Rumput laut atau alga (euceuma cottanii) telah dimanfaatkan penduduk pantai di Indonesia untuk bahan pangan dan obat-obatan. Negara kepulauan, Indonesia dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya perairan dengan maksimal untuk di jadi suatu produk farmasi. ,mengandung senyawa biokimia sebagai metabolik sekunder salah satunya sebagai aktivitas antibakti, Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak etanol pada Eucheuma Cottonii dapat menghambat bakteri Staphylococcus Aureus. Metode yang di gunakan yaitu difusi sumuran dan metode in nova. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan uji skrining fitokimia dan uji aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak rumput laut hijau (euceuma cottanii) dengan menggunakan pelarut etanol 70%. Ekstraksi rumput laut hijau (euceuma cottanii) dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode maserasi untuk mendapatkan ekstrak. Hasil uji skrining fitokimia ekstrak etanol 70% rumput laut hijau (euceuma cottanii) memiliki kandungan metabolit sekunder seperti : flavonoid dan steroid. Ekstrak rumput laut hijau (euceuma cottanii) mempunyai kemampuan menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri staphylococus aureus dengan diameter zona hambat terbesar yaitu pada kosentrasi 30% sebesar 19 mm, dan diameter yang terkecil pada kosentrasi 10% sebesar 15 mm. Maka dapat di Simpulkan bahwa Hasil uji skrining fitokimia ekstrak etanol 70% rumput laut hijau (euceuma cottanii) memiliki kandungan metabolit sekunder seperti : flavonoid dan steroid. Ekstrak rumput laut hijau (euceuma cottanii) mempunyai kemampuan menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri staphylococus aureus dengan diameter zona hambat terbesar yaitu pada kosentrasi 30% sebesar 19 mm, dan diameter yang terkecil pada kosentrasi 10% sebesar 15 mm.

Daun pala (Myristica fragrans) gunakan masyarakat untuk mengobati bebrapa penyakit seperti nyeri. Bahan kimia yang terkandung dalam daun pala seperti saponin, polifenol, flavanoid, dan minyak atsiri. Untuk membuktikan aktivitas ekstrak etanol daun pala (myristica fragrans) terhadap aorta tikus (rattus norvegicus) diabetes. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian yang bersifat eksperimen laboratorium (laboratory experimen) secara in vivo menggunakan hewan coba tikus putih (rattus norvegicus) jantan galur wistar. Daun pala menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Diperoleh hasil maserasi sebanyak 300 g, dipekatkan dengan alat rotary evaporator diperoleh ekstrak kental sebanyak 42,673 g dengan %rendamen sebesar 14,23%. Didapatkan gambaran histologi terdapat lumen diameter yang lebih tipis dan lebih lebar dan sel busa pada bagian tunika intima dan media aorta tikus.

Tahu adalah makanan yang dibuat dari kacang kedelai yang difermentasikan dan diambil sarinya. Penggunaan Bahan Tambahan Pangan (BTP) dalam proses produksi pangan perlu diwaspadai. Boraks dilarang digunakan dalam BTP karena dapat menyebabkan gangguan otak, hati dan ginjal, penggunaan boraks dalam jangka panjang dapat menyebabkan kematian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya kadar boraks dalam tahu yang diproduksi diberbagai tempat dikota Ambon. Sampel tahu yang diteliti adalah sampel A (Pabrik tahu sumber rezeki) dan Sampel B (Pabrik tahu A sukarti), kemudian kadar boraks diamati menggunakan metode uji nyala, metode uji kertas tumerik dan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Pada uji nyala, sampel di katakan  mengandung boraks jika memberi nyala api berwarna hijau. Untuk uji warna kertas tumerik, sampel di katakan mengandung boraks jika kertas tumerik berubah warna menjadi merah kecoklatan. Metode spektrofotometri di lakukan dengan penentuan panjang gelombang, pembuatan kurva standar boraks dan penetapan kadar boraks dalam sampel. Hasil penelitian percobaan identifikasi boraks dalam sampel tahu dengan uji nyala dan uji warna kertas tumerik diketahui bahwa kedua sampel yang diuji tidak mengandung bahan pengawet berbahaya yaitu boraks. Hasil analisis boraks menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis menunjukkan bahwa kadar boraks pada sampel A (Pabrik tahu sumber rezeki) adalah 0,07% dan sampel B (Pabrik tahu A sukarti) adalah 0,09 %

