  This study aims to determine the implementation of SISKEUDES in improving the quality of village financial accountability in Karangrejo Village, Selomerto District. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative analysis using the implementation model. Data collection was carried out by library research, observation, and in-depth interviews. The research location is in Karangrejo Village, Selomerto District, Wonosobo Regency. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or conclusions. The results showed that the management of the SISKEUDES application in Karangrejo Village, Selomerto District, Wonosobo Regency had been carried out in an accountable manner. performance indicators. With the SISKEUDES application, the village government is greatly assisted in managing village finances and budgets and also provides accuracy in reports that have been made and upholds reporting transparency and accountability.

This researcher aims to determine the effect of asset management on financial performance at PT. Astra International Tbk. The variables of this study are total asset turnover (X1), fixed asset turnover (X2), working capital turnover (X3), and operating profit (Y). This study uses a quantitative method in the form of financial reports from 2012 to 2021, the sample used is 40 and the source of data from this research is the quarterly financial reports of PT. Astra International Tbk. The data collection technique in this research is to use a documentation study. Data analysis techniques in this study used the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination test. Data processing in this study used the software program SPSS (Statistics Package for the Social Sciences) 25.0 for windows. By using a level of 5% or 0.05 with the results (1) partially the total activation turnover has a significant effect on operational profit with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) partial activation turnover still has a significant effect on operating profit with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. (3) partially working capital turnover affects operational profit with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. (4) simultaneously total asset turnover, fixed asset turnover, and working capital turnover have a significant effect on operating profit with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

People with disabilities often get low social stigma in the social environment. Persons with disabilities are often marginalized from the general public, this is because persons with disabilities are considered to lack abilities that are equal to non-disabled people. As people with disabilities, they also have the same rights as society in general, namely the right to get access to education, access to infrastructure and access to other public services that can be accessed easily. but on the other hand until now there are still many persons with disabilities who still do not get their rights. one of them is the right to get access to infrastructure such as road access, easy access to open facilities, this is caused by several factors, one of which is the design made on infrastructure that is less accessible for persons with disabilities. in this study aims to see how accessibility is fulfilled, especially in public facilities provided to persons with disabilities in the city of Jember. This research method uses descriptive qualitative using social construction theory. As for data collection in research through field observations and also interviews besides that it is also supported by literature studies. The results obtained in this study show that public facilities for blind persons with disabilities in the city of Jember are still not friendly for blind persons with disabilities to access.

Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District is one of the areas that has started to apply the farmer card policy, the problem that occurs is that there are still farmers who do not have farmer cards in Bulo Village, then there are still people who have farmer cards but are not yet active, so it needs to be activated independently. by farmers, the aim is to find out how the effectiveness of the farmer card program is in Bulo Village. The location of this research will be carried out in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This study has two variables, the X variable, namely the Effectiveness of the Farmer's Card Program, and the Y variable, namely Community Welfare. Population and sample data analysis techniques that will be carried out using the SPSS program assistance. There are 86 respondents, 7 people who answer very well with a total percentage of 8.13%, respondents who answer well there are 17 people with a total percentage of 19.76%, respondents who answer less well there were 40 people with a total percentage of 46.51%, respondents who answered not well there were 10 people with a total percentage of 11.62%, and respondents who answered very badly there were 12 people with a total percentage of 13.95%. The average percentage obtained based on the table above is 58% in the "Not Good" category. The percentage value of the program effectiveness indicator in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 58% in the unfavorable category. The percentage value of the community welfare indicator in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, 64% were in the good category. The influence between program effectiveness and community welfare in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency was 45.2%, categorized as "Influential/Significant".

