This study aims to analyze the corn agribusiness supply chain in Sigi Regency, precisely in Sidondo Village. The paradigm in this study is the constructivism paradigm. A qualitative descriptive approach is used in this study. This research requires 15 informants consisting of Farmers, Fertilizer Providers, Seed Providers, Collectors, Wholesalers, Small Traders, Consumers. The data collection process was carried out by direct field interviews with informants. The data analysis method used is the Nvivo 12 Plus software. The results of this study indicate that the sweet corn agribusiness supply chain in Sidondo Village is included in the Upstream Supply Chain, Internal Supply Chain, and Downstream Supply Chain routes. The results of this study indicate that the upstream supply chain is related to the activity of providing corn seeds and the provision of corn fertilizer to corn farmers, the internal supply chain is related to the corn production process from planting to post-harvest, and the downstream supply chain is related to the distribution of crops up to the end consumers. The effectiveness and efficiency of the sweet corn agribusiness supply chain in Sidondo Village has been running well and smoothly. There is already coordination, information sharing, communication, and flexibility in corn agribusiness in Sigi District, Sidondo Village.

The background of this research is that the performance of field technical officers at the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Service is still not optimal. The contributing factors are office facilities, work motivation and work discipline of Animal Health Technical Officers which also do not support performance implementation. Thus, the purpose of this study was to find out and describe office facilities, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of Animal Health Technical Officers. The method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of the study showing that office facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This means that if the office facilities increase, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This means that if work motivation increases, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of Health Technical officers. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This means that if work discipline increases, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. Human resources play an important role in helping an organization or company achieve its goals, and as a result, business growth is highly dependent on employee performance. Each employee receives a salary directly from the company, which is distributed at a time determined by the company, in accordance with the terms of the employee agreement with the company. UD Wahyu Printing is still doing it. At the UD Wahyu printing press, payroll calculation activities are still carried out manually using a calculator and manual recording which causes errors in calculating an employee's salary, so an electronic system must be created to overcome this problem. As for a goal to be achieved in this research is to perform a salary calculation of employees by implementing an automatic payroll system to make it more effective and efficient. This study uses a type of qualitative research with interviews and direct observation methods. The results of this study through the stages of implementation and trials carried out that the employee payroll information system at the UD Wahyu printing press can link payroll information with employee attendance procedures, and the data is stored in a database so that reports can be printed. And the system can provide facilities to employees regarding payroll calculations.

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on the work discipline of UPTD employees in brackish water and marine fisheries in the northern region of West Java province. The method used in this research is descriptive design analysis using survey techniques. The results showed that work motivation in the UPTD of brackish water and sea fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province was in the very high category, so that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Job satisfaction in the UPTD of brackish water and sea fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province is in the very high category, so that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Work discipline in the UPTD of brackish water and marine fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province is in the very high category, so that motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline.

The background of this research is the work productivity of CV Hurip employees, which fluctuates, where there is an increase and there is also a decrease. Employees lack the ability to complete the job. Employees lack the ability to improve work results achieved. Employees do not prioritize quality. The leadership of CV Hurip is responsible, wise, able to manage, direct, influence and understand the wishes of employees. Leaders are able to overcome the problems currently faced by employees. Leaders provide compensation for each employee is still lacking. Thus, the purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of leadership patterns on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. Knowing and analyzing the influence of corporate culture on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. This type of research is an explanatory survey while the data analysis technique is descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the pattern of leadership tends to be high, as well as high employee work productivity. This indicates a strong influence of leadership patterns on employee work productivity. This means that if the pattern of leadership increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee work productivity. Company culture tends to be high, as well as high employee work productivity. This indicates a strong influence of corporate culture on employee productivity . This means that if the company's culture increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee work productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial as well as the dominant variable of the marketing mix consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place variable (X4) on purchasing decisions (Y) in Deta Stores in the Village Senaken District of Tanah Grogot. The sample for this study were consumers or people who made purchases at Deta Stores from May 2022 to June 2022. Using an incidental sampling technique, the number of samples obtained was 50 people. Consumers who were the sample in this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 31 statements. Responses to the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability prior to multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of testing the research instrument, namely the questionnaire, showed that 31 statement items were declared valid because r count > r table. In addition, all statements are reliable because the cronbach`s alpha value is 0.940 > 060. The regression equation obtained Y = -0.045+0.582X1+0.023X-0.167X3+0.562X4. The correlation coefficient value of 0.896 shows a very strong relationship between the marketing mix which consists of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place (X4) and purchasing decisions (Y) at Deta Shop in Senaken Village, Tanah District Grogot. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.785, which means that the marketing mix which consists of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place variable (X4) can explain the purchase decision at Shop Deta in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District of 78 .5%, while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Simultaneous testing shows that the value of F count > F table or 45.828 > 2.5787 so that it can be concluded that there is at least one of the sub-variables of the marketing mix (X) consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place (X4) has an effect on purchasing decisions (Y) at Store Deta in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District. Furthermore, testing was carried out with the calculated t value of each marketing mix sub-variable consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place (X4) each of 3.157; 0.237; 1.531 and 3.844 which when compared with the t table is 2.0141, the product (X1) and place (X4) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) in Deta Shop in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District because the value of t count > t table. Meanwhile, price (X2) and promotion (X3) have no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) in Deta Stores in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District, because t count < t table. The dominant variable that influences purchasing decisions (Y) in Shop Deta in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District is place (X4) because the t value is the highest.  

