This exploration utilizes a quantitative strategy to inspect the impact of Corporate Social Obligation (CSR) and Great Corporate Administration (GCG) on the monetary execution of PT. Gresik Migas (Perseroda). Essential information were gathered through polls appropriated to 40 workers of PT. Gresik Migas (Perseroda) utilizing purposive testing. Multiple linear regression was used as the analytical method. The outcomes demonstrate that CSR essentially impacts monetary execution, while GCG doesn't make a tremendous difference. The coefficient of assurance (R2) of 17.2% shows that CSR and GCG can make sense of a part of the fluctuation in monetary execution.

Preoperative anxiety in patients undergoing cesarean section is a common condition that can negatively impact both physical and psychological well-being before delivery. Anxiety management education is a crucial strategy to help patients manage stress, enhance mental preparedness, and reduce the risk of complications caused by excessive anxiety. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of anxiety management education in reducing preoperative anxiety levels in cesarean section patients. The method used involves an educational intervention through a cognitive-based and relaxation approach, including breathing techniques and preoperative counseling. The results indicate that this education significantly reduces patients' anxiety levels, as evidenced by the difference in scores before and after the intervention. Therefore, anxiety management education programs should be implemented as part of maternal healthcare services to improve maternal well-being before undergoing a cesarean section.

Oral health is an important aspect in maintaining the quality of life of the elderly. However, the elderly often face challenges in maintaining oral hygiene due to decreased physical abilities, changes in cognitive status, and lack of knowledge and access to dental health services. This study aims to identify factors that influence oral hygiene in the elderly and to develop an effective community-based intervention to improve oral hygiene among the elderly. The methods used in this study included a survey of knowledge, attitudes, and oral hygiene practices before and after counseling, as well as direct observation of oral hygiene in 50 elderly in the local community. The intervention was carried out through counseling, training, and providing support from family and community. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge of the elderly, from 60% before counseling to 85% after. Positive attitudes also increased, with more than 80% of the elderly showing a stronger intention to maintain oral hygiene independently. Oral hygiene practices also improved, with 75% of participants reporting brushing their teeth at least twice a day after the intervention, compared to 40% before the intervention. In addition, family and community support play an important role in facilitating these behavioral changes. The conclusion of this study is that a comprehensive community-based intervention is effective in improving oral hygiene in the elderly. This approach, which combines education, attitude change, and social support, can be a model adopted in oral health programs in other communities to improve the quality of life of the elderly.

This research uses a normative juridical method by comparing criminal law arrangements related to corruption crimes enacted in two countries, namely Indonesia and Malaysia. This is motivated by the issue of corruption in both countries which is still a big problem, even though in terms of the Corruption Achievement Index (CPI), Malaysia is much better than Indonesia. From the results of the research, it is found that there are similarities and differences in the arrangements related to corruption crimes in the two countries. The similarities in both Indonesia and Malaysia are the implementation of the reverse proof system and the establishment of a special institution to eradicate corruption. While the difference is that Indonesia has more legal regulations, the existence of special courts for corruption crimes and the best evidentiary system is applied generally to every form of corruption crime. Meanwhile, Malaysia only has one legal regulation, does not have a special court for corruption and the reverse proof system applied is only limited to bribery cases. From these differences, it can be seen that in terms of the legal system and handling of corruption crimes, Indonesia is better than Malaysia.
