In this modern era, it is demanding that business actors continue to increase innovation. With the main focus of rebranding on MSME businesses as a means of increasing brand awareness. This journal aims to determine and analyze the Rebranding Strategy for Product Packaging Labels for Peyek Bu Sunarsih Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jatirejo Village. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation and interviews with product business owners from the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Warung Makan Mbok Sih owned by Mrs. Sunarsih in Jatirejo Village, Nganjuk. The results of the research show that MSME Peyek Bu Sunarsih implemented a packaging label rebranding strategy using stickers, banners and logos. This product rebranding activity is expected to increase sustainable brand awareness that is easily recognized and sticks in the minds of consumers so that it can influence purchasing decisions. The main obstacles faced by MSME players are limited management/business management and fear of taking risks. The results of this journal will later be useful as a reference for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors who have the same problems.

Digital banking products will be promoted and become educational material for the public through social media, especially Instagram. These digital products include BRIAPI, Ceria, and BRImo. The BRI RO Jakarta 3 social media team has not yet maximized the function of digital tools in supporting media monitoring activities on Instagram @bri_regionaljakarta3 because so far they have only relied on Instagram's analytical insight tools whose features can be said to be minimal. The aim of this research is to discuss in more depth the management of content on Instagram based on contributions made by authors and new findings in the field so that later it can be aligned with the function of publication activities via social media as a credible information medium for the public or BRI customers, especially for users who become a follower on Instagram @bri_regionaljakarta3. The method used is an exploratory study. Based on the results of observations that I found in the field, the use of Instagram is considered to be the main media that is effective in disseminating information related to BRI RO Jakarta 3 with the public.

Financial recognition is the basis that encourages companies to report losses early and delay revenue recognition. Conservatism affects the quality of the main indicators reflected in financial reporting. The method used in this research is Structured Literature Review (SLR), where the data sources are obtained from Semantic School, Sinta Journal, and Google School for the publication years 2018 to 2024. Next, filtering is carried out to match the subject matter, resulting in 50 journals that will be analyzed systematically. So the results of the research state that a level of debt has a good influence on financial recognition, even though the level of financial difficulty has a positive but negative effect on accounting conservatism. So it indicates that a manager who has a high level of debt leads to more conservatism in their financial reporting to meet the interests of creditors, while companies experiencing difficulties tend to be less conservative.

This research aims to find out what forms of child exploitation occur in the city of Gorontalo and how legal sanctions are applied to perpetrators of child exploitation from the perspective of criminal law and jinayah jurisprudence. This research is field research, namely field observations of the objects being studied in order to obtain relevant data about matters related to the problem being studied and which focuses on the results of data collection from predetermined informants. This field research is outlined in a design that provides a clear and accurate picture of the materials and phenomena being studied. The data obtained in this research is still expressed in qualitative form, which has a richer meaning than numbers and frequencies. The results of this research show that (In Human Rights instruments there are five forms of criminal acts of sexual exploitation of children, namely: child prostitution; child pornography; trafficking in children for sexual purposes; child sex tourism and child marriage. Currently there are the newest forms of crime from this act. criminal exploitation of children, namely the application of legal sanctions against perpetrators of child exploitation from the perspective of criminal law and fiqh jinayah, namely the application of legal sanctions against perpetrators of child exploitation from the perspective of criminal law and the application of legal sanctions against perpetrators of child exploitation from the perspective of fiqh Jinayah.

Pancasila and citizenship education teachers play an important role in shaping students' national defense attitudes. Through a holistic and integrated learning approach, teachers are able to introduce the values ​​of Pancasila and citizenship as a whole. By teaching concepts such as mutual cooperation, justice, and diversity, teachers help students understand the importance of serving their country and society. In addition, through discussions, simulations and collaborative projects, teachers provide opportunities for students to internalize these values ​​in everyday life. Thus, Pancasila and citizenship education teachers play a role as the main pillar in forming the young generation who have a strong and responsible attitude of defending the country. The aim of this research is to provide awareness to Pancasila and citizenship education teachers to always form the young generation or students who have a high level of state defense attitude and can make students aware of the importance of a state defense attitude towards the country which is carried out by the role of Pancasila and citizenship education teachers. This research uses the Library Research method regarding the role of Pancasila and citizenship education teachers in forming an attitude of defending the country in students.