Hasil uji regresi linier sederhana menyatakan bahwa semakin banyak penyedia layanan, yaitu Go-Food, yang memberikan kualitas layanan yang diharapkan, maka akan meningkatkan penjualan produk karena terdapat pengaruh yang cukup positif dan signifikan antara variabel  kualitas pelayanan Go-Food terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian.

Research has been carried out on the load imbalance analysis on the transformer with the aim of knowing the percentage of load imbalance on the transformer. In the process of distributing electricity from the generator to the consumer, it goes through many processes and passes through several parts. Starting from the electric power distribution system, one of which is the distribution system. Considering that the scope of this distribution network is directly related and is located in an inhabited area, in addition to meeting technical quality requirements, it must also meet the requirements for being safe for users and familiar with the environment. In this distribution system there is a very important equipment in distributing electric power, namely the distribution substation. Because of the important role of the distribution substation, it must be protected from disturbances that may occur. One of them is the load imbalance between phases. In practice and in reality, in various locations of electric power distribution, a completely balanced load condition is obtained, mainly because of the large number of single-phase load groups that are serviced by a low-voltage three-phase distribution system. This is because the characteristics and types of electrical power user equipment vary with different consumer conditions and activities. To obtain load balance, load balancing is carried out between phases for load distribution so that load adjustments occur at distribution substations.

The use of sea sand in construction work from an economic point of view does have advantages. One of them is increasing the income of the sea sand collectors who are spread throughout the area in Fakfak Regency. In addition, the potential availability of sea sand is quite large and is able to accommodate all types of concrete construction work in this area. This study aims to determine and analyze the use of sea sand in the AC-WC mixture of course by doing the Marshall test. This study uses variations in asphalt content of 5.0%, 5.5%, 6.0%, 6.5% and 7.0%, this study was carried out using Marshall testing in accordance with the general specifications of Bina Marga 2018. The results of the research conducted showed a relationship asphalt content and Marshall parameters such as stability value, VMA, density, MQ at an asphalt content of 5.0%-7.0%, meet the specifications of 1932 kg, 19.84%, 2.26 gr/cm3 and 1031 kg/mm. Values of VIM, VFWA and flow at 5.5% asphalt content are known to not meet the mix spasticity, namely 8.07%, 59.71% and 1.67 mm. Based on the Marshall parameter data, the Optimum Asphalt Content value is 6.5%.

Breastfeeding is one of the best for babies because by breastfeeding the baby's nutritional needs will be met, at the age of more than 25 years, a third of women in the world (38%) agree not to breastfeed their babies (IDHS, 2012). Breastfeeding is an unrivaled way of providing ideal food for the healthy growth and development of babies. In addition, it has a unique biological and psychological effect on the health of mothers and babies. Anti-infective substances contained in breast milk help protect the baby against disease. However, breastfeeding is not always able to run normally, not a few mothers complain such as breast swelling due to the accumulation of breast milk, because the milk is not expelled or sucked by the baby (Heryani, 2012). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship. To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of breastfeeding mothers about ASI dams at PBM Hj. Mariani Makassar City. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional study approach. population and sample were all postpartum mothers from December 2021 to February 2022 (13 people) with accidental sampling technique which was then analyzed using chi-square. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between mother's knowledge and attitudes towards breastfeeding dams. It is hoped that breastfeeding mothers and families will be active in finding out about ways to prevent breast milk dams

The purpose of study to determine how the implementation of character education through the tahfidz in SD IT Ar-Rahman Purwakarta. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research in through data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The result of the study illustrates that: 1) The implementation of character education through the tahfidz program is carried out through exemplary principles through the drill method (repetition of readings), through habituation, through motivation, and good communication. 2) The forms of character developed tn the tahfidz program through the materials and methods of the tahfidz program in growing students awareness of the umportance of reading, memorizing, and practicing the Al-Qur'an in life. The obstacles faced by teachers in implementing character education include the lack of parental roles in monitoring the development of students and the lack of effectivenes in learning the tahfidz program. While the effort to overcome the obstacles and by teachers in implementing education is to provide motivation. Application of various methods and make student “Linking Book” effective.