This research is aimed to identify, describe, and develop strategies to enhance group members' commitment in the development of a health honey business using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The study was conducted at KTH Bina Lestari in Ciamis Regency, post the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was used to assess internal and external factors to determine the highest priority for development and improvement. The research findings indicate that the selected priority strategies for honey business development in Kampung Madu are: 1) training and human resource development, 2) product quality improvement, and 3) product marketing optimization.

Giving gifts is a natural thing in deposits in Islamic financial institutions that use the wadi>`ah yad d}ama>nah contract. Therefore, this study analyzes the giving of prizes to Simjakasya products with prizes at the beginning based on the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 86/DSN-MUI/XII/2012 concerning Prizes in Fundraising for Islamic Financial Institutions at BMT NU Ngasem, East Java. This research is a type of field research using qualitative methods. The data sources used are ptimer data sources and secondary data sources. Methods of data collection by way of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research location is at BMT NU Ngasem, East Java. The results of this study indicate that the concept of giving gifts in Simjakasya products with early prizes at BMT NU Ngasem, East Java, there are several things that conflict with the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 86/DSN-MUI/XII/2012 concerning Prizes in Fundraising for Islamic Financial Institutions. These things are the types of gifts that have been determined and promised beforehand, as well as the custom of BMT to use this concept in every transaction which is a form of custom.

 Older adults are someone who is over 60 years old, which is the final stage of the development of human life, or someone who is starting to enter the stage of the aging process. This study aimed to determine the difference in effectiveness of giving bay leaf decoction with hypertension exercise to older adults with hypertension to reduce blood pressure in Karangayu, Semarang Barat, before and after the intervention. This research method used quasi-experimental pre-and post-tests for two intervention groups, 1 and 2. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling on 74 respondents, using pre-test and post-test observation sheets with SOP for boiled bay leaves and SOP for hypertension exercises. This study showed that the average blood pressure before being given the bay leaf decoction intervention in group 1 was 89.2% with severe pain. In contrast, the average blood pressure after being given bay leaf decoction intervention was 86.5%, with mild blood pressure. For group 2, the average blood pressure before being given the hypertension exercise intervention was 94.6% with severe pain. Meanwhile, the average blood pressure after the hypertension exercise intervention was 75.7% with mild blood pressure. The results of the marginal homogeneity test obtained a P value of 0.001 (<0.05), meaning that there was a significant difference in mean between the pre-test and post-test, which affected the effect of giving bay leaf decoction with hypertension exercise on blood pressure in the older adults. Advice to health services, such as Posbindu (Pos Pembinaan Terpadu), on how to provide non-drug treatment with bay leaf decoction and hypertension gymnastics, which means physical exercise and traditional medicine, as part of training for Posbindu officers in secondary prevention services for high blood pressure in older adults.

Menopause causes significant psychological symptoms in women due to the occurrence of physical and physiological changes as a result of decreased and ceased estrogen hormone production. The preliminary study results in the Sonder Primary Health Care Center area show that a significant portion of premenopausal mothers aged 45-50 years do not comprehend and lack understanding on how to cope with menopause. Additionally, there are concerns among these mothers regarding sexual issues after entering menopause.To determine the effectiveness of health education in preparing premenopausal mothers to face menopause in the working area of Puskesmas Sonder.This study employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population consisted of 15 premenopausal women in the working area of Puskesmas Sonder, selected using simple random sampling. Data analysis involved univariate and bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon.Before health education, the majority of premenopausal mothers were categorized as unprepared to face menopause (53.3%). After receiving health education, a significant number of respondents were categorized as prepared to face menopause (80.0%). The effectiveness of health education in preparing premenopausal mothers to face menopause in the working area of Puskesmas Sonder was statistically significant (0.025 < 0.05).

