This study aims to examine the effect of customer engagement, customer equity, purchase intention on Cellular Applications. Those used in this study were women and men who had made transactions/purchases of mobile applications. The number of samples in this study were 250 respondents, with the provisions of 205 men and 45 women. The data for this study were collected by distributing questionnaires through an online survey system using the Google form. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the PLS-SEM analysis technique with the SmartPLS program to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that customer involvement has no significant effect on repurchase. That is, enthusiasm in visiting the mobile application may not necessarily attract the attention of customers to decide on a purchase because there are customers who are usually just for fun to see and compare prices and calculate the total price with postage and other additional costs. Besides that, this study also shows that the quality of information has a positive and significant influence on repurchase. Therefore, it can be concluded that the more complete and accurate the availability of this information, if it is appropriate and can solve problems for its customers, the higher the opportunity for customers to make repeat purchases from the same product and service providers.

Tujuan dari artikel pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mempromosikan pemahaman multikultural, menghormati perbedaan, dan kesiapan untuk berinteraksi dengan orang lain, terutama di kalangan umat, guna meningkatkan kualitas iman Katolik dalam masyarakat multikultural. Untuk mencapai hal ini, mengadopsi pendekatan moderasi menjadi sangat penting. Konsep moderasi dapat bervariasi di berbagai konteks, tetapi melibatkan pengakuan akan keberadaan sudut pandang yang beragam, toleransi, penghormatan terhadap perbedaan pendapat, serta penolakan terhadap kekerasan sebagai sarana untuk memaksakan kehendak. Pendidik agama Katolik memainkan peran penting dalam menyebarkan dan membina budaya moderat dalam masyarakat, dengan tujuan akhir mencapai harmoni dan perdamaian. Hal ini dapat dicapai dengan memperkuat nilai-nilai universal seperti kasih sayang, saling menghormati, dan saling memahami antar komunitas agama. Selain itu, penyuluh agama Katolik bertujuan untuk memperluas pengetahuan dan pengalaman umat tentang agama-agama lain, sambil mendorong kolaborasi dan kerjasama antara komunitas agama demi kemajuan masyarakat. Dengan memeluk prinsip-prinsip moderasi, para pembimbing agama Katolik berkontribusi pada perkembangan moral dan etika individu dalam komunitas iman Katolik.

Di era persaingan global yang semakin maju dan kompleks, organisasi perlu memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kegiatan produksi pada kinerja karyawan mereka. Salah satu faktor penting yang dapat berdampak pada kegiatan produksi ialah  kombinasi antara skill (keterampilan), motivasi dan kompensasi. Metode penulisan yang digunakan pada artikel Literature Review dalam bidang Ilmu Manajemen SDM adalah metode Kualitatif Deskriptif dan kepustakaan yang berasal dari Google Cendikia dan jurnal ilmiah maupun non ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan apa yang dimaksud. Hasil artikel ini bahwa pengaruh Skill Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja merupakan kaitan antara keterampilan pada produktivitas dapat dijamin. Karyawan yang terdidik dan terlatih dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Motivasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dapat mempengaruhi seseorang yang berarti memberi mereka energi yang memicu minat mereka pada tugas mereka, membuat mereka ingin menggunakan semua sumber daya mereka untuk bekerja secara efisien dan untuk kesenangan mereka. Dampak imbalan Terhadap kegiatan produksi , jika pegawai dapat menerima kompensasi baik itu adil dan memadai, merasa aman di tempat kerja, akan memiliki dampak baik untuk kemajuan kinerja karyawan.Ketiganya merupakan elemen utama yang saling terkait dalam konteks produktivitas kerja.

Artikel ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk membangun hipotesis penelitian tentang pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada penelitian lebih lanjut dalam bidang ilmu manajemen pemasaran. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi literatur tentang pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelusuran lembaga pustaka, seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan media online akademik lainnya, digunakan dalam proses penulisan artikel Literature Review ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, pelayanan, dan citra merek. Selain itu, kualitas produk, pelayanan, dan citra merek juga dapat mempengaruhi kesetiaan atau loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk atau jasa tersebut.

