. Base on the results of the research, it showns that the government’s role as a regulator is always balancing, between the wishes of tourists and tourist objects in bantimurung Nasional Park. A side from being a regulator, the government is also a facilitator, motivator, and dynamicator.

This research uses a qualitative description approach, namely describing, analyzing and discussing an existing problem. Qualitative research is based on two data, namely primary and secondary. The purpose of this research is to determine the procurement of existing facilities and infrastructure at PT AMS including the procurement process, availability, and consequences made by the company in procuring facilities and infrastructure. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the facilities and infrastructure at PT AMS are sufficient to accommodate them but improvements are still needed to meet the company's operational standards. This can be overcome by adding facilities according to the company's needs without abandoning existing facility procurement procedures.

The data attached by the author is the result of a combination of qualitative research methods and quantitative research methods, qualitative methods are used to observe and make direct observations to the research location, while quantitative research methods to find the data needed by the author. Water pollution in the Deli River refers to a situation where the quality of river water decreases due to the intrusion of pollutants from various sources. The Deli River, like many other rivers, can be polluted by various types of waste from industrial, domestic, agricultural and other human activities, thus exceeding the river's natural recovery capacity. This research was conducted to examine social problems that occur in the community.

This research examines the analysis of frontliner service quality on customer satisfaction with transaction at Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Marelan Raya. This research aims to understand the quality of frontliner service on customer satisfaction, as well as analyze the ompact on customer and what is more about this sharia bank. The method in this research is qualitative which also involves documentation analysis and interviews with the bank. The results of the research show that Bank Sumut Syariah has provided a very good level of service but still needs to improve sevice to customer to minimize risk that may aris in the future. It also needs to be avoided so that analyzing customer complaints should not be done alone to avoid the emergence of non-objective assessments of customer.

Al-Ghazali is one of the most influential scholars in the field of Islamic economics. Therefore, it is very important for every country to fully embrace it.

To achieve these rights requires freedom in the economy and property rights limited by moral law and supervised by a state that is just and capable of enforcing sharia law. All economic activities are permitted unless the activity is expressly prohibited by the Shari'a.

This study aims to find out how the traditional of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village knowing the rules in establishing a house in Kuta Traditional Village, as well as to find out why the traditional of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village is still carried out in the modernization era. This research is descriptive with qualitative methods, data collection is carried but by observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The results showed that until now the tradition of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village is still carried out by following the rules, rituals or existing traditions

This research aims to analyze the Arabic-Malay script learning process in class V at MIS YPI Batangkuis using descriptive qualitative methods. The research method in this study was carried out using 2 (two) data collection techniques, namely interviews and observation. The objects of this research were 30 students in class IV MIS YPI Batangkuis. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using tests and questionnaires which took place face to face with students. Data analysis methods include assessing writing test scores, calculating the percentage of reading ability, as well as evaluating overall results to understand the effectiveness of teaching Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide a more comprehensive view of the teaching strategies that best support Arabic-Malay language learning in the fifth grade environment of MIS YPI Batangkuis. The results of this research can be a reflection to improve existing teaching methods. By understanding the successes and challenges in the learning process, more effective strategies can be developed to improve students' understanding of Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the implications of this research can help develop better teaching guidelines and improve the quality of Arabic-Malay language education at a broader level.

In this case, researchers want to explain and describe the impact of School Policy Analysis to Improve the Internal Quality of Learning for Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School Students. Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School's policy in formulating its vision and mission shares the main focus on aspects of morality. Determining the direction of the vision and mission is influenced by close social interactions and the various backgrounds of students. The process of formulating policies at Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School involves various parties, including internal schools, student parents, and other policy makers, in order to improve learning progress. This personal learning option as a school policy is not carried out without a reason, but rather is adjusted to the vision and mission that form the basis. learning system in the school. To realize this policy, the school has designed a management system and implementation guidelines that include regular, automatic activities and exemplary examples inside and outside the classroom. The conclusions of research on the analysis of school policies to improve the internal quality of student learning include an explanation of the important role of school policies in providing direction and support. Management of energy resources, including the allocation of funds and development of teaching staff, and the involvement of all related parties, such as teachers, parents, students and local communities, are considered important in achieving the goal of quality learning. Continuous monitoring and assessment are key aspects for identifying revision zones and adapting school policies. A focus on improving the educational process, innovative teaching methods, and long-term educational support are also recognized as elements that can provide positive impacts. Finally, adapting to changes in learning areas, such as technological growth, curriculum changes, and social dynamics, is considered important and requires flexibility in school policies. However, it is necessary to explain that this conclusion is universal and needs to be confirmed by specific findings from actual research    

