University of Sumatera Utara (USU) is a state university in Medan with many enthusiasts who want to study there. The provision of student dormitories and facilities is very important to support the development and development of the younger generation in pursuing higher education. The function of this dormitory is not only as a place to live, but also has a role in supporting non-academic activities such as sports, developing student interests, and talents through coaching programs that aim to shape student personalities. Given that the design location is a tropical climate with a fairly hot air temperature, the design of this student dormitory applies tropical architectural design principles.

This research aims to prove the great contribution and significant relationship between the ability to sketch with the ability of drawing comic illustrations in the class VIII MTs Al-Wardah. The data is collected using test techniques, i.e. the test creates sketches and creates comic illustrations, the test results are then observed and evaluated by three evaluators, whose results are expressed in the form of decimals. The data was then analyzed using correlational research, data normality test using the liliefors technique, and data linearity test with the regression of the small quantum method. The results of the research showed that there was a significant relationship between the ability to sketch with the comic illustration proof of T_{count} 5,365 and T_ {table} for the degree of freedom (no) = n-k-1 = 24 on the real level (α) = 0.05 T _{table} = 2.064 was F_{count\ }> F_ {tabel\ }(31.44 > 4.22). The great relationship between the ability to sketch and the capacity to draw comic illustrations is collateral 0.76, and the great contribution or contribution is 59%.

At The Needs Analysis Stage, Identification And Documentation Of The Desired Attendance System Requirements Are Carried Out. The System Design Phase Involves Designing The Hardware And Software Architecture, Including The Use Of Rfid With Components Such As The Esp8266, Buzzer, And Rc522 As Well As Integration With The Server Via Api. Implementation Is Carried Out By Developing Hardware And Software According To The Design That Has Been Created. Testing Is Carried Out On Hardware Components To Ensure Function According To Specifications And Hardware-Software Integration To Ensure Smooth Communication Without Delays Or Loss Of Data. Business Logic Testing Ensures The System Detects Absences And Performs Automatic Salary Deductions According To Company Policy. The Data Export Module Was Developed To Export Attendance, Member, Division And Salary Data To An Excel File With The Appropriate Format. The Results Show That The Hardware Components Function Well, Able To Read And Send Rfid Data To The Server Accurately. Hardware And Software Integration Via Api Runs Smoothly, Enabling Real-Time Two-Way Communication. Business Logic Testing Shows That The System Can Detect Employee Absences And Perform Automatic Salary Deductions With High Accuracy. The Data Export Module Proved Effective, Allowing Users To Export Data To An Excel File In An Easily Accessible Format For Further Analysis Or Reporting. The Conclusion Of This Research Is That The Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid And Api Technology Has Been Proven To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In The Employee Attendance And Attendance Management Process. This System Offers A Modern And Effective Solution Compared To Traditional Attendance Methods, Providing Significant Flexibility And Ease Of Access. The Implementation Of This Technology Makes An Important Contribution In The Field Of Human Resource Management, Optimizing Productivity And Operational Effectiveness Of The Company.

Pada tahun 2024, Indonesia akan menyelenggarakan pemilihan umum serentak yang meliputi pemilihan presiden dan pemilihan wakil rakyat di seluruh Indonesia. Masyarakat menanggapi kejadian ini dengan perasaan campur aduk, membagikan pemikirannya di situs media sosial seperti Twitter. Penelitian analisis sentimen calon presiden Indonesia tahun 2024 dilakukan terkait peristiwa ini. Sebanyak 1458 tweet digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan 40,31% responden menyatakan sikap positif dan 43,46% menyatakan sentimen negatif, temuan analisis menunjukkan keseimbangan antara kedua sentimen tersebut. Menggunakan frasa "calon presiden," program Python di situs web Google Colab mengambil data twitter. Pendekatan K-Nearest Neighbor digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi. Selain itu data latih dibagi 6 : 4. 40% data uji dan 60% data latih. Nilai evaluasi yang diperoleh dari pengujian model dengan teknik K-Nearest Neighbor adalah akurasi sebesar 90,95%, presisi sebesar 62,17%, recall sebesar 62,33%, dan F-Measure sebesar 61,87%.

According to the Jakarta Air Quality Index (AQI US) 12 July 2023, 200 indicates unhealthy air quality with an index value between 151 and 200. This figure even shows that Jakarta is currently the second most polluted city in Southeast Asia. (CNN Indonesia., 2023). This incident gave rise to responses from the public which were expressed via social media Twitter. From this incident, sentiment analysis was carried out regarding Jakarta's air quality. The amount of data used for this research was 500 tweet data. The results of the positive and negative sentiment analysis show that negative sentiment appears more frequently than positive sentiment with a percentage of 7% positive sentiment and 14% negative sentiment, by using the Rstudio application. This method uses the naïve Bayes classifier. Data division in the dataset with training data 1:499 and test data 1:476. It was found that the results of the Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1-Score values were Accuracy 87.50%, Precision 87.50 Recall 93.33%, and F1-Score 82.35%.       

