In today's digital era, almost all parts of human life depend on the development of information and communication technology, which helps in increasing efficiency, effectiveness and cost savings in various activities. The role of information and communication technology is very vital in human life today. The National and Political Unity Agency (BAKESBANGPOL) is a government agency which has the main task of social and political development in the Central Lombok Regency area. BAKESBANGPOL has implemented a system or application called e-Kinerja. The implementation of the e-Kinerja application is said to be running quite well and is easy to use, however the e-Kinerja Application also often experiences problems such as frequent human errors and lack of socialization of the e-Kinerja Application which will have an impact on decreasing efficiency and decreasing trust in the system. Therefore, measurements of application quality need to be carried out. This research aims to measure the level of usability using the USE Questionnaire method in the e-Kinerja application. This research uses quantitative research with stages of observation and interviews, preparation of questionnaires, distribution of questionnaires. The results of this research are the results of calculating the usability measurement of e-Kinerja, which obtained a value of 81.45% which is in the range of 81-100, where the e-Kinerja application at BAKESBANGPOL Central Lombok Regency is very suitable for use by ASN.

Grha Kedoya Hospital in West Jakarta faces significant challenges in document management, including medical records, financial reports, and administrative documents. This study aims to analyze the document storage system in the Secretariat Unit of Grha Kedoya Hospital using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method. The results show that the security, functional, and non-functional aspects of the document storage system are rated very well by respondents, with average scores of 80.4%, 81.4%, and 76.4% respectively. Despite challenges in transitioning to a digital system such as staff adaptation and infrastructure investment, the majority of respondents support this change to enhance efficiency and security. The UAT method proves effective in identifying the system's strengths and weaknesses, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

This research is motivated by the use of YouTube audio-visual media in improving the ability to write news for Indonesian language learning. Factor This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using YouTube audio-visual media in improving students' ability to write news and find out the challenges and obstacles in using YouTube audio-visual media. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach to collect data and information through the library study method. The results of this study show that the use of YouTube audio-visual media in learning Indonesian has great potential to improve students' news writing skills. The effectiveness of using YouTube as a learning tool can be seen from various aspects, including student involvement, increased understanding of concepts, and practical skills in writing news.

A slope is an area of ​​morphology that has a certain geometry, namely the highest and lowest parts and has the potential for landslides if it is in an unstable condition (Wesley & Pranyoto, 2010 in Khodijah, et al, 2022). A slope can be composed of soil, rock, or both. Slope stability is influenced by slope geometry, physical and mechanical characteristics of the slope-forming material, water (hydrology and hydrogeology), rock weak plane structure (location, direction, frequency, mechanical characteristics), natural stresses in the rock mass, local stress concentrations, vibrations ( natural: earthquakes; and human actions: effects of blasting, effects of heavy equipment passing by), climate, the results of mine workers' actions, and thermic effects (Moshab, 1997 in Arif, 2016).

Carrying out construction activities is a complicated activity, problems often occur in the implementation of construction projects causing the owner to experience losses, obstacles that are often faced include delays in project completion time, project cost overruns and inconsistencies in the quality and quality of construction projects. As a solution, competent experts are needed who can manage and control construction projects to avoid the obstacles that often occur. Young Construction Management Experts are one of the experts regulated in SKKNI No. 390 of 2015 to manage and control all activities starting from the planning, design, tendering, implementation, to the post-implementation stages of construction projects. This article aims to identify the competencies needed to become a Young Construction Management Expert using the literature study method. The results obtained were 30 competencies of Young Construction Management Experts which were grouped into 3 aspects, namely knowledge aspects, skills aspects and attitude aspects. These 30 competencies were obtained from SKKNI and relevant journals and books.  

Uniaxial Compressive Strength is a test method to classify the strength and characterization of intact rock. Where it is important information in determining the strength and characteristics of a rock obtained by testing using the UCS tool. In this research, an alternative is made in determining the UCS value precisely and easily, namely by using the schmidt hammer test and compressive strength test. Therefore, this research aims to obtain the correlation value between the results of the compressive strength test and the schmidt hammer test on sandstone. Based on the results of observations and calculations that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the compressive strength value in the Balikpapan formation is lower than the compressive strength value in the Pulaubalang formation where the compressive strength value in the Balikpapan formation is 3.3 MPa-4.3 MPa, while the compressive strength value in the Pulaubalang formation is 4.3-5.57 MPa. The rebound number in the Balikpapan formation is lower than the rebound number in the Pulaubalang formation, where the rebound number in the Balikpapan formation is 16-17.8, while the rebound number in the Pulaubalang formation is 18-22.3. The correlation of the uniaxial compressive strength value with the rebound number of the schmidt hammer shows a positive linear correlation between the UCS value and the rebound number of the schmidt hammer, in this case it can be seen that when the uniaxial compressive strength value is higher, the rebound number of the schmidt hammer is also higher.