Social media is an online medium, with its users being able to easily participate, share, and create content including blogs, social networks, wikis, forums and virtual worlds. Blogs, social networks and wikis are the most common forms of social media used by people around the world. The positive impact of social media is that it makes it easier for us to interact with many people, expand relationships, distance and time are no longer a problem, easier to express ourselves, information dissemination can take place quickly, costs are cheaper. While the negative impact of social media is to keep people who are close and vice versa, face-to-face interactions tend to decrease, making people addicted to the internet, causing conflicts, privacy problems, vulnerable to bad influences from others. The existence of social media has influenced social life in society. Changes in social relationships or as changes to the balance (equilibrium) of social relations and all forms of changes in social institutions in a society, which affect the social system, including values, attitudes and behavior patterns among groups in society. Positive social changes such as the ease of obtaining and conveying information, obtaining social and economic benefits. Meanwhile, social changes tend to be negative, such as the emergence of social groups in the name of religion, ethnicity and certain behavioral patterns that sometimes deviate from existing norms.

Penggunaan media pembelajaran matematika tidak optimal serta siswa yang aktif pada saat pembelajaran matematika hanya didominasi oleh sedikit siswa menjadi latar belakang dari peneltian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, menjelaskan keaktifan belajar matematika siswa pada materi teorema Pythagoras ketika menggunakan media audio visual youtube. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa SMP Negeri 8 Mimika dan sampelnya siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 20 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Angket atau kuesioner merupakan teknik untuk mengumpulkan data. 5 tahapan dalam teknik analisis data yaitu merencanakan tahapan sebelum meneliti, membuat instrumen penelitian, melakukan uji coba instrumen dengan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas, serta melakukan uji prasarat analisis dan terakhir melakukan uji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keaktifan belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Mimika dipengaruhi oleh media audio visual youtube. Siswa terlihat lebih bersemangat dan lebih aktif dimana tidak lagi didominasi oleh siswa tertentu saja tetapi hampir setiap siswa ikut aktif. Terbukti dari uji hipotesis uji-t dimana thitung= 2,24 sedangkan ttabel = 1,745 pada taraf signifikasi α =0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung = 2,24 >ttabel = 1,745sehingga Ho ditolak.

Home security is made in order to create security, comfort and safety for residents of the house and can maintain the security of the environment without monitoring. Home security can be operated via a microcontroller and a mobile device. Home security in Indonesia is currently classified as very important, this is because the crime rate is increasing every year. The development of home security has been carried out using various existing technologies, such as the nodemcu microcontroller, which is a hardware platform intended to create prototypes of interactive electronic equipment based on flexible and easy-to-use hardware and software. This research was conducted to produce a simple home security system by utilizing nodemcu technology and a combination of sensors and an ESP32 cam as a medium to be able to run sensors and home security cameras. This research was conducted by conducting a literature study, exploring the technologies used, as well as the concept of mobile-based software development. The next step is to define requirements, analysis, design, and implementation (programming and testing the system that has been built).

This service aims to provide knowledge and practice of making online art appreciation learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic based on Android smartphones. The use of android smartphones as a tool for making learning media is based on the consideration that android smartphones have increasingly diverse uses because they are supported by the availability of various applications. The training was conducted for middle school art and culture teachers in Karanganyar. Implementation of the training using the lecture method to convey theoretical material about learning media, discussions to determine the concept of learning media to be made, and assistance in making learning media based on Android smartphones. The results of the training in the form of learning media are then carried out field trials to determine the success and shortcomings. People in rural areas usually have minimal knowledge or information about healthy eating patterns related to nutritionally balanced foods, due to their habits that take it for granted. The increasing number of cases of disease suffered by the community due to unhealthy and inappropriate eating patterns in the selection of food intake for families, especially to deal with this COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to provide health education to the community related to healthy eating patterns. As the target audience for the implementation of this service, the community of Triyagan Village, District, Mojolaban, Sukoharjo Regency, includes the stages of preparation, giving pre-test and post-test, presenting material and conducting evaluations. The results of the pre-test and post-test evaluations on knowledge of healthy eating patterns showed a positive direction with an increase in value/score, from an average of 61 to 79 (scale score of 100) after receiving counseling. This evaluation shows that there has been a change in mindset about a healthy lifestyle as an effort to prevent the Covid-19 virus during the pandemic.