Parenting in the family is an action taken by parents in the family, so that children who get positive parenting can avoid growth and development disorders. This study aims to determine the relationship of parenting patterns to the growth and development of children aged 12-36 months. This research was conducted at Batua Raya Health Center and Tamalanrea Jaya Health Center. The total sample was 172 people with purposive sampling technique. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach method. The results of this study showed that parents who had positive parenting patterns had good nutrition 71 people, positive parenting patterns had poor nutrition 24 people, negative parenting patterns had good nutrition 40 people, negative parenting patterns had poor nutrition 37 people, positive parenting patterns had appropriate child development 71 people, positive parenting patterns had poor child development 24 people, negative parenting patterns had appropriate child development 41 people and negative parenting patterns had poor child development 36 people. The data analysis used is chi square and the p value for growth is 0.002 and the p value for development is 0.003. This shows that there is a relationship between parenting patterns and the growth of children aged 12-36 months.

Insomnia is one of the most common diseases in modern society, with its characteristics being difficulty sleeping at night or failure to maintain effective sleep after sleep. Conventional treatments for existing insomnia have undesirable effects when used for a long time. Treatment with acupuncture and herbs can be used as an alternative and complementary therapy in the treatment of insomnia. Research purposes to determine the effect of a combination of acupuncture and herbal therapy Bai Zi Yang Xin Tang  on client insomnia with heart and kidney disharmony syndrome at Yayasan Dharma Warga Surabaya. Research methods is one group pre-test and post-test design. Respondents in the study amounted to 14 people received acupuncture therapy at point (Feng Chi, An Mian, Bai Hui, Si Shen Cong, Shen Men, Nei Guan, Zu San Li, San Yin Jiao, Tai Xi, Tai Chong) and consumed Bai Zi Yang Xin Tang. The average length of sleep for respondents before therapy was 3.75 ± 0.47 hours and after therapy 6.0 ± 0.65 hours (p < 0.05). The combination of acupuncture and  Bai Zi Yang Xin Tang for insomnia with heart and kidney disharmony syndrome can increase the patient's sleep duration after therapy.

Background: Meditation practice has been widely known in Indonesia and abroad. Initially it was practised by adults. Later on, meditation is also practised by children as it brings significant benefit for their growth and development of mind and personality. Methods: This study is a systematic review of published articles on data base of PubMed, Researchgate, CNKI, about effects of meditation for children, within the last 10 years. Results: From dozens of clinical studies reported in scientific journals, it is apparent that meditation can be practised by healthy children, children with ADHD and diseases. In general, meditation practice brings positive effects for children and their parents.. Conclusion: Meditation practice is safe and effective for children to bring benefit for their growth and development of mind and personality.

Integrating religious knowledge with general knowledge is a longstanding problem, but along with the development of scientific skills in all fields, the integration of science is the key to success in the world of Islamic education and makes Islam the mecca of science, this opens up a wide range of opportunities to integrate science. Universally, science can be classified into three: natural sciences, social sciences, and humanities. the three sciences are actually rooted in an integrated foundation of science, namely the Qur'an and hadist, showing, communicating the existence and attributes of god and everything that happens in the universe through its verses. Science is a collection of knowledge that will be gained through human efforts to understand the world and its surroundings. The dichotomization of science in the western concept did not last long because it was increasingly clear that the progress of science led to one source, namely Allah SWT. So we can conclude that although religion and science are different, however, it does not mean that these two things cannot be integrated, because both religious knowledge and science all come from Allah SWT.

This study aims to describe the impact of utilizing the internet as a learning resource for Islamic Religious Education at SMK PGRI Sooko Mojokerto. The negative impact encountered in the use of the internet as a learning resource is that students become lazy to read books, more lazy to look in books because there is easy access on the internet, students can later misuse the internet outside the context of learning such as playing games to open other applications that have nothing to do with learning Islamic religious education. The positive impact is for teachers to be more practical to find teaching materials, provide material via the internet web and for students the positive impact makes it easier for them to find material and search for answers on the internet to add new insights and knowledge, because internet access and facilities in the form of wifi are adequate, it is hoped that this internet utilization can be used optimally and in these users the teacher must pay attention or accompany so that there will be no abuse of excessive internet use..