The use of automation systems is needed in sorting, one of which is the sorting of objects based on the size of the object being sorted. Especially in the sorting process, there are still many industries that use conveyors that only function for one product with the same weight characteristics. Therefore, to sort the same goods with different weights, a separate conveyor is needed so that many conveyors are used. The development of a sorting machine is an important aspect in the modern automation and manufacturing industry. This research aims to design and analyze the static loading of the sorting machine frame using SOLIDWORKS software. The design method used includes detailed 3D modeling of the machine frame by considering the strength, stability and reliability of the structure. The simulation results using SOLIDWORKS software show the stress (von Mises) with a maximum value of 82.26 MPa, while the theoretical calculation result is 84 MPa. Displacement with a maximum value of 4.063 mm, while the theoretical calculation result is 1.60 mm. The safety factor is 2.38, while the theoretical calculation result is 2.43. The difference between manual calculation and simulation is 0.02% for von Mises stress, 1.5% for displacement, and 0.02% for safety factor.

Manufacturing companies are working hard to maximize the use of their information technology, especially on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, in today's sophisticated, competitive, and technology-driven environment. By leveraging a central database and operating in a consistent system environment, ERP systems unify all company activities. This integrated system can combine information from multiple departments to make decision making easier and better suited to the internal and external needs of the business. The choice of an ERP system is an important investment intended to improve the financial, strategic and profitable performance of a company. This study clarifies the key factor of success faced by manufacturing companies while utilizing ERP software.

Medicinal plants are plants that are used by the community to improve the ability to live a healthy life. This public belief that has been carried out from generation to generation has been scientifically proven. Rural communities generally plant various types of plants, both seasonal and perennials, in their yards, which are commonly referred to as living barns, living stalls and living pharmacies. This research was conducted in one of the house yards in Pataruman village, Cihampelas sub-district, Bandung Regency. By identifying medicinal plants based on their morphology and literature studies. The results of this research obtained 6 plant species, namely Katuk, Betel, Bandotan, Honje, Ki Edi, and Aloe Vera. The substances contained in these plants are very beneficial for health, such as flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, vitamins A, B, C and others. These benefits include antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antioxidant, and can increase breast milk production.   

This research examines the problem of increasing the understanding and critical thinking abilities of students who use film media with students who use conventional learning methods. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with purposive sampling and the instruments used in this research are written tests and questionnaires. The population of this study was all students of class VIII SMPN 12 Tasikmalaya. The sample for this research was students in class VIII A. The instrument used in this research was a test of students' understanding and critical thinking abilities in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively. The results of the research show: 1) The increase in understanding of students who use film media is better than students who use conventional learning in English lessons in class. 2) The critical thinking of students who use film media is better than the critical thinking of students who use conventional learning in English lessons in class. Based on the research results, film media can improve students' understanding and critical thinking in English lessons. Film media can make modifications and adaptations according to the situation and conditions of the teaching and learning process.

PISA results show that Indonesia's science literacy skills are low, so a solution is needed to fix the problem. This study aims to analyze the role of multimedia in improving students' science literacy skills. The method used is by collecting literature review data and then reviewing information from the data that has been collected. Based on the results of this study, it was found that multimedia can improve students' science literacy skills in both the “High” and “Medium” categories, so the use of multimedia in the learning process is considered important to improve students science literacy skills. Text, images, audio, animation, and video contained in multimedia can facilitate students in understanding the material, stimulate students' thinking skills, and create active learning.

21st Century Learning is an educational concept that focuses on developing students' skills to achieve success which is influenced by technology, information and globalization. Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that are able to prepare students to develop the skills needed for 21st century learning. This research uses qualitative methods, namely by searching for data and information whose findings are not obtained through calculations and statistical procedures so that the results are descriptive. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews, and documentation in the form of written objects such as books, magazines, documents, and so on. Since a long time ago, batik has been known and developed in the scope of Indonesian society. Until now batik has been known in the international world which has become an identity of Indonesian national culture. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a significant influence of the Talking Stick learning model and the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP N 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a pre-experimental designs research type in the form of a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population was all Protestant Christian students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung consisting of 4 classes totaling 121 students and a sample of 31 people was determined using purposive sampling. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 30 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence on the Talking Stick learning model on the learning motivation of Christian Religious Education students and character in class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year as evidenced by the significant test obtained by the value tcount > ttable (α=0 .05; dk=n-1=30) which is 7.197 > 2.042, thus there is a significant influence between variable X and variable Y. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is that there is a positive and significant influence on the Talking Stick learning model on learning motivation students of Christian Religious Education and character education in class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year were accepted.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Social Competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Motivation in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Raya. The method used is a descriptive quantitative research method, with a population of 237 students and a sample taken of 25% so that the sample for this research is 59 students using Random Sampling techniques. The instrument used in this research used a closed questionnaire of 33 questions, of which 20 questionnaire items were for variable X and 20 items were for variable Y which had been tested on 33 students outside the research sample. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Social Competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Motivation in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Raya. 1) Test the relationship between rcount > rtable, namely 0.574>0.226; 2) Significant test tcount>ttable, namely 5.292>2.021; 3) Determination test, namely 32.94%; 4) The regression equation is obtained from Y ̂= 14.91+0.69X ; 5) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable = (α= 0.05, dk numerator k = 19, dk denominator = n-2 = 59-2 = 57) namely 27.87> 1.40. Thus Ha, namely that there is a positive and significant influence between the Social Competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Motivation in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Raya is accepted and H0 is rejected.

