Tulisan  ini  bertujuan membahas analisis penanda pada kumpulan puisi  Karya Moon Changgil dengan menggunakan teori semiotik Charles Sanders Peirce berdasarkan objeknya berupa ikon , indeks, dan simbol. Pembahasan tulisan ini berfokus pada aspek tanda yang muncul pada keseluruhan puisi tersebut. Selain itu pembahasan puisi akan memperhatikan relasi (hubungan-hubungan) di antara tanda-tanda yang muncul sehingga dapat menunjukkan tanda (sign) yang mempresentasikan sesuatu yang tidak hadir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif . Puisi yang dikaji yaitu 3 puisi “Benteng’’, “Bayangan”, dan “Kembang Unifikasi”.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik membaca dan mencatat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang didasarkan subjek berupa ikon, indeks, dan simbol yang ditemukan dalam Kumpulan puisi Apa yang Diharapkan Rel Kereta Api ini jelas mempunyai representasi  yang memiliki relasi dengan objek baik berupa ikon, indeks, dan simbol. Dalam kajian  ini diperoleh data yaitu sebagian besar teks puisi merupakan indeks,  sebagian kecil teks puisi merupakan ikon, dan terdapat simbol. Pada hubungan judul dan isi teks: judul sebagai indeks dan sebagai ikon bagi isi teks, sedangkan simbol hanya berwujud kata/ frase metaforik. Dari relasi ini muncul interpretant yang jelas akan menghasilkan interpretasi dalam memahami makna puisi tersebut.  

Artikel ini membahas ideologi eksistensialisme pada puisi “Prologue” karya Sapardi Djoko Damono. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk menunjukkan konsep ideologi eksistensialisme yang dibangun melalui struktur puisi dan relasi makna pada puisi “Prologue”. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif analitik dengan memfokuskan pada data dan objek penelitian teks. Pembahasan ideologi eksistensialisme difokuskan pada aspek-aspek tanda yang terdapat pada puisi tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, ideologi eksistensialisme diejawantah berdasarkan relasi tanda yang muncul sebagai bagian dari representasi yang mewakili sesuatu yang lain. Tanda-tanda yang akan dianalisis mengacu penanda dan petanda. Representasi terhadap tanda ini akan merujuk pada makna eksistensialisme yang ada pada keseluruhan puisi. Selain itu, pembahasannya akan diperkuat dengan intertekstualitas, yakni keterkaitan puisi “prologue” dengan teks lain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan struktur puisi, relasi tanda, tataran tanda, dan makna menunjukkan konsep ideologi eksistensialime mengarah pada konsep kesadaran manusia akan diri, lingkungan, dan Tuhannya. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan wacana atas konsep ideologi dalam puisi.    

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya potensi pariwisata bersejarah di Indonesia. Potensi pariwisata ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan yang memilih mengunjungi tempat wisata bersejarah. Wisata bersejarah disajikan dapat berupa bentuk bangunan bersejarah dan memiliki cerita tersendiri, salah satunya adalah bangunan Candi yang merupakan peninggalan ajaran Agama Hindu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui sejarah lengkap tentang situs Candi Cangkuang, (2) menganalisis potensi pariwisata pada situs Candi Cangkuang di kota Garut dan (4) bagaimana upaya untuk melestarikan situs budaya Candi Cangkuang agar tetap lestari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah dengan pendekatan historis. Metode sejarah digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan peristiwa yang terjadi pada masa lampau. Metode pendeketan historis ini digunakan untuk mencari informasi dengan menggunakan cara sistematis mengenai situs Candi Cangkuang di Kota Garut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa situs Candi Cangkuang memiliki potensi untuk lebih dikembangkan. Rancangan upaya pelestarian dan pengembangan meliputi beberapa rancangan, salah satunya dengan melakukan pemugaran pada situs Candi Cangkuang guna bertujuan mengembalikan keaslian bentuk Candi Cangkuang.    

 Karya tulis ilmiah ini betujuan untuk menggali informasi tentang pariwisata yang terdapat di Provinsi Jawa Barat berdasarkan dengan sejarahnya atau berdasarkan dengan cerita rakyat yang ada. Dari sekian banyaknya tempat wisata yang terdapat di Provinsi Jawa Barat, beberapa dari mereka tidak banyak diketahui oleh wisatawan Indonesia maupun mancanegara. Maka dari itu pada karya tulis ilmiah ini membahas tentang salah satu tempat wisata yang terdapat di Provinsi Jawa Barat melalui sejarahnya dan cerita rakyat yang berasal dari Jawa Barat. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kaitan antara dongeng Nyai Anteh dengan Sungai Cicatih melalui sejarah dari Kerajaan Pakuan dan letak geografis ditemukannya peninggalan sejarah. Serta Sungai Cicatih yang sekaran dijadikan sebagai salah satu detinasi wisata alam di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Sungai Cicatih merupakan wisata alam yang sangat menarik dan menurut saya berpotensi menjadi tempat wisata kebanggaan Kabupaten Sukabumi.    