The purpose of this writing is to increase the spirituality of Sunday School Children (ASM) by applying the Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning (PAIKEM) method in attending Sunday school services. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive library approach. By collecting data through books, nationally indexed articles, even interviews, which are then analyzed so that results are found and conclusions are drawn. Sunday school is a very important part of church life which is devoted to children. Sunday school children are the future generation of Christian congregations who must be taught the Word of God. The parties involved in teaching the Word of God to Sunday school children are the church board and especially the Sunday school teachers.

This study aims to identify and describe the children's cartoon show "Rabbids Invasion" on GTV through the point of view of the 2012 KPI Broadcasting Behavior Guidelines and Broadcasting Program Standards (P3SPS). The theories used in this research are broadcasting theory, program theory, child theory. -children, and the theory of P3SPS.This study uses a qualitative method by collecting information about the status of a symptom, namely the state of the symptoms according to what they were at the time the research was conducted. Data collection is done by observing and documenting. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that there was an alleged violation of the children's cartoon program "Rabbids Invasion" on GTV on August 6 2019 when reviewed through P3SPS. The alleged offenses included assaulting a rabbit, dropping a bowling ball from top to bottom and hitting it on the head, throwing a cactus pot in the face with a racket and throwing a tart.The broadcast will have an impact on changing the attitudes and behavior of children who watch it, especially in terms of imitation and encourage youth to learn about inappropriate behavior and/or justify such inappropriate behavior as commonplace in everyday life. So Siarab programs in Indonesia must comply with the broadcasting law and P3SPS must be a guideline for/in making television program production so as to produce shows that are appropriate according to the existing classification, and are beneficial to the people of Indonesia.

One of the automatic sink products was made by Yogyakarta Technology University students. It is felt that this automatic sink product needs to be tested for its usability or ease of use. The USE questionnaire was used to carry out this test, and five test parameters were used. specifically, learning ability, efficiency, memory, error avoidance, and satisfaction. Based on its use, the purpose of this paper is to find out the user's opinion about the automatic sink product. The distribution of the USE questionnaire consisting of ten questions and five rating points on a Likert Scale was used to conduct this kind of quantitative descriptive research on consumers of automatic sink products. This study obtained usability measurement results for automatic sink products with a value of 84.67% on learnability, 96.22% on efficiency, 82.44% on memoriability, 88% on errors and 76.88% on satisfaction.

Deafness is a condition in which someone experiences hearing disorders, which usually causes the individual to have special needs. Deafness is one form of diversity owned by our community, and it is not uncommon that the differences in diversity become something not acceptable so easily. This research was initiated to dive deeper into the proof that even with special needs, a deaf person could also grow to their potential, and one of the ways is through art, especially the art of dance. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research methods through observation and interview. Other than pursuing artwork, dancing also becomes a medium for deaf students to develop personality and motor skills. The teacher’s role is crucial, and it is well regarded that further there will be more creative ways to enrich arts pursued by people, and especially children or students with special needs.

Taxes are an important source of state revenue, but there is a gap between the significant tax gap and the low tax ratio, indicating that tax effort in Indonesia is still low. Various breakthroughs made by the tax service office related to taxpayer compliance, such as conducting socialization, imposing sanctions and making information technology applications in tax administration activities continue to be carried out in order to improve and optimize services to taxpayers. The goal of this study was to find out how individual tax payer compliance is affected by the role that the Tax Service Office plays in the form of tax socialization and tax sanctions. Quantitative research is the method used. This research was carried out at KPP Pratama Surakarta. This study's primary data comes from questionnaires that were given to respondents who are registered as individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Surakarta. The Likert scale is the one used to measure variables. The hypothesis is tested using multiple linear regression analysis in this study. The consequences of the review show that somewhat socialization of duties, execution of e-documenting, and burden sanctions significantly affect citizen consistence. Taxpayer compliance is positively and significantly impacted by the F test results of tax socialization, e-filing implementation, and tax sanctions simultaneously. The determination test (R2) yielded a result of 45.2%, and the remaining 54.8% was influenced by other variable factors that this study did not examine.

