This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Effect of Contextual Teaching And Learning Model on Students' Cognitive Learning Outcomes on Theme 5 Subtheme 3 Class III SDN Batang-Batang Daya II. This research is a quantitative study that uses the experimental method, with a Pre-Experimental design using the One-Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. Data collection was carried out using the sampling method from the population. The number of students sampled was 21 students. Data was collected through giving Pre-Test and Post-Test questions. The results showed that the application of the Contextual Teaching and learning (CTL) learning model had a significant impact on student learning outcomes. The significance level of the results of the Paired sample T-Test test shows a value of 0.000, this indicates that there is a significant difference found in the effect. Based on the testing criteria if the Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05 (0.000<0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence in the application of the Contextual Teaching And Learning Model on Students' Cognitive Learning Outcomes on Theme 5 Subtheme 3 Class III SDN Batang-Batang Daya II.

Stroke is a brain function disorder that occurs suddenly due to blockage or rupture of brain blood vessels. The problem that often arises in stroke patients is movement disorders, patients experience problems or difficulty when walking because they experience problems with muscle strength and body balance or you could say immobilization. Based on these conditions, non-pharmacological management is needed, namely ROM. to find out the results of the application of passive ROM to increase muscle strength in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients in the ICU X Hospital. Descriptive research using case studies, in this application muscle strength was measured before and after being given Range of Motion passive (ROM). Passive ROM is carried out 2x a day for 5 days. Muscle strength Mr. W from (upper extremity) 4/0 and (lower extremity) 3/0 becomes (upper extremity) 5/2 and (lower extremity) 4/2. Power to Mr. P (upper extremity) 5/3 and (lower extremity) 5/3 become (upper extremity) 5/4 and (lower extremity) 5/4. there was an increase in muscle strength in both respondents after ROM was carried out

Post Sectio Caesarea mothers will feel pain in the incision wound or surgical area. Pain will hinder Activities of Daily Living (ADL), attachment bonding and mobilization due to an increase in pain intensity when the mother moves. One of the non-pharmacological pain management methods is massage. The massage that can be done on Post Sectio Caesarea mothers is foot massage, because the nocireceptors or nerves that initiate the sensation of pain are located on the surface of the internal tissue and under the dense skin of the feet. Objective: To determine the results of the implementation of foot massage on the pain level of clients after caesarea section surgery at Kartini Karanganyar Regional Hospital. This research is a case study with a pre-experimental method with one group pre test-post test design. Using 2 respondents, pre-test and post-test pain scale measurements were carried out. Foot massage was carried out once with a duration of 20 minutes for 2 days, the pain scale was measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The client's pain scale after caesarea section surgery before being given foot massage was in the moderate scale category and after being given foot massage it became light scale pain. There is a decrease in the client's pain scale after caesarea section surgery before and after being given foot massage in the Teratai 1 Room at Kartini Karanganyar District Hospital.

One way to raise awareness of love for the environment and prevent dengue hemorrhagic fever is through outreach to school children. Socialization is one way to increase knowledge about preventing dengue hemorrhagic fever. The outreach aims to control the increasing incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever cases. The method used begins with observation and giving a questionnaire to be filled in regarding questions regarding dengue hemorrhagic fever. After the data is found, a nursing diagnosis is then formulated, followed by implementation activities in the form of edugames and community service. Pre post analysis of knowledge using the Wilcoxon test showed that the p value (0.000) showed that there was an increase in knowledge between before and after socialization.

Tempeh is a fermented product made from soybeans, the price is quite cheap, tempeh is also the best source of energy and protein, tempeh contains prebiotics which are good for the intestines, low in sodium and carbohydrates. 84 grams of tempeh contains 162 calories, 15 grams of protein, 9 grams of carbohydrates, 9 milligrams of sodium and many others. Efforts can be made to increase the knowledge and skills of cadre mothers and mothers of toddlers by conducting counseling, demonstrations and simulating tempe food. This dedication has a positive effect on knowledge, skills and ideas in making a variety of healthy snacks. The aim of this community service is so that mothers of babies and toddlers know and understand that tempeh food can be processed into various healthy snack ingredients to prevent stunting. The method of implementing activities in general includes the stages of introduction, counseling, demonstration and evaluation. Introduction: Single Cell Protein (SCP) is a term used for proteins produced from microbes such as bacteria, algae, yeasts, and fungi. One of the fungi known to produce PST is Aspergillus niger. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine whether pineapple peel waste could produce single cell protein from A. niger culture and to determine differences in protein production with the addition of nutrients in the fermentation medium. Methods: This research method is an experimental method with the independent variables being MFKN1 medium (Pineapple Skin Fermentation Medium with the addition of KH2PO4 and sugar), and MFKN2 medium (Pineapple Skin Fermentation Medium with the addition of KH2PO4, (NH4)2SO4 and sugar); and the length of fermentation time used are days-0, 2, 4, and 6. The dependent variables of this study were analysis of protein content, dry weight of cells, glucose levels, pH and temperature. The data from this study were statistically analyzed using the two way Anova method. Results: The results of this study obtained the highest protein content in MFKN2 media, namely 0.80% (day-2); cell dry weight 0.473 g; glucose level 1.3406%; pH 4.6 and temperature 31 oC. Meanwhile, the highest protein content in MFKN1 media was 0.59% (day- 4); cell dry weight 0.346 g; glucose level 1.3406%; pH 3.7 and temperature 26.6 oC. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that pineapple peel waste can produce single cell protein from A. niger culture and there are differences in protein production results with the addition of nutrients, where protein content in MFKN2 medium is higher than protein content in MFKN1 medium.

Pregnancy is the most important period in a woman's life cycle. During pregnancy, a woman provides nutrition not only herself, but also herself and the fetus. Pregnant women should be careful with their food intake. You not only need to consume enough food and drinks, but they also need to be balanced and contain enough nutrients. Non-compliance with nutrition during pregnancy causes malnutrition, the worst impact of which is incomplete fetal growth, low birth weight (LBW), and fetal abnormalities. The aim of this activity is to increase respondents' knowledge regarding the nutrition of pregnant women. It was found that respondents were very enthusiastic about listening to the material presented by the presenters. The nutritional status of a pregnant woman before and during pregnancy can affect the development of the fetus she is carrying.  If a mother's nutritional status is normal before and during pregnancy, she will most likely give birth to a healthy adult child with a normal weight