Pintu Geser Otomatis ditemukan hampir di tiap bangunan yang banyak dilalui oleh orang. Pintu Geser Otomatis dianggap menambah efisiensi waktu tiap orang yang melaluinya. Pintu Geser Otomatis memiliki komponen utama berupa sensor pergerakkan manusia dan motor penggerak mekanik pintu. Pintu Geser Otomatis dalam aplikasi ini menggunakan sensor pergerakkan manusia yang mendeteksi pergerakkan berdasarkan pancaran radiasi infra merah, dan motor DC sebagai penggerak mekanik pintunya. Sensor PIR (Passive Infra-Red), yaitu sensor yang dapat mendeteksi pergerakan manusia berdasarkan pantulan cahaya yang melintas di sekitarnya. Modul ini sangat baik digunakan untuk aplikasi-aplikasi yang memerlukan sensor yang dapat mendeteksi adanya gerakan manusia. Modul inilah yang menjadi sensor utama yang digunakan dalam Aplikasi ini. Untuk CPU (Central Processing Unit) –nya digunakan DI-Smart AVR System yang adalah sistem mikrokontroler yang berbasis ATmega8535(L).

Proses pemeliharaan pemutus tenaga (PMT) sangat penting dilakukan diantaranya pengukuran tahanan kontak, untuk mengetahui kondisi kontak PMT masih beroperasi dengan baik atau sudah perlu dilakukan perbaikan, serta tahanan pentanahan untuk mengetahui nilainya agar mencegah terjadinya tegangan kejut yang berbahaya bagi manusia dan peralatan. Dalam pengukuran tahanan kontak dan tahanan pentanahan pada objek PMT bay Cikarang I Gardu Induk 150 kV Jababeka telah dianalisis dan dilakukan perbandingan antara pengukuran dengan micro ohm meter dan perhitungan manual. Nilai tahanan kontak PMT pada masing-masing fasa R, S, T, sebesar 38 µΩ, 89 µΩ, 40 µΩ. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tahanan kontak pada PMT masih dibawah batas normal, menurut standar PLN sebesar R < 100 µΩ. Presentase kesalahan untuk perbandingan antara pengukuran tahanan kontak menggunakan micro ohm meter dengan perhitungan manual pada masing-masing fasa R, S, T sebesar dibawah 1%. Nilai pengukuran tahanan pentanahan PMT di setiap fasa R, S, T sebesar 0,23 Ω, 0,19 Ω, 0, 31 Ω. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pentanahan masih baik, menurut standar PUIL 2000 sebesar ≤ 1 Ω.

Antenna mikrostrip planar pita lebar dengan teknik defected ground structure (DGS) telah disajikan. Ukuran antenna yang dirancang adalah 56 mm x 47 mm x 1,6 mm. Antenna dengan teknik DGS ini memiliki parameter return loss sebesar -24,8 dB dan -19,1 dB yang beroperasi masing-masing pada frekeunsi kerja 5,57 GHz dan 3,51 GHz. Antena ini menyediakan persentase bandwidth 52%, mulai dari 3,4 GHz hingga 5,9 GHz dengan penguatan konstan. Antenna ini digunakan untuk aplikasi ultra wideband (UWB) dan komunikasi nirkabel modern seperti wifi, WLAN dan Wimax.

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan strategi kontrol daya pada sistem hibrid photovoltaic-baterai yang berdiri sendiri (standalone). Masa pakai (life-time) baterai akan semakin pendek jika baterai sering diisi dengan arus tinggi dan melebihi kapasitasnya (State-of-Charge (SoC)). Sistem yang diusulkan menggunakan dua buah konverter dc-dc untuk menghubungkan photovoltaic (PV) dan baterai lead-acid ke beban. Konverter DC-DC searah (unidirectional) digunakan sebagai antarmuka antara PV dan bus DC, sedangkan konverter DC-DC dua arah (bidirectional) digunakan sebagai antarmuka antara baterai dan bus DC. Strategi kontrol berperan mengendalikan aliran daya antara konverter dan beban untuk menjaga keseimbangan daya dalam sistem dan mengendalikan baterai untuk mendukung PV ketika daya PV yang tersedia tidak cukup untuk memenuhi beban. Strategi kontrol multi-loop digunakan pada penelitian ini, salah satu loop digunakan untuk menjaga SoC baterai dalam rangka mengendalikan daya keluaran PV untuk menghindari pengisian berlebihan (over-charging). Loop yang lain digunakan untuk memastikan keseimbangan daya sistem saat baterai sedang diisi pada batas maksimal arus pengisiannya. Sistem kontrol yang diusulkan, diimplementasikan tanpa memerlukan syarat kondisi apapun agar kontrol tersebut dapat beroperasi. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa kontrol multi-loop yang diusulkan dapat mengendalikan aliran daya pada sistem dengan tetap menjaga batas maksimal arus pengisian dan SoC baterai.