And also The source of legal material in this study consists of primary legal material and secondary legal material. While the method of analysis of legal materials in this study is descriptive analytical which aims to describe precisely a problem.    

Company takeover is a legal act carried out by a legal entity or individual organ to take over company shares. Provisions related to Acquisition are regulated in Law Number 40 of 2007 Concerning Limited Liability Companies, then related to procedures are regulated in Article 29 of Law Number 5 of 1999 in conjunction with Article 5 PP No. 57 of 2010 which requires business actors to notify the KPPU of acquisitions within 30 days after the effective date. This research aims to find out the procedure for acquiring shares of PT Karya Prima Agro Sejahtera by PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk, followed by the obligation to notify the KPPU as well as an analysis of the imposition of sanctions on PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk in Decision 34/KPPU-M/2020. The data in this study were obtained based on primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method in this study was carried out through library research. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the procedure for the acquisition of shares carried out by PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk has not been fully carried out in accordance with the law due to delays in notification of post-acquisition to KPPU for 1,889 (one thousand eight hundred and eighty nine) day. In Decision No 34/KPPU-M/2020 PT PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk was subject to sanctions in the form of fines. The sanctions given are in accordance with the law and the objectives of enforcing business competition law.  

Pelaksanaan Program Literasi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 74 Pekanbaru. Maraknya Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) yang digalakkan pemerintah saat ini bisa diperuntukan dapat menarik minat untuk melakukan penelitian tentang pelaksanaan program literasi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 74 Pekanbaru pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan program literasi yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 74 Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program literasi yang diterapkan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 74 Pekanbaru berdasarkan waktu pelaksanaannya yaitu dilakukan hari senin sampai dengan hari kamis yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik dan kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan membaca senyap selama 15 menit sebelum melakukan pembelajaran. This research aims to know the "influence of the Liveliness of the students Organize Against the achievements of the Islamic guidance counseling Student Learning Force 2014". The approach used is a quantitative approach with insrumen data collection in the form of the now closed terdidri of 15 items, tested the validity of the statement and realibilitasnya. Data that has been collected and then analyzed using analytical statistics using statistical analysis with data processing statistical instruments product and service solution (SPSS). The location of the research conducted on campus one IAIN Mataram total population of 479. The large amount of samples taken from the population is 60 Students 10% calculated using the formula sample Probability Sampling. The result of the processing of research data shows that the student has freedom of activity variables influence the learning achievements of students Islamic Forces 2014 guidance counseling. To answer the problem formulation and hypothesis testing studies have been done of t and F test results obtained by using the SPSS program was Active Student Association Student Learning Achievements to guidance counseling. Where the value of the t-female 6.1782 > t-2.048. This shows (Ha) in the receive and (Ho) in decline. keduan variable to see whether it has the influence of learning achievements against simultaneously Students Islamic guidance counseling, then do the test F. The implementation of a realistic mathematical approach to learning the material of Pythagoras's theorem is carried out to encourage students to understand the material through everyday life so that the problems in the classroom gradually end in the secondary school. A realistic mathematical approach is an approach to learning mathematics that involves students to be more active by discussing in solving a problem or issue by connecting to daily life. The subjects in this study were 32 students of class VIII-3 SMP Negeri 2 Medan. This research is a Class Action Research (PTK) consisting of 2 cycles, with each cycle consisting from 2 meetings. after learning on cycle II by performing improvements from cycle I. Improvement is the planning of the student activity sheet that emphasizes the solution of issues with steps or indicators of problem-solving ability, because there are still many students who are not accustomed to the steps to solve problems. As for other improvements, namely planning activities in real life, in the 2nd cycle students solve the real problems of everyday life that students do. The researchers also provide motivation and reinforcement in learning to students to be active in group discussions and presentation of group work results to other groups, so that the interest of students in learning mathematics increases.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deksriptif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran apresiasi puisi di sekolah. Selain itu juga dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan karakter toleransi peserta didik, seperti menghormati dan menghargai keberagaman, memberi pesan kebijaksanaan dan kasih sayang, membuka pandangan baru terhadap keberagaman, menginspirasi dalam berdialog dan berinterkasi dengan sesama, dan membangun kepedulian. Nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalam antologi puisi “Kusebut Nama-Mu dalam Seribu Warna” karya Achmad Subchan Darussalam bin ‘Umar, dkk. juga sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional.

