The increasing spread of Barbershop has led to competition in similar businesses where business owners are certainly required to be able to implement effective marketing strategies, one of which is by utilizing platforms that are often used today such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and others. The method of designing the promotion of Barageh Cuts Barbershop located in Padang City uses the glass box method. Data collection in designing promotional videos uses observation and interview methods accompanied by documentation as data support. The data obtained during data collection was analyzed using the 5W+1H method. This promotional design aims to overcome these problems with the main media output is a promotional video with a cinematic video concept using a storyline so that the video does not only contain advertising offers or promotions, but also has moral and educational values. Supporting media used are member cards, posters, x-banners, aprons, t-shirts, totebags, mugs, and stickers. The feasibility test of promotional videos that have been carried out through several respondents received positive responses. The design of this promotional video is expected to help Barbershop Barageh Cuts in improving marketing strategies and ready to compete with similar businesses.

promotional videos are used as a procces of forming a personal image or a place. The aim of this design is to produce a promotional media that is able to increase the number of tourists significantly, as well as provide information about various tourist attractions located in Kecamatan Kapur IX sub-district in the form of videos. The design method used is the 4-D method which has stages of definition, design, development, deployment. The data analis method uses SWOT to obtain the necessary data according to design needs. This promotional video for ecotourism in Kecamatan Kapur IX subdistrict goes through a creative program with pre-production, production and post-production stages. Results of designing a promotional videos as the main media for conveying information related to ecotourism in the Kecamatan Kapur IX sub-district so that is easy to understand and easy to access. Thispromotional videos also has other supporting media sucht as t-shirt, tote bags, stickers, posters, key chains and banner.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are chronic diseases that cannot be transmitted from person to person. Deaths from NCDs are expected to continue to rise worldwide, with the greatest increase occurring in developing and poor countries. Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) cause the death of approximately 35 million people each year. Non-communicable diseases can be prevented by doing regular physical activity. The purpose of community service activities is to increase public understanding of routine physical activity to avoid non-communicable diseases. The activity was carried out on Thursday, January 18, 2024 for 60 minutes. Participants in community activities are mothers. The activity was held at the Lamglumpang village mosque. The implementation of this activity with the opening of the event by the village head, introductions, distribution of pre-test questionnaires, provision of material for 30 minutes followed by a question and answer discussion and distribution of post-test questionnaires. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in community understanding of physical activity against non-communicable diseases. Understanding of physical activity pres-test amounted to 1.40% and post-test understanding amounted to 1.53%. understanding of physical activity increased after being given socialization to the community.

Flooding is one of the natural disasters that occurred from the beginning of 2000 until now during the rainy season. This problem must be overcome with knowledge and a sense of community awareness in understanding disaster mitigation, especially floods, which is the aim of implementing this community service. This community service method involves lectures and tree planting, followed by data analysis for community understanding using descriptive qualitative methods. Based on the evaluation results, it shows that there has been an increase in public understanding about disaster mitigation.

This study investigates sustainable Islamic business models through a qualitative case study of green-tech startups in Central Java, Indonesia. Using semi-structured interviews with founders, managers, and employees, complemented by secondary data from business reports and sustainability disclosures, the research examines how Islamic ethical principles, including stewardship (khalifah), social welfare (maslahah), and justice (adl), are integrated into operational practices and sustainability strategies. The purposive selection of 3–5 startups enables an in-depth exploration of organizational decision-making, innovation adoption, and environmental and social performance. Thematic analysis identifies recurring patterns in ethical integration, technological innovation, and sustainability outcomes. Findings reveal that Islamic startups effectively embed ethical values into operations, fostering environmental accountability through renewable energy initiatives, waste reduction, and resource optimization, while enhancing community engagement and equitable service delivery. Technological innovations such as IoT, AI, and blockchain further support sustainability performance, enabling startups to monitor and optimize environmental outcomes without compromising financial viability. Comparative analysis demonstrates that Islamic startups outperform non-Islamic counterparts in key sustainability metrics, including carbon reduction and social impact, highlighting the competitive advantage of ethics-driven entrepreneurship. Overall, the study confirms that Islamic ethical frameworks foster both environmental accountability and technological innovation, providing a practical model for sustainable development in emerging economies. These findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, investors, and entrepreneurs seeking to align ethical, social, and environmental objectives with business strategy.