The formulation of the problem in this research is whether compensation and work environment influence employee job satisfaction. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. The research population is employees of PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa has 679 employees and the determination technique uses accidental sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 87 respondents. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Secondary data can come from data that has been documented. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the multilevel regression analysis are Y = 7.831 + 0.323X1 + 0.408X2 + e which shows that compensation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the test (t) or partial test show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 3.928 > t table 1.989 and work environment variables also have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 4.764 > t table 1,989. So 71.6% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely compensation and work environment in the model, can explain the variable job satisfaction at PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa while the remaining 28.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi fundraising pada LAZ Dompet Dhuafa yang digunakan meningkatkan dana Zakat, Infak dan Sedekah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif analitatif dengan model penelitian lapangan. Sumber data menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian daya, penyimpulan dan verifikasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa LAZ Dompet Dhuafa menggunakan 6 unsur utama yaitu, Petugas, Dana, Jasa/Pelayanan, Peralatan, Metode, Donatur. Metode fundraising menggunakan direct and indirect fundraising.

This study aims to determine the motivation variable has a significant effect on work discipline and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The sample in this study were 60 employee respondents who worked at PT. Samitex Bantul. Research analysis using multiple linear regression. The test results show that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance. It can also be said that every time there is an increase in work discipline, it will affect employee performance. Work motivation variable has an influence on employee performance. That is, every time there is an increase in work motivation will improve employee performance.

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a health problem that is quite complex and continues to increase in Indonesia. The number of HIV infections in Indonesia from 2005 to 2017 has reached 280,623. The highest percentage of AIDS cases is in the 20 – 29 year age group. Adolescents aged 15-24 years are a group that is vulnerable to HIV infection. The aim of PkM is that it is hoped that universities can participate in developing youth knowledge about HIV/AIDS at Bawakaraeng High School. Community service activities were carried out at Bawakareang High School on Thursday, April 20 2022 with 44 students participating using the counseling method. The results of the service had a positive impact on the participants in the pretest, there were 14 students (31.8%) who had good knowledge, and 26 (59.1%) who had sufficient knowledge, while 4 students (9.1%) had poor knowledge. This was followed by a 45 minute presentation of HIV/AIDS material and a 15 minute question and answer session. After that, the activity ended by working on posttest questions with the results showing that there was an increase in teenagers' knowledge, namely 36 students (82%) had good knowledge and 8 students (18%) had sufficient knowledge, while 0% had less knowledge. Further collaboration can be carried out by giving counseling to teenagers. which is on the same topic.

The number of women of childbearing age in Indonesia is the largest number of WUS in Southeast Asia. However, Indonesia is the largest user of contraception. The Covid-19 outbreak also affects the use of contraception. This outbreak was declared a global health emergency, requiring restrictions on physical and social activities and contacts, up to large-scale quarantine. This causes major changes in the social structure, which usually changes activities outside the home to activities at home. Apart from that, the pandemic has also increased sexual contact, thereby allowing an increase in the number of pregnancies. So it is necessary to strengthen knowledge on the use of contraception. The aim of this activity is to assist PUS in choosing the type of contraception during the Covid-19 pandemic in maintaining reproductive health using counseling methods on contraceptive selection. This community service activity has been successfully implemented. WUS in the Maccini Health Center area of Makassar City have also received information about contraception, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Judging from the EFA response, this activity was welcomed and considered to have provided positive benefits during the pandemic.

The elderly are an age group that is prone to falls. The purpose of this service is to detect the risk of falling in the elderly and provide assistance in balance training as an effort to prevent the risk of falling in the elderly. Falls occur due to unintentional loss of balance resulting in failure of postural stability, or unexpected and sudden changes resulting in a position landing on the floor. Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, frail or active state), diseases suffered (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, muscle strength, visual impairment, etc.). The output targets to be achieved are in the form of publications in accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using. Elderly gymnastics is a series of regular, directed, and planned movements carried out with the intention of improving the functional abilities of the body. Reporting from the Panti Rapih Hospital page, this activity is carried out regularly and with movements that are not too heavy.

One very important aspect in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the form of granting permits for carrying out business activities, which are given by the authorities to business actors. Legality in a business also has a very important role, because it is used as an indication that the business being established is feasible and running. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.  

