This study aims to analyze the influence of migration on the concept of citizenship in developed countries. Adopted the literature review method by investigating 10 journal articles published between 2000 and 2019. This research aims to understand how international migration flows affect the definition and practice of citizenship. Migration between countries in the era of globalization is something that cannot be prevented or avoided. Motives underlying the movement of labor between countries or international migration. The first motive, they work abroad with the aim of selling their energy, skills or cleverness. Usually the main stream of labor flows of this motive comes from developing countries to developed countries, or from poor countries to rich countries, or from labor-surplus countries to countries experiencing labor shortages. The second motive is that they work abroad in connection with the sale of technology or capital investment. The mainstream of this second motive is generally from developed countries to developing countries. These findings underscore the need for more inclusive and adaptive policy adjustments to deal with the social changes resulting from migration.

The existence of child exploitation and child labor will add to labor problems in Indonesia. The term "child labor" refers to people who employ children. The term "child labor" can be associated with the use of children's labor with low compensation or considerations regarding their personality development, safety, health, and future prospects. Most child workers do not have time to play or go to school like other children. Underage people work as hard as adults, both in formal and informal jobs. To save child labor in the future, a holistic and comprehensive solution model is needed. One method that can be used is a client-centered case management approach (centered on the client or child worker).

This study aims to find out whether there is an effect of compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction at PT. Kirana Swasti Parama. The research method used is a quantitative method with a data collection method through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the likert scale. The data source used is primary data with the help of statistical data analysis tools of the SPSS Version 26 program and the sample used in this study consists of 30 respondents. The variables used were independent, namely compensation (X1) and work motivation (X2), and the dependent variable was job satisfaction (Y). The results of the study on multiple linear regression analysis show the regression equation Y = 1.450 + 0.413 X1 + 0.539 X2. The results of the t-test result showed that tobtained > ttable (3.132 > 2.04523) for compensation for job satisfaction and the  tobtained > ttable (4.617 > 2.04523) for motivation for job satisfaction, which means that there was an effect of compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction. The results of the F test showed a value of fobtained > ftable (104,747 > 3,354), meaning that the provision of compensation and work motivation had a great influence on the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kirana Swasti Parama.  

Hemodialysis is a primary therapy for patients with end-stage chronic kidney disease. This study aims to examine the relationship between healthcare communication, emotional support, and family support on patients' decisions to undergo hemodialysis. A cross-sectional survey method was employed, involving 77 patients at the Hemodialysis Unit of Dustira Hospital, Cimahi. The research instruments included structured questionnaires measuring variables such as healthcare communication, healthcare emotional support, family support, and consent decisions. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results showed that healthcare communication had a significant influence on emotional support (R = 0.640, p < 0.001) and family support (R = 0.611, p < 0.001). Healthcare communication also had a very strong and significant impact on patients' consent decisions (R = 0.663, p < 0.001). Although the emotional support from healthcare providers had a small impact on consent decisions (R = 0.034, p > 0.05), family support had a relatively small but greater influence (R = 0.108, p < 0.05). In conclusion, effective communication between healthcare providers and family support is crucial in the medical decision-making process for hemodialysis patients. Enhancing the quality of communication between healthcare providers and patients is essential to support better medical decisions and improve patient health outcomes.

This research aims to find out women's leadership in the organizational environment of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mulawarman University, and understand the strategies of the BEM FKIP UNMUL administrators to increase the role and participation of women's leadership and see the reality of women's leadership in BEM FKIP UNMUL. Basically, the type of research used is descriptive, namely research that attempts to provide an overview of the object being studied with the aim of creating a descriptive or systematic and actual picture of existing facts. The results of this research show that women's leadership in the BEM FKIP UNMUL environment to become a Governor has not been successful, but looking at women leading a field, agency or bureau and small work program, they are very competent.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap HOTS pada siswa SMP Pesantren Cintawana. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh laporan PISA 2022. Kecerdasan emosional, yang melibatkan kemampuan mengelola emosi dan berinteraksi dengan orang lain, dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung HOTS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan populasi seluruh siswa SMP Pesantren Cintawana dan sampel kelas 7A sebanyak 32 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes HOTS dan angket kecerdasan emosional. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap HOTS dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 25%. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa.

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan makna gramatikal, leksikal, referensial, dan nonreferensial dalam cerpen Surat Rahasia dari Tuhan karya Amelia Bunga Novitasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis makna yang terkandung dalam karya sastra cerpen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Mendeskripsikan makna kata dalam cerpen surat rahasia dari Tuhan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik baca dan mencatat. Data dianalisis menggunakan teori semantik tentang makna kata. Data dalam penelitian ini yaitu makna kata gramatikal, leksikal, referensial, dan nonreferensial dalam cerpen Surat Rahasia dari Tuhan. Sumber data yaitu cerpen Surat Rahasia dari Tuhan karya Amelia Bunga Novitasar. Makna gramatikal ditunjukkan dengan  proses pelekatan kata yang berupa prefiks dan sufiks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 6 kata yang mengandung makna gramatikal,  terdapat 4 kata bermakna leksikal, terdapat 8 kata bermakna referensial, dan terdapat 9 kata bermakna non referensial.