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit all countries since the beginning of 2020 has caused all sectors of life, especially the economy, to experience a very large impact. In connection with the existence of WFH and social distancing, the movement of the community in life is slow because with WFH people cannot leave the house and with social distancing people are prohibited from carrying out activities that are gathering or grouping. Rembang city  is one of the areas in Central Java which is included in the red zone, because of the presence of several people who were positive for the Covid-19 virus. So that people also do WFH and social distancing. One of the villages that experienced the impact of WFH and social distancing is Jolotundo village. One of the community activities affected by the covid-19 virus is the activity of the Jolotundo village community “pasar krempyeng”. So that the STIE YPPI Rembang service team is motivated to solve partner problems, where the focus of our activities is so that the “pasar krempyeng” trader group has a new business, where the new business can be carried out both on the production and marketing side. Methods of implementing activities that have been carried out include: counseling, management training and practice of making herbal medicine. The results of community service activities in Jolotundo village, including; There are group participants who open a new business (herbal drink), there is an attractive packaging that supports the marketing program.

This community service aims to understand, motivate, and invite the public, especially students of the Faculty of Law, Unisri Surakarta, to use social media wisely so as not to become perpetrators of criminal acts of violation of Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions which was updated with Law No. 19 of 2016 . Legal counseling is carried out online using the method of material presentation by the lecturer as a team of extension workers, followed by discussions, giving responses, opinions, impressions, messages or criticisms from participants who are present guided by students as moderators. Knowing and understanding the existence of the ITE Law, especially regarding criminal acts using social media, it is hoped that students can participate in disseminating this information to people in their social circle as an effort to prevent the occurrence of criminal acts through the use of social media.

The Covid-19 pandemic is closely related to the healthy living culture established through the New Habit Adaptation program. This research is a type of quantitative research. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the waste care movement with economic improvement. This research is a type of quantitative research with quasi-experimental approach. The research was conducted in Blulukan Colomadu Karanganyar Village. The sample in this study numbered 50 random citizens, with the division of 25 people as a control group, and 25 people as an experimental group. The results showed that globally it can be concluded that the economic improvement of the respondents in this study was at a score of 105 with a standard deviation of 11.46, which means the level of economic improvement is in the moderate or sufficient category. 

Obesity is one of the most common nutritional problems in adolescents. The report from Basic Health Survey (Riskesdas) showed an increase the prevalence of obesity in adolescents, as 7.5% (2013) and 9.5% (2018). Obesity is also a risk factor for degenerative diseases. This activity was held to provide information on balanced nutrition guidelines and physical activity to prevent obesity during the Covid-19 pandemic. Education on balanced nutrition guidelines and physical activity was held by Zoom meeting. The targets of this activity were students in senior high school in Banten. The results showed that there was an increase of average knowledge score after nutrition education, from 7.48 to 14.09, and there was a significant difference between knowledge scores before and after the nutrition education (p value = 0.000). This results shows that the online method using zoom meeting is one of choice for the implementation of nutrition education in the community during the Covid-19 pandemic.  

Financial records are the main problem faced by business actors, especially micro, small and medium enterprises. So that the service team of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Technology, Sumbawa, provides training and financial records for micro, small and medium business actors for mothers who already have businesses who join the Patra Pertamina Fuel Terminal Badas Sumbawa Women's Union. The method applied to this service is to provide training and assistance related to financial recording and provide assistance in the use of the Si Apik application (Financial information recording application system). The result of this service is that the training participants have obtained basic knowledge of financial records in accordance with standards that have never been done so far. Mentoring is carried out to train data input to prepare financial reports. This service has achieved the expected results and this program continues to be carried out with a mentoring pattern.