) activities for Madrasah Aliyah Takhassus Al-Qur'an students in Wonosobo Regency. The mentoring stages go through four steps: coordination, implementation, FGD, and activity evaluation. Qualitative research setting by collecting data through observation, interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and filling out questionnaires. The results of this activity show that assistance in the Member Loyalty Period activity is very effective in strengthening awareness of good attitudes in life. The specific positive impact of this activity was an increase in understanding of the culture of healthy living and the importance of organizing. A follow-up mentoring program is needed so that activity alumni can further develop their mindset and organizational spirit.    

Appendicitis (inflammation of the appendix) is a gastrointestinal disease and surgical disease that often occurs in society, especially among teenagers such as students. Adolescents usually have poor fiber intake patterns, such as not consuming enough vegetables and fruit, which results in functional obstruction of the appendix and increases germ growth. This is what can cause appendicitis. Facing a situation like this, efforts are needed to prevent the occurrence of appendicitis among teenagers. The aim of implementing this community service is to provide education to teenagers regarding efforts to prevent appendicitis. The method used in carrying out this community service is by providing counseling through lectures and providing leaflets containing counseling material at the Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School with the address Jalan Captain Sumarsono No. 180, Helvetia Village, Medan Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The targets for implementing the activities are students at Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. The results of this community service have had a positive impact on the parties involved, especially for students at the Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. Students can increase their knowledge regarding Efforts to Prevent Appendicitis in Adolescents. Apart from that, students can also improve their skills in preventing appendicitis in teenagers by trying to consume foods that contain fiber such as vegetables and fruit to avoid appendicitis.

Anemia in pregnant women can be a cause of postpartum hemorrhage and an indirect cause of death. Community involvement as a community where anemia clients live in pregnant women is of course very much needed in an effort to provide social support for anemia clients in pregnant women. The purpose of this activity is to empower the community in an effort to prevent and treat anemia in pregnant women at the Bandar Klippa auxiliary health center. The method of implementing this Community Service Program is a form of partnership with health center cadres and officers, training health cadres and counseling about anemia in pregnant women at the Bandar Klippa Assistant Health Center, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Tengah Regency, which is one of the inspirational efforts for PPM (Community Service Program) activities. , where the number of participants who attended the first stage of the training were 36 cadres, 10 students, 1 village head and 1 health center officer and 12 pregnant women, while in stage II the number of cadres who attended was 38 people and 1 assistant head of the health center as Resource Person. Activities start from the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation to the preparation of reports.

Independent Upbringing of Family Medicinal Plants (Asmantoga) is a plant cultivated by the surrounding community and cadres of Bojonegoro sources of corn which has medicinal properties and can be used for health. Besides that, Asmantoga plants are natural medicines and do not contain chemicals. Under these circumstances, the servants made an innovation in the Asmantoga Park to turn the medicinal plant area of the Sumberagung village family from Bojonegoro into an Asmantoga Educational Park. And also conduct independent care as an effort to change the paradigm of curative medicine, to become promotive and preventive, which is beneficial for efficiency and effectiveness for the surrounding community and Sumberagung cadres.This service aims to find out the development of family medicinal plants in the village of Sumberagung, Dander Bojonegoro sub-district, to find out how to increase community knowledge about the benefits of self-care for family medicinal plants in Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The community service partners here are Village Officials, and Asmantoga Cadres of Sumberagung Village, Dander Bojonegoro District.The methodology used in community service in Sumberagung village is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method.The results of the Asmantoga land use activities have made the residents a little more concerned with the Asmantoga land use. Pengabdi also held a health seminar with the theme "keep your health with family medicinal plants" with Sumberagung village health workers in order to introduce to the community how important it is to preserve family medicinal plants.  

This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by the Sofyan-Jakarta hotel. First, the challenge of human resources, second, the challenge of literacy related to sharia hotels. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source was obtained from Mr. Riyanto Sofyan as the Owner of the Sofyan-Jakarta Hotel, and Dr. KH. Surahman Hidayat, MA as the Sharia Supervisory Board of the Sofyan Jakarta hotel. Secondary data sources were obtained from the literature. The data collection method used by the researcher was the interview, observation, and documentation methods. Based on the results of this study, first, the human resource challenges faced by the Sofyan hotel are; the lack of employees who have the ability to manage hotel operations on the one hand as well as mastery of sharia knowledge on the other hand and do not have work motivation as employees on the one hand and as preachers on the other. Then the second challenge is the lack of literacy related to sharia hotels so that the public is not yet able to recognize and distinguish between sharia and conventional hotels. Therefore, researchers recommend that routine weekly, monthly and quarterly training should be conducted for all employees. In addition, there must be cooperation with academics from various universities and Islamic mass organizations such as NU, Muhammadiyah, Persis, etc. in order to increase literacy related to sharia hotels.