Di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, integrasi teknologi digital dalam pendidikan semakin penting, khususnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris, yang merupakan bahasa internasional. Pandemi COVID-19 menambah kompleksitas pembelajaran daring, menuntut adaptasi pada sarana, media, dan metode pengajaran. YouTube, sebagai media pembelajaran, menawarkan berbagai keuntungan seperti aksesibilitas, kemudahan penggunaan, dan interaktivitas, yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan generasi digital yang cenderung mencari metode belajar yang dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi YouTube sebagai alat pembelajaran, mengidentifikasi tantangan dan manfaatnya, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk penerapannya dalam konteks pendidikan modern. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa YouTube dapat menjadi sumber belajar yang efektif jika dikelola dengan baik, dengan memperhatikan konsistensi dan relevansi konten. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa YouTube memiliki peran signifikan dalam mendukung pembelajaran peserta didik di era digital, terutama di masa pandemi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengaudit sistem informasi pada perusahaan transportasi di Penajam Paser Utara. Latar belakang penelitian ini didorong oleh kebutuhan untuk memastikan bahwa sistem informasi mendukung operasi secara efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan meliputi wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait, survei pengguna sistem, dan analisis dokumen sistem yang ada. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan beberapa kelemahan dalam sistem informasi, seperti kurangnya integrasi antara modul dan masalah dalam manajemen data. Temuan ini mengarah pada rekomendasi perbaikan sistem, termasuk peningkatan integrasi, pelatihan pengguna, dan penambahan fitur yang diperlukan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mencakup peningkatan efisiensi operasional serta pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik berdasarkan informasi yang lebih akurat dan terintegrasi.

Dengan menganalisis secara sistematis 30 jurnal yang relevan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang kondisi terkini pengelolaan dan operasional di sektor transportasi. Temuan penelitian menyoroti strategi-strategi penting yang telah berhasil, serta area yang memerlukan peningkatan lebih lanjut. Implikasi dari penelitian ini sangat penting untuk pemahaman akademis dan aplikasi praktis dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan transportasi.

Bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application remains challenging in big data education. Our paper proposes a platform where students actively participate in a role-based learning (RBL) exercise designed to simulate real-world big data projects. This RBL exercise assigns each student participant to a business analyst role tasked with eliciting requirements or a customer role that provides those big data requirements. We conducted RBL sessions for postgraduate and undergraduate students learning big data analytics/data warehousing. Through role-playing in a collaborative environment, students face challenges such as unclear objectives, data privacy concerns, and evolving requirements. We evaluated the effectiveness of RBL simulations through brainstorming sessions, which verified that the students achieved the learning outcomes through RBL exercises. We also collected students’ feedback through a survey and found the RBL experience helped us understand the big data requirement elicitation skills, highlighting the significance of communication and collaboration skills. Further, we have evaluated students through a final exam question, and identified that students who participated in the RBL exercise outperformed in the big data requirement elicitation question. In summary, our research demonstrates that this RBL approach offers a valuable learning experience by enabling students to directly experience the complexities of big data requirement elicitation and identify the future requirements or challenges that encourage them to acquire the required skills.

The rapid development of information technology today demands that we master and utilize it effectively. One of the rapidly evolving information technologies is the website. Websites can provide information quickly and accurately. In the context of village governance, the current situation is improving with the presence of village fund allocations from the central government aimed at advancing villages. Information technology can assist village officials in enhancing services to village residents, making information access easier, promoting community business products, showcasing village potentials, population data, and land area. Therefore, a Web-Based Village Information System has been developed in Bolora Village using the waterfall model. This village information system is expected to facilitate faster, more accurate, and efficient services to residents. Additionally, residents can easily and quickly obtain information through the village website.

This research aims to model the impact of Green Open Space (GOS) on Carbon Monoxide (CO) gas levels in Entrop Village, South Jayapura District. Green Open Space plays a crucial role in improving air quality in an area. In the context of rapid urbanization and increasing motor vehicle numbers, GOS serves as the city's lungs, capable of absorbing pollutants and improving air quality. The research method used is spatial modeling, which allows mapping the distribution of GOS and measuring CO levels on the main roads of Entrop Village. Primary data was obtained through field surveys using CO measuring instruments, while secondary data was obtained from various literature sources and reports from related agencies. Data analysis was conducted using statistical and spatial approaches to identify the relationship between GOS and CO levels. The results showed a significant negative relationship between the extent of GOS and CO levels. The larger the GOS area, the lower the CO concentration in the area. Spatial modeling also identified high CO concentration points in areas with low GOS density. Furthermore, this research found that uneven distribution of GOS contributes to variations in air quality (CO) in different locations. These findings highlight the importance of effective GOS management as part of air pollution control strategies in large cities. Recommendations from this research include increasing the number and distribution of GOS in areas with high CO concentrations, and integrating GOS into urban spatial planning to create a healthier and more sustainable environment. This research makes a significant contribution to sustainable urban planning by emphasizing the importance of integrating GOS into spatial planning to improve air quality and environmental health. Thus, the results of this research can serve as a reference for the government and stakeholders in formulating future GOS management and air pollution control policies.      