School children are susceptible to various snacks sold both at school and outside school. Lack of attention to the consumption of healthy snacks, resulting in the impact of decreased health, ranging from poisoning due to unhygienic storage and presentation processes to the risk of cancer due to the use of harmful food additives (Anak et al., 2019). This study aims to determine the relationship between students' knowledge of the observance of healthy snacks consumption behavior in sdn 03 source salak ledokombo jember, This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research, the sample in this study is students with a total of 40 students. Two variables, namely the relationship between students' knowledge of the observance of healthy snack consumption behavior in sdn 03 source salak ledokombo jember, the instrument used is using a questionnaire, based on table 4.6, the results obtained are categorized as good (22.8%) as many as 29 students, categorized as moderate (7.2%) as many as 11 students and categorized as less none. Based on the results of research that has been conducted by researchers regarding the relationship between students' knowledge of eating healthy snacks, it can be concluded as follows: the relationship between students' knowledge of eating healthy snacks is categorized as good there are 29 students (22.8%) and categorized as moderate as 11 students (7.2%).

Balance limitations pose a significant concern for individuals of productive age. Productive age people who work in offices tend to have less physical activity. Lack of physical activity can affect the decrease in muscle strength, joints which results in a decrease in motion, steps tend to be short, feet cannot tread firmly and are easily unsteady. The decrease in motion function causes balance problems. If this continues to be allowed, it will cause the risk of falls and a decrease in the quality of life of workers in productive age. So it is important for office workers, especially workers at the Yogyakarta Environment and Forestry Service, to understand the importance of maintaining balance. One of the tests that can be used to assess balance is the Fukuda stepping test. This examination is carried out with the Fukuda test and vital sign checks to find out that this test is safe to be carried out by participants. The number of participants in this activity was 27 people consisting of men and women of productive age. This activity was held on Friday, October 13, 2023 at the Yogyakarta Environment and Forestry Service. After this test was carried out, it was found that 23 out of 27 office workers of productive age had balance disorders. After this test, the participants became more aware of the importance of maintaining balance and how to maintain it.

Satisfying excellent service will definitely have an impact on achieving a standard value of satisfaction for patients or service recipients. Patient satisfaction is the best assessment of the description of the diversity of service quality received by patients. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction at the general polyclinic at the Mamburungan Health Center, Tarakan City, by applying the RATER concept, namely responsiveness, assurance, tangible, empathy, and reliability. This research is descriptive quantitative using the Cross Sectional Study method conducted on 165 respondents, using a questionnaire, with the result that the quality of service is good, and patient satisfaction at the Mamburungan Health Center is satisfied. The results of the data analysis test Rho Spearman's P value (Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 and α 0.05 which proves that there is a significant relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction in the general polyclinic at the Mamburungan Health Center, Tarakan City. It is hoped that the Mamburungan Public Health Center can further improve quality services by creating separate examination rooms so that patient privacy can be better maintained, not combining multiple services so that patient privacy and comfort can be increased, and building cleanliness, service rooms, tidiness, and the appearance of officers so that they can be further improved so that maximum patient satisfaction can be achieved.

The importance of unique and comfortable interior design drives intense competition in this industry. This study focuses on the interior re-design of ‘Aicon Coffee and Donuts’ café in Padang, which faced spatial, comfort and aesthetic issues. The 4D method (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) was used for design analysis and development, with primary and secondary data. Results show the importance of a minimalist modern concept that emphasises simplicity, functionality and aesthetics. This design creates a comfortable and attractive space for visitors with the use of colours, quality materials, and efficient spatial arrangement. The re-design is expected to increase the attractiveness of the cafe and provide a better experience for visitors.