The method used as basic research for this service activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The result of this activity is the establishment of Shopee and Tokopedia accounts that have been developed regarding business descriptions and photos of attractive products. The author emphasizes the spirit of entrepreneurship in the era of more and more competitors by utilizing social media and e-commerce.

The urgency of the current generation is that it is necessary to improve the character of children so that they are ready to become young people who are ready to build the nation. Improving character requires strong education, especially in religious education, one of which is reciting the Koran. The aim of this service research is to increase interest in reading in young children. This service is described qualitatively using observational and documented data collection along with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis is carried out by collecting, presenting, condensing and drawing conclusions from the data. The results of this service show that there is a need for strategies to increase interest in studying the Koran in young children. Children are instructed by the author to read, understand and apply the contents of the Koran in their daily lives.

Orphans often face obstacles in obtaining proper education. This program provides support through scholarships and participation in Qur'anic and Mathematics Olympiad competitions. Through this program, orphans can access quality education, increase their confidence, and develop their potential. The community service method was conducted through observation and documentation. The results show an increase in academic achievement and moral character development of the orphans. In conclusion, this program plays an important role in supporting orphans in achieving their right to education and developing their potential through educational competitions. Important conceptual activities are carried out to deal with the environmental crisis by preserving the environment through reforestation. The condition of developing areas and the changing function of space for development requires the concept of greening. Humans are one of the determining factors for efforts to preserve the environment while having the role and responsibility of empowering environmental wealth for the survival of the ecosystem. The purpose of this community service activity is to revive natural aesthetics, trees as air fresheners, and flood mitigation. Community service with greening efforts to preserve the environment uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method as a basis. The results obtained include the creation of a fresh, healthy, and cool atmosphere, nature becomes maintained and clean, and the addition of new knowledge to do reforestation through planting tree seedlings.

Ergonomic exercises can lower blood pressure by restoring the elasticity of blood vessels and improving blood flow. The research method used was a case study involving 2 different respondents. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of applying ergonomic exercises to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive clients. This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study. The subjects in this study were two individuals with the same case in two different families with hypertension. Those who were given the same treatment where blood pressure was measured pre and post doing ergonomic exercises. The implementation was carried out 3 times a week for a duration of 30 minutes. The results of the study showed that the blood pressure of the respondents experienced a decrease in blood pressure in systole 14-37 MmHg and diastole 4-15 MmHg. The application of ergonomic exercises is effective in reducing blood pressure in hypertension sufferers.      

In general, the performance of police officers will not always increase, but sometimes the performance of police officers also decreases due to excessive work stress. This gives rise to various impacts, one of which will have an impact on the mental well-being of police officers. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of work stress on the mental well-being of police officers. This type of research is qualitative research, while for data collection this research uses literature studies. The results of this research show that work stress has a social and psychological impact on the mental well-being of individual police officers who carry out their duties. The importance of managing workload and social support from superiors and co-workers is one of the influential factors in managing the impact of work stress and increasing job satisfaction.    

Maintaining the school environment is the responsibility of each individual to keep the environment clean and comfortable by doing waste management properly. Waste management is the activity of sorting waste according to its type, namely organic waste and non-organic waste. However, there are still many people who do not understand the importance of protecting the school environment by littering. Therefore, in this community service program, waste cleaning activities will be carried out in the SDK Lamablawa environment. The purpose of this activity is to increase the awareness and role of SDK Lamablawa students and teachers in maintaining cleanliness in the school environment. The implementation methods are observation, socialization, installation of daily picket rosters and cleanliness posters, and trash bins, as well as the action of cleaning the school environment with the students and students of SDK Lamablawa and the teachers of SDK Lamablawa who are very enthusiastic. with this activity can help them overcome the problem of waste in the SDK Lamablawa environment.