Penelitian ini menitik beratkan pada evaluasi implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Jayapura Nomor 11 Tahun 2014 tentang penataan dan pemberdayaan pedagang kaki lima di Kelurahan Gurabesi Distrik Jayapura Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pedagang kaki lima di Kelurahan Gurabesi tidak mengetahui keberadaan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 11 Tahun 2014. Hal ini mengakibatkan kurangnya pemahaman mereka terhadap hak, kewajiban, dan larangan yang diatur dalam peraturan tersebut. Meskipun begitu, pedagang kaki lima di wilayah ini cenderung patuh terhadap kewajiban yang diatur dalam peraturan tersebut, namun banyak yang tidak mematuhi larangan yang tertuang dalam peraturan tersebut. Tantangan utama dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan penataan dan pemberdayaan pedagang kaki lima di Kelurahan Gurabesi adalah kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat akan peraturan tersebut, serta tingginya jumlah pedagang baru yang belum mendapat sosialisasi. Faktor lain yang menjadi tantangan adalah rata- rata tingkat pendidikan pedagang kaki lima yang relatif rendah, sehingga kesadaran mereka terhadap aturan juga rendah. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pemerintah memberikan perhatian serius terhadap penataan pedagang kaki lima dengan menyusun program strategis dan mengalokasikan anggaran yang cukup untuk menjalankan program tersebut.

Mobile banking is a manifestation of the progress and development of information technology in the banking sector (Dwi Mutiara Sari, 2021 ) Based on the problem formulation explained in the introduction, a community service activity was prepared with the topic "Socialization and Assistance in Opening Bank Muamalat Online Accounts (MDIN)". Students are taught about Bank Muamalat products, including opening an account via the Muamalat DIN mobile banking application. The Muamalat DIN application is a mobile banking application from Bank Muamalat that makes it easy for customers to access services anytime and anywhere. Muamalat DIN is the latest sharia mobile version from Bank Muamalat Indonesia which offers various conveniences and facilities for customers (Shafaliza Risfany, 2022). Based on the results of the dedication and discussion, we can conclude that opening an online account makes it easier for customers to open an account without having to go to a Bank Muamalat branch office and also makes it easier for customers to use Bank Muamalat services or products. The Muamalat DIN application is a mobile banking application from Bank Muamalat that makes it easy for customers to access services anytime and anywhere.

Socialization is a means of the learning and teaching process. The purpose of socialization and counselling is to provide individuals and community groups with an understanding of something. Saving is essential in terms of financial management. Saving is setting aside money for a certain period that can be used. Knowledge about finances is not only intended for adults or parents, but young children need to be given understanding and good habits that can be useful in later life. The targets for this activity are the children of the Al Hayat Orphanage in the Milangasri District, Panekan District. Magetan. The number of participants was 28 people, consisting grade elementary school to high school. This activity benefits children at the Al-Hayat Magetan Orphanage to be more creative in processing used goods into valuable products even though they are not of high value. Apart from that, this activity is hoped to inspire others to see creative potential in things that are usually considered waste or rubbish.

Piaggio Vespa Matic is a tertiary product which is not only offered to fulfill needs but is included in tertiary products. Researchers want to see how proud Vespa Matic users are. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Brand Image and Brand Awareness on purchasing decisions for Piaggio Vespa Automatic in Bekasi, Indonesia. Research using quantitative methods uses purposive sampling as sample determination with a total of 180 respondents and the Smart PLS technique. The research results show that Brand Awareness and Brand Image have an influence on the decision of Piaggio Vespa Matic buyers in Bekasi. Therefore, this research has an interesting topic that can explain what factors can influence the decision to purchase the legendary scooter, namely the Piaggio Vespa Matic in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia.

TikTok Shop is an innovative social commerce platform that connects shoppers and merchants to create a unique, simple, and enjoyable purchasing experience. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how TikTok Shop users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta make online purchase decisions and how much value they place on convenience, trust and promotion. With a total of 100 respondents, the research method uses a quantitative approach to gather questionnaire data via a Google Form. Strategies that TikTok Shop users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta make partial and simultaneous decisions about online purchases based on factors such as convenience, trust, and promotion.

The Job Creation Law contains various changes to the Environmental Protection and Management Law, one of which is the public's right to access environmental information. This can be seen in Article 22 of the Job Creation Law which amends Article 26 paragraph (2) of the Environmental Protection and Management Law, which stipulates that the public, especially environmental observers, must be involved in every activity carried out by business actors or activities, by providing open and complete information before the activity is carried out. The concept of Business Licensing in the environmental sector regulated in the Environmental Protection and Management Law using a permit-based approach has been changed to the application of standards and risk-based in Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning Job Creation, this means that the granting of permits will be carried out by the central government based on calculations of the level of danger and the potential value of danger to aspects of health, safety, the environment and/or utilization of resources. In addition, there is also the loss of participation of the affected community in all forms of decisions in the Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) process which previously involved potentially affected communities, now only involving directly affected communities.