Public services related to Population Administration are something that the Government must pay attention to its development considering that effective and efficient public services are one of the driving factors for governance, so that innovation is needed in improving the quality of public services. Gayungan Village is one of the Village Offices in Surabaya City that implements innovative electronic-based administrative services as a means of managing population administration. Klampid New Generation, which is an online-based application page that can be a solution to problems related to the complicated and lengthy process of managing population documents as a result of the poor performance of public services. In this study, an analysis of the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the use of KNG as a form of improving public services, especially in the Gayungan Village, Surabaya City, was carried out from the many requests submitted and an analysis of the performance of public services was also carried out based on the use of e-government. Using qualitative methods and direct observation based on existing services in the Gayungan Village within a period of four months. The results of this study are that Klampid New Generation as a population administration management service can be said to be successful in its implementation including effectiveness and efficiency in Gayungan Village.

In this study, we analyze and determine the effect of green product, green place, green price, green promotion on purchasing decisions for tupperware products. This type of research is quantitative with the consumer population in the Solo city area. There are 100 respondents, taken by accidental sampling techniquw, and analyzed with the help of the Smart Pls 3.0 application. The result show that the green price and green promotion variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the green product and green place variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The implication is that the creative industry must continue to improve the quality of environmentally friendly product and knowledge from consumers, so that competitive advantage will be achieved.

Lack of student learning motivation makes sociology teachers take motivational actions that must be adapted to their students. This study aims to look at the sociology efforts of teachers in motivating students' learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The background for writing this is that based on the results of observations in class IV SDN Jatisari found problems including low reading interest due to the lack of availability of varied teaching resources for students. Then the learning model is still conventional. To overcome these problems, teachers can use the Flashcard-assisted Problem Based Learning model which can attract and facilitate student understanding both visually and in writing. The purpose of writing this is to describe the design of learning literacy, test the improvement of processes and results and find out the impact of implementing Problem Based Learning assisted by Flashcard media for fourth grade students at SDN Jatisari. Data collection techniques using tests, observation and documentation. The results of the percentage of students' independent literacy abilities show an average score of 85.25% (good) and critical reasoning abilities show a score of 86% (very good). For Pretest and Posttest learning outcomes there is an average increase of 19. The conclusion of this best practice is the design of learning literacy using Problem Based Learning assisted by Flashcards. The application of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Flashcards is effective for the literacy skills of fourth grade students at SDN Jatisari Semarang. besides that this has an impact on writers, students, teachers and schools.

The background of writing this research is the result of observations during PPL 1 PPG pre-service that students' literacy skills are still low, especially in students' critical reasoning skills and literacy independence. Alternative learning as a solution is the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Energy Cards. The purpose of this study is to describe learning literacy design, analyze process and result improvements, and determine the impact of implementing the Energy Card-assisted Problem Based Learning model. Data collection is carried out by test, observation, and documentation techniques. This research is a qualitative approach by looking for various theoretical descriptions, findings and other research materials obtained from reference materials to be used as a basis for activities. This study resulted in the percentage of students' critical reasoning ability and literacy independence with an average score of 85.8% (very good). The average student learning outcomes on the posttest were higher than the pretest with an increase of 20. The conclusion of this study is the design of learning literacy using the Energy Card-assisted Problem Based Learning model, the application of the Energy Card-assisted Problem Based Learning model is effective in improving student learning literacy skills, this study has an impact on students, teachers and schools.

The study is a library study using qualitative descriptive methods. The data-gathering technique in this study is text-reading with the data-analysis techniques using the elective analysis techniques, that is, analyzing, connecting and summarizing the study of philosophy and extrapolic values contained in the short story. The data analysis techniques in this study are based on data selectively, that is, data reduction, data presentation, and deduction drawing. The urgency of research is for readers to understand, possess and implement the values contained in the short story book Filosofi Teras and extrinsic values.