Improving the performance of government agencies requires first accurately determining the needs for Civil Servants (ASN). This study analyzes many problems that occur in the application of the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform's (PANRB) policies for determining ASN needs. Even with Law Number 5 of 2014 requiring every agency to plan personnel needs based on analysis, problems such imprecise needs calculations, inadequate inter-agency collaboration, and inadequate use of IT still exist. This article examines the guidelines and practices for assessing ASN requirements and offers suggestions for enhancing the efficacy and efficiency of these guidelines. It is envisaged that the proposed changes will make determining ASN needs more optimal in supporting government agency performance.  

Communication is a crucial component in the business negotiation process. This study aims to analyze the influence of verbal and nonverbal communication on business negotiation outcomes, focusing on how much both types of communication contribute to negotiation success.This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data on verbal communication, nonverbal communication, and negotiation outcomes. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to evaluate the effect of the independent variables (verbal and nonverbal communication) on the dependent variable (negotiation outcome).The results of the analysis show that both verbal and nonverbal communication have a significant influence on negotiation outcomes. Verbal communication has a regression coefficient of 0.50 (t = 5.00, p < 0.01), while nonverbal communication has a regression coefficient of 0.40 (t = 3.33, p < 0.01). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.49 indicates that 49% of the variation in negotiation outcomes can be explained by these two variables. The F test yielded an F value of 46.56 (p < 0.01), indicating the overall significance of the model. The regression model used can explain 49% of the variation in negotiation outcomes, suggesting that these two types of communication should be considered to achieve successful negotiations. Other factors not included in this model also contribute to negotiation outcomes and could be the focus of further research.

By exploring the latest data and information, this article aims to provide a comprehensive picture of global population dynamics and its implications for the future.  

The application of restorative justice in cases of sexual violence in Indonesia actually has the potential to cause major losses for victims, resulting in victims not getting the right to recovery for what they experienced and the perpetrators being free from responsibility for the criminal punishment they should receive. This research aims to find out and explain efforts that can be made to prevent and overcome the recurrence of gang rape cases whose investigations have been stopped for reasons of restorative justice. The research method used is Normative Law research which obtains data from secondary data consisting of primary legal material, secondary legal material and tertiary legal material, with systematic identification of Legal Norms. The research results show that the practice of marrying the perpetrator to the victim in rape cases is often considered a form of restorative justice. In fact, the application of restorative justice in cases of sexual violence in Indonesia actually has the potential to cause major losses for the victim. As a result, victims do not get the right to recovery for what they experienced and the perpetrators are free from responsibility for the criminal punishment they should receive.  Using crime prevention theory, it was found that the criminal justice process is the key to providing a deterrent effect to criminals or to people who have the potential to commit the same crime, so this process must be carried out well so that the application of criminal law can have an impact on not repeating the same criminal act. by the perpetrator. Settlement of sexual violence cases using peace mechanisms or marrying the victim to the perpetrator is completely unjustified and will always be detrimental to the victim. If victims do not receive the justice they hope for, more victims of sexual violence will be reluctant to resolve their cases through law enforcement mechanisms. It is hoped that the government, especially law enforcement officials, will need to evaluate the provisions for implementing restorative justice in cases of sexual violence and revise technical regulations that strengthen protection and recovery for victims.

Indonesia is a country that has a republican form of government based on Pancasila. The aim of the research is to determine the concept, position and function of Pancasila as the source of the Indonesian state. The research results show that Pancasila as the basis of the State means that every constitutional aspect of the Republic of Indonesia must be based on Pancasila values. This means that Pancasila must always be the spirit or power that animates activities in forming the State. The function of Pancasila is as a guide to life, in this function Pancasila has a role as the basis of every view that exists in Indonesia. Pancasila must be a guide in making one's own decisions in dealing with a problem. Pancasila is the soul of the nation, in this function Pancasila must be the soul of the Indonesian nation. Therefore, Pancasila must be realized in every institution, both organizations and individuals in Indonesia. Pancasila as the national personality, in this function Pancasila can also be called the identity of a gift from God that we must guard.

This article analyzes figurative language in the poem Provide Proven by Robert Frost. Robert Frost is one of the writers who uses various types of figurative language in his work. The purpose of using figurative language in poetry is to emphasize the meaning of the author that he wants to express. Apart from that, it is also used to beautify the sound of poetry.