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan iklim tropis. Salah satu musim di Indonesia adalah musim hujan. Curah hujan yang sangat tinggi dapat menimbulkan bencana banjir di berbagai wilayah Indonesia yang menimbulkan kerugian akhir maupun korban jiwa. Sistem peringatan dini bencana banjir menjadi salah satu solusi agar masyarakat Indonesia dapat mempersiapkan diri sejak dini ketika terjadi bencana. Penelitian sebelumnya telah membuat sistem bencana banjir dengan menggunakan GSM 900, namun permasalahannya ada beberapa lokasi penempatan sistem bencana banjir yang kurang sinyal GSM atau tidak ada sinyal GSM sama sekali. ,. Nilai RSSI terkecil yang diperoleh sebesar -87 dBm dan nilai tertinggi sebesar -128 dBm. Sedangkan pada jarak Non Line of Sight, Lora hanya mampu menjangkau jarak 520 meter dengan nilai RSSI terkecil - 128 dan nilai RSSI terbesar yaitu -147 dBm. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa dibutuhkan banyak node saat menggunakan Lora karena Lora memiliki keterbatasan jarak untuk komunikasi transmisi data

Crime and criminality are increasing by utilizing electronic and digital devices, such as CCTV (closed circuit television) security devices, smartphones, and other electronic devices that have video features, record and store perpetrator data. CCTV recording files are sometimes unclear, so video forensic software is needed to clarify the object so that it can be used as evidence in court. The method used in this research is the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) method and enhancement techniques to clarify the image frame objects of CCTV video recordings using Amped Five forensic image and video tools. The results of the analysis of the evidence concluded that they had succeeded in identifying the vehicle number plate of the alleged perpetrator by carrying out an enhancement process (improving the quality) of the image object. The enhancement process is carried out by utilizing the optical debluring feature of the amped five forensic video software, in settings by increasing the size from 1 to 2 and increasing the noise value from 0.0100 to 0.6310 so it looks clearer than before.

Bantuan Pangan Penting Contoh Program Non Tunai (BPNT) adalah program subsidi pangan sebagai wujud upaya pemerintah meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan memberikan perlindungan kepada keluarga miskin melalui pendistribusian beras. Setiap keluarga akan menerima Rp. 110.000,-/bulan titik penyalurannya. Peneliti mengambil fokus di Kelurahan Majasari Kecamatan Prabumulih Selatan. Kenyataannya, implementasi kebijakan BPNT tidak selalu mempertimbangkan kebijakan yang full on procedure karena tergantung pada kondisi dan situasi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pelaksanaan program Bantuan Pangan Penting Contoh Non Tunai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dari berbagai informan yang telah ditentukan. Dalam penelitian kualitatif, data diambil dari berbagai sumber dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang beragam (triangulasi) dan terus menerus hingga jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini adalah faktor penentu pelaksanaan program BPNT di Kelurahan Majasari Kecamatan Prabumulih Selatan disebabkan oleh faktor sikap (disposisi) yang kurang berhasil dalam kualitas beras, sasaran rumah tangga penerima bantuan bantuan pangan krusial Contoh Non Tunai (BPNT), jumlah rumah tangga penerima manfaat sasaran beras.

Dalam analisis sistem bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi dan membahas mengenai rancangan pembuatan sistem yang diterapkan sesuai dengan latar belakang yang telah disampaikan dalam latar belakang sebelumnya, simulasi sistem antrian haji. Dalam persoalan-persoalan yang akan muncul dalam pembuatan sistem, hal ini dilakukan agar pada proses perancangan sistem tidak terjadi kesalahan yang berarti, sehingga sistem yang dirancang dapat berjalan dengan baik, tepat guna dan ketahanan dari sistem tersebut akan lebih terjaga serta selesai tepat pada waktu yang telah ditentukan. Setelah dilakukannya simulasi demgan menerapkan metode Monte Carlo, maka diharapkan dalam proses antrian calon jamaah haji di Kantor Kementrian Agama Kota Medan dapat berjalan dengan lebih tertib dan efisien dan memudahkan berbagai pihak dalam penggunaan sistem ini.

Jaro Winkler is an algorithm used for the word correction process by calculating the value obtained from the results of the operation of modifying one word with another word with the help of a matrix. Research collecting data through direct observation, interviews and library research. help tool uml design to help design the system to be created. With the existence of this android application hopefully helps people save time when want to shop at the ce florist bouquet shop.

The design of the POSKESDES health service system for tanjung miring village was carried out so that the use of information technology was used as a tool to increase productivity for POSKESDES for tanjung miring village. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which means carefully recording various phenomena that are seen and heard and read via interviews or field notes, photos, videos, personal documentation, notes and memos and so on. The results of this research are to help manage information about POSKESDES so that it can help the surrounding community. Can assist POSKESDES in terms of disseminating information about the latest activities and the latest information at POSKESDES in tanjung miring village and can assist in the patient service process.