This research aims to provide information about Corn Maintenance Strategies in Bahal Batu III. Corn is a staple food along with rice, and can be used in various dishes as a side dish or snack. Corn not only contains carbohydrates, but also contains enough nutrients and crude fiber as a staple food which has a positive impact on health. Corn is also a substitute food or supplement for humans. Using the right amount of fertilizer will make corn plants grow more optimally. Measuring the growth of productive corn plants by applying various types of compound fertilizer to land in Bahal Batu III village and determining the most suitable type of compound fertilizer for the growth and yield of corn plants on the land. The survey was carried out on the land of Bahal Batu III village. Apart from that, corn can also be used as food for the community and has increased the price of corn consumption in society as a whole. Phosphorus is important for plant growth and yield, playing important roles such as encouraging flower and grain formation and strengthening thatch to prevent dropping and improve quality. The research results showed that even with different complex fertilizer compositions, all the parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, ear length, ear diameter, number of seeds per row, seed weight per ear, and yield potential.

This research aims to analyze the branding strategies implemented by Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) through the Instagram social media platform to see their brand image. The study employed a field study with a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research indicate that UNJ has successfully built a strong and positive image through a consistent approach in highlighting academic achievements, campus activities, and cultural diversity. Active interaction with users has also proven to be key in strengthening the relationship between UNJ and their Instagram audience. Additionally, clear differentiation in emphasizing unique advantages and the distinctive identity of UNJ significantly contributes to distinguishing UNJ's brand from other educational institutions. However, challenges such as maintaining consistent user engagement need to be addressed through improved research and more innovative content strategies in the future. Therefore, this research provides valuable insights for marketing and branding practitioners in developing more effective strategies on social media platforms..

Christian leadership is leadership that needs to be done well based on biblical evidence. A reliable, efficient and high quality electrical energy supply is certainly very necessary. Frequent damage to electronic equipment and practical equipment in Building A, Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), Jambi University, prompted the author to conduct research on analyzing the quality of electrical power in this building. The research aims to analyze the quality of electrical power in building A FST. The research method used is the observation method which cannot influence the variables studied but can only record and observe the data that has been measured. The power quality quantities measured are voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, voltage harmonics and current harmonics in each main panel. Based on the research results, the problem that occurs in the main panel of transformer A is load imbalance, namely at a percentage of 5.56% to 6%, the standard set by the IEC is only 5%. and the occurrence of current harmonic distortion (THDi) at a percentage of between 24%, the standard set by IEEE is 12%. The problem that occurs in the main panel of transformer B is that it has a low power factor value in the R and T phases, namely below 0.85. The occurrence of load imbalance is at a percentage of 10.9% to 12%, the standard set by the IEC is only 5%. The occurrence of voltage fluctuations is +7.4%, the standard according to PUIL 2011 is +5% with a value of 231 Volts and -10% with a value of 198 Volts and the occurrence of current harmonic distortion (THDi) is very high at a percentage of 29.83% to 58.419%, the value permitted by the IEEE standard is 15%.

This research aims to determine the legal protection for creditors if the fiduciary guarantee deed is not registered by a notary, and the legal implications if the fiduciary guarantee is not registered by a notary. The method used in this research uses the Juridical Sociology method.The results of the research show that a fiduciary agreement which makes the object of collateral (in the form of objects) in a subsidiary agreement (acessoir) of the main agreement has weak legal protection for creditors if the agreement is not registered by a Notary through the Fiduciary Guarantee Institute, as stipulated in the Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees. The legal implications for creditors' rights because they do not comply with the principle of publicity as per the applicable consensus, in this case is Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees which regulates Preferential Rights and Executorial Rights.For the implementation of financing by making objects into objects, an agreement process should be carried out in accordance with the Fiduciary Guarantee consensus by referring to Law Number 42 of 1999, by fulfilling the principle of publicity as the main legal principle in material guarantee law.

Directors have a crucial role in the company, with the potential for actions that are not in accordance with corporate governance that can be detrimental and cause conflicts of interest, threatening the company's growth. In this context, Good Corporate Governance becomes crucial as a supervision to prevent detrimental actions. This article discusses Directors' Transactions involving Conflicts of Interest and legal certainty of director actions. The research uses normative juridical methods, with a statutory regulatory approach as the basis. Actions or transactions with a conflict of interest are considered not to be a legal problem if they are carried out in good faith, in accordance with KEP-412/BL/2009. However, a different view emerges from the principles of good corporate governance which suggest avoiding transactions with conflicts of interest. The research conclusion confirms that directors, as holders of trust, cannot be held responsible for losses if they act in good faith. Although the law allows transactions with conflicts of interest, the principles of good corporate governance emphasize the importance of avoiding actions that involve conflicts of interest in order to maintain the principles of good corporate governance.