Legality has an important role for the progress of the business owned by all business actors, because legality is basically a form of granting permits granted by the authorities to every business actor in running their business. Legality itself is said to be important because it is used as evidence that the business being run or established is feasible and ongoing. People who do not understand the importance of business legality are a problem that causes many business actors who do not have business legality to support their business. The community service carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java aims to sensitize the community, especially business actors, especially in Ngrimbi Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency regarding the importance of business legality and provide assistance in making a business legality. The method of implementing community service carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java is divided into 3 (three) stages, the first step begins with providing understanding to business people about the importance of business legality through socialization that we held in the first week. Second, data collection of all Ngrimbi village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and registering NIB (Business Identification Number) which has been scheduled by the village. The third is business mentoring with the aim of improving and marketing the products they want to sell. The implementation of this activity was carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java consisting of 10 people. The result of this activity is the awareness of business actors in Ngrimbi Village about the importance of business legality for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and as many as 20 MSMEs that have been surveyed by group 10 in Ngrimbi Village, 19 MSMEs have carried out business legality in the form of NIB (Business Identification Number).

The aim of this counseling is to help MSMEs reach a wider market and increase their sales. In its implementation, this activity uses two methods, namely socialization regarding digital marketing and assistance in upgrading the packaging of MSME players. In socialization activities include product introduction, marketing strategy, and packaging design. The approach used involves training in the form of socialization and tutorials on creating accounts on digital platforms and managing digital media. The results of this activity suggest the need to provide regular guidance in order to optimize digital marketing strategies and increase MSME business sales. With ongoing assistance, it is hoped that MSMEs can continue to take advantage of the potential of digital marketing in an effective and sustainable manner to achieve success in marketing their products  

Aviation safety, especially on the air side, is very important, so there is a need for supervision so that it can be maximized in maintaining the smooth running of activities on the apron, this has been regulated in Circular Letter Number 23 of 2011 concerning Improving Operational Safety at the Apron. One of the activities at Apron is the activity carried out by the Apron Movement Control Unit, namely determining the stand packing for the aircraft parking lot. Management Parking Stand which greatly determines safety in flight operations. Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport has 3 parking stands that are used for non-commercial planes such as private planes, private jets, however, all of these three parking stands cannot be used. from the parking stand because the wings between the two aircraft were too close or the sizes of the parking stands between A1, A2, and A3 were different sizes and the three parking stands are still actively used today. This study aims to determine parking stand management applied at Labuan Bajo Airport and parking stand management for the safety of aircraft movements at Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport.This study used a qualitative method with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted from May to June 2023 at Labuan Bajo Airport.The results of this study Labuan Bajo Airport have 7 parking stands, of which 2 parking stands are used for garbarata, and 5 parking stands are used for remote and parking stands for charters where not many charter planes enter Labuan Bajo Airport and to maintain flight safety in determine the parking stand The AMC Unit is working according to the SOP that has been set. When there are planes that will be landing at the same time, the AMC Unit will ask the ATC for an estimate of the aircraft, then the AMC Unit will determine the parking stand based on the type of aircraft that will be landing, for parking stands 5 and 6 can be used for Boeing and Airbus aircraft, parking stand 3 is used for ATR type aircraft, and parking stands 6 and 7 can be used for Boeing or Airbus type aircraft.

This study seeks to ascertain how Shopee's online purchase choice is influenced by trust, convenience, brand image, and quality of information. The research results were evaluated using a quantitative research methodology based on respondents' responses on a Likert scale. The population of this study is every resident of Sukoharjo City, the number of samples is 100 respondents, and the Cochran formula and purposeful sampling are used to select the sample. Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Regression Test are used as data analysis techniques in this study. Secondary data is collected from online sources, old research publications, and books that show consumer choices. The findings show that Trust, Convenience, Brand Image and Information Quality all have a large impact on purchasing decisions together (F test). Trust, Convenience, Brand Image, and Information Quality all have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, at least partially (t test). Trust, convenience, brand image, and information quality influence purchasing decisions by 64.3% and 35.7%, respectively, according to the results of data processing showing that the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.643. This means that other variables not seen in this study determine 35.7% of the variance of the results