The purpose of this research is to describe the forms and functions of directive speech acts contained in the film "Nanti Kita Cerita tentang Hari Ini" directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko, and to utilize the results of the research as teaching materials for persuasion texts for grade VIII junior high school (SMP). This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data in this study are sentences containing elements of directive speech acts in the film "Later We Tell About Today". The data collection technique was carried out by reading, observing, and note-taking techniques. The instrument used is documentation. The results of the study found several types of directive speech acts divided into the function of commanding 1 utterance, the function of ordering 1 utterance, the function of requiring 1 utterance, the function of crossing 1 utterance. the function of requesting 1 utterance, the function of offering 1 utterance. The third is the form of a directive speech act of invitation which is divided into the function of inviting 1 speech, the function of urging 1 utterance. The fourth is the form of directive speech act of advice which is divided into the function of advising 1 utterance, the function of suggesting 1 utterance, the function appeals to 1 speech, the function calls for 1 utterance, the function remembers 1 utterance. The fifth is the form of directive criticism which is divided into 1 speech reprimanding function, 1 utterance satirical function, 1 utterance scolding function. The sixth form of directive prohibition which is divided into prohibiting functions 1 speech, function prevents 1 speech. The findings of this study were then incorporated into a lesson plan for teaching persuasive writing to eighth graders in junior high school, this was done because the aim of persuasive writing or dialogue is to get the audience to act in the way the writer or speaker wants them to. The linguistic characteristics of persuasive texts are related to the form and function of directive speech acts, which aim to convince the speech partner or listener to act according to the intent intended by the speaker. The purpose of preparing teaching materials in the form of handouts is to simplify subjects to make them easier during the learning process, and to arrange materials in a practical and interesting way for students. Data from the analysis of the form and function of directive speech acts in the film "Next We Tell About Today" informs the preparation of persuasive text teaching materials, which also take Basic Competence (KD) of the applicable Indonesian language curriculum and Competency Achievement Indicators (GPA).

The method used in this design is the 4D method through 5W+1H data analysis. The results of this design will produce a new typeface which includes uppercase, lowercase, numerals, and punctuation characters which are presented in visual form through media, posters, stickers, X-banners, keychains and tote bags.

Permintaan suatu negara akan bahan mentah dan barang-barang manufaktur untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rakyatnya menjadi dasar bagi kegiatan impor dan ekspornya. Pemerintah Indonesia baru-baru ini memutuskan untuk mengenakan tindakan pengamanan yang dikenal sebagai bea masuk (BMTP) pada produk karpet yang diimpor. Penerapan BMTP sebagai hasil pemeriksaan Dewan Keamanan Perdagangan Indonesia (KPPI) menunjukkan industri dalam negeri terancam kerugian serius akibat meningkatnya jumlah impor barang sejenis. Hal ini dilakukan Kementerian Keuangan untuk membuat industri dalam negeri terlindungi dari pengaruh barang impor. Produk ini memanfaatkan BMTP. Antara tahun 2017 hingga 2019, impor karpet, menurut Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), akan terus terjadi peningkatan. Sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari bagaimana ketentuan BMTP dapat membantu meningkatkan penjualan karpet dari Indonesia ke pasar internasional. Metode yang dipakai yaitu penelitian kepustakaan atau library research, dimana data penelitian diperoleh dari berbagai literatur. Penelitian yang berfokus pada kepustakaan atau literature dikenal dengan istilah penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Penelitian dalam penelitian ini mirip atau berkaitan dengan penelitian lain. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa BPS mencatat peningkatan pada  impor karpet dan penutup lantai tekstil lainnya di antara  tahun 2017 dan 2019. Barang-barang tersebut diimpor sebesar 21.907 ton pada tahun 2017, naik 31,0 persen menjadi 28.706 ton pada tahun 2018, dan 34.357 ton. ton pada tahun 2019 (meningkat 19,7 persen). Cina, Turki, Korea Selatan, dan Jepang adalah beberapa tujuan teratas untuk pengguna karpet. Di antara keduanya, China mengimpor barang terbanyak, mewakili 50,2 % dari total impor pada 2017, 56,1 % pada 2018, dan 63,4 %pada 2019.

Kereta api Penataran merupakan salah satu moda transportasi ekonomi yang disediakan oleh PT. Kereta Api Indonesia untuk melayani penumpang dari Kota Surabaya hingga Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kepuasan pelanggan kereta api Penataran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei pengisian kuesioner kepada 342 responden dan dilakukan pada hari kerja dan hari libur. Responden terbagi atas 49% Pria dan 51% Wanita. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan lima variabel yang digunakan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 70.8% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