Phonetic symbols serve as a visual representation of speech sounds, aiding learners in accurately producing and distinguishing sounds that may be unfamiliar or challenging. The article explores the benefits of incorporating phonetic symbols in English language instruction, such as improving pronunciation accuracy, enhancing listening skills, and promoting effective communication. Additionally, it highlights the role of phonetic symbols in developing learners' phonological awareness and their ability to decode and comprehend spoken English. By understanding the importance of phonetic symbols, educators can employ effective strategies to support learners in acquiring accurate pronunciation and fluency in English.

The teacher has a strategic position at the forefront of efforts to build the nation, in this case the field of education, as their performance in all educational activities is determined by how well they perform at the institutional, instructional, and experimental levels. This study aims to investigate the extent to which the personality competence of PAI teachers at Karang Arum Middle School in Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency, play a role in the development of the religious character of their students' profiles. The results of this research show a substantial positive association between the dependent variable in this study, the formation of the students' religious character, and the teacher's personality competence as an independent variable. With it, Personality Competence significantly aids in the development of its students' religious character. In conclusion, for those in charge of making decisions, it is unquestionably necessary to develop the personality skills of the teachers if you want to raise the caliber of students' religious character.

Street lighting is a safety infrastructure on the highway. However, currently most of the public street lighting lamps do not comply with the provisions of the Indonesian National Standards Agency (BSNI). It is necessary to plan for lamp replacement by using lamps that are appropriate to field conditions, so that the light intensity produced is in accordance with established standards. Jalan Jenggolo Asri - Randu Asri in Sidoarjo is an example of a road that requires planning for lighting changes. This road is a type of secondary collector road with a length of 2500 meters and a road width of 6 meters. The lighting on this road does not meet the standards set by BSNI 7391: 2008 caused by several lights that go out and the power of the lights used is not optimal. Planning for replacing public street lighting is needed on this road by recalculating the maximum light intensity requirements. The method that can be done is to replace the lamp used with an LED lamp. In the current initial conditions, street lighting on this road uses 250W SON and 150W LED lamps. After planning, the lights will be replaced with 100W LED lights. The planning results show that by using a 100W LED lamp, a handlebar ornament angle of 14.06° will be produced, the light intensity is Candela, the lighting intensity is 6.77 Lux, and the power required per day is 26.4 kWh. Comparison with the use of 250 Watt SON lamps shows that the use of 100W LED lamps is more efficient in energy consumption by 51.76%. The results of this planning have met the standard requirements for secondary collector roads. Thus, by replacing the lights according to the plan, it is hoped that street lighting on Jalan Jenggolo Asri - Randu Asri Sidoarjo can meet the standards set by BSNI 7391:2008 and provide optimal light intensity with more efficient energy use.

This research is intended to examine and analyze the implementation of the fulfillment of children's rights in dealing with the law in the assimilation process. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative type with a normative method approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using review literature originating from statutory regulations, official records or treatises related to the discussion of a law. In addition, data collection was also carried out from several previous studies. The results of the study show that the current implementation is already under way but not yet fully in accordance with the principles of child protection. In addition, the fulfillment of the assimilation right given to correctional students should prioritize the provision of assimilation in the form of educational activities outside the fostering institution. This is so that children can adapt to the school environment when they finish serving their sentence.