Microenterprises are crucial to the economic landscape, especially in developing countries, as they contribute significantly to GDP and employment. However, these businesses often face challenges in adopting sustainable practices due to financial constraints, limited resources, and market access issues. This research evaluates the impact of energy efficiency on the profitability of Sharia-compliant microenterprises applying green business principles. By integrating energy-saving measures, such as energy-efficient technologies and optimized consumption, microenterprises can reduce operational costs and improve profitability. Sharia-compliant businesses, which adhere to ethical and sustainable practices, tend to be more open to implementing such green practices. The findings show that energy-efficient microenterprises outperform conventional ones in profitability, as energy-saving leads to lower costs and enhanced competitiveness. The study also highlights the importance of green finance in supporting these enterprises by overcoming financial barriers, allowing them to adopt energy-efficient technologies. Despite the clear benefits, challenges such as high initial investment costs and limited access to efficient technologies remain. Policy intervention, including financial incentives and education, is necessary to address these barriers and enable microenterprises to fully capitalize on energy efficiency. In conclusion, energy efficiency is not only a key driver of profitability for Sharia-compliant microenterprises but also a strategy for long-term sustainability and competitiveness.

This study explores the impact of religious values on Muslim consumers' behavior toward green financing and eco-friendly products within the framework of Islamic economics. The research utilized a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method, surveying 250 Muslim consumers from urban areas in Indonesia. A structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale was employed to measure religiosity and eco-friendly purchasing behavior. The multiple regression analysis showed that religiosity significantly influences green purchasing behavior, with higher religiosity scores correlating with greater engagement in environmentally conscious purchasing decisions. Additionally, the t-test and ANOVA revealed significant differences between Sharia-compliant and non-Sharia-compliant groups, with the Sharia-compliant group exhibiting stronger eco-friendly purchasing behavior. These findings suggest that Islamic principles related to environmental stewardship, such as Khalifa (guardianship of the earth) and Israf (avoiding wastefulness), play a significant role in shaping consumer attitudes toward sustainability. The study concludes that religious values are a crucial determinant of green purchasing behavior and that incorporating these values into sustainability initiatives can effectively promote eco-friendly behavior, especially in communities where religion plays a central role. Policymakers and educators can leverage religious frameworks to foster sustainability and encourage more responsible consumer behavior in Muslim-majority communities.

Environmental degradation and poverty remain pressing challenges in Indonesia, exacerbated by rapid economic growth and resource exploitation. The increasing demand for sustainable development has highlighted the need for alternative financial models that integrate both economic growth and environmental protection. Sharia-based green investments have emerged as a promising solution, offering a framework that aligns ethical considerations with sustainability goals. This study examines the impact of Sharia-based green investments on social welfare and environmental sustainability in Indonesia, with a focus on reducing income inequality and fostering community development. Using a mixed-method approach, including quantitative analysis of secondary data on green investment performance and qualitative interviews with key stakeholders, the research evaluates how these investments contribute to enhancing income equality, providing access to renewable energy, and promoting sustainable economic activities. Findings show that Sharia-based green investments not only improve income distribution, especially in rural areas and small businesses, but also contribute to environmental sustainability through renewable energy projects and eco-friendly infrastructure. The study also compares the environmental benefits of Sharia-based investments with conventional models, emphasizing their superior alignment with long-term sustainability goals. The research underscores the potential of Sharia-based green investments as a model for inclusive economic growth and environmental protection, supporting Indonesia’s progress toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This study investigates the contribution of Islamic banks in supporting green economy initiatives and promoting sustainable financial growth. Employing a quantitative research design, the study utilizes secondary data collected from annual reports, sustainability disclosures, and carbon emission reports of Islamic banks for the period 2018–2024. The research aims to examine the relationship between green financing portfolios and key financial performance indicators Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) while evaluating the environmental impact through carbon emission reduction. Descriptive statistics provide an overview of green financing activities and financial ratios, while multiple regression analysis assesses the effect of green financing on sustainable financial performance, controlling for bank size, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth, and inflation. An independent sample t-test compares Islamic and conventional banks in terms of ethical compliance, environmental contribution, and profitability. The findings reveal that Islamic banks allocate a higher proportion of financing to green projects, achieving significant carbon emission reductions without compromising financial performance. The green financing portfolio exhibits a positive and significant effect on sustainable financial growth, and larger banks demonstrate a greater capacity to implement sustainability initiatives. The comparative analysis confirms that Islamic banks outperform conventional counterparts in environmental and ethical dimensions while maintaining comparable profitability. These results underscore the potential of Sharia-compliant banking to integrate ethical, environmental, and economic objectives, positioning Islamic financial institutions as key actors in advancing a sustainable, low-carbon financial system.

