This article discusses the English language learning development program at Madrasah Jamiyatut Tholibin, Soket Dajah Village, Bangkalan, Madura. This program was motivated by the low English language skills of students in the area, which were caused by limited educational facilities, lack of teaching resources, and ineffective teaching methods. This program aims to improve students' English skills through a more interactive and contextual approach, which is relevant to their daily lives. In addition, this program also involves training for teachers to improve their competence in teaching English, including the use of media and technology as learning aids. The results of this program showed a significant increase in students' English skills, both in terms of comprehension and communication skills. In addition, this program also succeeded in increasing students' learning motivation and developing teachers' capacity in teaching English. Thus, this program is expected to be a model for the development of English language learning in other rural areas in Indonesia.

Surabaya, a city with high population density in East Java, faces challenges in managing land for reforestation. To address this issue, the Surabaya Green and Clean (SGC) Program was introduced, focusing on greening and waste management. One of the proposed solutions is hydroponics, a soilless farming method that can be applied on limited land. On July 28, 2024, community service activities were carried out in Kalijudan Village, Mulyorejo District, Surabaya City, to introduce and increase public knowledge about hydroponics. This activity involved socialization and practical hydroponic planting with the participation of 25 residents. The program consisted of preparation stages, socialization, planting practices, and report preparation. Socialization included exposure to hydroponic theory and practical demonstrations, while each participant received tools and materials for home experiments. The planting method with rockwool has proven effective in supporting plant growth, while the distributed eco-enzyme provided dual benefits by increasing plant growth and reducing household waste. This program successfully introduced hydroponic technology and increased awareness of sustainable urban agriculture. Hopefully, this activity will be the first step in developing hydroponics and creating a greener environment in Surabaya.

The influence of early mathematics learning and learning motivation on student learning outcomes is very significant [1]. Students' numeracy literacy skills need to be supported by the ability to learn mathematics as early as possible. Advanced mathematics learning needs to be supported by good arithmetic skills. Every learning process is expected to produce good learning outcomes. Conventional mathematics learning is difficult for low-level students to understand. Guidebooks that are in accordance with the learning curriculum tend to present mathematical concepts that are textual. In order for mathematics learning to be more interesting for students, it is necessary to develop learning media that are easily accessible to students and educators. One application that can be used is interactive Powerpoint [2]. In this community service, a learning media about arithmetic was developed that underlies every logic of calculation in advanced mathematics. Assistance was given to students in grade III of elementary school, with the pretest method, presentation of material using interactive Powerpoint media, and posttest. The validation test of the learning media was carried out by educators by providing an average test result of 84.36%. The results of this community service state that arithmetic learning media using interactive Powerpoint can be used in grade III of elementary school.

Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) has become a significant psychosocial and spiritual concern among congregants whose daily rhythms are shaped by social media visibility, comparison, and constant connectivity. This article examines FoMO as an object of pastoral counseling, not merely as excessive screen use but as a relational and affective pattern in which digital platforms intensify unmet needs for belonging, identity, autonomy, and meaningful participation. The study aims to construct a pastoral counseling approach for congregants who experience anxiety, compulsive checking, social comparison, diminished self-worth, and spiritual distraction because of social media. Methodologically, the article uses a constructive-integrative literature review, synthesizing peer-reviewed research on FoMO, problematic social media use, social comparison, self-determination theory, and spiritually integrated counseling alongside major works in pastoral care and practical theology. The synthesis indicates that FoMO is best understood as a need-frustration cycle that is amplified by passive browsing, online comparison, and algorithmic immediacy. Pastoral counseling can respond constructively through careful assessment, theological reframing of identity and belonging, digital habit formation, communal practices, and referral pathways when psychological risk is present. The article concludes that pastoral counseling is uniquely positioned to transform FoMO from anxious digital vigilance into discernment, embodied community, and spiritually grounded digital wisdom.

Caddie performance in golf is an important aspect that can influence a golfer's overall satisfaction. This analysis was conducted to answer the question of how Caddie performance impacts golfers' satisfaction in their golf experience. An inductive quantitative approach was carried out using the SPSS analysis tool through a questionnaire distributed to 171 respondents. The research results show that Caddie Performance has a positive and significant effect on Golfer Satisfaction. This was opened with a regression test which produced a t-count > t-table value of 4,493 > 1,654, so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. The significance value also shows a value smaller than the research alpha (α) or 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Caddie Performance has a positive and significant effect on Golfer Satisfaction (Y) at Rainbow Hills Golf Club Bogor in terms of the playing experience they gain. The coefficient of determination or R Square value obtained is 0.800 which is interpreted as the influence of the independent variable namely Caddy Performance (X) which is 0.800 or 80% of the dependent variable Golfer Satisfaction (Y) at Rainbow Hills Sentul Bogor, while the remainder is 0.200 or 20% influenced by other variables not included in this research. This can be a consideration for the management of Rainbow Hills Golf Club Bogor to always pay attention to Caddie performance in order to increase the satisfaction of golf players who are members of the club as well as improve the image of the golf club.
