The purpose of this study was to find out the learning outcomes of students at the elementary level through the Role Playing method. The learning outcomes of each student are different so there is a need for this research to examine this. Based on the results of student evaluations in learning material for fiction stories, fifth grade students at SDN Pandan showed very low learning evaluation results. This can be seen from several students, who obtained a 60% level of learning outcomes. This happens because of the lack of students in understanding the Role Playing material. This study uses a type of classroom action research using data collection techniques in the form of observation and tests. The research instrument used observation sheets in the form of teacher activity observation sheets and student observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative.  

This research was conducted to overcome the problem of low numeracy skills in grade 2 students of SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Therefore the researchers made efforts to improve students' reading skills through the Jaritmatika method. This research involved 40 grade 2 students of SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. The design of this study was classroom action research. From the results of the research, the average score in cycle I was 62.41% of 40 grade 1 students at SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Whereas in cycle II the learning completeness that has been achieved classically is 74.88%.    

Student discipline has a very important role in the learning process at school. Students who are not accustomed to discipline and are not handled by the school immediately, will develop habits in themselves so that they always commit violations of every existing rule. Efforts made by schools to discipline students are the existence of rules that are made so that these regulations can be obeyed. However, the existing rules at school are only used as a display without wanting to apply them concretely. So from this it is necessary to instill the value of discipline in schools, namely by giving light punishments so that students will not repeat the violation a second time. This research is a literature review research with a descriptive approach. The literature reviewed in this study comes from research journals. The conclusion in this study shows that the inculcation of discipline at SD Pertiwi Makassar has gone quite well, but still needs to be improved

Leadership is an ability that every person needs to have to be able to influence others in helping the path of goals so that they can be achieved and can run according to plan and the goals are right on what is intended. The notion of leadership is someone who wants to be recognized as a leader by having advantages in several functions including the advantages of being able to influence, guide, manage other people, and evaluate all activities up to human resources, besides the advantages of a leader must have a ready mentality, one of which is a leader in the world of education which can be interpreted as the principal has the task of being able to be a driver, guide, direct, and move other people who have a relationship with the implementation and development of education and teaching, so that activities can run effectively and efficiently in achieving the vision and mission of an education. the principal as a superior needs to pay attention to subordinates to be able to support a series of educational activities, the achievement of quality education as a point of understanding that needs to be considered as a school principal in driving the course of education is an organic system where schools are one of them, smoothness and prosperity built by the principal later it will provide high quality value for an educational institution he leads where all the goals that are expected together can be achieved and all human resource needs in carrying out their duties are properly fulfilled.

Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Bank Credit Agreement is the most important guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement which is the main discussion in this Legal Writing. The method that the author uses in this legal research is normative juridical, where the documents used as guidelines in the preparation are primary legal documents and secondary legal documents. The Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement that I will use is a credit guarantee with concession rights which includes toll road concession revenues, escrow accounts, and insurance claims. The Credit Guarantee is important to cover or guarantee the Creditors in the Syndicated Bank in the event of a default or bad credit or default from the Debtor. Collateral as regulated in Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, guarantee is defined as "faith in faith and ability and ability of the customer or debtor to pay off the debt or return the financing as agreed. Credit guarantees (debts) as regulated in article 1131 of the Civil Code are "all objects of the debtor, both movable and immovable, both existing and those that will exist in the future, become dependents for all individual engagements". The credit guarantee that will be discussed in this legal writing is the credit guarantee in the Syndicate Credit Agreement or syndicate loan in the form of concessions. Concession is the granting of rights, permits, or land by the Government, companies, individuals, or other legal entities. The granting of concession rights is generally applied to the development of partnerships between the government and the private sector. Syndicated credit is one of the types of credit, but the difference in Syndicated Loans is related to the number of creditors. In the Syndicated Credit Agreement, the creditor is more than one creditor. The position of the Committee for State Receivables (PUPN), from a constitutional point of view, should be able to become a strong and professional representative interdepartmental institution in line with the goals and expectations of its establishment in accordance with laws and regulations to support the wheels of the economy and benefit the country's finances at a macro level. The problem in this study is regarding how PUPN's authority is viewed from the point of view of the legal system theory. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a normative juridical approach. Law Number 49 Prp of 1960 concerning the Committee for State Receivable Affairs, is the forerunner of the paradigm for settlement of State Receivables by incorporating elements of managing and collecting state debts with very effective and strong authority from a legal standpoint. In addition, the institutional form that is interdepartmental gives a special image and the presence of law enforcement officials in it can have a significant psychological effect on the debt guarantor. Not to mention that the PUPN itself is equipped with parate execution powers which are the same as the court's execution powers.