This study examines the significant role of cash waqf in financing renewable energy projects for sustainable Islamic economic development. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research collects data through case analysis of Islamic social finance institutions involved in renewable energy funding, along with interviews with key informants such as waqf managers and Islamic finance practitioners. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify recurring patterns and key themes related to cash waqf’s application in renewable energy projects. The findings show that cash waqf offers a more sustainable funding model compared to conventional charity. By preserving the principal and only utilizing the income, cash waqf provides long-term resources for clean energy projects. The study also highlights cash waqf’s advantages in terms of accountability and transparency, as waqf institutions are required to provide auditable financial reports. In contrast, conventional charity is often short-term and lacks structured oversight, making cash waqf a more efficient model for financing ongoing projects like renewable energy. The research also identifies challenges in implementing cash waqf, such as regulatory issues and lack of awareness. However, there are significant opportunities to address these challenges through collaborations with Islamic banks and sustainable financial institutions. This study proposes integrating cash waqf with Islamic finance principles and ESG criteria to increase its impact on renewable energy projects. With appropriate regulation and increased awareness, cash waqf can play a crucial role in driving the transition to a sustainable green economy.

The integration of Green Internet of Things (Green IoT) systems in agriculture presents a promising solution for addressing critical challenges in water and energy usage. This study investigates the impact of real-time monitoring and data-driven irrigation control on resource optimization in precision agriculture. By incorporating soil moisture sensors, solar-powered IoT devices, and data analytics, the system aims to reduce water and energy consumption, enhancing sustainability in farming practices. The research finds that the Green IoT system can reduce water usage by up to 40% compared to traditional methods, while energy consumption is decreased by approximately 25% through the use of solar energy. The study also explores the advantages of implementing IoT-enabled systems, which ensure precise water delivery, preventing over-watering and under-watering, thereby improving crop yields and reducing waste. Despite these positive outcomes, the research identifies key challenges such as high initial costs, limited infrastructure in rural areas, and concerns related to data security. These barriers hinder the widespread adoption of Green IoT systems, especially in developing agricultural regions. Nonetheless, the findings highlight the potential of Green IoT to foster sustainable agricultural practices by promoting efficient resource use and reducing environmental impact. The study suggests that further research should explore the long-term economic implications of Green IoT adoption and investigate ways to overcome technical and financial challenges. Additionally, expanding the scope of Green IoT to other agricultural sectors, such as livestock farming, could enhance its applicability and overall impact on agricultural sustainability.

This study investigates the performance and sustainability of a hybrid solar-biomass drying system for agricultural products, focusing on its efficiency, environmental impact, and economic feasibility. The hybrid system combines solar energy and biomass combustion to create a continuous and reliable drying process. The key findings reveal that the hybrid system achieves over a 20% improvement in drying efficiency compared to solar-only and biomass-only dryers. This efficiency gain is attributed to the synergistic use of solar energy during the day and biomass energy during periods of low sunlight or at night, ensuring consistent drying conditions and reduced drying time. Additionally, the hybrid system significantly reduces CO₂ emissions, contributing to a more sustainable approach to agricultural processing. The environmental benefits of using renewable energy sources, as opposed to fossil fuels, align with the growing need for energy-efficient and eco-friendly agricultural technologies. Economic analysis suggests that the hybrid system is a cost-effective solution for small- to medium-scale farmers, particularly in rural areas where access to grid electricity is limited. The use of locally available biomass fuels further enhances the system’s sustainability and affordability. This study also discusses the practicality of implementing hybrid dryers in rural farming communities, emphasizing their potential to improve drying efficiency, reduce environmental impacts, and boost economic opportunities for farmers. Future research should focus on optimizing system integration, expanding biomass fuel options, and exploring automation to enhance the performance and scalability of hybrid drying systems.

The canned food industry is experiencing growth in this modern era. Canned food has become a popular choice due to its convenience in storage and preparation. Canned food manufacturers continue to develop new products and improve the quality of existing products to meet the increasingly diverse consumer demand. Challenges in improving company performance require companies in the canned food industry to constantly enhance the performance of their supply chains to remain competitive in the global market. This research aims to measure the performance of the canned food industry supply chain by implementing SCOR and integrating it with AHP. Based on the performance measurement results, PT XZY, a canned food company, has a SCOR score of 76.58, indicating that the company's performance is considered good. The lowest KPIs are Delivery performance and Return performance.