Snack bars are bar-shaped products that contain carbohydrates and proteins from flour, nuts, dried fruits, and other ingredients that are processed into whole pieces and combined into one ready for consumption. Snack bar innovation with the proportion of grated coconut and tuna pindang. The purpose of this research is to meet the nutritional needs of the community by fulfilling daily protein and can be an entrepreneurial product so that it is necessary to know the organoleptic quality, nutritional content and selling price of the product. The methodology in the research is an experimental approach with quantitative analysis to fulfill the sensory quality and nutritional content of snack bars. The best proportion of snack bars with different proportions of grated coconut and pindang ikan tongkol from the sensory test was obtained from the 50:50 ratio with characteristics of rectangular shape; yellowish brown color with white spots from rengginang; grated coconut and pindang ikan tongkol aroma; crunchy texture; and taste of grated coconut and pindang ikan tongkol. Laboratory analysis of the nutritional content of the best snack bar per 100 grams contained 17.15% protein, 11.55% water content, 1.05% ash, 3.14% fat, 284.10kcal/100g energy, 64.72% carbohydrate, and 2.42% crude fiber. The selling price of snack bars with the proportion of grated coconut and tuna pindang with a percs weight of 15 grams is known to be IDR 3,000.  

The purpose of this study was to see the differences before and during the pandemic on the variables of Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rates and the Money Supply. The method used is the Differential Test method. The results of this study show that there are no significant differences between the Exchange Rate, Inflation and Interest Rate variables before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Then in the Variable Amount of Money Supply there are significant differences before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Thus it can be seen that there is one variable that has a significant difference and three variables that have no significant difference before and during Covid-19. Therefore, in maintaining the stability of the value of the rupiah during the pandemic, the Central Bank must be more careful in maintaining the Money Supply. Where the Money Supply itself has a significant influence both before the pandemic and during the pandemic. If the Money Supply increases, Inflation will also increase, this has an impact on the stability of the Indonesian Rupiah Exchange Rate.

An airline is a company that provides services to goods and passengers traveling by air. The definition of aviation based on Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2009 concerning Aviation is a unified system consisting of the use of airspace, aircraft, airports, air transportation, flight navigation, safety and security, environment, supporting facilities and other public facilities. . Every flight activity is the responsibility of the airline company. Specifically responsible for errors in unilateral cancellation of passenger departures made by the airline. As a corporation or legal entity, airlines are obliged to provide compensation to passengers in accordance with the policies contained in aviation law and consumer protection law (UUPK). The research method used in this research is normative research which examines library materials sourced from secondary data, namely primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. This legal material was obtained by taking a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Then it is analyzed using qualitative methods to obtain a conclusion from the problem formulations that have been discussed. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that cause departure cancellations by airlines and to find out how airlines are responsible for unilateral flight cancellations in terms of Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 89 of 2015 concerning Handling Flight Delays in Scheduled Commercial Air Transport Business Entities in Indonesia.    

The young generation is currently in a state of emergency considering that the smoking phenomenon has spread to remote areas, which has an impact and influence on children during their growth and development and the ecosystem for human survival is disrupted. The aim of writing this study is to provide understanding in forming awareness about the dangers of smoking for children with a contribution approach to Christian religious education. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method through books, journal articles and websites as references in data collection. The results show that the contribution of Christian religious education plays an important role in the process of preparing children to face life's challenges within the framework of Christian values and principles. In this case, it can involve the role of parents, society, churches, schools and other communities in strengthening children's understanding of the value of the body and the dangers of smoking. Thus, this can help children not become addicted to cigarettes and build a wall of resistance against consuming cigarettes.

This article discusses the important of Islamic education in building the character of the younger generation. Nowadays,many young people are entangled in things that are not in accordance with good character. The goal is to teach universal values that can be embraced by all level of society. Thus,Islamic education not only plays an important role in shaping the character of the younger generation,but also contributes to the development of society and the nation. This research uses qualitative method,to obtain data through literature study,about the process of character building for the younger generation. Islamic education can help the younger generation to understand moral and spiritual values that are very important for human life.  

This article discusses in depth the meaning and requirements of a mujtahid in the science of jurisprudence and its development from time to time in the Islamic context. A mujtahid is an Islamic legal expert who is able to carry out ijtihad, which is the process of drawing law from Islamic legal sources using certain interpretation methods. The requirements for becoming a mujtahid include expertise in Arabic, in-depth knowledge of the Koran, Hadith, and the principles of ushul fiqh. This article also reviews several famous mujtahid figures throughout Islamic history and their role in developing and forming the sharia legal system. Understanding the concepts of mujtahid and ijtihad is important in understanding the evolution of Islamic law from time to time.
