This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value at banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection using secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the financial statements of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period of 41 banks, while the sample taken is the number of observations for 3 years (2017-2019). The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and the Coefficient of Determination (R²) test whose processing was carried out with the SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that the first, second and third hypotheses proposed were accepted because they showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive and significant effect on firm value and financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on firm value

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy. The method of this research was a quantitative survey method. We collected the data from a sample of the college of economic lecturers numbered 34 people using the research instrument of questionnaires. Analysis of the questionnaire used a 5-points Likert scale and a multiple linear regressions test. Research findings reported a significant influence on the leadership perception, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy of the lecturers' performing partially and simultaneously. This study contributed to head building participatory and communicative leadership in improving the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning to get the expected teaching competence. We suggest that higher education leaders always pay attention to the needs of their subordinates. Create a pleasant work atmosphere that can improve positive self-efficacy and job satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data for 40 respondents was collected through a questionnaire. This research implements multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software program version 23.00. The results of the investigation show that partially motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman employees with a t count > t table or (3.372 > 2.028). or (0.806 < 2.028). However, simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the value of F arithmetic > F table or (11.371> 3.25). This fact is useful for KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman to improve employee performance, so the company must consider motivation and work discipline factors together.

Aspek terpenting dalam menciptakan suatu keunggulan bersaing adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM adalah dengan memperbaiki kualitas kehidupan kerja dan menciptakan perilaku inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara second order (2nd order) person environment fit, kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap perilaku Inovatif dan kinerja. Penelitian dilakukan pada pegawai PDAM Tirto Panguripan Kabupaten Kendal dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 180 responden. Given the number of   supermarkets (supermarket) which is located in the same area, then by itself would give birth to the fierce competition to seize visitors and buyers. Additionally the competition also came from some retailers in traditional markets and shops are scattered in the same area. Sinar Bone Supermarkets is one of the famous retail among some retail in the city of wiwirano Konawe utara. In the motion of daily operations, Sinar Bone Supermarkets as shopping centers provide a variety of different goods with different types, brands and sizes at varying price levels. Problem formulation, Based on the background outlined above, then the problem is: What is the quality of services that includes Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy effect on customer satisfaction in the Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara .Objective, while the objectives of this research is to determine how much the quality of the services provided by Sinar Bone Supermarket. "Quality of service refers to judgments of customers about the core of this service and the service provider itself or the entire service organization, most people are now beginning to show demand towards service excellence, they are no longer just need a quality product, but they prefer to enjoy the convenience of service " The method used in  this  research is  descriptive quantitative method in  accordance with  the  purpose of  the  research presented in advance outlining the nature of the nature and looking for a systematic description of the facts under investigation From the discussion above results show that the performance of the services provided by the service provider is very influential on consumer satisfaction, the strategy adopted by a Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara , especially in the service sector should be implemented properly.

Measurement of customer satisfaction is something that should be done by a public service organization periodically, improving performance on the right attributes will have a positive impact, namely increasing satisfaction of public service users. This study aims to measure customer satisfaction of public service users by integrating the servqual model and the cartesian diagram model. The analysis tool uses SPSS, with a sample of 121 respondents. The results showed that the quality of public services at the Shipping Polytechnic of North Sulawesi was good, at an average performance score of 8.79 from the rating scale range, and was able to satisfy the expectations of service users. The main dimensions that must be improved immediately are reliability, assurance and tangible. At the attribute of service requirements information, service completion time period information and service supporting infrastructure facilities. With the findings of this study, it is hoped that public services can be improved and the attributes of services that are already good can be maintained.

The implementation of democracy in the management of public services is an important part that must be carried out by the bureaucracy. In its implementation, it must uphold democratic principles that are in line with the state constitution, namely freedom/equality, people's sovereignty, and open and responsible government. Better and more satisfying services for the community must be carried out by public service providers. The government's attitude is still inclined to only provide good services to certain people, who have the same political views and thoughts as the government. The paradigm of the management of the administration of the public service bureaucracy must be changed, which initially "regulates" the community to "serve" the community. because the public service bureaucracy is the main benchmark in assessing the performance of the central government and local governments in serving the community. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh learning organisasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Selain itu penelitian ini  menguji pengaruh variabel intervening kepuasan kerja pada hubungan pengaruh learning organisasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk menguji variabel tersebut, obyek yang digunakan adalah pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Batang sejumlah 135 orang pegawai.  Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa learning organisasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Demikian juga pengujian hubungan tidak langsung learning organisasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening terhadap kinerja pegawai yang menunjukkan hasil pengaruh positif dan signifikan.

  Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (studi pada kantor Kecamatan Mijen). Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Budaya kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Mijen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  semua pegawai kantor Kecamatan Mijen yang berjumlah 90 orang.  Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) artinya teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel serta menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dengan mediasi komitmen organisasi. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 150 guru SMK Kecamatan Gayamsari Semarang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dari software AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru.