Electrical power is a very important source for life. One of the electrical components is a distribution transformer which is used to transmit electrical voltage from the substation to the load center. Every year the electricity demand increases, so that the transformer works optimally, you must also pay attention to the loading. Load imbalance on electric power distribution transformers always occurs and this imbalance occurs due to the use of electrical energy. The current flowing in the neutral conductor of the transformer causes an imbalance in the transformer load and losses, namely losses due to the neutral current in the neutral conductor of the transformer. When analyzing mass, use quantitative methods. After analysis, it shows that the transformer is in an unbalanced state where neutral current appears in the transformer. To determine the efficiency of the distribution transformer

The recruitment and selection activities for prospective partners at BPS (Central Statistics Agency) involve a process of seeking and acquiring applicants capable of collaborating with government institutions. Various recruitment and selection methods for BPS partner candidates are commonly employed by government agencies, including job postings, employee recommendations, collaboration with universities, advertisements, and so forth. However, with the current technological advancements, the internet has become a widely used medium for job seekers. One of the methods in use today is through the use of applications. The effectiveness and efficiency of using applications in the recruitment and selection of BPS partner candidates aim to determine how well these applications perform in the process at the BPS Palu Central Statistics Agency. This research is qualitative in nature with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques involve observation and interviews with prospective BPS partners in Palu. The results of these methods indicate that the effectiveness and efficiency of using applications in the recruitment and selection process for partner candidates are highly effective. This is evident in the significant number of applicants who register and the smooth execution in line with the application's usage. Prospective partners are targeted accurately, understand the program, adhere to timelines, and bring about tangible changes. Any shortcomings, issues, or obstacles in using the application can be resolved effectively, although challenges such as server website downtime need improvement to optimize the application for recruiting BPS partner candidates.

The solution that can be applied to the community to deal with the impact of global warming today is the concept of "go green". However, the problem is that the application of this "go green" solution has not been widely applied in the community, especially in communities that are directly adjacent to and dependent on forests. Therefore, the the academic community of the Faculty of Forestry, Winaya Mukti University conducted forestry counseling on go green in community service activities to provide awareness to people living in villages bordering forests in Sumedang Regency, precisely in Citaleus Village. This research was carried out using the method of counseling and practicing planting forestry plant seeds. The results of this research succeeded in achieving a satisfactory level to provide and introduce knowledge about going green and the practice of implementing it by planting forestry plant seeds for the people of Citaleus Village, Buahdua District, Sumedang Regency. This success is evidenced by the positive response from the analysis results received by the service team.

An internal combustion engine is a device that functions to convert thermal energy from burning fuel into mechanical energy. The Cdi ignition system is an electronic ignition system that works by utilizing a capacitor charge and discharge. CDI variations have an influence on engine torque on motorcycle engines. At 5700 rpm the motor uses a standard CDI the resulting torque is 7.11 Nm, and on a racing CDI the torque generated is 7.45 Nm at 5900 rpm. The standard CDI generated power is 6.64 hp at 7500 RPM, pan at the resulting CDI racing power is 6.79 at 7300 RPM. From the results above the standard and racing power has a difference of (2.25%) and the standard and racing torque has a difference of (4.78%). Overall using this CDI is designed to be more aggressive than standard CDI. of the two CDIs that have been tested, the racing cdi has a performance value on a 100cc Honda Supra motorcycle engine.

Based on the results of research on the development of product innovation and an effective business network for Cheese Cake, it can be concluded that the development of the cheese cake business can be carried out effectively if Cheese Cake can be marketed online so that it can be more widely known by the public by strengthening its innovation and business network

This study explores an artificial intelligence (AI)-based predictive maintenance system for industrial machinery in Indonesian manufacturing. By utilizing machine learning algorithms, the system can analyze real-time machine data to predict equipment failures and recommend timely maintenance actions. The implementation of predictive maintenance has shown to reduce machine downtime by 20% and improve operational efficiency in manufacturing plants in Jakarta and Surabaya. This paper discusses the technical design of the predictive maintenance system, its economic impact on production costs, and implications for Indonesia's industrial sector.