The settlement of state administrative disputes as a result of the issuance of a state administrative decision letter is the authority of the State Administrative Court as a judicial body appointed by the Law governing the State Administrative Court. Administrative efforts are a non-litigation settlement that must be taken before state administrative disputes are submitted to the State Administrative Court. Administrative efforts are expected to be the best solution before citizens submit their problems to the Court, so as to remove the paradigm that the actions of state administrative bodies or officials are always right and cannot be corrected.

Ice cubes are a food product that is often consumed by the community. Ice cubes are usually mixed in drinks to add freshness. Ice cubes are made from drinking water frozen at 0°C, although low temperatures can inhibit the growth of microorganism cells, ice cubes still have the possibility of containing contaminant microorganisms. Ice cubes that can cause diarrhea are ice cubes that contain pathogenic bacteria, one of which is Escherichia coli. Therefore it is necessary to check the quality of ice cubes microbiologically. This study aims to detect the presence of Escherichia coli in ice cubes sold by food stalls in the Liliba Village, Kupang. This type of research uses a descriptive method, where the population in this study is ice cubes which are sold in 10 different stalls in Liliba Kupang Village. The method used is Most Probable Number (MPN) with a variance of 5-1-1 followed by Gram staining and IMVIC test. From the results of the study, it can be found that ice cubes are sold in food stalls in Liliba Kupang Village, from 10 samples of ice cubes there is 1 sample that contains 10% Escherichia coli bacteria.

The purpose of the study is to find out and redesign a good production facility layout so that it can minimize the distance and cost of material handling at CV. ESA Banyuwangi. The results of the redesign of the production facility layout concluded that the effective and efficient arrangement of the department layout is in the sequence B C I J K M N O. Building as an educational service requires maintenance so that the condition of the building remains fit for function. In this study, researchers focused on research on the Main Building of the Indragiri High School of Technology which was more than 10 years old to analyze the level of damage to the building and estimate the cost of maintaining the building. In the calculation that the level of damage is calculated based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number 24/PRT/M/2008 concerning Guidelines for the Maintenance and Care of Buildings, from the sum of all the components, 89.0% is categorized as Severely Damaged with the greatest damage in structural damage. The estimated maintenance cost for the main building of the Indragiri High School of Technology is Rp. 467,929,000.00 including Four Hundred Sixty Seven Nine Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Rupiah    

The quality of health services is a level that shows the perfection of health services that can create a sense of satisfaction in each patient. So if there is dissatisfaction with the patient, it is something that needs to be considered. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of hospital administration services on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of lasinrang Hospital, pinrang Province. This study uses an analytical observational design based on cross-sectional, quantitative analysis. The population in this study was 10444 patients. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, with a sample of 100 samples. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire, and the data analysis used is simple linear regression.In this study, all indicators of service quality (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy) together have a positive influence on the service quality of hospital administration staff on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province. There are two service quality indicator variables that have the most dominant influence on the quality of hospital administration staff service on patient satisfaction in the outpatientinstallation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province, which include the Assurance indicator 48.6% and Tangible 24.3% and (R2) of (0.636) shows that 63.6% of patient satisfaction variables can be explained by the quality of service of hospital administrative staff, while the remaining 36.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model. So it can be concluded that the better the quality of service, the more satisfied patients will be and will continue to return to get service from time to time because good service can provide satisfaction to patients according to their needs and desires.  

This study aims to determine the feasibility of LKPD through validity activities. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The data was collected by providing an instrument in the form of LKPD, where the data in this study was in the form of data from the validation results of LKPD. The results of research on the validity of LKPD are based Problem Based Learning it can be seen that the average value of the total validation is 84.38% with a very good category. LKPD Physics based Problem Based Learning in class X Newton's Law material can be said to be valid and can be used as one of the teaching materials to support the physics learning process in accordance with the Independent Curriculum.

This research discusses marketing that occurs in the existing Shopee Marketplace in connection with the current implementation of Islamic business ethics, Shopee sellers must maintain integrity and honesty. The phenomenon that occurs is honesty, where the seller displays an accurate and honest product description. using primary and secondary data methods. Informants in this research include sellers at the Shopee Marketplace in the city of Sampang and outside the city of Sampang. Using an approach with qualitative research methods. To check and test data validity techniques, use the Triangulation method. Data analysis in this research was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions as the final goal. The research results show that in Islamic Business Ethics in marketing on the Shopee Marketplace it is important to prevent practices of manipulation, intimidation or immoral behavior towards buyers which include: Unity, Balance, Free Will, Responsibility Responsibility), and Truth. The conclusion in this research is that the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics in marketing activities at the Shopee Marketplace has not been fully implemented in its entirety.