Aset sangat penting bagi suatu organisasi karena dapat menunjang kegiatan yang dilakukan seperti pada Yayasan Assanusiyah. Banyaknya lembaga pendidikan dan perusahaan yang dikelola, aset yang dimiliki Yayasan pun cukup banyak. Supaya aset dapat bernilai tinggi, perlu adanya pengelolaan aset. Kegiatan inventarisasi merupakan salah satu pengelolaan aset yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Yayasan Assanusiyah. Namun kegiatan inventarisasi masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terintegrasi. Sehingga data aset Yayasan tidak realtime dan sering terjadi kehilangan maupun penumpukan aset pada satu lokasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem informasi yang tepat untuk membantu kegiatan inventarisasi aset Yayasan dengan menggunakan teori The Unified of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) yang terdiri dari empat dimensi, diantaranya performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan data mengenai kebutuhan sistem informasi yang sesuai untuk digunakan dalam pelaksanaan inventarisasi aset di Yayasan Assanusiyah.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja; menganalisis pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap kinerja; menganalisis pengaruh kelengkapan sarana prasarana  terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 72 responden, yang merupakan bagian dari dari total populasi yang berjumlah 88 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan kemudian diolah secara parsial menggunakan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan terdapat pengaruh antara variabel antara karakteristik individu, motivasi, dan kelengkapan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai KUA se Kota Semarang. Secara parsial, karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif signifinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh signifinan terhadap kinerja pegawai kelengkapan sarana prasarana berpengaruh signifinan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to determine the effect of transactional leadership and employee career development at the Ditreskrimsus Polda Central Java. The population used in this study were all employees who worked as many as 70 respondents, with proportional stratified random sampling. The source of the data used is primary data, with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of linear analysis state that transactional leadership and career development have a positive effect on employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determination and career development can explain the variation in employee performance variables of 58.3%. The results of the hypothesis using statistical tests are obtained that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and career development which is positive and significant on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the financial performance of telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method in this research uses descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of financial reports for the first quarter - fourth quarter of the Telecommunication Sector Company for the period 2018 and 2020. The research variables used are Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio. The results of this study indicate a significant difference in the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio While the Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets and Debt to Equity Ratio there are no significant differences

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between increasing skills, self-motivation and workforce supply strategies that directly and indirectly affect HR career development through work productivity as an intervening variable. This study only describes the effect of career advancement through skill improvement, HR self-motivation and labor supply strategies by the government that affect HR work productivity, where skill improvement, self-motivation and workforce provision are government programs to help improve career advancement through work productivity. . The novelty of this research is improving skills, self-motivation and strategies for providing manpower to increase HR careers and work productivity. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method using path analysis. Partially, only the skill improvement and self-motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable and the HR career improvement variable. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of increasing skill and self-motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable through the HR career improvement variable as an intervening variable. With the increase in the skills possessed by HR, they will always motivate themselves to be better and can increase their competence, so that it will affect their ability to be productive, so as to be able to create work productivity of each individual which leads to increased employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the learning orientation on the performance of salespeople through smart work, and hard work owned by salespeople. High sales force performance is needed by the company so that sales success can be achieved. Learning orientation is one of the factors that have an influence on increasing salesperson performance, because with a learning orientation it can make a salesperson able to work smartly, have the ability to sell, so that the salesperson's performance will increase. The research method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the AMOS program. The results of the study prove that learning orientation, smart work and hard work have a positive influence on the performance of salespeople.

This study aims to find empirical evidence about the effect of accounting knowledge, owner's perception, entrepreneurship orientation, market orientation, performance of micro, small and medium enterprises. This research is a quantitative research using primary data obtained from questionnaires that have been distributed and measured using a likert scale. The population in this study were all owners of micro, small and medium enterprises in North Semarang sub-district with a total of 1683 businesses. The sampling method used in this research is probability sampling. Based on probability sampling method, obtained 95 respondents. Test results from the instrument in this study is valid and reliable. Data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results in this study indicate that accounting knowledge and owner's perception affect the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises, while entrepreneurship orientation and market orientation have no effect on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises.

This study aims to determine how much influence training and work motivation partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. The method that will be used is explanatory research and hypothesis testing. With the survey technique, the questionnaire was distributed with a Likert scale. The determination technique uses saturated sampling with 100 respondents mainly employees who work in the operational division. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis, namely: 1. Validity and Reliability Test, 2. Multiple Regression Analysis, 3. Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R2), 4. Hypothesis Testing with Partial Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test ( F test) The results of the test and analysis are as follows:1.  There is a positive and significant effect between training on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.489 or 48.9%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05,2. There is a positive and significant effect between motivation on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.470 or 47.0%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.and 3. There is a positive and significant effect between training and motivation simultaneously on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.591 or 59,1%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.
